随着生活水平的提高,人们洗发的频次在不断增加,对洗发露(水、乳)的需求也日益增加。从市场分析不难发现,现今洗发露(水、乳)的“主力军”是宣称由植物(草本)精华配制的、具有去屑止痒、焗油修护、保湿亮泽、营养柔顺、防脱(断)育发等功效型的产品,其中,具备防脱(断)育发功效的洗发露近几年特别受到男女消费者的追捧,销量持续增长。探究其原因,一方面是人们对头发美化和保健的重视在提升,另一方面跟现代生活方式(饮食、休闲、文化等)改变、工作压力增大、环境污染加重等造成的头发健康状况下降也有密切关系。研究发现,近十年来,脱发问题困扰着二分之一40岁以上的男性和三分之一30岁以上的女性,随着年龄增长,脱发、发质损伤、发质干枯等现象越来越多。由于头发外观对于个人良好感觉和定位至关重要,所以,保持头发年轻和健康越来越受到关注。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种以无患子蚕丝蛋白以及用中草药人参、丹参、山姜、山葵、何首乌、辣木籽、小果皂角籽、洋甘菊、黑芝麻、鸡血藤、龙骨、天竺葵、川芎熬制的浓缩液制成的洗发露。
本发明首先以13种中草药以一定比例的计量,清洗消毒烘干,打成120目的微粉,放入加热釜中,以100千克水中加入10%中药粉的比例,武火煮沸,再用文火熬制12小时,停止加热。过滤静置48小时,密封待用。
本发明提出的一种无患子蚕丝蛋白洗发露,包括A相组份、B相组份、C相组份、D相组份、E相组份、F相组份、G相组份和H相组份,各个相组份重量百分比的组分组成:

优选地,所述中草药浓缩液为人参、丹参、山姜、山葵、何首乌、辣木籽、小果皂角籽、洋甘菊、黑芝麻、鸡血藤、龙骨、天竺葵、川芎熬制的浓缩液。
优选地,所述天然香精为玫瑰、檀香和迷迭香精油混合物。
一种无患子蚕丝蛋白洗发露的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)准确秤取A相组份:水以及中草药浓缩液、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10,B相组份:柠檬酸,C相组份:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺MEA、鲸蜡硬脂醇、三羟甲基丙烷三辛酸酯、硬脂基邻苯二甲酰胺、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯,D相组份:椰油酰胺DEA椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷,E相组份:水、聚乙二醇-14M,F相组份:天然香精,G相组份:氯化钠、苯氧乙醇,并将上述各相放入到各自容器中,H相组份:无患子植物提取物、水解蚕丝蛋白;
2)将步骤1)中A相组份加入到配料锅中,搅拌分散后将B相组份加入到A相组份中,保持常温搅拌10-15分钟,使其搅拌均匀;
3)将步骤2)混合好的A相组份和B相组份加热到80-90℃,然后将C相组份缓慢加入到配料锅内,并不停的搅拌,搅拌时间35-45分钟,使得C相组份充分溶解;
4)将步骤3)的混合溶液温度降到35-45℃,然后将D相组份加入配料锅内搅拌,搅拌时间为15-20分钟,这时再加入E相组份搅拌5-8分钟;
5)将搅拌好的步骤4)保持在38℃,然后将H相组份缓慢加入配料锅,一边加入一边搅拌,使得H相组能过均匀溶解在溶液里;
6)将步骤5)中溶液中加入F相组份调香,并加入G相组份进行调酸碱度,并不停搅拌,然后检验合格、出料得成品。
