Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白祛斑霜及其制备方法,所述美白祛斑霜包括:水,丁二醇,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,异十六烷,甘油,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,牛油果树果脂,海藻糖,鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯,山梨坦橄榄油酸酯,鲸蜡硬脂醇,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷,天女木兰提取物,柑橘果皮提取物,氢化卵磷脂,植物甾醇类,红没药醇,生育酚乙酸酯,光果甘草根提取物,欧百里香提取物,泛醇,及透明质酸钠等。本发明中的美白祛斑霜,抑制酪氨酸酶和多巴色素互变酶活性及阻碍DHI的聚合,内部抑制黑色素形成,提高色素细胞更新能力,降低色素沉积,促进色素细胞脱落,增强细胞的自身免疫力,提高皮肤弹性及新陈代谢机能,提高皮肤自身保护能力,达到安全美白祛斑。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品,特别是涉及一种美白祛斑霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
市面上的很多化合物对皮肤都有明显的美白祛斑作用,但是另一方面有很大的副作用,伴随着干燥脱皮、停用反弹等肌肤不良反应。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种美白祛斑霜,其利用天然花、果类等植物萃取精华,温和、安全地解决皮肤黑色素沉着、晒斑、雀斑等肌肤问题;采用多种不同功效原理成分,有效清洁皮肤细胞,清除毒素和受损的皮肤细胞,刺激皮肤组织再生,从面达到斑点根除、肌肤平滑、肤色亮白。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种美白祛斑霜,按重量百分比计,其组分包括:30%~60%水,3%~10%丁二醇,4%~8%辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,3%~6%异十六烷,2%~6%甘油,2%~8%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.5%~4%牛油果树果脂,0.5%~4%海藻糖,1%~3%鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯,0.5%~2%山梨坦橄榄油酸酯,0.5%~3%鲸蜡硬脂醇,1%~3%鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷,0.1%~5%天女木兰提取物,0.5%~5%柑橘果皮提取物,0.01%~2%氢化卵磷脂,0.2%~3%植物甾醇类,0.1%~1%红没药醇,0.1%~2%生育酚乙酸酯,0.05%~1%光果甘草根提取物,0.2%~3%欧百里香提取物,0.1%~1%泛醇,0.1%~1%扭刺仙人掌茎提取物,0.2%~2%麦冬提取物,0.05%~1%苦参根提取物,0.1%~1%母菊花提取物,0.2%~5%积雪草提取物,0.05%~2%茶叶提取物,0.2%~0.5%迷迭香叶提取物,0.1%~2%虎杖根提取物,0.05%~5%黄芩根提取物,0.01%~1%透明质酸钠,0.2%~2%丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,0.1%~1%聚山梨醇酯-80,0.05%~0.5%卡波姆,0.05%~0.5%三乙醇胺,0.05%~0.3%羟苯甲酯,0.05%~0.3%尿囊素,0.1%~2%鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾,0.05%~0.5%香精,0.01%~0.1%羟苯丙酯,0.2%~1%苯氧乙醇,0.01%~0.5%乙基己基甘油,0.01%~0.2%季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯,以及0.01%~0.3%EDTA-二钠。