Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂，包括如下以重量份数计的成分：三环氧丙基甘油醚5～8份；氯化镁1.2～1.9份；氯醋树脂2.4～3.2份；丁酮2～6份；过氧化二异丙苯6～10份；芳香族二元酸酐1～3份；羟基硅油5～8份；甘油三酯2～6份；水130～145份。本发明能够快速氧化拉伸细化后的羊毛，达到快速定型的目的。

一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域，尤其涉及到一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂。
背景技术
众所周知，羊毛是一种重要的纺织原料，它具有弹性好、吸湿性强，保暖性好，不容易玷污，光泽柔和等优良特性，这就使得羊毛织物在纺织领域内应用十分广泛。高档的毛纺面料需要细支羊毛生产，细支羊毛的价格昂贵，且随羊毛纤维直径减小，其价格增大，因此需要将羊毛进行拉伸。羊毛在拉伸时，需要将二硫键打开，在拉伸以后，为了保持纤维的稳定性，必须把打开的键重新交联起来。交联的方法可以通过空气氧化，但是其氧化速度很慢，生产效率很低，如果用氧化剂氧化，也不能达到快速定型的目的。
因此，十分有必要，研制出一种能够快速氧化拉伸后的羊毛，使其快速定型的定型剂，提高定型效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述定型效率低缺陷，本发明提供了一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂，该定型剂能够快速氧化拉伸细化后的羊毛，达到快速定型的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种用于羊毛纤维拉伸后的定型剂，其特征在于：包括如下以重量份数计的成分：
三环氧丙基甘油醚5～8份
氯化镁1.2～1.9份
氯醋树脂2.4～3.2份
丁酮2～6份
过氧化二异丙苯6～10份
芳香族二元酸酐1～3份
羟基硅油5～8份
甘油三酯2～6份
水130～145份。

本发明包括如下以重量份数计的成分：三环氧丙基甘油醚5～8份；氯化镁1.2～1.9份；氯醋树脂2.4～3.2份；丁酮2～6份；过氧化二异丙苯6～10份；芳香族二元酸酐1～3份；羟基硅油5～8份；甘油三酯2～6份；水130～145份。能够快速氧化拉伸细化后的羊毛纤维，快速的将打开的键重新交联起来，保持羊毛纤维的稳定性。相对于现有技术采用空气氧化或者氧化剂氧化来讲，大大提高了氧化效率，提高了细支羊毛纤维的生产效率。
