技术领域
本发明属于消毒产品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌泡沫洗手液,及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗菌包括抑菌、灭菌、杀菌、防霉、防腐。采用化学或物理方法杀灭细菌或者阻止细菌生长繁殖的过程是抗菌的总称。抗菌剂是能够在一定时间内,使某些微生物(细菌、真菌、酵母菌、藻类及病毒等)的生长或繁殖保持在必要水平以下的化学物质。
抗菌剂主要分为有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂和天然抗菌剂。有机抗菌剂抗菌性能高、杀菌速度快,但是对环境和人体有害且作用寿命短,耐热性差;天然抗菌剂抗菌效率高、安全无毒,但是加工困难、耐热性差。无机抗菌剂因其有效抗菌期长、耐热性能好、抗菌谱广等特点成为应用最为广泛的一类抗菌剂。
在无机抗菌剂中,含金属离子的无机盐或络合物的无机抗菌剂品种最多,用途最广,产量最多,其中抗菌性大小排序为:Hg>Ag>Cd>Cu>Zn>Fe>Ni等,但是仅仅具有抗菌性是不够的,还要求其不能对人体造成伤害,Hg、Cd、Pb等金属也具有抗菌能力,但对人体有害。金属离子的安全性排序为:Ag>Co>Ni>Al>Zn>Cu=Fe>Mn>Sn>Ba>Mg>Ca,所以就安全性和抗菌性共同考虑的结果,以Ag离子最好,其次是Cu系和Zn系,因此以无机化合物为载体的这三种无机抗菌剂获得了广泛的应用。但是,Cu离子因其本身带有颜色,会影响产品的表现力;银因其易氧化变色、价格昂贵、容易团聚等问题,使用范围均受到限制。
金属锌由于本身的抗菌能力为金属银的1/1000,导致大多数研究机构和生产厂家都把精力集中于Ag和纳米银的改性研发中来提高其作为抗菌剂的性能,从而忽略了锌作为抗菌剂的诸多优点,对其研究很少。实际上,纳米锌抗菌剂能够克服纳米银抗菌剂在实际应用中的诸多缺陷,如容易氧化、变黑、价格昂贵、难分散等,并且具备显著的抗菌效果,大大延长了抗菌时效性,尤其是可以较为容易地分散于相应的制品中,如塑料、纺织纤维、浆料、水性液体、油溶性液体,极大地扩展了应用范围。因此,研究开发纳米锌抗菌剂能够极大地满足社会要求。
在过去的很长一段时间内,人们日常生活中经常使用肥皂、香皂来作为卫生洗手用品。肥皂、香皂虽具有良好的去污能力,但是在使用时易滑落,遇水和高温会软化而自然消耗,肥皂、香皂呈碱性,清洗过后会使皮肤干燥,缺乏光泽,肥皂、香皂在清洗过程中,杀菌效果有限,并且在使用后一定会沾染手上的污垢和细菌,产生二次污染,而抗菌泡沫洗手液具有抗菌、护肤、使用及清洗方便等的效果。近年来随着生活水平的提高,人们消费观念也随之转变,对卫生清洁也提出了更高的需求,抗菌泡沫洗手液已作为一种新型日常洗洁用品越来越多的被消费者所接受。
目前市面上的抗菌泡沫洗手液的的种类较少,且大多使用氯系、醇类等有机抗菌剂,这类抗菌剂不同程度上易导致抗药性和过敏反应的产生,且存在作用时间短、杀菌范围窄等缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中抗菌泡沫洗手液所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种包括纳米锌复合抗菌剂的抗菌泡沫洗手液及其制备方法,本发明的抗菌泡沫洗手液具有优秀的杀菌效果和非常低的皮肤刺激性,可广泛应用于日常生活中皮肤及物体表面的抗菌、抑菌、消毒。
在一个方面中,本发明涉及一种抗菌泡沫洗手液,由如下质量百分比的各组分组成:纳米锌复合抗菌剂0.5%~10%、表面活性剂5%~15%、润肤剂0.1%~10%、pH调节剂0%~0.5%、香精0%~0.5%,余量为去离子水。
在优选的实施方式中,所述香精的含量不为零。
在优选的实施方式中,所述pH调节剂的含量不为零。
表面活性剂优选选自AES、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、CAB、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)、AES-3EO和CMEA中的一种或多种。
润肤剂优选选自甘油、二甲基硅油、芦荟油、维生素E、丙二醇、透明质酸钠和橄榄油中的一种或多种。
pH调节剂优选选自柠檬酸、柠檬酸钾、三乙醇胺和乳酸中的一种或多种。
在优选的实施方式中,所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液由如下质量百分比的各组分组成:纳米锌复合抗菌剂1%、CAB 6%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠3%、甘油2%、香精0.01%、去离子水87.99%。
在另一个方面中,本发明涉及所述抗菌泡沫洗手液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方比例量的纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入配方量的去离子水搅拌3-10min;优选为4-6min;更优选为5min;
(2)边搅拌边加入配方量的表面活性剂,搅拌至混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入配方量的润肤剂、香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;
(4)边搅拌边加入pH调节剂,搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
在优选的实施方式中,pH调节剂将混合液的pH值调节至6-8。