优选地,本发明的美白祛斑霜,按重量百分比计,其组分包括:45.28%水,5%丁二醇,5%辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,3%异十六烷,3%甘油,3%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,2%牛油果树果脂,2%海藻糖,2%鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯,1%山梨坦橄榄油酸酯,1.5%鲸蜡硬脂醇,2%鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷,3%天女木兰提取物,3%柑橘果皮提取物,0.5%氢化卵磷脂,1%植物甾醇类,0.5%红没药醇,0.5%生育酚乙酸酯,1%光果甘草根提取物,2%欧百里香提取物,0.3%泛醇,0.5%扭刺仙人掌茎提取物,0.3%麦冬提取物,0.5%苦参根提取物,1%母菊花提取物,2%积雪草提取物,1%茶叶提取物,0.3%迷迭香叶提取物,1%虎杖根提取物,3%黄芩根提取物,0.5%透明质酸钠,0.8%丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,0.4%聚山梨醇酯-80,0.2%卡波姆,0.2%三乙醇胺,0.2%羟苯甲酯,0.2%尿囊素,0.3%鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾,0.2%香精,0.08%羟苯丙酯,0.5%苯氧乙醇,0.1%乙基己基甘油,0.04%季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯,以及0.1%EDTA-二钠。
其中,丁二醇在化妆品中很常见,常出现的英文名称是:Butylene Glycol,别名又叫:1,3-二羟基丁烷,是多元醇的一种,在化妆品中常做保湿剂和溶剂使用,在保湿方面,由于丁二醇是小分子保湿成份,所以抓水比例很小,同时也有一定的抑菌作用。丁二醇的安全性值得肯定,试验表明,在对人体进行间断涂抹时,以每隔一天涂抹一次,共16天,在所有参加试验的200人中,都未发现有任何刺激性的炎症。关于对眼黏膜的刺激性,曾经用白鼠进行试验,得到的结果依然安全性很高。据说也曾加牙膏里进行四周的口腔试验,结果,它对口腔黏膜也无刺激性,是一种安全性很高的成份。
辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯是高清爽度无味油脂,属棕榈油或椰子油的衍生物。它是使用热分馏方法提取。由于它和人体皮肤有兼容的特征,所以也适合油性皮肤使用,并且不会堵塞毛孔。它有着不油腻质感,加入乳霜或乳液中可改进其延伸性,有润滑和使肌肤柔软的效果。并有过滤紫外光的功能。
异十六烷主要是异构烷烃C16的混合物,含有少量的C12和C20的异构烷烃。由于其非常低的毒性,对皮肤无刺激并且无色无味,它主要被用在高性能的化妆品和个人护理品。
甘油的化学名为甘油丙三醇,有甜味,为无色透明粘性液体,是化工生产的产品,有良好的吸水性,常用来做化妆品的添加原料,主要作用是保湿滋润,用途是作为保湿剂普遍添加在护肤品中的,是优良的保湿剂。
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷是一种以二甲基二氯硅烷为主要原料,在经过水解合成工序制得的水解物基础上经过分离、精馏,或者是在水解物经过裂解后或在DMC基础上再分离、精馏后制得的化合物。广泛使用于化妆品和人体护理产品中,与大部分的醇和其他化妆品溶剂有很好的相容性。
牛油果树果脂是丰富的滋润型油脂,易于吸收,富含不饱和脂肪酸,能加强皮肤的保湿能力,对干性及角质受损的肌肤能加以滋润,由卡力特树(karite)萃取而来。相对于其他植物油,含有最高比例脂肪伴随物,特别是生长必要的养分的三萜烯醇及维生素E、维生素A、尿囊素等,营养丰富。能够防止肌肤水分流失、帮助愈合伤口、增加肌肤防御能力及柔顺充。是难得的护肤天然成分。
海藻糖在化妆品上的应用是基于其具有优异的保持细胞活力和生物大分子活性的特性。皮肤细胞,尤其是表皮细胞在高温、高寒、干燥、强紫外线辐射等环境下,极易失去水分发生角质化,甚至死亡脱落使皮肤受损。海藻糖在这种情况下能够在细胞表层形成一层特殊的保护膜,从膜上析出的粘液不仅滋润着皮肤细胞,还具有将外来的热量辐射出去的功能。从而保护皮肤不致受损。
鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯是天然来源乳化剂,其源于橄榄油,具有高度保湿性和成膜性,有效缓释活性成分,使之更好的被皮肤吸收。
山梨坦橄榄油酸酯是一种化学物品,是非离子表面活性剂-醇酯型,具有优良的分散、乳化、润滑能力。
鲸蜡硬脂醇适用于各类化妆品中,作为基质,特别适合于膏霜及乳液;在医药中,可直接用于W/O乳化剂膏体,软膏基质等。
鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷无色至淡黄色液体或膏体。溶于水。稳定。刺激。对皮肤、眼睛有很低的刺激性。对环境可能有危害,对水体应给予特别注意。可降解。具有优良的去污、发泡、稳泡、乳化、分散、增溶能力。耐酸碱。对电解质不敏感。可降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性。无浊点。绿色表面活性剂。和皮肤的相容性佳。
天女木兰提取物提取天女木兰的花朵和树枝,是一种具有美白功效的成分。抑制炎症因子1L-1a和一氧化氮的生成,抗氧化,抑制黑素体的转移。
