Abstract
本发明公开一种辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木籽油0~10份、辣木籽蛋白0~20份、辣木果酸0~2份,辣木花纯露0~20份、辅料57.1~96份,其中辣木籽油、辣木籽蛋白、辣木果酸和辣木花纯露不同时为零。本发明通过植物化学提取分离方法,将其中的美容成分分别进行分离提纯,得到辣木籽油、辣木蛋白和辣木花纯露和辣木果酸,具有活性成分浓度高、美容效果明显,以辣木为原料,无毒无副作用,是一种天然无毒、高效无刺激的美容护肤品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉一种辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,属天然产物提取应用技术领域。
背景技术
辣木(Moringaoleifera),属于辣木科(Moringaceae)辣木属(MoringaAdans.)的热带落叶木本蔬菜及油料植物,辣木叶片和果荚富含多种矿物质、维生素、蛋白质和氨基酸等有效成分,且脂肪含量较低,其活性成分具有抗氧化和保护肝脏、降血糖、降血脂和血压、抗菌消炎等保健功效。
辣木最主要营养成份为维生素A、B、B1、B2、B3、C、E、高蛋白质、高纤维。且亦含有六种矿物元素(钙、镁、磷、钾、钠、硫),五种微量元素(锌、铜、铁、锰、硒),及十一种胺基酸(其中八种为身体无法自行合成的必需胺基酸)。胺基酸是活化细胞,增强免疫力,强化性能力的重要元素。
辣木籽营养物质含量为:水:6.3%,粗脂肪:39.25%,蛋白质:36%,粗纤维:1.2%,钙:0.145%,镁:0.315%,磷:1.63%,钾:1.13%,铜(mg/kg):22,锌(mg/kg):77.3,铁(mg/kg):28.8,钠(mg/kg):103,锰(mg/kg):22.2,黄铜:0.03%,维生素(mg/mg):10。
维生素和胺基酸对每人每日健康饮食是非常重要的,一个人需要足够的维生素、矿物质及蛋白质等营养素,以供身体发展及良好维护,缺乏任一种营养素都会造成身体健康问题。自从辣木被证实是含有高营养价值的植物后,欧美、日本等国家已积极开发辣木食品。因其高蛋白、低脂肪、高纤维、高维生素含量的特性,与特殊的降血糖、抗菌消炎、增强免疫力的保健效果而成健康食品界的新宠。
辣木籽中低温萃取出的辣木油是一种温和的带浅黄色的油脂,有典型的坚果味。在辣木种仁中含有质量分数大约40%的油份。其中油酸的含量可在62~78%之间,总的不饱和脂肪酸的含量就远高于80%。其中,给辣木油的命名带来影响的二十二碳酸即山俞酸的含量也比较高,在4~8%左右。由于辣木油的脂肪酸组成与橄榄很相近,特别是油酸的含量与之相近,因此常被作为化妆品的原料食用。
辣木籽油在提取过程中会产生天然果酸。果酸美容最本质的原理是因为它是一种酸。酸作用于皮肤,就会有一定的腐蚀性,从而使表皮发生不同程度的剥落。而表皮剥落了,新的表皮又必然要长出。果酸产品可以减少皮肤角质的聚合力,促进皮肤的新陈代谢。于是,一些老化的角质层剥落了,新的表皮细胞又长出来了,皮肤就变得细嫩一点。并且,在老化的角质层剥落的同时,自然而然也会把一些浅表的暗斑、青春痘、粉刺、沉淀的色素、细小的皱纹等一并去除。所以就谓之为美容换肤了。
辣木籽和辣木叶中还富含丰富的植物蛋白,从美容角度说,利用辣木植物蛋白可修补破损细胞,锁住钙质和水分,收缩毛孔。去除黑眼圈,去皱纹,丰胸。植物蛋白中含有一种独特的氨基酸——羟脯氨酸,是人体自身无法合成的,被证明是纯品植物蛋白确保肌肤新生的胶原合成最佳途径,让皮肤保持湿润水嫩状态,有效帮助体内蛋白的重建及弹性蛋白的再生和更新。
因此,有必要研发如何全方位应用辣木籽、叶、果中的营养成分,制备出天然护肤品。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种辣木为原料制备天然化妆品的方法,以辣木为主要原料,制备辣木天然护肤乳液、乳液、面霜、眼霜等辣木天然护肤品,并将其应用在日化领域。
本发明通过下列技术方案实现:一种辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木籽油0~10份、辣木籽蛋白0~20份、辣木果酸0~2份,辣木花纯露0~20份、辅料57.1~96份,其中辣木籽油、辣木籽蛋白、辣木果酸和辣木花纯露不同时为零。
所述辣木籽油通过下列操作制得:将新鲜或干燥的辣木果实去掉外果荚,碾碎后通过20目药筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:(5~10),加入无水乙醇,室温浸提48~72小时,间歇搅拌,每12h抽滤一次,更换无水乙醇后继续浸提,收集辣木籽渣,合并浸提滤液,以40~50℃减压浓缩,挥干溶剂后得到辣木籽油,即得到辣木籽油。
