Abstract
本发明涉及一种定型美发产品,尤其是涉及一种气雾型摩丝,其按重量份数计算,包含以下物质:油脂1‑3份,乳化剂1‑3份,稳定剂0.2‑1份,成膜剂3‑12份,调理剂15‑20份,保湿剂5‑15份,C1‑C4低级醇溶剂100‑150份,压缩气体300‑500份。通过在摩丝原液中适量添加混合有金属离子的黄原胶,代替发蜡中的蜡质物,其水溶性使得清洗过程中具备易清理性,且与摩丝中的成膜性物质具有良好的结合效果,通过添加上述乳化剂,在较低的搅拌速度下即可达到良好的乳化效果,具有较长的保存时间,且摩丝中物质具有良好的均一性,且其粘度可达到6000‑8000cp,具有令人满意的定型效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种定型美发产品,尤其是涉及一种气雾型摩丝及其制作方法。
背景技术
发蜡是白色硬质蜡状造型产品,主要用于短发、中长发的发型修饰,其粘度较高,使用后可以塑造头发造型稳固,且在塑形过程中容易修改,得到众多造型师的认可。
但由于发蜡中主要采用蜡为原料,对于使用者而言,需要取出部分发蜡并经过一定时长的摩擦,分散于手上从而进行发型塑造,发蜡由于蜡质过多在于手指、头皮接触时容易产生令人不适的粘腻感,且需要除去造型时,与水难相溶的蜡质在清理过程中,对使用者自身而言,清理较为不便。
目前通过喷雾型的摩丝,可减少产品与手指接触的机会,且相对于发蜡,摩丝的产品成膜性更为优良,具有良好遇水成膜性的,具有一定粘性的聚合物作为发型塑型剂,代替原有的蜡质产品,受到消费者的欢迎,且在造型设计上,具有良好的平衡效果。但相对于发蜡而言,气雾型摩丝对于长时间定型以及扭曲度较高的中长发造型,在轻微的机械负荷下容易产生丧失发型固定型,但对于短发造型或短时间内的夸张塑形仍令人较为满意。
此类组合物包括醋酸乙烯酯和巴豆酸的共聚物、甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的共聚物、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸与其他单体的共聚物、聚氨酯、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、硅胶聚合物等。此类共聚物多以具备一定的粘着性,且具有良好的遇水成膜性对于头部皮肤、手指的粘着性具有良好的改善效果,但微溶于水的性质使此类产品在清理过程中依然相对困难,清理过程中具有一定困难。
发明内容
申请人在长期研究定型发胶产品中,基于定型发胶的中,产品遇水成膜性、粘腻性、水溶性以及造型的时间稳固程度、抗机械负载的考虑,旨在研发出一种减少或避免蜡质的使用,另适量添加具有良好遇水成膜性的共聚物,以及采用具备高粘性的水溶成分的解决方案,以开发此类易清理、遇水成膜性好且具备令人满意的塑形效果的气雾型摩丝产品。
在大多数工业应用,如食品工业,化工工业中,黄原胶作为流变学改性剂,通过与部分共聚物进行结合时,可产生具提升粘度的作用,其粘度大约为600-1400cp,且具有令人满意的水溶性能,申请人将未经处理的黄原胶添加于诸如醋酸乙烯酯和巴豆酸的共聚物、甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的共聚物、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸与其他单体的共聚物、聚氨酯、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、硅胶聚合物等共聚物中时,形成的组合物的定型效果不足以令人满意,仅适合于短发造型的定型,其具有一定的抗机械负载性但定型不够持久,通过添加少量蜡质成分可延长其定型效果,但长时间的放置易使产品的各组分分层,对于产品的销售较为不利。
申请人在研发过程中,在较为高温的条件下意外地发现,采用铁器盛放的,添加有黄原胶和植物胶的半成品,组分分层时间相对有所延长,但其遇水成膜性仍有待改善。
在此基础上,申请人通过选用采用热处理、金属改性黄原胶、添加植物胶的方法进行研制,并在此过程中开发出数项效果令人满意的产品。
本发明的定型摩丝的组合物的组分如下:
一种气雾型摩丝,其特征在于,按重量份数计算,包含以下物质:乳化剂1-3份,稳定剂0.2-1份,成膜剂3-12份,调理剂15-20份,保湿剂5-15份;
所述的乳化剂包括甲基葡萄糖聚氧丙烯醚二硬脂酸酯、十六烷基磷酸钾、单硬脂酸甘油酯、脱水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的稳定剂为卡波姆;
所述的成膜剂包括丙烯酸酯类共聚物和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物;
所述的调理剂为占调理剂5%-30%的混合有金属离子的黄原胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡拉胶、阳离子纤维素;