柑橘果皮提取物在能提升角化细胞结构,使表皮角化细胞平坦且有张力,细胞间隙变小。减少散射光的面积,散射光影响皮肤的光洁和透明,同时降低TEWL,皮肤保湿和屏障功能增强,能增强普通的皮肤美白和抗衰老护理功能。
氢化卵磷脂存在于蛋黄及黄豆中的成份,适合作为熟龄肌滋润使用,具有保湿、抗氧化等作用,常用于眼霜、乳液、乳霜、口红等化妆品中。是一种天然的解毒剂,它能分解体内过多的毒素,并经肝脏和肾脏的处理排出体外,当体内的毒素降低到一定浓度时,脸上的斑点和青春痘就会慢慢消失。还具有一定的亲水性,并有增加血红素的功能,如果每天服用一定量的卵磷脂,就能为皮肤提供充分的水份和氧气,使皮肤变得光滑柔润。
植物甾醇类对皮肤具有很高的渗透性,可以保持皮肤表面水份,促进皮肤新陈代谢、抑制皮肤炎症,可防日晒红斑、皮肤老化,还有生发、养发之功效。可作为W/O型乳化剂,用于膏霜的生产,具有使用感好,包括辅展性好、滑爽不粘、耐久性好、不易变质等特点。
红没药醇是存在于春黄菊花中的一种成份,春黄菊花的消炎作用主要来自红没药醇。主要应用在皮肤保护和皮肤护理化妆品中,α-红没药醇作为活性成分以保护和护理过敏性皮肤,α-红没药醇适合于用在防晒产品,日光浴后洗澡液,婴儿产品和剃须后护理品中。此外,α-红没药醇还可用于口腔卫生产品中,如牙膏和漱口水中。
生育酚乙酸酯具有润肤功效,即通过皮肤的吸收,起到润肤作用;可降低脂质过氧化作用,具有抗炎作用,VE乙酸酯的乳剂可防止皮炎,且功能显着,在机体新陈代谢过程中有防止细胞膜和细胞内不饱和脂肪酸等易氧化物被氧化,从而保护细胞膜的完整进而防止衰老的作用。
光果甘草根提取物具有体外抗氧化性,有很强的总抗氧化能力。能抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶(如酪氨酸酶)的活性,防止皮肤粗糙和抗炎、抗菌功效。
欧百里香提取物原产地欧洲中部地区。主要生长于干燥的草地、荒地、海岸沙丘等地方。可作为烹饪的香料使用,也具有药用价值。在中国的中药中被称为“地椒”,具有发汗、整肠、镇咳等作用。在护肤品中的作用是通过减少驱动蛋白的量来抑制黑色素被搬动,从而达到美白效果。
泛醇是维生素B5的前体,故又称维生素原B5,它含有不少于99%含量的D-泛醇,它是一种无色至微黄色透明粘稠的液体,具轻微的特殊气味。在化妆品行业:皮肤上的护理作用表现为深入渗透的保湿剂,刺激上皮细胞的生长,促进伤口愈合,起消炎作用;头发上的护理作用表现为持久的保湿功能,防止头发开叉,受损,增加头发的密度,提高发质的光泽;指甲的护理上表现为改善指甲的水合性,赋予指甲柔韧性。
扭刺仙人掌茎提取物具有良好的抗氧化作用,还具有高效补水、防辐射的显著功效,保证天然有机功能性成分的高营养、高纯度和高活性,使肌肤免于紫外线、电脑、电视和手机辐射的伤害。
麦冬提取物具有强的抗氧化性和抑菌作用。
苦参根提取物具有美白,消炎,抗痘,抗菌等多种效用,早在几百年前就被用于美容护肤,现更是各大药妆青睐的化妆品原料。
母菊花提取物由黄春菊芽中提取;富含Chamzulene,甜没药萜醇,芹菜素等;抗氧化,镇定等;
积雪草提取物肌肤调理剂、滋养肌肤,可协助消炎、抗敏。
茶叶提取物含有类黄酮,儿茶素,据报道,儿茶素是一种有效的抗感染剂。实验证明儿茶素抑制龋齿和牙周疾病的发生发展。
迷迭香叶提取物,学名:Rosmarinus officinalis,唇形科迷迭香属。灌木,高达2米。茎及老枝圆柱形,皮层暗灰色,不规则的纵裂,块状剥落,幼枝四棱形,密被白色星状细绒毛。迷迭香提取物可以提高果蝇体内抗氧化酶活性,抑制脂质过氧化,具有延缓衰老的作用。此外,迷迭香提取液中的迷迭香酸和鼠尾草酸与天然有机脂具有很强的亲和性,因此,迷迭香常与有机脂结合制成凝脂产品。一般的清洁用品在清洗过后,护肤的功能性成分大部分会被水冲洗流失,迷迭香的有效成分在与凝脂亲和的同时也与肌肤表皮层产生亲和性,这种亲和性超越了与水的亲和性,因此,在清洗的过程中,迷迭香的大部分有效成分仍能够被皮肤吸收,起到抗氧化的效果。
此外,迷迭香提取物的强抗氧化性可以有效刺激头皮血液循环,杀菌止痒,因此广泛运用头发养护产品。
虎杖根提取物是蓼科的植物之一,其原生长于东亚并广泛分布于中国。虎杖在中国和日本传统医药中被用于治疗多种病痛,其中包括霉菌感染,多种皮肤炎症,心血管疾病和肝脏疾病等。白藜芦醇和大黄素是虎杖中的主要功能成分。研究显示白藜芦醇和大黄素表现出广泛的抗氧化特性,如LDL胆固醇氧化和脂质过氧化反应。白藜芦醇同时显示出有助于心血管健康和活血,减轻疼痛,清热去湿,去毒去痰。其它成分包括丹蒽酮,大黄素甲醚和大黄酸都具有抗炎症,祛关节炎和抗微生物活性。
黄芩根提取物气微,味苦。既可用于医药,也可用于化妆品,是一种很好的功能性美容化妆品原料。具有清热澡湿、泻火解毒等功效。抗氧化,抗癌,抗病毒,抗菌等药理作用。
透明质酸钠能改善皮肤生理条件,为真皮胶原蛋白和弹性纤维的合成提供优越的外部环境,加强营养物质的供给,起到护肤养颜的效果。研究表明,透明质酸可以阻止细胞中一些酶的产生,减少自由基的形成,在防止自由基破坏细胞结构、产生脂质过氧化和引起肌体衰老等方面起着重要作用:低分子量透明质酸具有抗炎、抑制病菌产生、保持皮肤光洁的作用;为细胞增殖与分化提供合适的场所,直接促进细胞生长、分化、重建与修复等。因此,它被作为高档膏霜、乳液、化妆水、美容液、口红、粉底等化妆品和盥洗用品必备的添加剂,以达到增湿保湿、嫩肤抗衰老和抗皱消炎等功效。
丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物具有优良的成膜、分散、乳化、增稠能力,作为成膜剂、乳化稳定剂、增稠剂、乳浊剂等,应用于个人护理用品领域。
聚山梨醇酯-80属多元醇型非离子表面活性剂,是聚山梨酯类中最常用的一种。对电解质有显著的抵抗力,亲水性强,广泛应用于液体、半固体、固体制剂中,作O/W型乳化剂、增溶剂、湿润剂、分散剂和稳定剂。
卡波姆常用于化妆品中作增稠稳定剂。
三乙醇胺用于调节pH值。
羟苯甲酯是防腐剂
尿囊素,别名5-尿基乙内酰胺、脲基醋酸内酰胺、脲基海因、脲咪唑二酮,是一种乙内酰脲衍生物。由于尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软,是美容美发等化妆品的特效添加剂,广泛用于雀斑霜、粉刺液、香波、香皂、牙膏、刮脸洗剂、护发剂、收敛剂、抗汗除臭洗剂等的添加剂。添加尿囊素的化妆品具有保护组织、亲水、吸水和防止水分散发等作用;添加尿囊素的发乳、发膏、洗发露,对头发有保护作用,可使头发不分叉、不断发;添加尿囊素的唇膏、面霜能使皮肤、嘴唇柔软且富有弹性,并有美丽的光泽。尿囊素促进组织生长,细胞新陈代谢,软化角质层蛋白。
鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾是一种优良的水包油型乳化剂。具有丰富的发泡性,良好的乳化性和适度的洗净力。
香精为赋香剂。
羟苯丙酯是防腐剂
苯氧乙醇为药品名,英文名称为:Phenoxyethanol,中文名又叫二苯氧基乙醇、苯氧基乙醇等,分子式为:C8H10O2,苯氧乙醇属有机合成物,为无色稍带粘性液体,微香,味涩。不溶于水,可与丙酮、乙醇和甘油任意混合。略溶于水,是化妆品中常见的防腐剂,属于相对比较安全的防腐剂之一,苯氧基乙醇在化妆品中的限定使用浓度最高为1%。,溶液剂为0.1%-2%(其中加乙醇10%)。
乙基己基甘油是增效传统防腐剂,提高多功能化妆品添加剂,如二醇类,脂肪酸类脂类等的抗菌作用,不受水解、温度和pH值影响,与所有的常用化妆品原料相容。
季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯可高效地防止产品中活性成分(香水、天然油脂、脂肪酸等)被氧化。
EDTA-二钠是络合剂,钙、镁及其他金属试剂,金属掩蔽剂。乙二胺四乙酸二钠是一种重要络合剂,用于络合金属离子和分离金属。
本发明为了解决技术问题,提供另一技术方案,为上述美白祛斑霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述份量的水、丁二醇、甘油、海藻糖、氢化卵磷脂、泛醇、透明质酸钠、EDTA-二钠、卡波姆和尿囊素加入乳化锅中,均质搅拌至完全溶解后,升温至80~82℃,搅拌5~10分钟,搅拌速度为40~50rpm,得第一反应液;
(2)将所述份量的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异十六烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、植物甾醇类、红没药醇、生育酚乙酸酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯加入油相锅,搅拌升温至78~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,搅拌3~5分钟,搅拌速度为40~50rpm,得第二反应液;
(3)将所述步骤(1)处理后的乳化锅抽真空至-0.04~-0.06Mpa,向所述第一反应液加入所述第二反应液,并混合均匀,均质3~5分钟,均质速度3000r/min,均质乳化完全后,加入所述份量的鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物和聚山梨醇酯-80,搅拌均匀,保湿搅拌20~30分钟,开始降温;
(4)降温至60℃,加入所述份量的三乙醇胺,搅拌3~5分钟,搅拌速度为30~40rpm;
(5)降温至45℃,加入所述份量的天女木兰提取物、柑橘果皮提取物、光果甘草根提取物、欧百里香提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、麦冬提取物、苦参根提取物、母菊花提取物、积雪草提取物、茶叶提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、香精、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油,搅拌15~20分钟,搅拌速度为30~40rpm,既得。