所述辣木籽蛋白通过下列操作制得:将辣木籽渣在60~80℃下干燥2~3h,粉碎至全部粉末通过20目筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:(10~20)加入蒸馏水,用浓度为1mol/L的NaOH调节溶液pH至8~11,然后在水浴中加热搅拌提取1~2h,水浴温度40~60℃,静置分层,上清液用HCl调节pH至4~5,取沉淀经抽滤、粉碎,全部通过200目筛,即得到辣木籽蛋白。
所述辣木果酸通过下列操作制得:将新鲜辣木果荚进行挤压,得到辣木果荚原液,按辣木果荚原液与浓硫酸乙醇溶液的体积比为1:(3~2),向辣木果荚原液中加入1~5%浓硫酸乙醇溶液,析出沉淀,将此混合液放入4~6℃冰箱静置6~12h,待沉淀物完全析出,再加入氢氧化钠,调pH至10~11,去沉淀,取上清液,再加入3~5体积倍的浓度为1~5wt%的盐酸,静置重结晶,于4~6℃冰箱中精制6~12h,过滤,得到辣木果酸。
所述辣木花纯露通过下列操作制得:采用新鲜的辣木花花瓣,加入蒸馏水浸泡,再用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取,蒸馏2~3h,辣木花精油随水蒸气被冷凝管冷凝,直至辣木花精油不再析出,停止加热;精油和辣木花纯露被同时萃取出来,放置4~5℃冰箱中冷藏分层,上层为辣木花精油,下层水溶液为辣木花纯露。
所述辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品包括辣木抗氧化喷雾、辣木抗氧化保湿乳液、辣木抗氧化精华液、辣木精油皂等。
所述辅料包括水、乳化剂、植物纯露、植物抗菌剂、植物精油、中药材提取物、螯合剂、发泡剂、防腐剂、皂基中的一种或几种。
本发明具备的优点及效果:本发明的原料均来自于辣木本身,通过植物化学提取分离方法,将其中的美容成分分别进行分离提纯,得到辣木籽油、辣木蛋白和辣木花纯露和辣木果酸,具有活性成分浓度高、美容效果明显,以辣木为原料,无毒无副作用,与现有技术相比,目前市面销售的化妆品和护肤品多以化学原料为主,加入一些植物提取物为宣传概念,实则仍然采用化学品为主要功效成分,长期使用不但能让消费者患上皮肤疾病还对皮肤有一定的损伤和破坏。本发明则采用辣木提取物为主要原料,以辣木油为油相,辣木花纯露为水相,天然富含辣木的香味,不含香精和色素,再采用辣木果酸、辣木植物蛋白和辣木籽油的共同作用,天然美容护肤,不仅能最大限度发挥辣木美容功效,还通过植物提取手段,增强有效成分的含量和功效,是一种天然无毒、高效无刺激的美容护肤品。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
辣木抗氧化保湿喷雾,由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木花纯露20份、丙二醇10份、甘油20份、乙醇4.9份、抗菌剂0.01份、辣木花精油0.1份、去离子水24.99份。
所述辣木花纯露通过下列操作制得:采用新鲜的辣木花花瓣,加入蒸馏水浸泡,再用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取,蒸馏2~3h,辣木花精油随水蒸气被冷凝管冷凝,直至辣木花精油不再析出,停止加热;精油和辣木花纯露被同时萃取出来,放置4~5℃冰箱中冷藏分层,上层为辣木花精油,下层水溶液为辣木花纯露。
实施例2
辣木抗氧化保湿乳液,由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木籽油10份、辣木籽蛋白5份、辣木花纯露13份、乳化剂2份、抗菌剂0.05份、植物精油0.05份、去离子水55份。
将辣木籽油和植物精油混匀,再将其他剩余组分混匀后,二者再搅拌混合形成均匀乳液。
所述辣木籽油通过下列操作制得:将新鲜或干燥的辣木果实去掉外果荚,碾碎后通过20目药筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:8,加入无水乙醇,室温浸提60小时,间歇搅拌,每12h抽滤一次,更换无水乙醇后继续浸提,收集辣木籽渣,合并浸提滤液,以45℃减压浓缩,挥干溶剂后得到辣木籽油,即得到辣木籽油。
所述辣木籽蛋白通过下列操作制得:将辣木籽渣在70℃下干燥2h,粉碎至全部粉末通过20目筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:15加入蒸馏水,用浓度为1mol/L的NaOH调节溶液pH至9,然后在水浴中加热搅拌提取1h,水浴温度50℃,静置分层,上清液用HCl调节pH至4~5,取沉淀经抽滤、粉碎,全部通过200目筛,即得到辣木籽蛋白。
所述辣木花纯露通过下列操作制得:采用新鲜的辣木花花瓣,加入蒸馏水浸泡,再用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取,蒸馏2h,辣木花精油随水蒸气被冷凝管冷凝,直至辣木花精油不再析出,停止加热;精油和辣木花纯露被同时萃取出来,放置4℃冰箱中冷藏分层,上层为辣木花精油,下层水溶液为辣木花纯露。
实施例3
