This makes the tobacco tar transport path be the echelonment structure to guarantee to lead the liquid spare and can acquire required tobacco tar from tobacco tar latch 132 at any time, not only can further improve the smog volume betterly, prevent that heating wire subassembly 131 from burning futilely, can prevent moreover that the tobacco tar in the oil storage bottle 12 from revealing out, guaranteed that atomizing component 13 can produce stable smog volume. In the present embodiment, the axis of the smoke latch 132 coincides with the axis of the liquid guide, but may be parallel or form a certain angle therebetween, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The battery assembly 14 includes a battery 141, a control circuit board (not shown), a key switch 143, and two elastic electrode posts 144, the battery 141 being electrically connected to one end of the heating wire assembly 131 through one elastic electrode post 144 and a first electrode connector, and the control circuit board being electrically connected to the other end of the heating wire assembly 131 through the other elastic electrode post 144 and the oil conduit 133. The control circuit board is used for controlling the battery 141 to supply power to the heating wire assembly 131 of the atomizing assembly 13. The key switch 143 is used for generating a trigger signal to the control circuit board, and the control circuit board receives the trigger signal generated by the key switch 143 and controls the heating wire assembly 131 of the atomizing assembly 13 to atomize the smoke. It will be appreciated that the trigger signal may also be generated by an airflow sensor.
Referring also to fig. 3, the bracket 16 includes a side plate 161, a first mounting portion 162 provided at one side of the side plate 161 for mounting the battery assembly 14, and a second mounting portion 163 provided at the other side of the side plate 161. The side plate 161 has a substantially rectangular shape. The battery assembly 14 is mounted in the first mounting portion 162, and a battery protection cover 164 having a semi-cylindrical shape is covered outside the first mounting portion 162. The battery protection cover 164 is further formed with a through hole (not labeled), and the push switch 143 is extended from the through hole for being pressed by a user.
The bracket 16 is also provided with a display 20, and preferably, the display 30 is disposed on the top of the first mounting portion 162. The display screen can be an LED display screen which is electrically connected with the control circuit board and used for displaying the information of the electronic cigarette. The e-cigarette information comprises one or more of the following information: the residual electric quantity information, the smoking port number information, the smoking frequency information, the tobacco flavor information and the manufacturer information of the battery pack. By adopting the scheme, the electric quantity of the battery pack 14 can be controlled while the user knows the smoking quantity of the user, so that the user can be helped to quit smoking, and the user experience is improved; meanwhile, the oil storage bottle 12 can be detached from the electronic cigarette main body 10 and replaced.
Specifically, the second mounting portion 163 has a substantially hollow tubular shape, which is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the side plate 161, and the axial length of the second mounting portion 163 is smaller than the length of the side plate 161. The electronic cigarette body 10 further includes a first internal thread sleeve 17, a sealing ring 18, and a second internal thread sleeve 19. The first threaded sleeve 17 is fixedly clamped at one end far away from the smoking end 11 in the second mounting part 163 and is used for screwing the oil storage bottle 12. The packing 18 is installed between the oil guide pipe 133 of the atomizing assembly 13 and the first female screw housing 17 for preventing the leakage of the soot. The second internal thread bushing 19 is installed at an end of the inner side of the second installation part 163 close to the smoking end 11, and is used for screwing the smoking end 11, so that the disassembly and the installation are very convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a sliding connection mechanism (not numbered) is provided between the protective cover 15 and the electronic cigarette body 10, and specifically, the sliding connection mechanism includes a first sliding groove 161c opened on the side plate 161 of the bracket 16 and a first sliding portion 151c provided on the protective cover 15. The first sliding groove 161c is substantially straight and has an axial direction parallel to the axial direction of the side plate 161, and the first sliding groove 161c penetrates both surfaces of the side plate 161. The first sliding portion 151c forms the sliding path when sliding in the first sliding groove 161c along the axial direction of the first sliding groove 161 c. That is, the first sliding portion 151c slides along the longitudinal direction of the first sliding groove 161c to form the sliding path, and the longitudinal direction of the first sliding groove 161c is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the side plate 161. A line connecting the connection point of the elastic member 30 at the electronic cigarette body 10 and the critical position is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first sliding groove 161 c.
