一种大小可变机械脚,主要包括足前端件,足中间件、足后端件、足底滚子、折页、伸缩杆、绑带、外部安装板,所述足前端件通过折页与足中间件连接,两者能够在一定角度范围内相对摆动;所述伸缩杆的一端与足中间件固定,并与足后端件滑道配合安装,前脚掌相对后脚部分距离在一定范围内可变;所述外部安装板固定在足后端件上,并具有与外部安装的安装孔;所述足底分布安装有足底滚子,方便在足下活动平板上滚动接触;所述足中间件、足后端件上有固定患者脚部结构及绑带安装结构,用于安装绑带,固定患者脚部,该机械脚大小可变,适应多种尺码,且通过前脚掌摆动更能贴合人体脚型。

技术领域
本发明属于机械脚技术领域,特别是涉及一种大小可变机械脚。
背景技术
目前,随着康复医疗领域的发展,下肢康复机器人已成为如今研究的热点,下肢康复机器人所具备的外骨骼机械腿在结构上满足正常人腿对应自由度、结构及人腿固定装置外,还需有与脚部对应的机械脚及固定装置,方便与患者脚部固定,辅助脚部运动,目前,市面上的下肢康复机器人的脚部多采用一固定大小的足形平板,上安装绑带,用于固定患者脚部,足形平板的足面大小无法调节,所以为适应不同尺码,将足形平板做的足够大,外形笨重,无法更好配合患者脚底运动,且无法与各种尺码的患者脚部更好的吻合。
发明内容
针对现有需求及已有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种大小可变机械脚,主要包括足前端件,足中间件、足后端件、足底滚子、折页、伸缩杆、绑带、外部安装板。
所述足前端件通过折页与足中间件连接,两者能够在一定角度范围内相对摆动,适应脚掌前端的摆动;所述伸缩杆的一端与足中间件固定,另一端带有限位件,伸缩杆中间伸缩部分与足后端件和外部安装板组成的滑道配合安装,伸缩杆能在滑道内自由伸缩滑动,并能够通过限位件限定其伸缩行程;所述外部安装板与足后端件固定,外部安装板上有安装孔,方便与机械腿和外骨骼等结构的脚底板连接结构安装;所述足前端件、足中间件、足后端件的底面分布安装有足底滚子,方便在足下活动平板上滚动接触;所述足中间件、足后端件上有固定患者脚部结构及绑带安装结构,用于安装绑带,固定患者脚部。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明与现有技术相比,利用折页,使得机械脚的足前端件和足后端件互相摆动,能够更好的贴合患者脚部前脚掌和脚趾关节处动作;
2、本发明采用机械脚大小可调结构,通过伸缩杆在足后端件和外部安装板配合组成的滑道内滑动,来适应不同患者脚部大小;
3、本发明机械脚板底部分布有足底滚子,可以与步行接触的平面滚动接触,减少内耗,提高容错率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,为本发明大小可变机械左脚整体结构图和部分结构图,包括足前端件1,、折页2、足中间件3、足底滚子4、外部安装板5、足后端件6、滚子轴7、垫圈8、法兰轴承9、滚子10、伸缩杆11及限位件12;所述足前端件1通过折页2安装在足中间件3上,使得足前端件1和足中间件2能够在一定角度范围内相互摆动;所述外部安装板5与足后端件6固定,外部安装板5外伸部分带有安装孔,可方便与机械腿踝关节对应安装零件固定安装;外部安装板5与足后端件6组成滑道,伸缩杆安装在滑道里,并可以自由滑动,伸缩杆后端固定有限位件12,限制其滑动行程,伸缩杆11前端伸入足中间件3内并与之固定,因此前脚掌与足后端件6之间距离可调节;足底滚子4分布安装在足前端件1、足中间件2、足后端件3底面,方便在机械腿运动时与步行接触的平面滚动接触,减少内耗,提高容错率;所述足底滚子4主要由滚子轴7、垫圈8、法兰轴承9及滚子10组成,滚子10两端安装有法兰轴承,滚子轴7安装在法兰轴承9上,垫圈8安装在滚子轴7上,滚子轴7上有相应安装孔,方便与机械脚足底分布的足底滚子4安装孔固定安装;足中间件4、足后端件6上具有绑带13安装结构,将绑带13安装在机械脚上,用于安装固定患者脚部,绑带13具有伸缩量可调节功能,松开卡扣,即可将绑带抽出或调节长度,方便患者脚部放入及适应不同患者脚部形状。
本发明大小可变机械脚右脚结构与上述左脚结构对称。

1.一种大小可变机械脚,主要包括足前端件,足中间件、足后端件、足底滚子、折页、伸缩杆、绑带、外部安装板,其特征在于:所述足前端件通过折页与足中间件连接,两者能够在一定角度范围内相对摆动,适应前脚掌摆动;所述伸缩杆的一端与足中间件固定,另一端带有限位件,伸缩杆中间部分与足后端件和外部安装板组成的滑道配合安装,伸缩杆能在滑道内自由伸缩滑动,并能够通过限位件限定其伸缩行程;所述外部安装板与足后端件固定,外部安装板上有安装孔,方便与机械腿和外骨骼等结构的脚底板连接结构安装;所述足前端件、足中间件、足后端件上都分布安装有足底滚子,方便在足下活动平板上滚动接触;所述足中间件、足后端件上有固定患者脚部结构及绑带安装结构,用于安装绑带,固定患者脚部。
