Abstract
本发明公开了一种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,其不包含乳糖,且含有乳糖酶,具体地,其是用添加有乳糖酶的无乳糖乳粉作为原料。本发明打破了婴儿食品通常以去除乳糖来缓解乳糖不耐受症的惯例,选择在不含乳糖的乳粉中加入一定含量的乳糖酶,再制备成符合国标GB25596—2010规定的特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,婴儿在进食正常的含乳糖食品前或同时食用本发明食品,即可避免乳糖不耐受症的发生,并且本发明食用安全,没有任何不良作用,完全能够满足婴儿生长发育的需要。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于婴儿食品技术领域,具体涉及一种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品。
背景技术
母乳、配方奶是婴儿的主要食物来源,其中所含的乳糖提供了20%的能量,还参与大脑的发育进程,促进微量元素的吸收,在婴儿生长发育中发挥着重要作用。然而,据医学统计,有高达40%的婴儿存在乳糖吸收不良和乳糖不耐受的病症,其食用含有乳糖的食品后会引起非感染性腹泻,影响婴儿的生长发育,这属于原发性的婴儿乳糖吸收疾病。还有继发性的婴儿乳糖吸收障碍疾病,就是任何病因引起的婴儿腹泻,恢复期小肠绒毛顶端刷状缘受损无法分泌乳糖酶,需要补充乳糖酶喂养(或使用无乳糖配方奶粉喂养,这样母乳婴儿要改变喂养方式),否则将加重病情。
对于乳糖吸收不良和乳糖不耐受症,当前市场上主要用乳糖酶产品来缓解,这些乳糖酶产品包括固体饮料、压片糖果等,主要配方成分涵盖:乳糖酶、无水葡萄糖、水苏糖、苹果粉、麦芽糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、浓缩乳清蛋白粉、脱盐乳清粉、双歧杆菌、氧化镁、食用葡萄糖、磷酸氢二钙,食用明胶,色素 (明胶与色素只存在胶囊外膜中)等,全部属于普通食品。虽然都含有一定量乳糖酶,服用后能够帮助人体实现分解乳糖的作用,不能应用于一岁以下的婴儿食用(国标GB25596—2010规定)。但是由于市场监管不严,这些乳糖酶产品还是在婴儿食品市场上流通,由于其不符合婴儿食品营养结构需求,显然会对婴儿的生长发育带来一定的影响。
一岁以下的婴儿缓解乳糖不耐受症和乳糖吸收不良主要是食用不含乳糖的乳制品,但是乳糖又对婴儿的成长发育起着不可或缺的作用,长期食用不含乳糖的食品必然对婴儿的成长产生影响。
发明内容
针对以上技术现状,本发明的目的是提供一种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,用于干预和治疗1岁以下婴儿的乳糖不耐受症及乳糖吸收不良,且对婴儿生长发育无任何不良影响。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,其不包含乳糖,且含有乳糖酶。
具体地,所述特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品是用添加有乳糖酶的无乳糖乳粉作为原料。
优选地,所述特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中乳糖酶的质量含量为3-5%。
优选地,所述的婴儿配方食品每100g中包括如下组分:含乳糖酶4.5g的经过无乳糖处理的鲜乳粉37.8g,复合矿物质1.87g,复合维生素99.98mg,低聚半乳糖1.13g,葡萄糖聚合物59g,生物素11.4μg,胆碱50 mg,肌醇3.57 mg,牛磺酸32.9 mg,L-肉碱8.3 mg,核苷酸15 mg。
优选地,所述的婴儿配方食品每100g的组成还可以为:含乳糖酶4.5g的经过无乳糖处理的鲜乳粉38.89g,复合矿物质1.87g,复合维生素99.98mg,叶黄素11微克,β-胡萝卜素7微克,葡萄糖聚合物59g,生物素11.4μg,胆碱50 mg,肌醇3.57 mg,牛磺酸32.9 mg,L-肉碱8.3 mg,核苷酸15 mg。
