Abstract
本发明公开了一种复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂,属于灭火剂技术领域,该灭火剂是按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量:碳氢表面活性剂17%‑18%;聚磷酸铵3.8%‑4.2%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12%‑12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%‑2%;十二烷基咪唑啉10%‑10.5%;氟表面活性剂0.5%‑0.8%;去离子水52%‑55.5%。本发明克服了传统水系灭火剂不能扑灭E类火灾以及灭火时会导致电气短路和漏电引发的二次火灾或其他意外伤亡,并且在扑灭A、B类火灾的同时亦可扑灭36KV以下的带电E类火灾。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及灭火剂技术领域,具体涉及一种复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂。
背景技术
传统复配协同型A、B类水系灭火剂,通过各种灭火功能组分协同进行的吸热冷却、冲淡窒息、隔离覆盖、抑制阻断燃烧链等作用而快速扑灭固体物质如木材、棉、毛、麻、纸张及其制品的A类火灾,以及液体或可熔化固体,如汽油、煤油、柴油、原油、甲醇、乙醇、沥青、石蜡等物质的B类火灾,并通过各种抗复燃功能组分在可燃物表面形成耐高温隔热阻燃覆盖层而起到抗复燃效能。由于A、B类火灾涉及日常生活与生产活动的很多场合,因此本灭火剂可用于家庭防灭火、城市建筑防灭火、油库与加油站防灭火、车辆舰船防灭火、森林草原防灭火、矿井防灭火以及人防建筑等密闭空间防灭火等领域。但此类灭火剂涉及领域在发生火灾时通常会伴随有电气类火灾,灭火时会导致电气短路及漏电引发二次火灾或其他意外伤亡且给人员施救疏散带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂,能够在扑灭A、B类火灾的同时亦可扑灭36KV以下的带电E类火灾。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂,是按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量:碳氢表面活性剂17%-18%;聚磷酸铵3.8%-4.2%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12%-12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%-2%;十二烷基咪唑啉10%-10.5%;氟表面活性剂0.5%-0.8%;去离子水52%-55.5%。
进一步的,所述复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂的组分及含量比为:碳氢表面活性剂17.5%;聚磷酸铵4%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.5%;十二烷基咪唑啉10.2%;氟表面活性剂0.6%;去离子水53.7%。
本发明的工作原理是:(1)化学灭火,当遇火场温度达到200-300℃度时,本灭火剂遇火即刻生成偏磷酸、焦磷酸、聚氧乙烯高分子有机化合物元素阻止火燃烧和蔓延,使火迅速熄灭;
(2)采用物理灭火性能,将灭火剂喷射到燃烧物上,即形成可抑制的膜阻绝氧气进入,使燃烧物窒熄;
(3)渗透力和扩散力强,产品以能迅速破坏水分子表面张力且同时细化水分子的方式,让其有更快的导流性及渗透力,能快速从火源内部深处吸热后迅速散热,第一时间将热源转化为水蒸气。强大的扩散力使灭火剂可以迅速包裹、覆盖、扩散至更大的区域;
(4)中断自由基链式反应:自由基是未燃的燃烧物在燃烧过程中产生的,变成烟和煤烟等有毒气体。灭火过程中本灭火剂与燃烧物发生化学反应形成聚合物质,该聚合物质能有效地抑制或阻断燃烧自由基的产生,破坏燃烧链,阻止燃烧。抑制连锁反应不产生烟和毒素。
(5)电绝缘灭火:产品自身电导率极低并且以能迅速破坏水分子表面张力且同时细化水分子的方式,形成其微小不粘连的泡沫阻绝电的传播。达到其扑灭36KV以下带电类火灾的效果。
本发明具有的有益效果是:克服了传统水系灭火剂不能扑灭E类火灾以及灭火时会导致电气短路和漏电引发的二次火灾或其他意外伤亡,并且在扑灭A、B类火灾的同时亦可扑灭36KV以下的带电E类火灾。

本发明提供的复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂,是按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成:碳氢表面活性剂17%-18%;聚磷酸铵3.8%-4.2%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12%-12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%-2%;十二烷基咪唑啉10%-10.5%;氟表面活性剂0.5%-0.8%;去离子水52%-55.5%。

所述复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂的组分及含量比为:碳氢表面活性剂17.5%;聚磷酸铵4%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.5%;十二烷基咪唑啉10.2%;氟表面活性剂0.6%;去离子水53.7%。
实施例4
所述复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂的组分及含量比为:碳氢表面活性剂17.5%;聚磷酸铵4%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12.3%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.8%;十二烷基咪唑啉10.3%;氟表面活性剂0.7%;去离子水53.4%。

1.一种复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂,其特征在于:是按照以下组分及含量混合搅拌制成,所述组分及含量:碳氢表面活性剂17%-18%;聚磷酸铵3.8%-4.2%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12%-12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.2%-2%;十二烷基咪唑啉10%-10.5%;氟表面活性剂0.5%-0.8%;去离子水52%-55.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂,其特征在于:所述复配协同型A、B、E类水系灭火剂的组分及含量比为:碳氢表面活性剂17.5%;聚磷酸铵4%;椰油烷基甜菜碱12.5%;阳离子羟乙基纤维素聚合物1.5%;十二烷基咪唑啉10.2%;氟表面活性剂0.6%;去离子水54.3%。