其中,所述天女木兰提取物、柑橘果皮提取物、欧百里香提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、麦冬提取物、苦参根提取物、母菊花提取物、积雪草提取物、茶叶提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物:为水或有机溶剂提取的活性成分。天女木兰提取物:为百朗德Bioland生产的MAGNOLIA EXTRACT产品,生产批号MSEEC-022936。柑橘果皮提取物:为日本一丸ICHIMARU PHARCOS生产的Manderinclear产品,生产批号160046。欧百里香提取物:为日本一丸ICHIMARU PHARCOS生产的CinderellaCare产品,生产批号150634。扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、麦冬提取物、苦参根提取物:为北京华夏众芳生物科技有取公司生产的BIOCALM II(抗敏止痒剂),生产批号034027D。母菊花提取物、积雪草提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草根提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物:为韩国BioSpectrum百鸥思特生产的Calm Yang产品,生产批号042160402。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:本发明中的美白祛斑霜,抑制酪氨酸酶和多巴色素互变酶活性及阻碍DHI的聚合,内部抑制黑色素形成,提高色素细胞更新能力,降低色素沉积,促进色素细胞脱落,增强细胞的自身免疫力,提高皮肤弹性及新陈代谢机能,提高皮肤自身保护能力,达到安全美白祛斑。

(1)将所述份量的水、丁二醇、甘油、海藻糖、氢化卵磷脂、泛醇、透明质酸钠、EDTA二钠、卡波姆和尿囊素加入乳化锅中,均质搅拌至完全溶解后,升温至80~82℃,搅拌5~10分钟,搅拌速度为40~50rpm,得第一反应液;
(2)将所述份量的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异十六烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、植物甾醇类、红没药醇、生育酚乙酸酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯加入油相锅,搅拌升温至78~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,搅拌3~5分钟,搅拌速度为40~50rpm,得第二反应液;

1.一种美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,其组分包括:30%~60%水,3%~10%丁二醇,4%~8%辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,3%~6%异十六烷,2%~6%甘油,2%~8%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.5%~4%牛油果树果脂,0.5%~4%海藻糖,1%~3%鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯,0.5%~2%山梨坦橄榄油酸酯,0.5%~3%鲸蜡硬脂醇,1%~3%鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷,0.1%~5%天女木兰提取物,0.5%~5%柑橘果皮提取物,0.01%~2%氢化卵磷脂,0.2%~3%植物甾醇类,0.1%~1%红没药醇,0.1%~2%生育酚乙酸酯,0.05%~1%光果甘草根提取物,0.2%~3%欧百里香提取物,0.1%~1%泛醇,0.1%~1%扭刺仙人掌茎提取物,0.2%~2%麦冬提取物,0.05%~1%苦参根提取物,0.1%~1%母菊花提取物,0.2%~5%积雪草提取物,0.05%~2%茶叶提取物,0.2%~0.5%迷迭香叶提取物,0.1%~2%虎杖根提取物,0.05%~5%黄芩根提取物,0.01%~1%透明质酸钠,0.2%~2%丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,0.1%~1%聚山梨醇酯-80,0.05%~0.5%卡波姆,0.05%~0.5%三乙醇胺,0.05%~0.3%羟苯甲酯,0.05%~0.3%尿囊素,0.1%~2%鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾,0.05%~0.5%香精,0.01%~0.1%羟苯丙酯,0.2%~1%苯氧乙醇,0.01%~0.5%乙基己基甘油,0.01%~0.2%季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯,以及0.01%~0.3%EDTA-二钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,其组分包括:45.28%水,5%丁二醇,5%辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,3%异十六烷,3%甘油,3%环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,2%牛油果树果脂,2%海藻糖,2%鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯,1%山梨坦橄榄油酸酯,1.5%鲸蜡硬脂醇,2%鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷,3%天女木兰提取物,3%柑橘果皮提取物,0.5%氢化卵磷脂,1%植物甾醇类,0.5%红没药醇,0.5%生育酚乙酸酯,1%光果甘草根提取物,2%欧百里香提取物,0.3%泛醇,0.5%扭刺仙人掌茎提取物,0.3%麦冬提取物,0.5%苦参根提取物,1%母菊花提取物,2%积雪草提取物,1%茶叶提取物,0.3%迷迭香叶提取物,1%虎杖根提取物,3%黄芩根提取物,0.5%透明质酸钠,0.8%丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物,0.4%聚山梨醇酯-80,0.2%卡波姆,0.2%三乙醇胺,0.2%羟苯甲酯,0.2%尿囊素,0.3%鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾,0.2%香精,0.08%羟苯丙酯,0.5%苯氧乙醇,0.1%乙基己基甘油,0.04%季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯,以及0.1%EDTA-二钠。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述份量的水、丁二醇、甘油、海藻糖、氢化卵磷脂、泛醇、透明质酸钠、EDTA-二钠、卡波姆和尿囊素加入乳化锅中,均质搅拌至完全溶解后,升温至80~82℃,搅拌,得第一反应液;
(2)将所述份量的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异十六烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、植物甾醇类、红没药醇、生育酚乙酸酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯加入油相锅,搅拌升温至78~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,继续搅拌,得第二反应液;
(3)将所述步骤(1)处理后的乳化锅抽真空,向所述第一反应液加入所述第二反应液,并混合均匀,均质,均质乳化完全后,加入所述份量的鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物和聚山梨醇酯-80,搅拌均匀,保湿搅拌,开始降温;
(4)降温至60℃,加入所述份量的三乙醇胺,搅拌;
(5)降温至45℃,加入所述份量的天女木兰提取物、柑橘果皮提取物、光果甘草根提取物、欧百里香提取物、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、麦冬提取物、苦参根提取物、母菊花提取物、积雪草提取物、茶叶提取物、迷迭香叶提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、香精、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油,搅拌,既得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,升温后,搅拌时间为5~10分钟,搅拌速度为40~50rpm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,搅拌至完全溶解后,继续搅拌的搅拌时间为3~5分钟,搅拌速度为40~50rpm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,均质时间为3~5分钟,均质速度为3000r/min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中,搅拌时间为3~5分钟,搅拌速度为30~40rpm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,搅拌时间为15~20分钟,搅拌速度为30~40rpm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,所述乳化锅抽真空至-0.04~-0.06Mpa。