所述复合矿物质中包括以下元素:Na 170 mg,K 600mg,Cl 375mg,Ca 420mg,P245mg,Mg 50mg,Fe 5.6mg,Cu 390μg,Zn 4.1mg,I 70μg,Mn 127μg,Se 12.8μg。
所述复合维生素包括维生素A 535微克,维生素D 6.7微克,维生素E 0.5毫克,维生素K1 38.2微克,维生素C 87.3毫克,维生素B1 0.5毫克,维生素B2 0.55毫克,烟酸5毫克,维生素B6 0.35毫克,泛酸5.2毫克,维生素B12 1.4微克。
本发明的积极效果如下:本发明打破了婴儿食品通常以去除乳糖来缓解乳糖不耐受症的惯例,选择在不含乳糖的乳粉中加入一定含量的乳糖酶,再制备成符合国标GB25596—2010规定的特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,婴儿在进食正常的含乳糖食品前或同时食用本发明食品,即可避免乳糖不耐受症的发生,并且本发明食用安全,没有任何不良作用,完全能够满足婴儿生长发育的需要。
本发明填补了婴儿专用乳糖酶产品的空白,在符合相关标准规定的前提下对婴儿乳糖不耐受症和乳糖吸收不良进行干预治疗,其营养结构最适合婴儿的生长发育需求,对婴儿没有任何不良影响,完全可以放心长期食用,具有显著的社会和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面用具体的实施例来对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种特殊医学用途婴儿专用食品,包括以下组分:含乳糖酶4.5g的经过无乳糖处理的鲜乳粉37.8g,复合矿物质1.87g,复合维生素99.98mg,低聚半乳糖1.13g,葡萄糖聚合物59g,生物素11.4μg,胆碱50 mg,肌醇3.57 mg,牛磺酸32.9 mg,L-肉碱8.3 mg,核苷酸15mg。其中复合矿物质中以下元素:Na 170 mg,K 600mg,Cl 375mg,Ca 420mg,P 245mg,Mg50mg,Fe 5.6mg,Cu 390μg,Zn 4.1mg,I 70μg,Mn 127μg,Se 12.8μg。其中复合维生素包括:维生素A 535微克,维生素D 6.7微克,维生素E 0.5毫克,维生素K1 38.2微克,维生素C87.3毫克,维生素B1 0.5毫克,维生素B2 0.55毫克,烟酸5毫克,维生素B6 0.35毫克,泛酸5.2毫克,维生素B12 1.4微克。
实施例2
一种特殊医学用途婴儿专用食品,包括以下组分:含乳糖酶4.5g的经过无乳糖处理的鲜乳粉38.89g,复合矿物质1.87g,复合维生素99.98mg,叶黄素11微克,β-胡萝卜素7微克,葡萄糖聚合物59g,生物素11.4μg,胆碱50 mg,肌醇3.57 mg,牛磺酸32.9 mg,L-肉碱8.3 mg,核苷酸15 mg。其中复合矿物质中包括以下元素:Na 170 mg,K 600mg,Cl 375mg,Ca 420mg,P 245mg,Mg 50mg,Fe 5.6mg,Cu 390μg,Zn 4.1mg,I 70μg,Mn 127μg,Se 12.8μg。其中复合维生素包括:维生素A 535微克,维生素D 6.7微克,维生素E 0.5毫克,维生素K1 38.2微克,维生素C 87.3毫克,维生素B1 0.5毫克,维生素B2 0.55毫克,烟酸5毫克,维生素B6 0.35毫克,泛酸5.2毫克,维生素B12 1.4微克。
效果试验
1、选取乳糖吸收不良的2月龄婴儿120例,身高体重无显著性差异,随机分成两组,每组60人,均为母乳喂养。实验组在哺乳前先取本发明实施例1婴儿配方食品2g,用14ml温水冲泡服用,然后再喂母乳,若两次喂母乳间隔不超过3小时,可不再喂本发明食品,若间隔3小时以上,则再按前述方法喂本发明食品。对照组在哺乳前先喂德国进口乳糖酶胶囊(含17%乳糖酶,磷酸氢二钙,食用明胶,色素 (明胶与色素只存在胶囊外膜中)、磷酸氢二钙),将一粒乳糖酶胶囊掰开,颗粒倒入勺内,加温水溶解后喂服,然后再喂母乳,若两次喂母乳间隔不超过3小时,可不再喂产品,若间隔3小时以上,则再按前述方法喂该产品。