本发明的抗菌泡沫洗手液制备如下:(1)将1g纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入87.99g去离子水搅拌5min;(2)边搅拌边加入6g CAB和3g月桂酰肌氨酸钠,搅拌至混合均匀;(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入2g甘油和0.01g香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
实施例2
本发明的抗菌泡沫洗手液制备如下:(1)将1g纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入86.98g去离子水搅拌5min;(2)边搅拌边加入10g CAB和1g月桂酰肌氨酸钠,搅拌至混合均匀;(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入1g甘油和0.02g香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
实施例3
本发明的抗菌泡沫洗手液制备如下:(1)将1g纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入90.69g去离子水搅拌3min;(2)边搅拌边加入5g CAB和2g月桂酰肌氨酸钠,搅拌至混合均匀;(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入1.3g甘油和0.01g香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
实施例4
本发明的抗菌泡沫洗手液制备如下:(1)将0.5g纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入74g去离子水搅拌8min;(2)边搅拌边加入10g AES和5g椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至混合均匀;(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入10g二甲基硅油和0.5g香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
实施例5
本发明的抗菌泡沫洗手液制备如下:(1)将10g纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入84.2g去离子水搅拌10min;(2)边搅拌边加入2.6g AES-3EO和2.4g CAB,搅拌至混合均匀;(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入0.5g维生素E和0.3g香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于由如下质量百分比的各组分组成:纳米锌复合抗菌剂0.5%~10%、表面活性剂5%~15%、润肤剂0.1%~10%、pH调节剂0%~0.5%、香精0%~0.5%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于:所述香精的含量不为零。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂的含量不为零。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于:表面活性剂选自AES、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、CAB、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)、AES-3EO和CMEA中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于:润肤剂选自甘油、二甲基硅油、芦荟油、维生素E、丙二醇、透明质酸钠和橄榄油中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于:pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、柠檬酸钾、三乙醇胺和乳酸中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液由如下质量百分比的各组分组成:纳米锌复合抗菌剂1%、CAB 6%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠3%、甘油2%、香精0.01%、去离子水87.99%。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方比例量的纳米锌复合抗菌剂加入到反应釜中,随后加入配方量的去离子水搅拌3-10min;
(2)边搅拌边加入配方量的表面活性剂,搅拌至混合均匀;
(3)在搅拌状态下依次加入配方量的润肤剂、香精,搅拌使之溶解,并搅拌至混合均匀;
(4)边搅拌边加入pH调节剂,搅拌至混合均匀;获得所述的抗菌泡沫洗手液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:pH调节剂将混合液的pH值调节至6-8。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)的搅拌时间为4-6min;优选为5min。
