本发明公开了一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,本发明严格控制轮胎的生产步骤,通过将轮胎清洗、烘干和喷胶工艺融为一整道工序,简化了生产工艺,同时提高了生产效率,不仅使得轮胎喷胶前清洗干净,而且喷胶效果和喷胶效率极佳,该轮胎清洗喷胶方法,具有结构设计合理、操作简单、安全实用等优点,可以普遍推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,具体为一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法。
背景技术
轮胎是在各种车辆或机械上装配的接地滚动的圆环形弹性橡胶制品。通常安装在金属轮辋上,能支承车身,缓冲外界冲击,实现与路面的接触并保证车辆的行驶性能。轮胎常在复杂和苛刻的条件下使用,它在行驶时承受着各种变形、负荷、力以及高低温作用,因此必须具有较高的承载性能、牵引性能、缓冲性能。同时,还要求具备高耐磨性和耐屈挠性,以及低的滚动阻力与生热性。世界耗用橡胶量的一半用于轮胎生产,可见轮胎耗用橡胶的能力,轮胎是汽车的重要部件之一,它直接与路面接触,和汽车悬架共同来缓和汽车行驶时所受到的冲击,保证汽车有良好的乘座舒适性和行驶平顺性;保证车轮和路面有良好的附着性,提高汽车的牵引性、制动性和通过性。现有汽车及其他车辆上使用的轮胎在驶过路面上钉、玻璃碴等比较尖锐的物体时,其轮胎经常会被这些尖锐的物体刺破,使轮胎发生漏气、爆胎等情况,极易发生交通事故,严重威胁车辆内部乘员及车外车辆、行人的安全。为改变这一状况,人们发明了轮胎喷胶机,使用轮胎喷胶机在轮胎内部喷涂一层带有记忆功能的热熔胶,在车辆轮胎压过外部形状比较尖锐的物体时,轮胎被刺穿,但热熔胶层能够弥合轮胎上被刺穿的孔洞,使轮胎不漏气,避免事故的发生。
目前在轮胎生产技术领域,轮胎的清洗喷胶方式,多采用人工方式进行操作,这种方式不仅费时费力,而且清洗效果和喷胶效果并不理想,不适合推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,该轮胎清洗喷胶方法具体步骤如下:
S1:原材料的准备,将需要喷胶的轮胎收集到一起,摆放整齐;
S2:原料预处理,通过利用高压清洗水枪进行清洗,将轮胎表面的灰尘和杂物清洗干净,利用风机进行烘干处理备用;
S3:轮胎内清洗,将S2中的轮胎放置在滚筒上,通过洗胎滚筒电机驱动滚筒旋转,带动轮胎旋转,通过增压泵将高压水喷射在轮槽内部,在轮胎内表面形成麻点;
S4:吸水烘干,将S3中清洗完成的轮胎,通过吸水风机将内部轮槽内的水渍吸干净,再通过热风机进行初步烘干;
S5:二次烘干处理,将S4中轮胎通过热风电机进行二次烘干处理;
S6:送料,将S5中烘干后的轮胎通过挡板推送至下一道工序当中;
S7:喷胶前处理,将S6中的轮胎推送至喷胶滚筒上,调整至合适位置,将桶装胶水运送至喷胶工序位置,打开桶盖将胶水注入到喷胶管当中;
S8:喷胶处理,通过喷胶电机驱动滚筒带动轮胎转动,利用推杆气缸将喷嘴推送至轮槽内部,推杆气缸上下位置可以调节,通过顶杆气缸将胶水喷涂到轮槽内部,均匀覆盖;
S9:推送料,通过喷胶滚筒电机驱动滚筒带动轮胎转动,将S8中喷完胶水的轮胎通过推杆气缸和挡板推送出去;
S10:传输,将S9中的轮胎通过双气缸和双档轮辊传送出去。
优选的,步骤S4中吸水风机中的吸风管要延伸至轮槽底部,槽口距离轮胎内表面的距离不大于3cm。
优选的,步骤S5中的二次烘干加热处理中,通过烘干气缸将热风电机上的热风管延伸至轮胎槽内进行烘干加热处理,经过3次烘干加热工序。
优选的,步骤S6中的送料机构,通过出胎滚筒电机驱动滚筒旋转,通过顶杆气缸带动摇杆上的连轴摆动,连轴上的挡板跟着摆动,使得轮胎在传动到挡板顶部时,实现自动送料翻转至下一道工序。
优选的,步骤S8中的喷胶处理采用三次喷胶处理,喷胶电机的转速为28转/min。

