背景技术
随着社会生活水平的提高,瓷砖已经进入千家万户,而且用量大范围广泛。然而瓷砖使用久了,遇到各种各样的污染,目前,瓷砖是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物为主,原材料多为粘土,石英砂等混合而成。瓷砖因长期使用容易积累污迹,水垢,水锈,油渍等,以及随着人类工业化发展,工业废气大量排放到大气中,形成“酸雨”(注:通常雨水的PH值约为5.6,PH值小于5.6的雨水为酸雨)给瓷砖造成顽固的污痕,而且还会出现一系列的有害细菌,例如发霉,起青苔等。所以长期不加以清理,污痕将会越来越难以清除。而且容易渗入瓷砖中,留下印记,无法清除,用洗衣粉,洗洁精等其它清洁用品也无法清除。

本发明提供的一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,可以在自然条件下生物降解,具有绿色环保、安全无公害的特点,为绿化环保起到了积极的作用,该环保型外墙强力清洗剂是一种酸性液体,主要成份由多种有机酸、无机酸和界面活性剂组成,具有漂白剂功效,超强的渗透力去除污垢、氧化物等特殊水垢,可用于外墙瓷砖、大理石、方砖、瓷砖、铝质及其他硬质表面,有效地清除各种顽固污渍,锈渍,超强的去污渗透力能迅速清除各类瓷砖表面,缝隙里的顽固污垢对瓷砖与瓷砖之间的间隙都迎刃而解,达到去污美白的效果,对物品表面无不良影响,不残留痕迹,洗后墙体持久如新。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
去离子水65%,
草酸5%,
柠檬酸10%,
盐酸1%,
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10%,
D~柠檬烯3%,
酸洗缓蚀剂0.4%,
氢氧化钠0.4%,
香精0.2%。
本实施例提供的一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂制备方法如下:
将各原料按照重量百分比精确称量,并将称量好的原料依次加入到去离子水中,搅拌混凝合均匀,即得到成品,通过本实施例制备出的强力清洗剂相对密度为1.10g/cm3,PH值为3-4,为浅绿色透明液体,使用过程中将该清洗剂装入喷洒容器中,然后将本品喷洒于污垢处,待1分钟反应完成,用抹布清水洗净。如清洗外墙或污渍严重,药剂量可适当加多,再用刷子或擦地机配合使用即可,使用起来极为方便。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
去离子水65%,

脂肪醇醚聚氧乙烯醚5%,
椰油酰胺甜菜碱10%,
D~柠檬烯3%,
酸洗缓蚀剂0.4%,
氢氧化钠0.4%,
香精0.2%。
本实施例提供的一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂制备方法如下:
将各原料按照重量百分比精确称量,并将称量好的原料依次加入到去离子水中,搅拌混凝合均匀,即得到成品,通过本实施例制备出的强力清洗剂相对密度为1.00g/cm3,PH值为3-4,为浅绿色透明液体,使用过程中将该清洗剂装入喷洒容器中,然后将本品喷洒于污垢处,待1分钟反应完成,用抹布清水洗净。如清洗外墙或污渍严重,药剂量可适当加多,再用刷子或擦地机配合使用即可,使用起来极为方便。
实施例3

Claims (5)
1.一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,其特征在于,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
去离子水50~70%,
草酸1~5%,
柠檬酸5~15%,
盐酸1~5%,
渗透剂2~5%,
湿润剂4~10%,
D~柠檬烯1~5%,
酸洗缓蚀剂0.1~2%,
氢氧化钠0.1~2%,
香精0.1~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇醚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的湿润剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和椰油酰胺甜菜碱中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型外墙强力清洗剂,其特征在于,其组分及原料重量百分比为:
去离子水65%,
草酸5%,
柠檬酸10%,
盐酸1%,
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10%,
D~柠檬烯3%,
酸洗缓蚀剂0.4%,
氢氧化钠0.4%,
香精0.2%。
