技术领域
本发明属于农产品贮藏保鲜技术领域,具体地涉及一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法。
技术背景
金刺梨为蔷薇科无籽刺梨,为贵州省特有种系。与刺梨相比,其果实所含的糖分、维生素及胡萝卜素、微量元素和SOD等功效成分均更高,鲜果的口感更佳,香气更浓郁,食之延年益寿,是人体营养、保健的最佳选择,是具有极大开发利用价值的第三代野生果树。金刺梨集中上市,采后纤维化、失水萎蔫、腐烂及生物病害导致其失去食用品质和商品价值。由于金刺梨是贵州近年来才大规模种植的特有种系,与刺梨间的主要营养和理化成分存在一定差异,国内仅从包装处理和贮藏温度方面开展了保鲜效果研究,发现PE保鲜袋自发气调包装低温贮藏有利于维持金刺梨鲜果的贮藏品质,国内外尚无金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜技术。
木霉菌剂是一种新型生物杀菌剂,通过产生抗生素、营养竞争、微寄生、细胞壁分解酵素、以及诱导植物产生抗性等机制,对于多种植物病原菌具有拮抗作用,具有保护和治疗双重功效。具有特效期长、作用位点多、不产生抗药性、不怕高湿、杀菌谱广、无残留毒性等优点。对作物没有任何不良影响,可有效防治果蔬的真菌病害。
纳他霉素是一种天然、广谱、高效、安全、无毒的生物制剂,能有效抑制酵母菌及霉菌等丝状真菌,防止真菌毒素的产生,其作用机理主要是由纳他霉素依靠其内酯环结构与真菌细胞膜上的甾醇化合物作用,形成抗生素-甾醇化合物,从而破坏真菌的细胞质膜的结构。大环内脂的亲水部分(多醇部分)在膜上形成水孔,损伤细胞膜通透性,进而引起菌内氨基酸,电解质等物质渗出,菌体死亡。该防腐剂安全、无害,单独使用时只能防止真菌引起的病害。
1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP),是一种新型的乙烯受体抑制剂,能有效延缓果蔬成熟、衰老,有效保持颜色、硬度、脆度、风味和营养成分,诱导植物产生抗病性,减轻生理病害,并可减少水分蒸发、防止萎蔫、纤维化。截至目前,在欧盟、新西兰、澳大利亚、美国、加拿大、英国、智利、阿根廷、巴西、危地马拉、尼加拉瓜、哥斯达黎加、中国、南非、以色列、墨西哥、瑞士、土耳其等超过二十七个国家和地区已批准使用。
本发明将木霉菌剂与纳他霉素复合用于采前喷施,既可减少田间病原菌带入贮藏过程中引起的腐烂,又可有效降低化学使用;将1-MCP用于金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜,可有效提高果实的抗病性,延缓采后纤维化的发生;将金刺梨贮藏期间采用帆布或塑料薄膜进行覆盖处理,降低贮藏期间水分散失出现的。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对金刺梨贮藏过程中极易失水、发生生物病害等腐烂问题,提供一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法,通过采收喷施抑菌剂菌剂、适宜成熟度采收、愈伤处理、乙烯阻断剂处理、适宜贮藏温度及进行适宜的杀菌处理,达到延长金刺梨鲜果贮藏期的目的。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的:一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法,包括采前病原菌防控、适宜成熟度采收、乙烯阻断剂处理和低温贮藏相结合使用,具体操作如下:
(1)金刺梨采摘前喷施复合杀菌剂稀释液进行病原菌防控处理,8~9成熟时进行采摘;
(2)分装于周转箱中,于阴凉处常温愈伤处理12~36h,同时剔除机械伤、残次及病虫害果实;
(3)将金刺梨鲜果转入熏蒸大帐用乙烯阻断剂熏蒸处理,然后将周转箱转入1.0±0.5℃冷库贮藏;
所述步骤(1)中的复合杀菌剂为木霉菌剂 :纳他霉素=(1~3):(3~1),分别在采前10天和1天喷施1500~2000倍复合杀菌剂稀释液;

本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知,本发明将木霉菌剂与纳他霉素复合用于采前喷施,既可减少田间病原菌带入贮藏过程中引起的腐烂,又可有效降低化学使用;将1-MCP用于金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜,可有效提高果实的抗病性,延缓采后纤维化的发生;将金刺梨贮藏期间采用帆布或塑料薄膜进行覆盖处理,降低贮藏期间水分散失出现的。

以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法具体实施方式、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法,包括采前病原菌防控、适宜成熟度采收、乙烯阻断剂处理和低温贮藏相结合使用,具体操作如下:
(1)金刺梨采摘前喷施复合杀菌剂稀释液进行病原菌防控处理,8~9成熟时进行采摘;
(2)分装于周转箱中,于阴凉处常温愈伤处理12~36h,同时剔除机械伤、残次及病虫害果实;
(3)将金刺梨鲜果转入熏蒸大帐用乙烯阻断剂熏蒸处理,然后将周转箱转入1.0±0.5℃冷库贮藏;

实施例1:
金刺梨8成熟时采收,散去田间热,剔除机械伤和病虫害的果实,分装于带孔聚乙烯塑料盒内(125±3 g/盒),再用0.03mm PE保鲜袋包装,分别转入1±0.5℃、5±0.5℃和9±0.5℃冷库中预冷24h后,根据装袋体积按1.0 μL/L加入1-MCP保鲜剂质量后,扎袋贮藏,每15天测1次各项指标。见图1。
实施例2:
金刺梨9成熟时采收,散去田间热,剔除机械伤和病虫害的果实,分装于带孔聚乙烯塑料盒内(125±3 g/盒),再用0.03mm PE保鲜袋包装,分别转入1±0.5℃冷库中预冷24h后,根据装袋体积按0、0.5、1.0、1.5μL/L加入1-MCP保鲜剂的质量后,扎袋贮藏,每30天测1次各项指标。见图2。
实施例3:
金刺梨采前10天和1天喷施杀菌剂进行病害防控,8成熟时采收,散去田间热,剔除机械伤和病虫害的果实,分装于带孔聚乙烯塑料盒内(1.0kg/盒),愈伤处理24h后,按以下进行处理:CK:将金刺梨转入的烟熏大帐,不放1-MCP保鲜剂,24h后转入1.0±0.5℃冷库中贮藏;A:将金刺梨转入烟熏大帐,按0.5μL/L浓度加入1-MCP处理24h后,转入1.0±0.5℃冷库中贮藏;B:将金刺梨转入烟熏大帐,按0.5μL/L浓度加入1-MCP处理24h后,贮藏期间用帆布盖上,每10天测1次各项指标。见图3。
由图1-图3结果可见,本发明的金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法能使金刺梨鲜果在低温贮藏60天后仍保持93%以上的好果率,且无明显的腐烂。

(1)金刺梨采摘前喷施复合杀菌剂稀释液进行病原菌防控处理,8~9成熟时进行采摘;
(2)分装于周转箱中,于阴凉处常温愈伤处理12~36h,同时剔除机械伤、残次及病虫害果实;
(3)将金刺梨鲜果转入熏蒸大帐用乙烯阻断剂熏蒸处理,然后将周转箱转入1.0±0.5℃冷库贮藏;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)金刺梨鲜果贮藏期间,采用帆布或塑料薄膜覆盖,减少金刺梨鲜果表面失水。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种金刺梨鲜果贮藏保鲜方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)金刺梨鲜果贮藏期间,通过定时喷施二氧化氯或产生臭氧进行抑菌,防止贮藏期间病原菌侵入引起腐烂。
