Abstract
本发明涉及一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料按重量份包括如下原料:环氧树脂60‑90份、氟树脂15‑35份、酚羟基树脂3‑8份、抗菌吸附剂5‑25份、纳米二氧化硅2‑6份、纳米二氧化钛1‑5份、纳米碳酸钙1‑5份、铝矾土5‑15份、沉淀硫酸钡5‑10份、钛白粉10‑20份、硬酯酸锌2‑5份、安息香1‑3份、羟乙基甲基纤维素2‑6份、聚酰胺蜡0.2‑1份、流平剂0.5‑2份、胺类固化剂2‑6份。本发明提出的一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料及其制备方法,其不仅可以满足静电喷涂的施工要求,而且可以起到抑菌杀菌的效果,同时具有吸附厨房臭味物质的能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的厨具所用的涂料,时间长了往往会出现变黄、无光泽等现象,而且容易粘油、粘尘,给厨具用品带来污染,产生各种细菌、病菌,长时间使用会对人体产生危害,直接影响身体健康。而且厨房中也是最容易产生臭味的地方,大都是用具有香味的芳香剂来盖过一时的臭味,或是加强通风设备,籍以降低异味比例,这样虽可减少异味,但效果不佳,异味很难在厨房完全消失。
发明内容
基于背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料及其制备方法,其不仅可以满足静电喷涂的施工要求,而且可以起到抑菌杀菌的效果,同时具有吸附厨房臭味物质的能力。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,按重量份包括如下原料:环氧树脂60-90份、氟树脂15-35份、酚羟基树脂3-8份、抗菌吸附剂5-25份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、纳米二氧化钛1-5份、纳米碳酸钙1-5份、铝矾土5-15份、沉淀硫酸钡5-10份、钛白粉10-20份、硬酯酸锌2-5份、安息香1-3份、羟乙基甲基纤维素2-6份、聚酰胺蜡0.2-1份、流平剂0.5-2份、胺类固化剂2-6份;
其中,制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:将膨润土和麦饭石焙烧后,加水分散均匀,再加入硅溶胶、有机胺和氢氧化钠超声分散均匀,置于密闭容器后升温至180-220℃进行水热反应,反应时间为6-10h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入铜盐溶液和分散剂混匀,升温至60-100℃后超声震荡10-24h,再过滤,洗涤,干燥,研磨,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
优选地,所述环氧树脂是双酚A型固体环氧树脂E-12。
优选地,所述氟树脂的制备方法包括:按重量份将三氟氯乙烯单体45-60份、直链烷基乙烯基酯或乙烯基醚单体15-35份、羟基单体5-10份、羧酸单体0.5-1份和引发剂0.05-0.15份加入反应釜中,以水和乙醇作为溶剂,在惰性气体保护的条件下,升温至45-70℃进行聚合反应,5-20h后分离出产物,用乙醇洗涤后干燥,得到所述氟树脂;优选地,所述直链烷基乙烯基酯或乙烯基醚单体为醋酸乙烯酯、丁酸乙烯酯或正丁基乙烯基醚,所述羟基单体为羟乙基乙烯基醚、羟丁基乙烯基醚、丙烯酸羟乙酯或丙烯酸羟丁酯,所述羧酸单体为丙烯酸、丁烯酸、十一烯酸。
优选地,制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:按重量份将膨润土10份和麦饭石1-5份在750-850℃下焙烧4-6h后,加水分散均匀,再加入SiO2含量为25-35wt%的硅溶胶30-50份、有机胺3-5份和氢氧化钠0.5-2份后超声分散0.5-1.5h,置于密封容器后升温至190-210℃进行水热反应,反应时间为7-9h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入浓度为2-8wt%的铜盐溶液100-200份和六偏磷酸钠1-5份混匀,升温至70-80℃后超声震荡反应15-20h,洗涤,干燥,研磨至粒径≤100目,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
优选地所述有机胺为四乙基氢氧化铵、四乙基氯化铵、四乙基溴化铵或者四乙基碘化铵中的一种或多种的组合;优选地,所述铜盐溶液为硫酸铜、硝酸铜或者氯化铜的溶液。
优选地,超声震荡反应的工作频率为25-40kHz。
优选地,所述流平剂为氟碳改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、聚醚改性硅油流平剂或丙烯酸酯类共聚物流平剂中的一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述胺类固化剂为聚胺类固化剂、改性聚胺类固化剂、聚酰胺类固化剂、改性聚酰胺类固化剂或双氰胺中的一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,按重量份包括如下原料:环氧树脂70-80份、氟树脂20-30份、酚羟基树脂5-7份、抗菌吸附剂10-20份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、纳米二氧化钛2-4份、纳米碳酸钙2-4份、铝矾土8-12份、沉淀硫酸钡7-8份、钛白粉12-18份、硬酯酸锌3-4份、安息香1-2份、羟乙基甲基纤维素3-5份、聚酰胺蜡0.4-0.8份、流平剂1-1.5份、胺类固化剂3-5份。