或占调理剂3%-25%的混合有金属离子的黄原胶,以及聚二甲基硅氧烷、香豆胶、刺槐豆胶;
所述的保湿剂包括丙二醇,麦芽糖醇,甘油或山梨醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
为了减少本品在使用过程中的粘腻感,且定型后发型呈哑光状态,可采用以下按重量份数的物质,进行配比:乳化剂1-3份,稳定剂0.2-1份,成膜剂5-15份,调理剂15-20份,保湿剂5-15份;
所述的乳化剂包括甲基葡萄糖聚氧丙烯醚二硬脂酸酯、十六烷基磷酸钾、单硬脂酸甘油酯、脱水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的稳定剂为卡波姆940或卡波姆941;
所述的成膜剂包括丙烯酸酯类共聚物或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物或醋酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸/乙烯基新癸酸酯三元共聚物或二甘醇/环己烷二甲醇/间苯二酸酯/磺间苯二酸酯共聚物;
所述的调理剂为占调理剂5%-30%的混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡拉胶、阳离子纤维素;
或占调理剂3%-25%的混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶,以及聚二甲基硅氧烷、香豆胶、刺槐豆胶;
所述的保湿剂包括丙二醇,麦芽糖醇,甘油或山梨醇中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
作为优选,所述的成膜剂为丙烯酸酯/辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物或丙烯酸酯或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物或醋酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸/乙烯基新癸酸酯三元共聚物或二甘醇/环己烷二甲醇/间苯二酸酯/磺间苯二酸酯共聚物。
作为优选,所述的调理剂为占调理剂15-20份%的混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶、10%-20%卡拉胶、5%-15%阳离子纤维素以及余下为聚二甲基硅氧烷组成;
或占调理剂3%-25%的混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶、10%-20%香豆胶、8%-16%刺槐豆胶,以及余下为聚二甲基硅氧烷组成;
作为进一步的改进,还包含赋香剂,所述的赋香剂可选择花香型香精、果香型香精、木香型香精中的任意一种或多种的组合物。
本品的制作方法如下:
(1)按重量份数将原料配备,将除稳定剂、C1-C4低级醇溶剂、压缩气体以外的物质与100~150份去离子水混合,加热至50~75℃,保持20-45min,得到摩丝原液;
(2)将加热完毕后的摩丝原液在搅拌锅中,于50-60℃下以300-500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)降温至40-45℃后继续保持搅拌,加入稳定剂后继续搅拌直至摩丝原液冷却至35-40℃,继续加入C1-C4低级醇溶剂后搅拌均匀;
(4)将摩丝原液灌入瓶中并填充入压缩气体,即得到所述的气雾型摩丝。
本发明至少具有以下有益之处:
(1)通过在摩丝原液中适量添加混合有金属离子的黄原胶,代替发蜡中的蜡质物,其水溶性使得清洗过程中具备易清理性,且与摩丝中的成膜性物质具有良好的结合效果,通过添加上述乳化剂,在较低的搅拌速度下即可达到良好的乳化效果,具有较长的保存时间,且摩丝中物质具有良好的均一性;
(2)对于大多数遇水成膜性良好,具有一定粘性的聚合物作为发型塑型剂,其粘度大约为4000-5000cp,难以满足长时间定型以及扭曲度较高的中长发造型,并轻微的机械负荷下容易产生丧失发型固定型,对于添加适量的黄原胶可提升其粘度效果,但相对而言不具备较好的均一性,使用前需均匀混合;但在通过添加混合有金属离子的黄原胶,并进行一定的热处理后,其粘度可达到6500-7000cp,对于大多数中长发的发型塑造具有良好的塑型效果,且抗机械负荷具有良好的应用效果,持续时间令人满意;尤其以添加混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶后,其粘度可进一步提高到8000-8500cp,对于中长发乃至长发的发型塑造具有至少超过6小时的发型稳定保持时间,且在中低风压下的抗机械形变能力具有令人满意的效果。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更容易被理解,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种气雾型摩丝,按重量份数计算,包含以下物质:
