Abstract
本发明公开了一种可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,具有一中空的钉管和一U型近端;钉管远端侧壁上设置非对称排列的出孔,即出孔的数量不均或出孔的孔径大小不一,使钉管插入椎弓根后,朝向椎弓根椎体的侧壁面的出孔比朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向的上下面的数量多或孔径大。本发明固定方式可靠稳定,避免现有的由椎弓根局部受力支撑固定椎弓根螺钉。固定系统可以采用现有的注射器,使注射器通过连接器可以与椎弓根钉方便快捷的进行螺纹式可拆卸连接,不需要其他辅助支撑定位器件,注射管及连接器可反复使用,节约成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可灌注的椎弓根钉及其固定系统,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
采用椎弓根螺钉系统实施椎弓根内固定是治疗腰椎骨折、椎管狭窄、腰椎滑脱等常见脊柱疾病的微创手术方式。这种方式需要在病人的椎节段处实施手术,将多根椎弓根螺钉(如图1)带有螺纹的远端螺纹拧入椎弓根的椎体上(如图2),由多根椎弓根螺钉U型的近端固定连接杆,通过连接杆撑起病人的椎节段,因此,连接杆的稳定固定是由椎弓根螺钉螺纹连接在椎弓根椎体上来支撑,这种方式需要椎弓根局部承受较大的作用力,而对于一些如骨质疏松的患者,其骨组织难以长时间承受此种固定方式,若采取这种椎弓根螺钉的固定方式,将带来潜在的隐患和风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可灌注的椎弓根钉及其固定系统,避免椎弓根钉螺纹连接在椎弓根上,减少椎弓根的局部受力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,具有一中空的钉管和一U型近端;
钉管远端侧壁上设置非对称排列的出孔,即出孔的数量不均或出孔的孔径大小不一,使钉管插入椎弓根后,朝向椎弓根椎体的侧壁面的出孔比朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向的上下面的数量多或孔径大。
在U型近端上设置一指向标记,对钉管远端侧壁上设置的出孔数量的多少或孔径大小的朝向进行指示。
朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向上下面的钉管远端侧壁上设置的出孔数量最少时为零,即朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向上下面的钉管远端侧壁上可以不设置出孔。
U型近端内侧壁上设置有内螺纹,可与一连接器螺纹连接;连接器内壁设置有内螺纹,用于与注射器螺纹连接。
所述中空的钉管可容纳一芯轴插入其中。
一种可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统,其特征是,包括椎弓根钉、连接器和注射器;
椎弓根钉具有一中空的钉管和一U型近端;U型近端内侧壁设置有内螺纹,可与连接器外壁上的外螺纹通过螺纹连接;连接器内壁上的内螺纹与注射器外壁上的外螺纹螺纹连接,可将注射器螺纹连接于中空的椎弓根钉的钉管内。
还包括一在注射器取下后可插入中空的钉管中的芯轴。
注射器包括一端封闭、另一端为入口的注射管,注射管内可容纳骨填充物;靠近注射管的封闭端的管壁上设置有出射口,注射管内可由入口端推入一活塞杆;当活塞杆推入注射管内时,将骨填充物从出射口推出。
椎弓根钉、芯轴均采用钛合金材料。
骨填充物采用骨水泥。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明可灌注的椎弓根钉采用中空结构,椎弓根钉远端侧壁上设置出孔,椎弓根钉近端U型壁内侧的内螺纹与连接器外壁上的外螺纹通过螺纹连接,连接器内壁上的内螺纹与注射管螺纹连接,将注射管固定于中空结构的椎弓根钉内,向椎弓根钉内灌注骨填充物,使骨填充物从椎弓根钉远端的出孔填充至椎弓根内实现对椎弓根钉的固定,固定方式可靠稳定,避免现有的由椎弓根局部受力支撑固定椎弓根螺钉。灌注结束后,可将螺纹连接的注射管及连接器卸下,使椎弓根钉U型近端可以用于固定连接杆。本发明的固定系统可以采用现有的注射器,使注射器通过连接器可以与椎弓根钉方便快捷的进行螺纹式可拆卸连接,不需要其他辅助支撑定位器件,注射管及连接器可反复使用,节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图3和图4所示,本发明的可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统包括椎弓根钉1、连接器3、注射器2和芯轴4。