一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料的制备方法,包括:按配比将环氧树脂、氟树脂、酚羟基树、抗菌吸附剂、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙、铝矾土、沉淀硫酸钡、钛白粉、硬酯酸锌、安息香、羟乙基甲基纤维素、聚酰胺蜡、流平剂、胺类固化剂在高混机中搅拌均匀,经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,风冷,磨粉,过筛,得到所述厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料;优选地,所述双螺杆挤出机熔融温度为125-155℃。
本发明提出的一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,通过选择环氧树脂、氟树脂为树脂基料,并辅以与树脂基料具有很好混溶性又具有合适反应的酚羟基树脂和胺类物质作为固化剂,使得涂料的贮存稳定性、熔融性、流动性和固化性之间具有良好平衡的体系,保证涂料具有低温固化性能的同时,为涂料的机械性和耐腐蚀性提供保证;与此同时,加入以三氟氯乙烯为主要成分的五元共聚氟树脂,可以显著提高涂膜的防污性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性、装饰效果、光泽度及保持度;此外,为了提高本发明所述涂料的抑菌抗菌性能,本发明中通过加入抗菌吸附剂,该抗菌吸附剂通过将以硅铝含量丰富的膨润土和麦饭石作为矿物来源先配置混合物凝胶,额外加入硅源物质对混合物凝胶的硅铝比进行调节后,在有机胺作为模板和无机碱作为催化剂的作用下进行水热反应,可以打散膨润土和麦饭石矿物中原本存在的隔阂不通的微孔,使微孔比表面积和容积增大,从而得到一种具有多孔以及孔径大小适宜的载体填料,有效减少了原有矿物中的空间位阻,提高孔容,内扩散速率加快,交换容量增大,从而提高其吸附性能和离子交换性能,在加入铜液的前提下,可以有效对铜离子进行交换吸附,抗菌剂铜通过载体填料与涂料组成牢固结合,进而形成一种对细菌和真菌具有强烈吸附和抑菌、杀菌作用的抗菌吸附剂,赋予涂料良好抑菌杀菌效果的同时,载体填料上的多孔结构还可以对臭味气体进行良好吸附;并且该抗菌吸附剂上的载铜结构,使其可以作为导电剂,使得本发明所述粉末涂料具有较强的导电性,从而可以采用静电喷涂法形成功能涂层;此后本发明中还加入纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙、铝矾土、沉淀硫酸钡作为填料,可进一步改善涂膜的耐化学性、耐候性及高装饰性;钛白粉可吸收紫外线的波谷达到75%以上,保护了高分子材料中的C-H键,从而提高了漆膜的耐候性,延迟漆膜粉化变色;羟乙基甲基纤维素可以与抗菌吸附剂合理配伍,利用了羟乙基甲基纤维素对基层的润湿性好,不易出现浮粉,有一定的引气性的特定,从而使抗菌吸附剂内部孔状结构的吸附性能更加优秀;聚酰胺蜡能够较好地平衡涂膜的抗流挂性与流平性,可赋矛涂料体系较高的触变性能,并具有良好的增稠、防沉作用;流平剂的加入则能够极大程度的降低涂料体系的表面张力,增进基材润湿性、防止缩孔,同时增进涂层表面的滑爽性和光泽。

为更好地说明本发明,便于理解本发明的技术方案,本发明的典型但非限制性的实施例如下:
实施例1
一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,按重量份包括如下原料:双酚A型固体环氧树脂E-12 60份、氟树脂35份、酚羟基树脂3份、抗菌吸附剂25份、纳米二氧化硅2份、纳米二氧化钛5份、纳米碳酸钙1份、铝矾土15份、沉淀硫酸钡5份、钛白粉20份、硬酯酸锌2份、安息香3份、羟乙基甲基纤维素2份、聚酰胺蜡1份、氟碳改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5份、聚胺类固化剂6份;
其中,所述氟树脂的制备方法包括:按重量份将三氟氯乙烯单体45份、醋酸乙烯酯35份、羟乙基乙烯基醚5份、丙烯酸1份和引发剂0.05份加入反应釜中,以水和乙醇作为溶剂,在惰性气体保护的条件下,升温至70℃进行聚合反应,5h后分离出产物,用乙醇洗涤后干燥,得到所述氟树脂;
制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:按重量份将膨润土10份和麦饭石1份在850℃下焙烧4h后,加水分散均匀,再加入SiO2含量为35wt%的硅溶胶30份、四乙基氢氧化铵5份和氢氧化钠0.5份后超声分散1.5h,置于密闭容器后升温至190℃进行水热反应,反应时间为9h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入浓度为2wt%的硫酸铜溶液200份和六偏磷酸钠1份混匀,升温至80℃后超声震荡反应15h,超声震荡反应的工作频率为40kHz,洗涤,干燥,研磨至粒径≤100目,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
实施例2