甲基葡萄糖聚氧丙烯醚二硬脂酸酯 4份、十六烷基磷酸钾 4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3.5份;
卡波姆940 2.5份;
丙烯酸酯类共聚物40份和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮20份;
混合有金属离子的黄原胶14.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷95.5份、卡拉胶45份、阳离子纤维素35份;
所述的保湿剂为丙二醇40份,甘油10份。
甲醇600份、乙醇1800份。
采用下述步骤进行摩丝的加工:
(1)将上述原料按重量份数将原料配备,将除稳定剂、C1-C4低级醇溶剂以外的物质与1200份去离子水混合,加热至50~65℃,保持20-30min,得到摩丝原液;
(2)将加热完毕后的摩丝原液在搅拌锅中,于50-60℃下以300-500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)降温至40-45℃后继续保持搅拌,加入卡波姆后继续搅拌直至摩丝原液冷却至35-40℃,继续加入甲醇、乙醇后搅拌均匀;
(4)将摩丝原液灌入瓶中并填充入压缩空气,即得到所述的气雾型摩丝。
本品优势之处在于具有一定的光泽度,对于头部皮肤的粘腻感刺激较小,便于造型的塑造,且清洗方便,适用于短发乃至中长发的造型塑造。
实施例2
一种气雾型摩丝,按重量份数计算,包含以下物质:
十六烷基磷酸钾 4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3.5份、脱水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯4份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份
卡波姆910 1份、卡波姆940 2份;
丙烯酸酯类共聚物20份、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物20份、醋酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸/乙烯基新癸酸酯三元共聚物25份;
混合有金属离子的黄原胶14.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷95.5份、卡拉胶45份、阳离子纤维素35份;
丙二醇40份,麦芽糖醇15份;
乙醇1200份,异丙醇1000份。
采用下述步骤进行摩丝的加工:
(1)将上述原料按重量份数将原料配备,将除卡波姆910、卡波姆940、乙醇、异丙醇以外的物质与1300份去离子水混合,加热至50~60℃,保持20-25min,得到摩丝原液;
(2)将加热完毕后的摩丝原液在搅拌锅中,于50-60℃下以400-500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)降温至40-43℃后继续保持搅拌,加入卡波姆910、卡波姆940后继续搅拌直至摩丝原液冷却至35-40℃,继续加入乙醇、异丙醇后搅拌均匀;
(4)将摩丝原液灌入瓶中并填充入压缩空气,即得到所述的气雾型摩丝。
本品优势之处在于哑光造型,定型后具有自然的感官印象,对于头部皮肤的粘腻感刺激更小,便于造型的塑造,且清洗方便,适用于短发乃至中长发的造型塑造。
实施例3
甲基葡萄糖聚氧丙烯醚二硬脂酸酯 8份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5份、脱水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯4份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份
卡波姆910 1.5-份、卡波姆940 2份;
丙烯酸酯类共聚物35份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物20份、二甘醇/环己烷二甲醇/间苯二酸酯/磺间苯二酸酯共聚物40份;
混合有三价铁离子和二价镁离子的黄原胶40份,聚二甲基硅氧烷110份、香豆胶40份、刺槐豆胶10份;
丙二醇20份,麦芽糖醇15份,山梨醇15份;
乙醇2500份;木香型香精5份。
(1)将上述原料按重量份数将原料配备,将除卡波姆910、卡波姆940、乙醇以外的物质与1350份去离子水混合,加热至50~75℃,保持30-45min,得到摩丝原液;