无患子功能:无患子中的果酸帮助皮肤去除堆积在外层的老化角质,加速皮肤更新,帮助改善肌肤青春痘、黑斑、皱纹、皮肤干燥、粗糙等肌肤问题。用于洗头亦可预防头皮屑去屑止痒功效,它的ph值在5~7之间,呈自然酸性,纯天然的界面活性剂,不伤人体,不污染水源之特性。泡沫丰富,手感细腻,去污力强,能改善皮肤质量,使其细腻光泽、富有弹性。同时还有抗菌、消炎、抗氧化清除自由基、抗凝血等作用。
水解蚕丝蛋白功效:极为优异的护发功能,丝肽的护发功能主要体现在对头发的吸收性和吸附性、成膜性、调湿保湿性。1、吸收性和吸附性:丝肽与其它水解蛋白(胶原蛋白、骨胶蛋白、明胶蛋白等)相比,最大特点就是营养丰富易被头发所吸收,丝肽对于皮肤和毛发的吸收主要依靠渗透作用,具有直接性,丝肽浓度提高,则头发对丝肽的吸收量也相应增加,若是受损伤的头发,对低分子量丝肽的吸收和吸附量更大,相应地丝肽对头发的修复和保护作用越明显;2、成膜性:分子量在500-2000的丝肽,其在头发上的成膜性极好,且膜具特有的光泽,头发手感好,有弹性。X射线衍射法表明:丝肽所形成的膜为β型结晶,丝肽在头发上形成的膜,可增加头发弹性和光泽。同时也可用作头发定型剂,将PVP、胶原肽、淀粉类水溶液与丝肽作对比,在80%RH的潮湿条件下,用丝肽作定型剂,可使头发长期保持良好的发型;3、调湿保湿性:头发失去一定的水分就会干燥、开叉、容易折断、脱落,丝肽在头发表面形成的膜能防止水份过多蒸发,作为天然调湿因子,还能调节头发表面小空间的湿润度,使头发柔软、光滑。
本发明中,1、F相组份:无患子植物提取物和水解蚕丝蛋白相互作用使得洗发露不仅具有去除外层的老化角质,加速皮肤更新预防头皮屑去屑止痒功效,预防头皮屑去屑止痒功效,同时对头发的吸收性和吸附性、成膜性、调湿保湿性都有很大提升;无患子蚕丝蛋白能够达到修复、滋润受损发质、柔顺、止痒、去屑、控油的效果;
2、采用中草药人参、丹参、山姜、山葵、何首乌、辣木籽、小果皂角籽、洋甘菊、黑芝麻、鸡血藤、龙骨、天竺葵、川芎熬制的浓缩液以及天然植物精油,加入到洗发露里能够起到活血、滋养、黑发、固发、生发功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
制得的产品A
各个相组份用量:
生产过程:将A相组份加入到配料锅中,搅拌分散后将B相组份加入到A相组份中,保持常温搅拌10分钟,使其搅拌均匀;混合好的A相组份和B相组份加热到80℃,然后将C相组份缓慢加入到配料锅内,并不停的搅拌,搅拌时间35分钟,使得C相组份充分溶解;混合溶液温度降到35℃,然后将D相组份加入配料锅内搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,这时再加入E相组份搅拌5分钟;然后将溶液保持在38℃,然后将H相组份缓慢加入配料锅,一边加入一边搅拌,使得H相组能过均匀溶解在溶液里;溶液中加入F相组份调香,并加入G相组份进行调酸碱度,并不停搅拌,然后检验合格、出料得产品。
制得的产品B
各个相组份用量:
生产过程:A相组份加入到配料锅中,搅拌分散后将B相组份加入到A相组份中,保持常温搅拌12分钟,使其搅拌均匀;混合好的A相组份和B相组份加热到85℃,然后将C相组份缓慢加入到配料锅内,并不停的搅拌,搅拌时间40分钟,使得C相组份充分溶解;混合溶液温度降到40℃,然后将D相组份加入配料锅内搅拌,搅拌时间为18分钟,这时再加入E相组份搅拌7分钟;保持溶液在38℃,然后将H相组份缓慢加入配料锅,一边加入一边搅拌,使得H相组能过均匀溶解在溶液里;溶液中加入F相组份调香,并加入H相组份进行调酸碱度,并不停搅拌,然后检验合格、出料得产品。

生产过程:A相组份加入到配料锅中,搅拌分散后将B相组份加入到A相组份中,保持常温搅拌15分钟,使其搅拌均匀;混合好的A相组份和B相组份加热到90℃,然后将C相组份缓慢加入到配料锅内,并不停的搅拌,搅拌时间45分钟,使得C相组份充分溶解;混合溶液温度降到45℃,然后将D相组份加入配料锅内搅拌,搅拌时间为20分钟,这时再加入E相组份搅拌8分钟;保持溶液在38℃,然后将H相组份缓慢加入配料锅,一边加入一边搅拌,使得H相组能过均匀溶解在溶液里;溶液中加入F相组份调香,并加入G相组份进行调酸碱度,并不停搅拌,然后检验合格、出料得产品。