一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,按重量份包括如下原料:双酚A型固体环氧树脂E-12 90份、氟树脂15份、酚羟基树脂8份、抗菌吸附剂5份、纳米二氧化硅6份、纳米二氧化钛1份、纳米碳酸钙5份、铝矾土5份、沉淀硫酸钡10份、钛白粉10份、硬酯酸锌5份、安息香1份、羟乙基甲基纤维素6份、聚酰胺蜡0.2份、聚醚改性硅油流平剂2份、改性聚胺类固化剂2份;
其中,所述氟树脂的制备方法包括:按重量份将三氟氯乙烯单体60份、丁酸乙烯酯15份、羟丁基乙烯基醚10份、丁烯酸0.5份和引发剂0.15份加入反应釜中,以水和乙醇作为溶剂,在惰性气体保护的条件下,升温至45℃进行聚合反应,20h后分离出产物,用乙醇洗涤后干燥,得到所述氟树脂;
制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:按重量份将膨润土10份和麦饭石5份在750℃下焙烧6h后,加水分散均匀,再加入SiO2含量为25wt%的硅溶胶50份、四乙基氯化铵3份和氢氧化钠2份后超声分散0.5h,置于密闭容器后升温至210℃进行水热反应,反应时间为7h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入浓度为8wt%的硝酸铜溶液100份和六偏磷酸钠5份混匀,升温至70℃后超声震荡反应20h,超声震荡反应的工作频率为25kHz,洗涤,干燥,研磨至粒径≤100目,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
实施例3
一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,按重量份包括如下原料:双酚A型固体环氧树脂E-12 70份、氟树脂30份、酚羟基树脂5份、抗菌吸附剂20份、纳米二氧化硅3份、纳米二氧化钛4份、纳米碳酸钙2份、铝矾土12份、沉淀硫酸钡7份、钛白粉18份、硬酯酸锌3份、安息香2份、羟乙基甲基纤维素3份、聚酰胺蜡0.8份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物流平剂1份、双氰胺5份;
其中,所述氟树脂的制备方法包括:按重量份将三氟氯乙烯单体50份、正丁基乙烯基醚25份、丙烯酸羟乙酯7份、十一烯酸0.8份和引发剂0.1份加入反应釜中,以水和乙醇作为溶剂,在惰性气体保护的条件下,升温至55℃进行聚合反应,12h后分离出产物,用乙醇洗涤后干燥,得到所述氟树脂;
制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:按重量份将膨润土10份和麦饭石3份在800℃下焙烧5h后,加水分散均匀,再加入SiO2含量为30wt%的硅溶胶40份、四乙基碘化铵4份和氢氧化钠1.2份后超声分散1h,置于密闭容器后升温至200℃进行水热反应,反应时间为8h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入浓度为5wt%的氯化铜溶液150份和六偏磷酸钠3份混匀,升温至75℃后超声震荡反应17h,超声震荡反应的工作频率为35kHz,洗涤,干燥,研磨至粒径≤100目,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
实施例4
一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,按重量份包括如下原料:双酚A型固体环氧树脂E-12 80份、氟树脂20份、酚羟基树脂7份、抗菌吸附剂10份、纳米二氧化硅5份、纳米二氧化钛2份、纳米碳酸钙4份、铝矾土8份、沉淀硫酸钡8份、钛白粉12份、硬酯酸锌4份、安息香1份、羟乙基甲基纤维素5份、聚酰胺蜡0.4份、流平剂1.5份、胺类固化剂3份;
其中,所述氟树脂的制备方法包括:按重量份将三氟氯乙烯单体55份、醋酸乙烯酯20份、丙烯酸羟丁酯8份、丙烯酸0.7份和引发剂0.1份加入反应釜中,以水和乙醇作为溶剂,在惰性气体保护的条件下,升温至60℃进行聚合反应,15h后分离出产物,用乙醇洗涤后干燥,得到所述氟树脂;
制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:按重量份将膨润土10份和麦饭石4份在780℃下焙烧5.5h后,加水分散均匀,再加入SiO2含量为28wt%的硅溶胶45份、四乙基碘化铵3.5份和氢氧化钠1.5份后超声分散1.2h,置于密闭容器后升温至205℃进行水热反应,反应时间为7.5h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入浓度为6wt%的硝酸铜溶液180份和六偏磷酸钠2份混匀,升温至78℃后超声震荡反应18h,超声震荡反应的工作频率为30kHz,洗涤,干燥,研磨至粒径≤100目,得到所述抗菌吸附剂;

实施例1-4所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料的制备方法,包括:按配比将环氧树脂、氟树脂、酚羟基树、抗菌吸附剂、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙、铝矾土、沉淀硫酸钡、钛白粉、硬酯酸锌、安息香、羟乙基甲基纤维素、聚酰胺蜡、流平剂、胺类固化剂在高混机中搅拌均匀,经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,所述双螺杆挤出机熔融温度为125-155℃,压片,风冷,磨粉,过筛,得到所述厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料。
