The connecting sleeve 105 is sleeved on the abutting part of the inner electrode 101 and the adjusting part 102, and the inner wall of one end of the connecting sleeve 105 protrudes inwards along the circumferential direction to form a boss 106.
One end of the inner electrode 101 is fixed at the end of the atomizing base 15, the other end of the inner electrode 101 is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve 105 through interference fit, and the inner electrode 101 and the connecting sleeve 105 cannot rotate relatively.
The side wall surface of one end of the regulating member 102, which abuts against the inner electrode 101, protrudes outwards in the circumferential direction to form a flange 107, the flange 107 is located between the boss 106 and the inner electrode 101, and the boss 106 limits the flange 107 to prevent the regulating member 102 from loosening. The adjusting part 102 can rotate around the central axis relative to the inner electrode 101 and the connecting sleeve 105, and the other end of the adjusting part 102 passes through the boss 106 and extends out of the connecting sleeve 105, so that a user can rotate to adjust the size of the air inflow.
Example three: please refer to fig. 9, 10 and 11.
The present embodiment is different from the foregoing embodiments in that the inner electrode 101 is provided with a rotating shaft 108 and a positioning member 109 at one end that is in contact with the adjuster 102. One end of the rotation shaft 108 is connected to the inner electrode 101, and the other end of the rotation shaft 108 is connected to the positioning member 109.
The adjusting member 102 further has a rotating shaft through hole 110 along the central axis for the rotating shaft 108 to pass through, and the adjusting member 102 can rotate around the rotating shaft 108, and two end faces of the adjusting member are respectively limited by the positioning member 109 and the inner electrode 101.
Preferably, the inner electrode 101, the rotating shaft 108 and the positioning member 109 are integrally formed.
In the present embodiment, the first air intake passage 103 is a through hole opened in the axial direction of the adjuster 102.
Example four: please refer to fig. 12, 13 and 14.
The present embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that the first air intake passage 103 is a groove 111 provided in the radial direction of the adjusting member 102, and the groove 111 is opened in the end surface of the adjusting member 102.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts in the embodiments are referred to each other.
It is understood that the opening path of the first air inlet passage 103 and the second air inlet passage 104 is not limited to the present invention, as long as the communication between the outside and the smoke passage 154 is achieved, and several preferred embodiments are given herein, and are not particularly limited.
It is understood that the detachable connection between the atomizing core and the atomizing sleeve 21, the connecting member 27 and the battery pack is not limited to the present invention, and may be a plurality of common detachable connections such as a screw connection, a snap connection, an interference fit, etc., which are not limited in particular.
The electronic cigarette has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The air inlet adjusting structure 10 is arranged to adjust the ventilation area of the second air inlet passage 104 by shifting or rotating the adjusting member 102 after the connection between the battery assembly and the atomizing assembly is released, so as to change the size of the air inlet amount, and meet the requirements of users for different air inlet amounts.
(2) When battery pack is connected with atomizing component, admit air and adjust structure 10 and be located inside the electron cigarette and do not expose, can effectively avoid because the mistake that leads to is touched when using or placing in the clothing pocket is adjusted, ensure that the user only adjusts the air input size of this electron cigarette when needing, improve user experience.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (17)

  1. An electronic cigarette comprises an atomizing assembly and a battery assembly detachably connected with the atomizing assembly, and is characterized in that the atomizing assembly comprises an atomizing sleeve (21), a vent pipe (22) sleeved in the atomizing sleeve (21) and communicated to the outside of the electronic cigarette, and a detachable atomizing core inserted into one end of the atomizing sleeve (21); an oil storage cavity (24) is formed between the atomizing sleeve (21) and the vent pipe (22), an oil filling port is formed in the end face, facing the battery component, of the atomizing sleeve (21), and the atomizing core is inserted into the oil storage cavity (24) through the oil filling port and is connected with the vent pipe (22) in an elastic sealing mode;
    a smoke channel (154) which extends along the axial direction of the atomization core and is communicated with the vent pipe (22) and a heating wire assembly (13) which is arranged on the smoke channel (154) and is used for atomizing tobacco tar are arranged in the atomization core, and the heating wire assembly (13) is electrically connected with the battery assembly;
    one end of the atomizing core adjacent to the battery pack is provided with a second air inlet channel (104) communicated with the smoke channel (154) and an air inlet adjusting structure (10) used for adjusting the air inlet amount of the second air inlet channel (104), the air inlet adjusting structure (10) comprises an adjusting piece (102) contained in the electronic cigarette, and the adjusting piece (102) is used for adjusting the ventilation area of the second air inlet channel (104) by shifting or rotating the adjusting piece (102) after the connection between the battery pack and the atomizing assembly is released so as to change the air inlet amount.