Further, the protective sheath 15 has an arc-shaped plate shape, and preferably, the central angle of the arc of the cross section of the protective sheath 15 is 180 degrees. The protective cover 15 includes a first side 151 and a second side 152 that are parallel to each other. In the present embodiment, a third sliding portion 151a and a second sliding portion 151b are provided along the first side 151 and the second side 152, respectively. The first sliding portion 151a has an L-shaped cross section, and the second sliding portion 151b has a T-shaped cross section. Correspondingly, referring to fig. 5, a third sliding groove 161a and a second sliding groove 161b are provided at the boundary of the second mounting portion 163 and the side plate 161, which are parallel to each other. The third sliding groove 161a and the second sliding groove 161b are respectively fitted and slidably coupled with the third sliding portion 151a and the second sliding portion 151 b. This is advantageous in that the protective cover 15 is prevented from being separated from the holder 16 by keeping the protective cover 15 stable.
The first sliding groove 161c is opposite to the second sliding portion 151b, and the first sliding portion 151c is vertically disposed on a side of the second sliding portion 151b facing the first sliding groove 161c and extends out of the first sliding groove 161c in a direction away from the second mounting portion 163. The first sliding portion 151c is preferably a bolt or a screw, which is screwed into a screw hole 152b in the second sliding portion 151 b. A connecting portion 31 is further fixedly disposed on a surface of the side plate 161 away from the second mounting portion 163, and preferably, the connecting portion 31 is a bolt or a screw screwed into a threaded hole 1611 of the side plate 161. Both ends of the elastic member 30 are respectively sleeved on the connecting portion 31 and the portion of the second sliding portion 151b extending out of the first sliding groove 161 c.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the elastic member 30 are respectively provided with a ring-shaped connecting sleeve for respectively connecting the two ends of the elastic member 30 to the connecting portion 31 and the first sliding portion 151 c. Referring to fig. 6a, fig. 6b and fig. 6c, the connection sleeve at one end of the elastic member 30 is sleeved on the portion of the third sliding portion 151c extending out of the third sliding groove 161c, and the connection sleeve at the other end is sleeved on the connection portion 31, so as to connect one end of the elastic member 30 to the protection cover 15 and connect the other end of the elastic member to the electronic cigarette body 10. Fig. 6a, 6b and 6c correspond to the states of the electronic cigarette in fig. 1a, 1b and 1c, respectively. Preferably, when the first sliding portion 151c is located at an end of the first sliding groove 161c in the axial direction, the protective cover 15 is in an open state or a closed state and the elastic member 30 is in a compressed state. Therefore, the elastic member 30 provides the protection cover 15 with an elastic force for maintaining the protection cover 15 in the closed or open state, and further prevents the possibility that the protection cover 15 is opened or closed by a malfunction.
It should be understood that the elastic member 30 may be a torsion spring (as shown in fig. 7 a), a circular arc spring (as shown in fig. 7 b), or a wave spring (as shown in fig. 7 c), and the type and shape of the elastic member 30 are not limited thereto.