椎弓根钉1具有一中空的钉管11和一U型近端12,椎弓根钉U型近端12内侧壁设置有内螺纹121,与连接器3外壁上的外螺纹31通过螺纹连接。连接器3内壁上的内螺纹32与注射器2外壁上的外螺纹23螺纹连接,将注射器2固定于中空结构的椎弓根钉的钉管11内。
注射器2包括一端封闭、另一端为入口的注射管21,注射管21内可容纳骨填充物。靠近注射管21的封闭端211的管壁上设置有出射口212,注射管21内可由入口端213推入一活塞杆22。当活塞杆22推入注射管21内时,将骨填充物从出射口212推出,并经过椎弓根钉侧壁上的出孔111射出填充到椎弓根钉1所在的椎弓根椎体内。灌注结束后,将螺纹连接的注射器2及连接器3卸下,向椎弓根钉1的钉管11内插入芯轴4,对中空的钉管11进行加强,以防止钉管较薄的管壁受挤压产生变形,保证椎弓根钉1后续能持续稳定的工作。待骨填充物凝固后,就可将椎弓根钉稳定牢固地固定于其所在的椎弓根椎体中。
钉管11远端侧壁上设置非对称排列的出孔111,即出孔的数量不均或出孔的孔径大小不一致,并且在近端设置一指向标记13,目的是使椎弓根钉插入椎弓根后,出孔数量较多或孔径较大的侧面111a朝向椎弓根椎体的侧壁面,而出孔数量较少(出孔数量最少时也可以为零)或孔径较小的侧面111b朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向的上、下面。这是由于椎弓根的椎体的形状特点,近似成扁柱体,沿柱体高度方向空间较径向方向空间小,则出孔数量较多或孔径较大的侧面朝向椎弓根椎体的侧壁面,而出孔数量较少或孔径较小的侧面朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向的上、下面,利于使骨填充物快速填充至椎体内。
本实施例中,椎弓根钉1、芯轴4均采用钛合金材料,保证其后续能持续稳定的工作。骨填充物可采用骨水泥。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,具有一中空的钉管和一U型近端;
钉管远端侧壁上设置非对称排列的出孔,即出孔的数量不均或出孔的孔径大小不一,使钉管插入椎弓根后,朝向椎弓根椎体的侧壁面的出孔比朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向的上面或/和下面的出孔数量多或孔径大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,在U型近端上设置一指向标记,对钉管远端侧壁上设置的出孔数量的多少或孔径大小的朝向进行指示。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,朝向椎弓根椎体的高度方向上下面的钉管远端侧壁上设置的出孔数量最少为零。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,U型近端内侧壁上设置有内螺纹,可与一连接器螺纹连接;连接器内壁设置有内螺纹,用于与注射器螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉,其特征是,所述中空的钉管可容纳一芯轴插入其中。
6.一种可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统,其特征是,包括椎弓根钉、连接器和注射器;
椎弓根钉具有一中空的钉管和一U型近端;U型近端内侧壁设置有内螺纹,可与连接器外壁上的外螺纹通过螺纹连接;连接器内壁上的内螺纹与注射器外壁上的外螺纹螺纹连接,可将注射器螺纹连接于中空的椎弓根钉的钉管内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统,其特征是,还包括一在注射器取下后可插入中空的钉管中的芯轴。
8.根据权利要求6所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统,其特征是,注射器包括一端封闭、另一端为入口的注射管,注射管内可容纳骨填充物;靠近注射管的封闭端的管壁上设置有出射口,注射管内可由入口端推入一活塞杆;当活塞杆推入注射管内时,将骨填充物从出射口推出。
9.根据权利要求7所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统,其特征是,椎弓根钉、芯轴均采用钛合金材料。
10.根据权利要求8所述的可灌注的椎弓根钉固定系统,其特征是,骨填充物采用骨水泥。