(2)将加热完毕后的摩丝原液在搅拌锅中,于50-60℃下以300-500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)降温至40-45℃后继续保持搅拌,加入卡波姆910、卡波姆940后继续搅拌直至摩丝原液冷却至35-40℃,继续加入乙醇、木香型香精后搅拌均匀;
(4)将摩丝原液灌入瓶中并填充入压缩空气,即得到所述的气雾型摩丝。
相对于实施例2的产品,本品具有一定的清幽香气,具有哑光的感官印象,且产生白屑较少,适合于短发乃至中长发的男士使用。
实施例4
甲基葡萄糖聚氧丙烯醚二硬脂酸酯 8-10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3.5-5份、脱水山梨糖醇月桂酸酯2-4份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份
卡波姆910 1.5份、卡波姆940 2.5份;
丙烯酸酯/辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物30份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物25份、二甘醇/环己烷二甲醇/间苯二酸酯/磺间苯二酸酯共聚物50份;
混合有三价铁离子和二价钙离子的黄原胶35份,聚二甲基硅氧烷115份、香豆胶40份、刺槐豆胶15份;
丙二醇20份,麦芽糖醇15份,山梨醇15份;
花香型香精10份、乙醇200份、丙醇1500份、丁醇900份。
(1)按重量份数将原料配备,将除卡波姆910、卡波姆940、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇以外的物质与1350份去离子水混合,加热至50~75℃,保持30-45min,得到摩丝原液;
(2)将加热完毕后的摩丝原液在搅拌锅中,于50-60℃下以300-500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)降温至40-45℃后继续保持搅拌,,加入卡波姆910、卡波姆940后继续搅拌直至摩丝原液冷却至35-40℃,继续加入乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、花香型香精后搅拌均匀;
(4)将摩丝原液灌入瓶中并填充入压缩空气,即得到所述的气雾型摩丝。
相对于实施例2的产品,本品具有花香气,具有柔亮的感官印象,适合于中长发乃至长发的女士使用。

所述的C1-C4低级醇溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇或丁醇中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述的压缩气体为氮气、二氧化碳或空气。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种气雾型摩丝,其特征在于,所述的成膜剂为丙烯酸酯/辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物或丙烯酸酯或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯共聚物或醋酸乙烯酯/丁烯酸/乙烯基新癸酸酯三元共聚物或二甘醇/环己烷二甲醇/间苯二酸酯/磺间苯二酸酯共聚物。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种气雾型摩丝,其特征在于,所述的调理剂为占调理剂15-20份%的混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶、10%-20%卡拉胶、5%-15%阳离子纤维素以及余下为聚二甲基硅氧烷组成;或占调理剂3%-25%的混合有三价铁离子和选自镁、锌、钙中的至少一种二价离子的黄原胶、10%-20%香豆胶、8%-16%刺槐豆胶,以及余下为聚二甲基硅氧烷组成。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种气雾型摩丝,其特征在于,还包含赋香剂,所述的赋香剂可选择花香型香精、果香型香精、木香型香精中的任意一种或多种的组合物。
6.如权利要求1-5任意一项中所述的一种气雾型摩丝的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)按重量份数将原料配备,将除稳定剂、C1-C4低级醇溶剂、压缩气体以外的物质与100~150份去离子水混合,加热至50~75℃,保持20-45min,得到摩丝原液;
(2)将加热完毕后的摩丝原液在搅拌锅中,于50-60℃下以300-500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)降温至40-45℃后继续保持搅拌,加入稳定剂后继续搅拌直至摩丝原液冷却至35-40℃,继续加入C1-C4低级醇溶剂后搅拌均匀;
(4)将摩丝原液灌入瓶中并填充入压缩气体,即得到所述的气雾型摩丝。
