Abstract
本发明属于医学技术领域,尤其涉及一种儿童性掌骨植入性假体,包括掌骨假体及植入性垫块,所述掌骨假体内设有滑动轴,所述滑动轴设有固定孔,所述植入性垫块通过所述掌骨假体上的垫块植入口植入并与所述固定孔固定连接,用以延长所述掌骨假体的长度。本发明将植入性垫块与假体内的滑动轴连接,达到了延长假体长度的目的,避免了因反复定制更换假体带来的损伤,节省了经济成本。

技术领域
本发明属于医学技术领域,尤其涉及一种儿童性掌骨植入性假体。
背景技术
肿瘤性或创伤性掌骨缺损儿童需要植入掌骨假体,由于儿童患者的生长特性,随着身体的生长发育需要重新定制假体,患者反复完全置换假体,不仅带来巨大损伤,而且带来较大的经济负担,因此,亟需一种有效的解决方案。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供儿童性掌骨植入性假体,根据患者的生长需要植入垫块,以达到延长假体的目的。
本发明提供了一种儿童性掌骨植入性假体,包括掌骨假体及植入性垫块,掌骨假体内设有滑动轴,滑动轴设有固定孔,植入性垫块通过掌骨假体上的垫块植入口植入并与固定孔固定连接,用以延长掌骨假体的长度。
进一步地,该滑动轴设有多个固定孔,用于通过滑动轴的滑动调节与适应于不同生长发育情况的植入性垫块连接。
进一步地,滑动轴上的固定孔等间距设置。
进一步地,植入性垫块设有与固定孔相适应的连接孔。
进一步地,植入性垫块通过锁定螺钉与滑动轴锁定连接。
进一步地,掌骨假体的远端部分通过远端过渡桥植入髓腔内并与皮质固定连接。
进一步地,掌骨假体的近端部分通过近端过渡桥植入髓腔内并与皮质固定连接。
进一步地,该远端过渡桥及近端过渡桥通过螺钉与皮质固定连接。
进一步地,该滑动轴的固定孔还用于在未植入植入性垫块的情况下通过锁定螺钉与掌骨假体固定连接。
借由上述方案,通过儿童性掌骨植入性假体,将植入性垫块与假体内的滑动轴连接,达到了延长假体长度的目的,避免了因反复定制更换假体带来的损伤,节省了经济成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参图1所示,图1是本发明儿童性掌骨植入性假体的结构示意图,图中,40为掌骨,10为掌骨假体。
参图2至图4所示,本实施例提供了一种儿童性掌骨植入性假体,包括掌骨假体10及植入性垫块20,掌骨假体10内设有滑动轴30,滑动轴30设有固定孔31,植入性垫块20通过掌骨假体10上的垫块植入口11植入并与固定孔31固定连接,用以延长掌骨假体10的长度。
在本实施例中,所述滑动轴30设有多个固定孔,用于通过滑动轴的滑动调节与适应于不同生长发育情况的植入性垫块20连接。
在本实施例中,滑动轴30上的固定孔31等间距设置。
在本实施例中,植入性垫块20设有与固定孔相适应的连接孔21。
在本实施例中,植入性垫块20通过锁定螺钉22与滑动轴30锁定连接,牢固稳定。
在本实施例中,掌骨假体10的远端部分通过远端过渡桥12植入髓腔内并与皮质固定连接,以获得更加稳定的固定效果,在保持良好稳定性同时,减轻周围软组织激惹。
在本实施例中,掌骨假体10的近端部分通过近端过渡桥13植入髓腔内并与皮质固定连接,以获得更加稳定的固定效果,在保持良好稳定性同时,减轻周围软组织激惹。
在本实施例中,该远端过渡桥12及近端过渡桥13通过螺钉14与皮质固定连接。
在本实施例中,该滑动轴的固定孔31还用于在未植入植入性垫块20的情况下通过锁定螺钉22与掌骨假体10固定连接(参图3所示)。
下面通过不同患者植入本实施例假体的案例,进一步说明本发明的技术效果:
案例1
儿童收割机绞伤致掌骨缺失,需通过“镜像法”打印掌骨假体,考虑患者年龄较小,其他各掌骨均处于生长发育状态,至生长发育结束前长度均会增加,单纯打印假体需要每年打印,为患者带来巨大经济负担,通过该假体使用,除初次手术是常规假体植入手术,以后患者每年均可通过小切口垫块植入达到延长假体长度的目的,满足正常外观和功能需求。
案例2
某儿童患者因朗格汉斯细胞增多症致使掌骨短期内破坏,手术窗刮除后行化疗治疗,但原有掌骨强度破坏出现病理性骨折,骨骺破坏,生长发育终止。通过该假体使用,可大段彻底切除肿瘤部分,植入后为掌骨提供足够强度的支撑,初次手术是常规假体植入手术,以后患者每年均可通过小切口垫块植入达到延长假体长度的目的,满足正常外观和功能需求。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,包括掌骨假体及植入性垫块,所述掌骨假体内设有滑动轴,所述滑动轴设有固定孔,所述植入性垫块通过所述掌骨假体上的垫块植入口植入并与所述固定孔固定连接,用以延长所述掌骨假体的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述滑动轴设有多个固定孔,用于通过所述滑动轴的滑动调节与适应于不同生长发育情况的所述植入性垫块连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述滑动轴上的所述固定孔等间距设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述植入性垫块设有与所述固定孔相适应的连接孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述植入性垫块通过锁定螺钉与所述滑动轴锁定连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述掌骨假体的远端部分通过远端过渡桥植入髓腔内并与皮质固定连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述掌骨假体的近端部分通过近端过渡桥植入髓腔内并与皮质固定连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述远端过渡桥及近端过渡桥通过螺钉与皮质固定连接。
9.根据权利要求2所述的儿童性掌骨植入性假体,其特征在于,所述滑动轴的固定孔还用于在未植入所述植入性垫块的情况下通过锁定螺钉与所述掌骨假体固定连接。
