本发明公开了一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、将吸尘器手柄分成至少两个注塑件,各注塑件分别在模具中注塑成型;步骤二、将步骤一中所得的注塑件组装成完整的手柄结构;步骤三、将步骤二中所得的手柄结构置于模具中进行二次注塑,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套。本发明所得吸尘器手柄,能够在增强握持效果的同时提升胶套的牢固性和使用寿命。

吸尘器手柄的包胶方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电器领域,具体涉及一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法。
背景技术
随着小型家用电器技术的飞速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,吸尘器已经成为人们日常生活领域必备电器之一,其中手持式吸尘器由于其清洁方便、占用空间小和适用场所广泛而受到了人们的青睐。现有的手持吸尘器的手柄由两个注塑件拼接组装而成,在注塑件的外表面还包覆有两块软质的胶套。现有的手持吸尘器在日常使用过程中,由于手部摩擦、灰尘、油脂等原因,手柄上的胶套容易翘起甚至脱落,给手持吸尘器的使用带来了极大的不便。
因此,设计一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,在手柄的外表面包覆一圈连续的胶套,增强握持效果的同时提升胶套的牢固性和使用寿命,显然具有积极的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将吸尘器手柄分成至少两个注塑件,各注塑件分别在模具中注塑成型;
步骤二、将步骤一中所得的注塑件组装成完整的手柄结构;
步骤三、将步骤二中所得的手柄结构置于模具中进行二次注塑,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套。
上文中,所述吸尘器手柄是指不能一体成型的手柄。
所述吸尘器手柄包括ABS手柄结构和包覆于ABS手柄结构外表面的TPE胶套。
优选地,所述步骤一中,采用注塑机将ABS塑料加温到180~240℃,实现塑化后注入注塑件模具的型腔内,成型后取出注塑件。
优选地,所述步骤三中,将步骤二所得的手柄结构放入包胶模具的型腔内,采用注塑机将TPE材料加温到180~220℃后注入包胶模具的型腔内对手柄结构进行包胶,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本发明通过将吸尘器的手柄分解成至少两个注塑件,将其注塑成型后组装成一个完整的手柄结构,然后在手柄结构外表面包上一层连续的胶套,由于该胶套无缺口,因此在使用过程中,不仅能够增强握持效果,还能提升胶套的牢固性和使用寿命;
2. 本发明还可以简化模具结构;最终制得的手柄美观实用,适于推广应用。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:
参见图1和2所示,一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将吸尘器手柄分成第一注塑件1和第二注塑件2,将第一注塑件和第二注塑件分别在模具中注塑成型;
步骤二、将步骤一中所得的第一注塑件和第二注塑件组装成完整的手柄结构;
步骤三、将步骤二中所得的手柄结构置于模具中进行二次注塑,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套2。
上文中,所述吸尘器手柄包括ABS手柄结构和包覆于ABS手柄结构外表面的TPE胶套。
具体地,在所述第一注塑件和第二注塑件上设置有定位卡扣结构,所述ABS手柄结构由第一注塑件和第二注塑件经卡扣拼接组装而成。
本实施例中,所述步骤一中,采用注塑机将ABS塑料加温到180~240℃,实现塑化后注入注塑件模具的型腔内,成型后取出注塑件。
所述步骤三中,将步骤二所得的手柄结构放入包胶模具的型腔内,采用注塑机将TPE材料加温到180~220℃后注入包胶模具的型腔内对手柄结构进行包胶,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套。

1.一种吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将吸尘器手柄分成至少两个注塑件,各注塑件分别在模具中注塑成型;
步骤二、将步骤一中所得的注塑件组装成完整的连续的手柄结构;
步骤三、将步骤二中所得的手柄结构置于模具中进行二次注塑,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,采用注塑机将ABS塑料加温到180~240℃,实现塑化后注入注塑件模具的型腔内,成型后取出注塑件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器手柄的包胶方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,将步骤二所得的手柄结构放入包胶模具的型腔内,采用注塑机将TPE材料加温到180~220℃后注入包胶模具的型腔内对手柄结构进行包胶,在手柄结构外表面形成一圈连续的胶套。