实施例1
王小姐45岁;医院化验员;长发。王小姐的发质是中性的,两鬓头发花白,头发干枯、易掉发、易开叉。
王小姐平时用飘柔洗发水,潘婷洗发水,使用了本发明所提供的产品A洗头露一个月之后,整体的感觉头发滑顺了许多,白头发变少,比较的顺滑,掉发现象明显改善。
实验例2
凌先生60岁,环保工人,头发干枯、易掉发、略有白头发,使用了本发明所提供的产品B洗头露,半个月后即可见头发顺滑、掉发明显减少,使用二个月后,白发变少。
实验例3
王先生53岁,科研人员,以前头发稀疏、枯黄,脱发现象严重,有明显的秃顶。使用了本发明所提供的洗头露产品C一个月后,基本没有再脱发现象发生,头发明显变黑、增多,秃顶区域明显长出发根。
实验例4
陈小姐18岁;文员;长发。陈小姐使用本发明的洗发露产品B前用力士洗发水的,头发不够柔顺,干燥又爱打结,梳发时经常因为干燥而引起了掉发。使用了本发明所提供的洗发露产品B 1个月后,头发发质变得柔软,顺滑,并且可以保持2天以上。
实验例5
李先生46岁,个体户,秃头。李先生之前使用飘柔洗发水,因为工作的压力大,经常掉发,以至于头出现大面积秃顶,使用了本发明所提供的洗头露产品A,刚开始觉得头皮有种清凉的感觉,洗了十几天后,有毛发出现,洗了两个月后头发明显变得很多,而且比较浓密。
实验例6
黎小姐26岁;销售人员;长发。黎小姐使用本发明的洗发露产品C前用舒雷洗发水和潘婷洗发水,使用本发明所提供的洗头露产品C时有大量的泡泡,感觉去污能力比较强,头皮感到很清凉,很舒服;梳起来很顺滑,不再像以前那样容易就打结,而且整体给人的感觉很清凉,很清爽。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种无患子蚕丝蛋白洗发露,其特征在于,主要包括A相组份、B相组份、C相组份、D相组份、E相组份、F相组份和G相组份,各个相组份重量百分比的组分组成:

4.根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的一种无患子蚕丝蛋白洗发露,其特征在于,所述中草药浓缩液为人参、丹参、山姜、山葵、何首乌、辣木籽、小果皂角籽、洋甘菊、黑芝麻、鸡血藤、龙骨、天竺葵、川芎熬制的浓缩液。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的一种无患子蚕丝蛋白洗发露,其特征在于,所述天然香精为玫瑰、檀香和迷迭香精油混合物。
6.根据权利要求2-3中任一所述的一种无患子蚕丝蛋白洗发露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)准确秤取A相组份:水以及中草药浓缩液、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10,B相组份:柠檬酸,C相组份:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺MEA、鲸蜡硬脂醇、三羟甲基丙烷三辛酸酯、硬脂基邻苯二甲酰胺、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯,D相组份:椰油酰胺DEA椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷,E相组份:水、聚乙二醇-14M,F相组份:天然香精,G相组份:氯化钠、苯氧乙醇,并将上述各相放入到各自容器中,H相组份:无患子植物提取物、水解蚕丝蛋白;