  2. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that the atomizing core further comprises a hollow atomizing seat (15), the hollow portion of the atomizing seat (15) forms the smoke passage (154) for circulation of the smoke resulting from the atomization, the air inlet adjusting structure (10) is disposed at one end of the atomizing seat (15);
    the air inlet adjusting structure (10) further comprises an inner electrode (101) which is abutted to the adjusting piece (102), and the inner electrode (101) is inserted and fixed at one end of the atomizing base (15) and is electrically isolated from the atomizing base (15);
    a first air inlet channel (103) for external air to flow into is arranged on the adjusting piece (102), and a second air inlet channel (104) for communicating the first air inlet channel (103) with the smoke channel (154) is arranged on the inner electrode (101); the adjusting piece (102) is accommodated in one end of the battery assembly, the adjusting piece (102) is exposed out of the atomization assembly after the connection between the battery assembly and the atomization assembly is released, and the ventilation area of the communication part of the first air inlet channel (103) and the second air inlet channel (104) is adjusted by rotating the adjusting piece (102) along the circumferential direction of the inner electrode (101).
  3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the air inlet adjusting structure (10) further comprises a connecting sleeve (105) for connecting the inner electrode (101) and the adjusting member (102), the connecting sleeve (105) is sleeved on the abutting portion of the inner electrode (101) and the adjusting member (102), and an inner wall of one end of the connecting sleeve (105) protrudes inwards along the circumferential direction to form a boss (106);
    one end of the inner electrode (101) is fixed at the end part of the atomizing base (15), and the other end of the inner electrode is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve (105);
    the side wall surface of one end, abutted to the inner electrode (101), of the adjusting piece (102) protrudes outwards along the circumferential direction to form a flange (107), the flange (107) is located between the boss (106) and the inner electrode (101), and the other end of the adjusting piece (102) penetrates through the boss (106) and extends out of the connecting sleeve (105).
  4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the inner electrode (101) is provided with a rotating shaft (108) at the center of the end surface abutting against the regulating member (102), one end of the rotating shaft (108) is connected with the inner electrode (101), and the other end of the rotating shaft (108) is provided with a positioning member (109);
    the adjusting piece (102) capable of rotating around the rotating shaft (108) is further provided with a rotating shaft through hole (110) for the rotating shaft (108) to pass through, and two end faces of the adjusting piece (102) are limited by the positioning piece (109) and the inner electrode (101) respectively.
  5. The electronic cigarette according to claim 4, wherein the first air inlet channel (103) opens in an axial direction of the regulating member (102).
  6. The electronic cigarette according to claim 4, wherein the first air inlet channel (103) is arranged along a radial direction of the regulating member (102), and the first air inlet channel (103) is a groove (111) opened on an end face of the regulating member (102).
  7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the atomizing base (15) comprises a hand-held portion (152), and the air inlet adjusting structure (10) is mounted on one side of the hand-held portion (152) and detachably connected with an external battery pack.
  8. The electronic cigarette of claim 7, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the hand-held portion (152) is provided with a knurled structure.
  9. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, further comprising a second sealing ring (26) disposed between the atomizing sleeve (21) and the atomizing base (15), wherein a second sealing groove (153) for accommodating the second sealing ring (26) is circumferentially opened on an outer side surface of the atomizing base (15).
  10. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the smoke channel (154) axially penetrates through the atomizing base (15), an opening (151) for installing the heating wire assembly (13) is formed on a side wall of the atomizing base (15) in a relatively opened manner, and two ends of the heating wire assembly (13) respectively protrude from the opening (151).
  11. The electronic cigarette according to claim 10, wherein the heating wire assembly (13) comprises an oil guide (131) and a heating wire (132), the heating wire (132) is wound and fixed on the oil guide (131), and two ends of the oil guide (131) respectively extend out of the opening (151) to draw smoke oil from the outside for heating and atomizing the heating wire (132).
  12. The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the end of the atomizing base (15) where the air inlet adjusting structure (10) is installed and the inner electrode (101) are made of conductive materials or coated with conductive materials on the surfaces, and an insulating sleeve (16) is sleeved between the inner electrode (101) and the atomizing base (15).
  13. The electronic cigarette of claim 12, wherein the heating wire assembly (13) is electrically connected to the inner electrode (101) through a first wire (133), and the heating wire assembly (13) is electrically connected to the atomizing base (15) through a second wire (134);
    one end of the first lead (133) is fixed between the insulating sleeve (16) and the inner electrode (101), and one end of the second lead (134) is fixed between the insulating sleeve (16) and the atomizing base (15).
  14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing core is further provided with an atomizing cover (11) and a sealing sleeve (12) at an end far away from the air inlet adjusting structure (10), the atomizing cover (11) is provided with a communication hole (111) communicated with the smoke channel (154), the ventilation pipe (22) is inserted into the communication hole (111), and the sealing sleeve (12) is clamped between the atomizing cover (11) and the ventilation pipe (22).
  15. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that the atomizing assembly further comprises an oil separator (23) disposed at an end of the atomizing sleeve (21), and the atomizing core, the atomizing sleeve (21), the ventilation pipe (22) and the oil separator (23) enclose an oil storage chamber (24) for storing smoke.
  16. The electronic cigarette according to claim 15, wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a first sealing ring (25) disposed between the atomizing sleeve (21) and the oil separator (23), the atomizing sleeve (21) and the oil separator (23) are connected in an interference fit manner, and a first sealing groove (231) for accommodating the first sealing ring (25) is circumferentially opened on an outer side surface of the oil separator (23).
  17. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, further comprising a nozzle assembly detachably connected to the atomizing sleeve (21), wherein the nozzle assembly has a smoking channel communicated with the ventilation tube (22), and the smoking channel axially penetrates the nozzle assembly.