将实施例1-4所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料以静电喷涂的方式喷涂在样板上,进行如下性能测试,性能测试结果如下表所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,按重量份包括如下原料:环氧树脂60-90份、氟树脂15-35份、酚羟基树脂3-8份、抗菌吸附剂5-25份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、纳米二氧化钛1-5份、纳米碳酸钙1-5份、铝矾土5-15份、沉淀硫酸钡5-10份、钛白粉10-20份、硬酯酸锌2-5份、安息香1-3份、羟乙基甲基纤维素2-6份、聚酰胺蜡0.2-1份、流平剂0.5-2份、胺类固化剂2-6份;
其中,制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:将膨润土和麦饭石焙烧后,加水分散均匀,再加入硅溶胶、有机胺和氢氧化钠超声分散均匀,置于密闭容器后升温至180-220℃进行水热反应,反应时间为6-10h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入铜盐溶液和分散剂混匀,升温至60-100℃后超声震荡10-24h,再过滤,洗涤,干燥,研磨,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂是双酚A型固体环氧树脂E-12。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述氟树脂的制备方法包括:按重量份将三氟氯乙烯单体45-60份、直链烷基乙烯基酯或乙烯基醚单体15-35份、羟基单体5-10份、羧酸单体0.5-1份和引发剂0.05-0.15份加入反应釜中,以水和乙醇作为溶剂,在惰性气体保护的条件下,升温至45-70℃进行聚合反应,5-20h后分离出产物,用乙醇洗涤后干燥,得到所述氟树脂;优选地,所述直链烷基乙烯基酯或乙烯基醚单体为醋酸乙烯酯、丁酸乙烯酯或正丁基乙烯基醚,所述羟基单体为羟乙基乙烯基醚、羟丁基乙烯基醚、丙烯酸羟乙酯或丙烯酸羟丁酯,所述羧酸单体为丙烯酸、丁烯酸、十一烯酸。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,制备所述抗菌吸附剂的方法包括:按重量份将膨润土10份和麦饭石1-5份在750-850℃下焙烧4-6h后,加水分散均匀,再加入SiO2含量为25-35wt%的硅溶胶30-50份、有机胺3-5份和氢氧化钠0.5-2份后超声分散0.5-1.5h,置于密闭容器后升温至190-210℃进行水热反应,反应时间为7-9h,冷却后过滤去除母液,洗涤,干燥,再加入浓度为2-8wt%的铜盐溶液100-200份和六偏磷酸钠1-5份混匀,升温至70-80℃后超声震荡反应15-20h,洗涤,干燥,研磨至粒径≤100目,得到所述抗菌吸附剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述有机胺为四乙基氢氧化铵、四乙基氯化铵、四乙基溴化铵或者四乙基碘化铵中的一种或多种的组合;优选地,所述铜盐溶液为硫酸铜、硝酸铜或者氯化铜的溶液。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,超声震荡反应的工作频率为25-40kHz。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为氟碳改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、聚醚改性硅油流平剂或丙烯酸酯类共聚物流平剂中的一种或多种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述胺类固化剂为聚胺类固化剂、改性聚胺类固化剂、聚酰胺类固化剂、改性聚酰胺类固化剂或双氰胺中的一种或多种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料,其特征在于,按重量份包括如下原料:环氧树脂70-80份、氟树脂20-30份、酚羟基树脂5-7份、抗菌吸附剂10-20份、纳米二氧化硅3-5份、纳米二氧化钛2-4份、纳米碳酸钙2-4份、铝矾土8-12份、沉淀硫酸钡7-8份、钛白粉12-18份、硬酯酸锌3-4份、安息香1-2份、羟乙基甲基纤维素3-5份、聚酰胺蜡0.4-0.8份、流平剂1-1.5份、胺类固化剂3-5份。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:按配比将环氧树脂、氟树脂、酚羟基树、抗菌吸附剂、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、纳米碳酸钙、铝矾土、沉淀硫酸钡、钛白粉、硬酯酸锌、安息香、羟乙基甲基纤维素、聚酰胺蜡、流平剂、胺类固化剂在高混机中搅拌均匀,经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,风冷,磨粉,过筛,得到所述厨具专用静电喷涂粉末涂料;优选地,所述双螺杆挤出机熔融温度为125-155℃。
