Abstract
本发明提供了一种基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法,涉及纺织品整理技术领域,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;(2)将纳米磷酸硼分散到乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至40~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;(4)最后分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得阻燃涤纶织物。本制备技术过程简单,不需要高温条件和复杂的反应设备;制备的阻燃涤纶织物的耐久性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品整理技术领域,具体涉及一种基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是五大合成纤维中工艺最简单的一种,价格也相对便宜。涤纶具有结实耐用、不易变形、耐腐蚀、绝缘、挺括、易洗快干等特点。因此,涤纶用途很广,大量用于制造服用面料和产业用纺织制品。然而,涤纶的易燃性使其应用受到限制。因此,开发阻燃涤纶织物具有广阔的应用价值。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种制备工艺简单,稳定性好的基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;(2)将纳米磷酸硼分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得纳米磷酸硼阻燃涤纶织物。
进一步的,所述的乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的乙醇与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
进一步的,所述的纳米磷酸硼与乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:100~1000。
本发明的有益效果在于,基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法简单,不需要高温条件和复杂的反应设备;制备的阻燃涤纶织物的耐久性好。

实施例1
基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将20g苯酚溶于180g乙醇中;
(2)将0.2g纳米磷酸硼分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温持续30min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得阻燃涤纶织物。
实施例2
基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将300g苯酚溶于100g乙醇中;
(2)将4g纳米磷酸硼分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至60ºC,保温持续5min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得阻燃涤纶织物。
实施例3
基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将50g苯酚溶于250g乙醇中;
(2)将2g纳米磷酸硼分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至50ºC,保温持续10min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得阻燃涤纶织物。
实施例4
基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将200g苯酚溶于200g乙醇中;
(2)将3g纳米磷酸硼分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温持续15min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得阻燃涤纶织物。

1.一种基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;
(2)将纳米磷酸硼分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到白色分散溶液;
(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得阻燃涤纶织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法,所述的乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的乙醇与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于纳米磷酸硼的阻燃涤纶织物制备方法,所述的纳米磷酸硼与乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:100~1000。
