Abstract
本发明推出了一种以木质纤维为擦搓研磨、吸附
剂作为填料,按一定粒(丝)度和比例搀入各种洗涤除
污清洁剂中,以丸(片)、膏、散粉三种形态用于搓洗油
污手、无损伤地擦净家具器皿、方便地擦扫地板的“木
制纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂”。
Description
本发明,涉及了日用化工特别是采用一种新型研磨、吸附填充材料制成的特效清洁剂。具体地说是一种采用木质纤维作为研磨、吸附填料而非常适用于各种劳动工种洗除手上被沾污的原油、油漆、油墨、沥清、树脂等;还适用于家俱、器皿、玻璃等除污擦垢;也适用于公共场合(室、厅、商场等)擦扫地板。是一种吸附异味、除污、擦垢、无毒无菌、不刺激皮肤、不伤瓷釉、安全卫生、价廉方便、效高而构成一种实用新型的《木质纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂》。
现在工厂等劳动场合,工人通常使用肥皂、洗衣粉、洗手剂等洗除手上沾污物。往往不含研磨剂或只采用某些矿石粉作研磨料(如膨润土、细沙、硅藻土、沸石粉、石英粉等),粒度过细,摩擦力度小,粒度大了,又因硬度大而擦伤皮肤;使用中用量大,极不经济,除污效低又刺激皮肤;特别是在洗不净油污时,工人就要借助尼龙丝(屑),或抓一把泥土、沙子或碱面在手上擦搓,更加损伤了皮肤;还有动用含毒物、强刺激性的机床擦洗剂、汽油等洗手。在擦拭家用器皿上,现在多用去污粉等,其中所用研磨剂、多采用方解石、天然碳酸钙、大理石、白云石、长石、石英砂等粉粒,一方面加工难度大,又易擦伤器皿表面,影响美观;若使用柔软性颗粒如纯石膏(硫酸钙)天然粘土、滑石粉等,虽不会发生擦伤,但在摩擦中有水溶性或变形成薄片失去研磨性能,难以达到净化目的。而木质纤维却没有上述擦伤、水溶、变形等缺点,但至今未被开发采用。
本发明的目的在于开发选用同时具有研磨性和吸附活性的木质、纤维-锯木粉等作为洗手除污清洁剂的良好填料,制成《木制纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂》,可用于搓洗沾污最脏的手,无损伤地擦净家俱、器皿,方便地擦拭、清扫地板。
本发明的任务是由特定的木质纤维作为洗涤除污清洁剂的擦搓研磨、吸附填料,并设计制出适用于洗手、擦净器皿、擦扫地板三种用途和制成丸(片)、膏、粉三种形态的《木质纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂》,具有较稳定的擦搓研磨、吸附性能,取材方便、废物利用,有一定活性,除污力强,能吸附异味,对皮肤无刺激,对器皿无擦伤,无毒无菌,安全卫生,价廉方便,是一种具有新型研磨、吸附性能的填充材料制配成的很有价值的劳动保护及家用的实用性很强的清洁剂。
木质纤维主要采用木材加工后废弃的锯木粉(丝)为原料,进行必要的再加工处理。其粉(丝)度须进行细、中、粗分类。即细木粉的粒(丝)度在1毫米以下的用于家俱器皿无擦伤除污清洁剂的填料;粒(丝)度在1.5毫米以下的可用于洗手清洁剂的搓擦研磨填料;粒(丝)度在1.5毫米上下(除去木块、木片)均可作为擦拭地板的清扫料。
木质纤维还要经过净化、去杂、消毒灭菌,着色或漂白,干燥或加湿加香等加工处理后才能使用。
其洗涤除污清洁剂的化学部分可采用洗涤剂厂产出的粉、膏或液状洗涤剂等成品,按一定比例搀入经加工处理好后的木质纤维即可制成不同形状和用途的《木质纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂》。也可自行设计出含除油、除污、防霉、加香、发泡、润湿等成份的专用洗涤清洁剂化学配方填加木质纤维而制成本清洁剂。
本发明,具体实施例由以下工艺及配比制成。
一、加工工艺流程
木质纤维(如锯木粉)→净化→粒(丝)度分类→消毒灭菌→着色(或漂白)→干燥(或加湿)→加香料→按配比加入洗涤除污清洁剂→搅拌均匀→成形
→包装。
二、配比实例一(含木制纤维的洗手除污膏或丸片)
(一)化学部分:可任选一种市售洗手清洁剂。占《木质纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂》全配方总体积的30%-50%。
(二)研磨吸附填料部分:木质纤维(粒(丝)度在1.5毫米以下),占全配方总体积的50%-70%。
三、配比实例二(含木制纤维的无擦伤器皿的擦污粉)
(一)化学部分:可任选一种市售的除污粉或膏占全配方总体积的20-40%。
(二)研磨吸附填料部分:木制纤维(粒度1毫米以下),占全配方总体积的60-80%。
四、配方实例三(擦扫地板散粒状)
(一)化学部分:采用市售洗涤剂,占全配方总体积的10-20%。
(二)研磨吸附填料部分:木质纤维(粒丝度在1.5毫米上下),占全配方总体积的80%-90%。
Claims (5)
2、如权利要求1所述,其特征在于采用木质纤维锯木粉为搓擦研磨、吸附剂填料外,还可使用粮食油料加工中的付产品糠皮、麦皮(如稻糠、麦麸、花生皮等)处理后作为木质纤维。
3、如权利要求1所述其特征在于使用锯木粉这种木质纤维外,还可将农作物楷杆、柴草、树枝落叶等粉碎成所需粉粒(丝)度经处理后,作为本清洁剂的擦搓研磨、吸附填料。
4、如权利要求1所述其特征在于使用木质纤维制成洗手、除污、擦扫地板的清洁剂外,也可用0.5毫米以下粒度的木质纤维与市售牙膏、牙粉按3∶2或2∶1的比例(体积)配制成含木制纤维的刷除黄色牙垢的组合牙膏(粉),并具有消除牙臭作用。
5、如权利要求1所述其特征在于使用木质纤维锯木粉制成清洁剂外,还可利用已饮用过的茶叶经干燥处理后作为研磨、吸附填料配制《木质纤维洗手擦污特效清洁剂》,或具有刷垢消臭保护牙釉等作用的含木质纤维的牙齿清洁剂(木质纤维茶素型牙膏、牙粉等)。
