本发明涉及一种耐候灯箱布,所述的灯箱布由网格布、分别设置于网格布两侧的背膜及面膜组成,所述的背膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂20‑40份、碳酸钙15‑22份、纳米钙36‑50、邻苯二甲酸酯20‑40份、环氧大豆油3‑5份、颜色粉6‑10份及稳定剂4‑6份;所述的面膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30‑40份、碳酸钙15‑22份、纳米钙48‑53份、邻苯二甲酸酯28‑55份、环氧大豆油3‑5份、颜色粉6‑10份及稳定剂4‑6份。本发明所述的一种耐候灯箱布,具有良好的耐候性及柔韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐候灯箱布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和人们对广告业的深入认识和了解,国内的广告业得到了迅速发展,而户外广告业以其强烈的视觉冲击力和富有竞争力的成本,受到了广大广告业户的青睐。灯箱布是一种由两层PVC和一层高强度的网格布组成的灯箱招牌面料,也叫宝丽布,分内打光和外打光两种,主要生产方法有刀刮涂层法、压延法、贴合法。特点是厚度、抗拉力强度。随着灯箱广告的广泛使用,随处可见形形式式的色彩艳丽的灯箱广告。而其所采用的广告材料对其强度、耐腐性、耐水性的要求也越来越高。现有的灯箱布其柔韧性及耐候性不是非常理想,难以长时间在户外使用而保持原有的色泽及韧性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服上述中存在的问题,提供了一种耐候灯箱布,具有良好的耐候性及柔韧性。
本发明解决其技术问题提供了:一种耐候灯箱布,所述的灯箱布由网格布、分别设置于网格布两侧的背膜及面膜组成,所述的背膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂20-40份、碳酸钙15-22份、纳米钙36-50、邻苯二甲酸酯20-40份、环氧大豆油3-5份、颜色粉6-10份及稳定剂4-6份;
所述的面膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30-40份、碳酸钙15-22份、纳米钙48-53份、邻苯二甲酸酯28-55份、环氧大豆油3-5份、颜色粉6-10份及稳定剂4-6份。
作为优选,所述的膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂35份、碳酸钙17份、纳米钙40、邻苯二甲酸酯35份、环氧大豆油3份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份;所述的面膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30份、碳酸钙15份、纳米钙49份、邻苯二甲酸酯29份、环氧大豆油35份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份。
作为优选,所述的环氧树脂为环己烷二甲醇环氧树脂与氢化双酚 A 环氧树脂由1:1的比例组成的混合物。环氧树脂为最重要的热固性聚合物类别之一,耐候性环氧涂层可消除防腐蚀涂布系统中的面漆的需求,环氧树脂具有良好的物理、化学性能,它对金属和非金属材料的表面具有优异的粘接强度,介电性能良好,变形收缩率小,制品尺寸稳定性好,硬度高,柔韧性较好,对碱及大部分溶剂稳定。
作为优选,所述的稳定剂为有机锡。有机锡稳定剂具有卓越的透明性,使用有机锡稳定剂的PVC膜类配方,可得到结晶般的制品;具有良好的透光性。
本发明解决其技术问题还提供了:一种耐候灯箱布生产工艺,所述的背膜的生产工艺为:将重量份为聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂35份、碳酸钙17份、纳米钙40、邻苯二甲酸酯35份、环氧大豆油3份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份进行混合搅拌,得到背膜主料;对背膜主料进行压延、压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得背膜;
所述的面膜的生产工艺为:将重量份为聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30份、碳酸钙15份、纳米钙49份、邻苯二甲酸酯29份、环氧大豆油35份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份进行混合搅拌,得到面膜主料;对面膜主料进行压延、压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得面膜;
分别将背膜与面膜贴合到网格布两侧,得到灯箱布。
进一步地,所述背膜与面膜的生产工艺的搅拌过程包括:
(1)升温搅拌,搅拌过程中将搅拌物料温度升高到110度,搅拌一分钟;
(2)冷却搅拌,降低搅拌物料的温度,搅拌物料温度降低到50度时,停止搅拌;并且将物料和成团状。
进一步地,采用四棍压延机分别对所述背膜主料及面膜主料进行压延。
本发明的有益效果是:一种耐候灯箱布,具有良好的耐候性、吸墨性,面膜与背膜的塑化非常均匀,吸墨性能突出,各成分为一个有机的整体,原料之间会产生协同效应,增加了灯箱布的耐候及柔韧性能,延长了灯箱布产品的使用寿命。