一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,该轮胎清洗喷胶方法具体步骤如下:
S1:原材料的准备,将需要喷胶的轮胎收集到一起,摆放整齐;
S2:原料预处理,通过利用高压清洗水枪进行清洗,将轮胎表面的灰尘和杂物清洗干净,利用风机进行烘干处理备用;
S3:轮胎内清洗,将S2中的轮胎放置在滚筒上,通过洗胎滚筒电机驱动滚筒旋转,带动轮胎旋转,通过增压泵将高压水喷射在轮槽内部,在轮胎内表面形成麻点;
S4:吸水烘干,将S3中清洗完成的轮胎,通过吸水风机将内部轮槽内的水渍吸干净,再通过热风机进行初步烘干;
S5:二次烘干处理,将S4中轮胎通过热风电机进行二次烘干处理;

S10:传输,将S9中的轮胎通过双气缸和双档轮辊传送出去。

Claims (5)
1.一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,其特征在于:该轮胎清洗喷胶方法具体步骤如下:
S1:原材料的准备,将需要喷胶的轮胎收集到一起,摆放整齐;
S2:原料预处理,通过利用高压清洗水枪进行清洗,将轮胎表面的灰尘和杂物清洗干净,利用风机进行烘干处理备用;
S3:轮胎内清洗,将S2中的轮胎放置在滚筒上,通过洗胎滚筒电机驱动滚筒旋转,带动轮胎旋转,通过增压泵将高压水喷射在轮槽内部,在轮胎内表面形成麻点;
S4:吸水烘干,将S3中清洗完成的轮胎,通过吸水风机将内部轮槽内的水渍吸干净,再通过热风机进行初步烘干;
S5:二次烘干处理,将S4中轮胎通过热风电机进行二次烘干处理;
S6:送料,将S5中烘干后的轮胎通过挡板推送至下一道工序当中;
S7:喷胶前处理,将S6中的轮胎推送至喷胶滚筒上,调整至合适位置,将桶装胶水运送至喷胶工序位置,打开桶盖将胶水注入到喷胶管当中;
S8:喷胶处理,通过喷胶电机驱动滚筒带动轮胎转动,利用推杆气缸将喷嘴推送至轮槽内部,推杆气缸上下位置可以调节,通过顶杆气缸将胶水喷涂到轮槽内部,均匀覆盖;
S9:推送料,通过喷胶滚筒电机驱动滚筒带动轮胎转动,将S8中喷完胶水的轮胎通过推杆气缸和挡板推送出去;
S10:传输,将S9中的轮胎通过双气缸和双档轮辊传送出去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中吸水风机中的吸风管要延伸至轮槽底部,槽口距离轮胎内表面的距离不大于3cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中的二次烘干加热处理中,通过烘干气缸将热风电机上的热风管延伸至轮胎槽内进行烘干加热处理,经过3次烘干加热工序。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,其特征在于:步骤S6中的送料机构,通过出胎滚筒电机驱动滚筒旋转,通过顶杆气缸带动摇杆上的连轴摆动,连轴上的挡板跟着摆动,使得轮胎在传动到挡板顶部时,实现自动送料翻转至下一道工序。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎清洗喷胶方法,其特征在于:步骤S8中的喷胶处理采用三次喷胶处理,喷胶电机的转速为28转/min。