Because the electronic cigarette is provided with the protective sleeve 15 which is in sliding connection with the electronic cigarette body 10, when the electronic cigarette is oscillated in the transportation or use process, the oil storage bottle 12 is protected from being damaged; in the process that the protective sleeve 15 slides from one end of the sliding path to the other end of the sliding path, the elastic element 30 can provide elastic force for the protective sleeve 15 towards the other end of the sliding path, so that the use is more convenient, and the oil storage bottle 12 is convenient to replace; because the oil storage bottle 12 is detachably arranged outside the electronic cigarette body 10, the oil storage bottle 12 is convenient to replace; because the oil storage bottle 12 is far away from the smoking end 11, the user can be prevented from smoking the tobacco tar, and the tobacco tar can be prevented from polluting the smoking end 11 when the tobacco tar is added into the oil storage bottle 12; since the elastic member 30 is in a compressed state when the protective cover 15 of the electronic cigarette of the present invention is in the open state or the closed state to provide the protective cover 15 with an elastic force that maintains the open state or the closed state, the protective cover 15 can be prevented from being closed or opened by mistake.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (17)
- An electronic cigarette comprises an electronic cigarette body (10), and is characterized in that the electronic cigarette body (10) is provided with a smoking end (11), an atomization component (13) for atomizing tobacco tar, and a battery component (14) for supplying power to the atomization component (13); an oil storage bottle (12) used for storing the tobacco tar is detachably arranged at one end, far away from the smoking end (11), of the electronic cigarette body (10), and the oil storage bottle (12) is externally arranged on the electronic cigarette body (10);the electronic cigarette further comprises a protective sleeve (15) and an elastic piece (30), wherein the protective sleeve is used for protecting the oil storage bottle (12) and is connected with the electronic cigarette body (10) in a sliding mode; one end of the elastic piece (30) is connected with the protective sleeve (15), the other end of the elastic piece (30) is connected with the electronic cigarette body (10), and in the process that the protective sleeve (15) slides from one end of the sliding path to the other end, the elastic piece (30) can provide elastic force for the protective sleeve (15) towards the other end of the sliding path.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein a sliding connection mechanism is disposed between the electronic cigarette body (10) and the protective sleeve (15), the sliding connection mechanism includes a first sliding groove (161 c) disposed on the electronic cigarette body (10) and a first sliding portion (151 c) disposed on the protective sleeve (15) and connected to the first sliding groove (161 c), and the first sliding portion (151 c) slides in the first sliding groove (161 c) along an axial direction of the first sliding groove (161 c) to form the sliding path.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 2, wherein there is a threshold position between the two ends of the sliding path, and when the first sliding portion (151 c) is located between one end of the sliding path and the threshold position, the elastic member (30) provides the elastic force to the protective cover (15) towards the one end; a connecting line between a connecting point of the elastic piece (30) on the electronic cigarette body (10) and the critical position is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first sliding groove (161 c).
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the elastic member (30) is in a compressed state when the first sliding portion (151 c) is located at an end portion in the axial direction of the first sliding groove (161 c).
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the reservoir bottle (12) is juxtaposed with the battery assembly (14).
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 5, wherein the electronic cigarette body (10) comprises a support (16), the battery assembly (14) is mounted in the support (16), the atomizing assembly (13) is mounted at an end of the support (16) adjacent to the smoking end (11), the oil storage bottle (12) is detachably connected to the support (16), and the smoking end (11), the atomizing assembly (13) and the oil storage bottle (12) are coaxially arranged.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 6, wherein the atomizing assembly (13) comprises a heating wire assembly (131) and an oil guide mechanism inserted in the oil storage bottle (12) for conveying the tobacco tar to the heating wire assembly (131) for atomization, the oil guide mechanism comprises an oil guide pipe (133) and a tobacco tar latch member (132) made of an oil absorbing material and accommodated in the oil guide pipe (133), and an outer circumferential surface of the tobacco tar latch member (132) is attached to an inner circumferential surface of the oil guide pipe (133);the electric heating wire assembly (131) is accommodated in the oil guide pipe (133), a first electrode connecting piece used for being electrically connected with the battery assembly (14) is inserted into one end of the oil guide pipe (133), and the electric heating wire assembly (131) is electrically connected with the first electrode connecting piece; a smoke channel communicated with the smoking end (11) and used for discharging smoke atomized by the heating wire assembly (131) is formed in the electronic cigarette body (10).
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein the heating wire assembly (131) comprises a liquid guiding member extending along an axial direction of the oil guiding pipe (133) and a heating wire wound around the liquid guiding member, one end of the liquid guiding member abuts against the tobacco tar latch member (132), and the heating wire is electrically connected to the first electrode connecting member.
- The electronic cigarette of claim 8, wherein the tobacco smoke latch (132) and the liquid guide are both solid cylindrical structures, an axis of the tobacco smoke latch (132) coincides with or is parallel to an axis of the liquid guide, and a cross-sectional area of the tobacco smoke latch (132) is larger than a cross-sectional area of the liquid guide.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 9, wherein the bracket (16) comprises a side plate (161), a first mounting part (162) disposed on one side of the side plate (161), and a second mounting part (163) disposed on the other side of the side plate (161), the battery assembly (14) is mounted in the first mounting part (162), the second mounting part (163) is hollow and tubular, a second internal thread sleeve (19) is disposed on one end of the inner side of the second mounting part (163) close to the smoking end (11), a first internal thread sleeve (17) is disposed on one end of the inner side of the second mounting part (163) far away from the smoking end (11), the oil storage bottle (12) is screwed in the first internal thread sleeve (17), the smoking end (11) is screwed in the second internal thread sleeve (19).
