Abstract
本发明公开了一种含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物,其特征在于,包含活性成分Ⅰ和活性成分Ⅱ,活性成分Ⅰ与活性成分Ⅱ的重量比为0.1‑10:30‑0.1,所述的活性成分Ⅰ是大黄素甲醚,活性成分Ⅱ是氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑中任意一种。本发明的农药组合物毒性低,安全使用期长。大黄素甲醚是高活性植物源杀菌剂,以天然植物大黄为原料,经精心提取其活性成分,加工研制而成,对人畜低毒,对环境友好,是理想的低毒高效生物制剂;本发明的农药组合物具有明显的增效作用,减少了用药量,能有效节省防治成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体是含大黄素甲醚(Physcion)与三唑类杀菌剂氟环唑(Epoxiconazole)、环丙唑醇(Cyproconazole)和氟喹唑(Fluquinconazole)中任选一种复配为二元有效成分的农药组合物。
背景技术
随着近几年来化学农药三唑类药剂的单一、频繁和大量使用,使生物靶标对药剂本身的抗性与日俱增。而赖以生存的的粮食、蔬菜、果树和林木等作物爆发性病害给人类生存和发展带来重大的威胁,同时化学农药的频繁大量使用,给生态系统造成巨大的破坏。生物农药与化学农药的组合物将是未来病虫害防治的首选药剂。在延缓和改善病虫害对化学药剂的抗性,提高传统化学药剂的活性的同时,改善或彻底解决了化学农药带给生态环境的破坏。
作为活性成分(Ⅰ)的大黄素甲醚,中文名称:1,8-二羟基-3-甲氧基-6-甲基蒽醌,是从中草药植物大黄的根、茎中提取的一种植物源农药.属蒽醌类化合物,具有较好的内吸传导作用。其主要通过干扰病原真菌细胞壁几丁质的生物合成,抑制真菌菌丝、吸器的形成及孢子的产生,阻断病害的蔓延。对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、链球菌和痢疾杆菌等26种细菌均有抑制作用。大黄素甲醚是高活性植物源杀菌剂,以天然植物大黄为原料,经精心提取其活性成分,加工研制而成,对白粉病、霜霉病、灰霉病、炭疽病等有很好的防治效果。对人畜低毒,对环境友好,特别适合于绿色和有机蔬菜生产。
作为活性成分(Ⅱ)之一的氟环唑,化学名称:(2RS,3RS)-1-[3-(2-氯苯基)-2,3-环氧-2-(4-氟苯基)丙基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑,属于新颖的三唑类杀菌剂之一。其活性成分通过抑制病菌麦角甾醇的合成,阻碍病菌细胞壁的形成,并且对真菌酶(14-dencthylase)的活性也有很强抑制作用,与目前已知的杀菌剂相比,能更有效的抑制病原真菌的发生。同时氟环唑还可以提高作物的几丁质酶活性,导致真菌吸器的收缩,抑制病菌侵入,提高作物对病害的免疫能力。氟环唑能有效的防治禾谷类立枯病、白粉病、眼纹病,香蕉、葱蒜、芹菜、菜豆、瓜类、芦笋、花生、甜菜等作物上叶斑病、白粉病、锈病,以及葡萄上的炭疽病、白腐病等病害。
作为活性成分(Ⅱ)之二的环丙唑醇,化学名称:(±)-1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4-正丙基-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基甲基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑,属于三唑类广谱低毒型杀菌剂之一。其作用机理是影响甾醇的生物合成,使病原菌的细胞膜功能受到破坏,最终导致细胞死亡,从而起到杀菌、防病和治病的功效,具有保护和治疗作用;同时丙环唑具有内吸性,可被植物的根、茎、叶部吸收,并能很快地在植物株体内向上传导,能有效的防治子囊菌、担子菌和半知菌引起的植物病害,特别是对水稻纹枯病、稻曲病,小麦全蚀病、白粉病、锈病、根腐病,香蕉叶斑病具有优秀的防治效果。