辣木抗氧化精华液,由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木籽油8份、辣木籽蛋白20份、辣木果酸2份,辣木花纯露20份、乳化剂2份、玻尿酸1份、甘露聚糖5份、抗菌剂0.05份、植物精油0.05份、去离子水61.9份。
所述辣木籽油通过下列操作制得:将新鲜或干燥的辣木果实去掉外果荚,碾碎后通过20目药筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:5,加入无水乙醇,室温浸提48小时,间歇搅拌,每12h抽滤一次,更换无水乙醇后继续浸提,收集辣木籽渣,合并浸提滤液,以40℃减压浓缩,挥干溶剂后得到辣木籽油,即得到辣木籽油。
所述辣木籽蛋白通过下列操作制得:将辣木籽渣在60~80℃下干燥2~3h,粉碎至全部粉末通过20目筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:(10~20)加入蒸馏水,用浓度为1mol/L的NaOH调节溶液pH至8~11,然后在水浴中加热搅拌提取1~2h,水浴温度40~60℃,静置分层,上清液用HCl调节pH至4~5,取沉淀经抽滤、粉碎,全部通过200目筛,即得到辣木籽蛋白。
所述辣木花纯露通过下列操作制得:采用新鲜的辣木花花瓣,加入蒸馏水浸泡,再用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取,蒸馏2~3h,辣木花精油随水蒸气被冷凝管冷凝,直至辣木花精油不再析出,停止加热;精油和辣木花纯露被同时萃取出来,放置4~5℃冰箱中冷藏分层,上层为辣木花精油,下层水溶液为辣木花纯露。
所述辣木果酸通过下列操作制得:将新鲜辣木果荚进行挤压,得到辣木果荚原液,按辣木果荚原液与浓硫酸乙醇溶液的体积比为1:(3~2),向辣木果荚原液中加入1~5%浓硫酸乙醇溶液,析出沉淀,将此混合液放入4~6℃冰箱静置6~12h,待沉淀物完全析出,再加入氢氧化钠,调pH至10~11,去沉淀,取上清液,再加入3~5体积倍的浓度为1~5wt%的盐酸,静置重结晶,于4~6℃冰箱中精制6~12h,过滤,得到辣木果酸。
实施例4
辣木抗氧化保湿皂,由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木籽油4份、正磷酸0.01份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.03份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份、甘油10份、去离子水44.95份、辣木花精油0.01份,皂基40份。
将皂基加热融化,加入辣木籽油、螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠、发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠,将甘油溶于去离子水得到混合水相,将混合水相在加热条件(60-80℃)下缓慢搅拌加入融化上述皂基中,搅拌均匀后加入辣木花精油和防腐剂正磷酸,倒入手工皂模型,放入4~6℃冰箱中冷藏4~6h,将手工皂从模型中取出,加外包装,即可,阴凉处保存。
所述辣木籽油通过下列操作制得:将新鲜或干燥的辣木果实去掉外果荚,碾碎后通过20目药筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:10,加入无水乙醇,室温浸提72小时,间歇搅拌,每12h抽滤一次,更换无水乙醇后继续浸提,收集辣木籽渣,合并浸提滤液,以50℃减压浓缩,挥干溶剂后得到辣木籽油,即得到辣木籽油。
实施例1所得辣木籽油的DPPH 自由基清除活性测定结果如下:

Claims (7)
1.一种辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,其特征在于由以下质量份的组分组成:辣木籽油0~10份、辣木籽蛋白0~20份、辣木果酸0~2份,辣木花纯露0~20份、辅料57.1~96份,其中辣木籽油、辣木籽蛋白、辣木果酸和辣木花纯露不同时为零。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,其特征在于:所述辣木籽油通过下列操作制得:将新鲜或干燥的辣木果实去掉外果荚,碾碎后通过20目药筛,按固液比kg/L计为1:(5~10),加入无水乙醇,室温浸提48~72小时,间歇搅拌,每12h抽滤一次,更换无水乙醇后继续浸提,收集辣木籽渣,合并浸提滤液,以40~50℃减压浓缩,挥干溶剂后得到辣木籽油,即得到辣木籽油。

6.根据权利要求1所述的辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,其特征在于:所述辅料包括水、乳化剂、植物纯露、植物抗菌剂、植物精油、中药材提取物、螯合剂、发泡剂、防腐剂、皂基中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品,其特征在于:所述辣木抗氧化保湿化妆品包括辣木抗氧化喷雾、辣木抗氧化保湿乳液、辣木抗氧化精华液、辣木精油皂。