30天后统计两组婴儿情况,实验组和对照组婴儿均无腹泻症状,实验组平均身高增长2.7cm,平均体重增长0.78kg,平均头围增长1.4cm,对照组平均身高增长2.3cm,平均体重增长0.71kg,平均头围增长1.1cm。可见食用本发明婴儿配方食品可保证婴儿的正常生长发育,并且婴儿在食用期间无任何不良症状,哭闹次数明显少于对照组。
2、选取继发性乳糖不耐受症4月龄婴儿96例,身高体重无显著性差异,病程1天,腹泻次数均大于10次,且均为水样便,随机分成两组,每组48人,均采用同一种含乳糖配方奶粉喂养,实验组在喂养时在冲调好的配方奶粉中加入本发明实施例2配方食品2g,若两次喂养间隔不超过3小时,则可不再加本发明食品,若间隔3小时以上,则按前述方法喂本发明食品。对照组用某国产乳糖酶固体饮料(配料包括苹果粉、麦芽糊精、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、乳糖酶、低聚半乳糖),代替本发明食品,其余均与实验组相同。
实验组婴儿喂养一天后,腹泻次数均降到3次以下,对照组婴儿喂养一天后,腹泻次数均降到3次以下的为39人,两天后均降至3次以下,选取两组婴儿中一天后日腹泻次数均降至3次以下的,继续喂养前述含乳糖配方奶粉,再次发生水样便腹泻的,实验组为3人,占实验人数(48人)的6.25%,对照组为3人,占实验人数(39人)的7.69%。
由以上效果试验可见,本发明婴儿配方食品营养全面、合理,较市场上的乳糖酶产品更适合婴儿的成长发育,用于继发性乳糖不耐受症的效果更好,且完全符合相关标准和规定的要求,具有广阔的市场前景。
Claims (7)
1.一种特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:其不包含乳糖,且含有乳糖酶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:其是用添加有乳糖酶的无乳糖乳粉作为原料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:其中乳糖酶的质量含量为3-5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:每100g中包括如下组分:含乳糖酶4.5g的经过无乳糖处理的鲜乳粉37.8g,复合矿物质1.87g,复合维生素99.98mg,低聚半乳糖1.13g,葡萄糖聚合物59g,生物素11.4μg,胆碱50 mg,肌醇3.57 mg,牛磺酸32.9 mg,L-肉碱8.3 mg,核苷酸15 mg。
5.根据权利要求3所述的婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分:含乳糖酶4.5g的经过无乳糖处理的鲜乳粉38.89g,复合矿物质1.87g,复合维生素99.98mg,叶黄素11微克,β-胡萝卜素7微克,葡萄糖聚合物59g,生物素11.4μg,胆碱50 mg,肌醇3.57 mg,牛磺酸32.9 mg,L-肉碱8.3 mg,核苷酸15 mg。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:所述复合矿物质中包括以下元素:Na 170 mg,K 600mg,Cl 375mg,Ca 420mg,P 245mg,Mg 50mg,Fe 5.6mg,Cu 390μg,Zn4.1mg,I 70μg,Mn 127μg,Se 12.8μg。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的婴儿配方食品,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括维生素A535微克,维生素D 6.7微克,维生素E 0.5毫克,维生素K1 38.2微克,维生素C 87.3毫克,维生素B1 0.5毫克,维生素B2 0.55毫克,烟酸5毫克,维生素B6 0.35毫克,泛酸5.2毫克,维生素B12 1.4微克。
