本发明属于卫生巾技术领域，具体涉及一种卫生巾吸收体。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种具吸收力的物质，主要的材质为棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸。卫生棉的背胶是不透水材质，可将经血保留在卫生棉中，用来吸收女性月经来潮时，自阴道流出的经血。目前的卫生巾吸收体吸收能力不够强大，对于月经量大的女性来说还不够用，而且经常出现侧漏的情况，造成经血污染内裤，造成女性的尴尬。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种贴合紧密、吸收性能好、具有防侧漏功能的新型卫生巾吸收体。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种新型卫生巾吸收体，由上至下依次叠加的中凸导流层、主吸收层和防漏层构成，所述中凸导流层位于所述主吸收层的中部且向上凸起，所述防漏层的后端呈展开的扇形设置，所述防漏层覆盖所述主吸收层的底部，所述中凸导流层内添加有导流树脂高分子，所述主吸收层内添加有吸水树脂高分子。
所述中凸导流层、主吸收层和防漏层的厚度比例为8:4:3，所述中凸导流层的宽度为所述主吸收层宽度的50%，所述中凸导流层的长度为所述主吸收层长度的65%。
所述中凸导流层为向上收缩的台阶状，所述中凸导流层的顶部宽度与底部宽度的比例为14:23，顶部长度与底部长度的比例为59:68。
所述导流树脂高分子为聚丙烯酸钠颗粒，所述聚丙烯酸钠颗粒的PH值范围为5.5-6.5，其中粒径为300微米-600微米之间的所述聚丙烯酸钠颗粒的含量≥80%。
所述导流树脂高分子为混合有1%-3%含量的封闭型多异氰酸酯的聚丙烯酸钠颗粒，其中粒径为300微米-600微米之间的所述聚丙烯酸钠颗粒的含量≥80%。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的中凸导流层严密贴合私密处，导流树脂高分子快速引导经血下渗，主吸收层中的吸水树脂高分子确保经血能下渗且充分吸收，保证私处的干爽，扇形设置的防漏层的后端全方位防止侧漏和后漏，避免造成女性的尴尬，设计符合女性的生理结构，贴身不分离，整个产品结构简单，功能强大。

在本实施例中，为了使主吸收层起到更好的吸收经血的作用，特意添加了导流树脂高分子，所述导流树脂高分子为聚丙烯酸钠颗粒，所述聚丙烯酸钠颗粒的PH值范围为5.5-6.5，其中粒径为300微米-600微米之间的所述聚丙烯酸钠颗粒的含量≥80%，根据国标GB/T22875卫生巾高吸收性树脂中的测试方法，其吸收量（标准液）为32g/g，远大于国标要求的20g/g，满足国标要求。
为了使中凸导流层起到更好的导流经血的作用，所述中凸导流层添加有导流树脂高分子，所述导流树脂高分子为混合有1%-3%含量的封闭型多异氰酸酯的聚丙烯酸钠颗粒，其中粒径为300微米-600微米之间的所述聚丙烯酸钠颗粒的含量≥80%，在本实施例中，对本领域技术人员而言，封闭型多异氰酸酯一般为TDI-TMP型架桥剂，是指三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、1，3-丙二醇与 2，4-TDI(TDI-100) 反应的预聚体，NCO(NCO值是指100g固化剂所含的NCO基团的质量)质量分数在12％～13％，经1%-3%含量的TDI-TMP型架桥剂处理过即架桥处理过的聚丙烯酸钠颗粒具有较佳的胶体强度和液体通过性，使用在本实施例中能顺畅导流。
特别说明的是，中凸导流层为本产品的顶层，即靠近身体一侧，本区域有较高的厚度和密度，外形为异形，模拟人体私密处，严密贴合私密处，并起到按摩私密处的功效，添加以引导、导流为主要功能的导流树脂高分子，快速引导经血下渗，并施加护理精油、护理液等介质，用于加强对私密处的护理与保健；主吸收层以吸收为主要功能，添加的吸水树脂高分子确保经血能下渗充分吸收，保证整个产品的干燥，在使用过程中不会产生不适；防漏层，即靠近产品底部，本结构层幅盖整个吸收体，分前部和后部两个区，第一区呈流线型或阶梯型，这个区不参与产品的吸收，保持产品外观圆润美观，第二区由中部至产品后端，整体为大扇尾设计，全方位防止侧漏和后漏，产品中部至扇尾边缘呈流线型或阶梯型的设计，使用时达到无感的效果。
