Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂,包括如下以重量份数计的成分:三环氧丙基甘油醚5~8份;氯化镁1.2~1.9份;氯醋树脂2.4~3.2份;丁酮2~6份;过氧化二异丙苯6~10份;芳香族二元酸酐1~3份;羟基硅油5~8份;甘油三酯2~6份;水130~145份。本发明能够快速氧化拉伸细化后的羊毛,达到快速定型的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,尤其涉及到一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂。
背景技术
众所周知,羊毛是一种重要的纺织原料,它具有弹性好、吸湿性强,保暖性好,不容易玷污,光泽柔和等优良特性,这就使得羊毛织物在纺织领域内应用十分广泛。高档的毛纺面料需要细支羊毛生产,细支羊毛的价格昂贵,且随羊毛纤维直径减小,其价格增大,因此需要将羊毛进行拉伸。羊毛在拉伸时,需要将二硫键打开,在拉伸以后,为了保持纤维的稳定性,必须把打开的键重新交联起来。交联的方法可以通过空气氧化,但是其氧化速度很慢,生产效率很低,如果用氧化剂氧化,也不能达到快速定型的目的。
因此,十分有必要,研制出一种能够快速氧化拉伸后的羊毛,使其快速定型的定型剂,提高定型效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述定型效率低缺陷,本发明提供了一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂,该定型剂能够快速氧化拉伸细化后的羊毛,达到快速定型的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:

三环氧丙基甘油醚5~8份
氯化镁1.2~1.9份

本发明包括如下以重量份数计的成分:三环氧丙基甘油醚5~8份;氯化镁1.2~1.9份;氯醋树脂2.4~3.2份;丁酮2~6份;过氧化二异丙苯6~10份;芳香族二元酸酐1~3份;羟基硅油5~8份;甘油三酯2~6份;水130~145份。能够快速氧化拉伸细化后的羊毛纤维,快速的将打开的键重新交联起来,保持羊毛纤维的稳定性。相对于现有技术采用空气氧化或者氧化剂氧化来讲,大大提高了氧化效率,提高了细支羊毛纤维的生产效率。
