Abstract

本发明提供一种小区间切换的方法、装置及系统。一种小区间切换的方法,包括:目标基站接收源基站发送的切换请求消息,所述切换请求消息包括待切换用户设备的状态信息;所述源基站为源小区的服务基站,所述目标基站为目标小区的服务基站;所述目标基站根据所述待切换用户设备的状态信息,确定用于协助所述待切换用户设备进行切换的协作用户设备,并根据所述协作用户设备的时间提前量TA确定所述待切换用户设备的TA;所述目标基站向所述源基站发送切换响应消息,所述切换响应消息包括所述待切换用户设备的TA。解决了现有技术中在进行小区间切换时,存在空口信令开销较大以及切换延迟的问题。