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 10, wherein the protective cover (15) is arc-shaped, the protective cover (15) comprises a first side (151) and a second side (152) parallel to each other, and a third sliding portion (151 a) and a second sliding portion (151 b) are respectively disposed along the first side (151) and the second side (152);the junction of the side plate (161) and the second mounting part (163) is correspondingly provided with a third sliding groove (161 a) and a second sliding groove (161 b), and the third sliding part (151 a) and the second sliding part (151 b) are respectively in sliding connection with the third sliding groove (161 a) and the second sliding groove (161 b).
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 11, wherein the third sliding portion (151 a) has an L-shaped cross section, and the second sliding portion (151 b) has a T-shaped cross section.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the resilient member (30) is a torsion spring.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising a display screen (20) for displaying information of the electronic cigarette, wherein the display screen (20) is disposed on the electronic cigarette body (10).
- The electronic cigarette of claim 14, wherein the electronic cigarette information comprises one or more of the following: the residual electric quantity information, the smoking port number information, the smoking frequency information, the tobacco flavor information and the manufacturer information of the battery pack.
- The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the oil storage bottle (12) is a transparent container, the oil storage bottle (12) is provided with a scale for displaying the amount of smoke, and the protective sleeve (15) is provided with an observation window (105) for observing the amount of smoke in the oil storage bottle (12).
- An electronic cigarette comprises an electronic cigarette body (10), and is characterized in that the electronic cigarette body (10) is provided with a smoking end (11), an atomization component (13) for atomizing tobacco tar, and a battery component (14) for supplying power to the atomization component (13); an oil storage bottle (12) used for storing the tobacco tar is detachably arranged at one end, far away from the smoking end (11), of the electronic cigarette body, and the oil storage bottle (12) is externally arranged on the electronic cigarette body (10); the oil storage bottle (12) and the battery component (14) are arranged in parallel;a sliding connection mechanism is arranged between the electronic cigarette body (10) and the protective sleeve (15), the sliding connection mechanism comprises a first sliding groove (161 c) arranged on the electronic cigarette body (10) and a first sliding part (151 c) arranged on the protective sleeve (15), and the first sliding part (151 c) slides in the first sliding groove (161 c) along the axial direction of the first sliding groove (161 c) to form the sliding path;a critical position is arranged between the two ends of the sliding path, and when the first sliding part (151 c) is positioned between one end of the sliding path and the critical position, the elastic part (30) provides elastic force towards the one end to the protective sleeve (15); a connecting line between a connecting point of the elastic piece (30) on the electronic cigarette body (10) and the critical position is perpendicular to the axial direction of the first sliding groove (161 c);when the first sliding portion (151 c) is located at an end portion of the sliding groove (161 c) in the axial direction, the elastic member (30) is in a compressed state;the electronic cigarette body (10) further comprises a support (16), the battery assembly (13) is installed in the support (16), the atomization assembly (13) is installed at one end, adjacent to the smoking end (11), in the support (16), the oil storage bottle (12) is detachably connected with the support (16), and the smoking end (11), the atomization assembly (13) and the oil storage bottle (12) are coaxially arranged;the bracket (16) comprises a side plate (161), a first mounting part (162) arranged on one side of the side plate (161) and a second mounting part (163) arranged on the other side of the side plate (161), the battery pack (14) is mounted in the first mounting portion (162), the second mounting portion (163) has a hollow tubular shape, a second internal thread sleeve (19) is arranged at one end of the inner side of the second mounting part (163) close to the smoking end (11), a first internal thread sleeve (17) is arranged at one end of the inner side of the second mounting part (163) far away from the smoking end (11), the oil storage bottle (12) is in threaded connection with the first internal thread sleeve (17), and the smoking end (11) is in threaded connection with the second internal thread sleeve (19).