目前,活性成分(Ⅰ)大黄素甲醚是高活性植物源杀菌剂,以天然植物大黄为原料,经精心提取其活性成分,加工研制而成,属蒽醌类化合物。大黄素甲醚经田间药效试验结果表明对对白粉病、霜霉病、灰霉病、炭疽病等有很好的防治效果。目前市面上有0.1%和0.5%的水剂和8.5%母液登记;其次活性成分(Ⅱ)之氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑在市面上常见有乳油、农药制剂微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和水分散粒剂等单剂和复配剂多种剂型。总之,大黄素甲醚与氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑二元复配的组合物国内外也尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了含大黄素甲醚与三唑类杀菌剂氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑中之一复配为二元有效成分的农药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物,包含活性成分Ⅰ和活性成分Ⅱ,活性成分Ⅰ与活性成分Ⅱ的重量比为0.1-10:30-0.1,所述的活性成分Ⅰ是大黄素甲醚,活性成分Ⅱ是氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑中任意一种。
一种含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物,按重量百分比包括以下组分:
作为优选,所述的活性成分Ⅰ是大黄素甲醚,活性成分Ⅱ是氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑中任选一种。
作为优选,所述的表面活性剂为苄基联苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或几种的组合。
作为优选,所述溶剂为芳烃类溶剂和极性溶剂中的一种或多种组合;芳烃类溶剂包括三甲苯、四甲苯、二乙苯、邻氯二苯、丁苯、;极性溶剂包括苯无水乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、正己醇、正辛醇、松油醇、环己酮。
作为优选,所述助溶剂为以下中的一种或多种组合:二线油、大豆油、棉籽油、蓖麻油、玉米油、松节油、油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯、环丁砜。
本发明还提供了所述的含大黄素甲醚的超低容量液剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:在带搅拌器的混合釜中,先用部分溶剂将活性成分搅拌溶解后,再加入表面活性剂和剩余的溶剂,充分搅拌混合均匀,即得含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物;工艺参数为:搅拌速度控制为60~150转/分钟,搅拌时间为15~60分钟,温度为常温,压力为常压。
本发明的农药组合物适合的靶标作物是小麦(Vitaceae)、大麦(barley)、马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)、番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)、辣椒(Capsicum annuum Linn)、烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)、十字花科蔬菜及油菜(Brassica campestris L.)、葡萄(Vitisvinifera)、大豆(Glycine max)、花生(Arachis hypogaea)、黄瓜(Cucumis sativusLinn)、莴苣(Lactuca sativa)、芋头{Colocasia esculenta(L.)Schoot}、龙眼(Dimocarpus longgana Lour)、荔枝(Litchi chinensis)等作物。
本发明的农药组合物适合防治白粉病、叶霉病和灰霉病等真菌性病害。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的农药组合物增加多靶标的几丁质合成抑制,延缓抗性,扩大靶标,协同增效。三唑类杀菌剂属于甾醇的生物合成抑制剂,通过阻碍甾醇的生物合成,使病原菌的细胞膜功能受到破坏。与大黄素甲醚复配,能有效增加三唑类杀菌剂对细胞壁几丁质抑制,扩大靶标,延缓病害抗性增长,起到协同增效作用。
(2)本发明的农药组合物毒性低,安全使用期长。大黄素甲醚是高活性植物源杀菌剂,以天然植物大黄为原料,经精心提取其活性成分,加工研制而成,对人畜低毒,对环境友好,是理想的低毒高效生物制剂。
(3)本发明的农药组合物具有明显的增效作用,减少了用药量,能有效节省防治成本。
具体实施方式
本发明用以下具体实施例予以详细说明其有益效果。
实施例1:30.1%大黄素甲醚·氟环唑农药制剂
常温常压下,在称取配方要求的配比原料,先将溶剂投入反应釜中,开启反应釜搅拌器,在搅拌条件下投入大黄素甲醚及三唑类杀菌剂原药,待完全溶解后(约15分钟),投入助溶剂、助剂,物料加完后继续搅拌15-60分钟,得到均匀透明的油状产品。
按照与实施例1相同的步骤,可以制备以下实施例。
实施例2:25%大黄素甲醚·氟环唑农药制剂
实施例3:14%大黄素甲醚·氟环唑农药制剂
实施例4:10.1%大黄素甲醚·氟环唑农药制剂
实施例5:30.1%大黄素甲醚·环丙唑醇农药制剂
实施例6:30%大黄素甲醚·环丙唑醇农药制剂
实施例7:23.8%大黄素甲醚·环丙唑醇农药制剂
实施例8:20.1%大黄素甲醚·环丙唑醇农药制剂
实施例9:30.1%大黄素甲醚·氟喹唑农药制剂

含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物的优点通过田间药效试验得到验证,但不限于试验例的防治作物和对象。
试验例1:含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物防治大青枣白粉病的田间试验。
将本发明实施例1~3得到的三种混剂与0.5%大黄素甲醚AS与10%氟环唑EC进行田间药效试验,设每个小区选择移栽8个月的青枣田40m2,重复4次;药后14天调查防效,调查药效的方法为:每个小区对角线5点取样,每点调查3株5张叶片,记录总叶数和各叶病级数,检查大青枣白粉病的发生程度。试验结果如表1。

由表1可知,大黄素甲醚与氟环唑复配的农药组合物可以有效防治大青枣白粉病,且效果明显优于氟环唑和大黄素甲醚单剂的防治效果。
试验例2:大黄素甲醚与三唑类杀菌剂的农药组合物防治玉米小斑病的田间试验。
将本发明实施例得到的混剂与三唑类杀菌剂常规药剂进行田间药效试验,设每个小区面积为玉米田面积60m2,重复3次;药后7天、14天调查防效,调查药效的方法为:每个小区调查5兜,每兜按东、南、西、北、中方向各取一个点,每点调查2株,记录总株数和各级病株数,检查小斑病的发生程度。试验结果如表2。
表2对玉米小斑病的防治效果
由表2可知,含大黄素甲醚与氟环唑、环丙唑醇或氟喹唑的农药组合物可以有效防治玉米小斑病,且持效性优于常用大黄素甲醚单剂和三唑类杀菌剂单剂的防治效果。同时表明,含大黄素甲醚与氟环唑、环丙唑醇或氟喹唑的超低容量液剂的防效明显优于乳油、水分散粒剂和悬浮剂对玉米小斑病的防治效果。

1.一种含大黄素甲醚的农药组合物,其特征在于,包含活性成分Ⅰ和活性成分Ⅱ,活性成分Ⅰ与活性成分Ⅱ的重量比为0.1-10:30-0.1,所述的活性成分Ⅰ是大黄素甲醚,活性成分Ⅱ是氟环唑、环丙唑醇和氟喹唑中任意一种。

4.根据权利要求2所述的含大黄素甲醚的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为苄基联苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的含大黄素甲醚的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,其所述溶剂为芳烃类溶剂和极性溶剂中的一种或多种组合;芳烃类溶剂包括三甲苯、四甲苯、二乙苯、邻氯二苯、丁苯、;极性溶剂包括苯无水乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、正己醇、正辛醇、松油醇、环己酮。
6.根据权利要求2所述的含大黄素甲醚的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为以下中的一种或多种组合:二线油、大豆油、棉籽油、蓖麻油、玉米油、松节油、油酸甲酯、油酸乙酯、环丁砜。
