技术领域
本发明涉及防腐材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种能够长时间的有效保护钢绞线的钢绞线专用防腐脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢绞线在日常生活中的应用已相当普遍,然而它的腐蚀却一直是一个令人头疼的问题。钢绞线腐蚀的要害处不仅在于本身的损失,更严重的是制品结构损坏所造成的损失大到无法估量。一般的金属防腐材料都只是涂刷或附着在金属表面,起到隔离作用,经不起成年累月的自然破坏,保护时间很短。
目前,防腐脂基本都是按照锂基脂或者复合锂基脂的配方和方法进行生产的,该方法所制备的产品,钢网分油基本都在10%或者5%以内,钢网分油率没有达到很低的水平。但是这种高压导线很容易因为电流过大而使温度攀升至很高,这种情况下,按照目前技术制备的防腐脂析油问题严重,其结果会导致防腐脂对导线的保护作用急剧下降,进而影响了导线的整体使用寿命。
钢网分油率成为钢绞线能否有效保护的瓶颈问题。因此,需要针对这种关键技术难题进行全面优化,确保高空导线能得到长时间的有效保护。
发明内容
为了克服现有钢绞线防腐脂的制备方法的不足之处,本发明提供了一种针对防腐脂析油严重、对钢绞线进行长期有效保护的钢绞线专用防腐脂及其制备方法。
一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其组成为:12-羟基硬脂酸5%~10%w;工业硬脂酸1%~3%w;氢氧化锂3%~5%w;熟石灰0.5%~1%w;水8%~13%w;650SN矿物油70%~75%w;粘度指数改进剂0.5%~1%w;清净剂0.5%~1%w;防锈剂0.5%~1%w;抗氧化剂0.5%~1%w。
进一步改进的是,所述的粘度指数改进剂可以是聚甲基丙烯酸酯或乙烯丙烯共聚物或聚异丁烯。
进一步改进的是,所述的清净剂可以是聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐。
进一步改进的是,所述的防锈剂可以是石油磺酸钡或石油磺酸钠或环烷酸锌。
进一步改进的是,所述的抗氧剂可以是二苯胺或丁基羟基茴香醚或没食子酸丙酯。
一种钢绞线专用防腐脂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
a.将650SN矿物油充入添加有硼酸的皂化釜,并升温到55~75℃;
b.然后加入12-羟基硬脂酸,工业硬脂酸,氢氧化锂,熟石灰,水,添加完后起压、恒压、卸压,再温度升高至150~190℃之间,加入650SN矿物油100~500L,继续升温至220~248℃进行急冷混合并转入调和釜中,进行循环剪切;
c.加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐,石油磺酸钡,二苯胺,通过调整650SN矿物油的量得到锥入度为220-295的防腐脂,符合要求后,均质,脱气。
本发明的有益效果是:本钢绞线专用防腐脂的制备方法,主要在皂化过程中加入硼酸提高了润滑脂的胶体安定性,并且调和过程中加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯使填充油能牢牢的包在皂纤维中,可以大幅改善防腐脂的钢网分油率,解决目前钢绞线防腐脂析油严重,达到对钢绞线的有效保护。

进一步改进的是,粘度指数改进剂可以是聚甲基丙烯酸酯或乙烯丙烯共聚物或聚异丁烯。
进一步改进的是,清净剂可以是聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐。
进一步改进的是,防锈剂可以是石油磺酸钡或石油磺酸钠或环烷酸锌。

一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其组成为:12-羟基硬脂酸8%w,工业硬脂酸2w,氢氧化锂4%w,熟石灰0.5%w,水10%w,聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5%w,聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐0.5%w,石油磺酸钡0.5%w,二苯胺0.5%w和650SN73.5%w。
一种钢绞线专用防腐脂的制备方法,其步骤如下:将650SN矿物油充入皂化釜,并升温到65℃;然后加入12-羟基硬脂酸,工业硬脂酸,氢氧化锂,熟石灰,水,添加完后起压、恒压、卸压,再温度升高至150~190℃之间,加入650SN矿物油100~500L,继续升温至220进行急冷混合并转入调和釜中,进行循环剪切;加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐,石油磺酸钡,二苯胺,通过调整650SN矿物油的量得到锥入度为220-295的防腐脂,符合要求后,均质,脱气。
本钢绞线专用防腐脂的制备方法,主要在皂化过程中加入硼酸提高了润滑脂的胶体安定性,并且调和过程中加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯使填充油能牢牢的包在皂纤维中,可以大幅改善防腐脂的钢网分油率,解决目前钢绞线防腐脂析油严重,达到对钢绞线的有效保护。

Claims (6)

1.一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其组成为:12-羟基硬脂酸5%~10%w;工业硬脂酸1%~3%w;氢氧化锂3%~5%w;熟石灰0.5%~1%w;水8%~13%w;650SN矿物油70%~75%w;粘度指数改进剂0.5%~1%w;清净剂0.5%~1%w;防锈剂0.5%~1%w;抗氧化剂0.5%~1%w。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其特征在于:所述的粘度指数改进剂可以是聚甲基丙烯酸酯或乙烯丙烯共聚物或聚异丁烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其特征在于:所述的清净剂可以是聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂可以是石油磺酸钡或石油磺酸钠或环烷酸锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢绞线专用防腐脂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂可以是二苯胺或丁基羟基茴香醚或没食子酸丙酯。
6.一种钢绞线专用防腐脂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
a. 将650SN矿物油充入添加有硼酸的皂化釜,并升温到55~75℃;
b. 然后加入12-羟基硬脂酸,工业硬脂酸,氢氧化锂,熟石灰,水,添加完后起压、恒压、卸压,再温度升高至150~190℃之间,加入650SN矿物油100~500L,继续升温至220~248℃进行急冷混合并转入调和釜中,进行循环剪切;
c. 加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯,聚异丁烯硫磷酸钡盐,石油磺酸钡,二苯胺,通过调整650SN矿物油的量得到锥入度为220-295的防腐脂,符合要求后,均质,脱气。