实施例1
耐候灯箱布,所述的灯箱布由网格布、分别设置于网格布两侧的背膜及面膜组成,所述的膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂35份、碳酸钙17份、纳米钙40、邻苯二甲酸酯35份、环氧大豆油3份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份;所述的面膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30份、碳酸钙15份、纳米钙49份、邻苯二甲酸酯29份、环氧大豆油35份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份。
所述的环氧树脂为环己烷二甲醇环氧树脂与氢化双酚 A 环氧树脂由1:1的比例组成的混合物。环氧树脂为最重要的热固性聚合物类别之一,耐候性环氧涂层可消除防腐蚀涂布系统中的面漆的需求,环氧树脂具有良好的物理、化学性能,它对金属和非金属材料的表面具有优异的粘接强度,介电性能良好,变形收缩率小,制品尺寸稳定性好,硬度高,柔韧性较好,对碱及大部分溶剂稳定。
所述的稳定剂为有机锡。其中,有机锡稳定剂具有卓越的透明性,使用有机锡稳定剂的PVC膜类配方,可得到结晶般的制品;具有良好的透光性。
本发明所述的一种耐候灯箱布,具有良好的耐候性、吸墨性,面膜与背膜的塑化非常均匀,吸墨性能突出,各成分为一个有机的整体,原料之间会产生协同效应,增加了灯箱布的耐候及柔韧性能,延长了灯箱布产品的使用寿命。

耐候灯箱布生产工艺,所述的背膜的生产工艺为:将重量份为聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂35份、碳酸钙17份、纳米钙40、邻苯二甲酸酯35份、环氧大豆油3份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份进行混合搅拌,其中,搅拌过程包含(1)升温搅拌,搅拌过程中将搅拌物料温度升高到110度,搅拌一分钟;(2)冷却搅拌,降低搅拌物料的温度,搅拌物料温度降低到50度时,停止搅拌;采用行星机将物料和成团状;采用砸轮机将物料彻底充分塑化混合,得到背膜主料;采用四棍压延机对背膜主料进行压延、压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得背膜;

本实施例中的制得的灯箱布,原料之间均匀混合,各成分为一个有机的整体,面膜与背膜的塑化非常均匀,吸墨性能突出,具有良好的耐候性及柔韧性能,延长了灯箱布产品的使用寿命;本实施例中的制得的灯箱布,使用两年后,依然具有原有的色泽及韧性。

所述的面膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30-40份、碳酸钙15-22份、纳米钙48-53份、邻苯二甲酸酯28-55份、环氧大豆油3-5份、颜色粉6-10份及稳定剂4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候灯箱布,其特征在于,所述的膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂35份、碳酸钙17份、纳米钙40、邻苯二甲酸酯35份、环氧大豆油3份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份;所述的面膜由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30份、碳酸钙15份、纳米钙49份、邻苯二甲酸酯29份、环氧大豆油35份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐候灯箱布,其特征在于,所述的环氧树脂为环己烷二甲醇环氧树脂与氢化双酚 A 环氧树脂由1:1的比例组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐候灯箱布,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为有机锡。
5.一种耐候灯箱布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的背膜的生产工艺为:将重量份为聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂35份、碳酸钙17份、纳米钙40、邻苯二甲酸酯35份、环氧大豆油3份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份进行混合搅拌,得到背膜主料;对背膜主料进行压延、压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得背膜;
所述的面膜的生产工艺为:将重量份为聚氯乙烯树脂100份、环氧树脂30份、碳酸钙15份、纳米钙49份、邻苯二甲酸酯29份、环氧大豆油35份、颜色粉6份及稳定剂4份进行混合搅拌,得到面膜主料;对面膜主料进行压延、压花、冷却和卷取,从而制得面膜;
分别将背膜与面膜贴合到网格布两侧,得到灯箱布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐候灯箱布生产工艺,其特征在于,所述背膜与面膜的生产工艺的搅拌过程包括:
(1)升温搅拌,搅拌过程中将搅拌物料温度升高到110度,搅拌一分钟;
(2)冷却搅拌,降低搅拌物料的温度,搅拌物料温度降低到50度时,停止搅拌;并且将物料和成团状。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐候灯箱布生产工艺,其特征在于,采用四棍压延机分别对所述背膜主料及面膜主料进行压延。
