一种中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其包括下列重量含量的组分:固体环氧树脂 100‑200份、固化剂A 1~5份、固化剂B 20~50份、钛白粉 60~120份、流平剂PLP‑100 2~8份、安息香 1~6份、消泡剂703 1~5份、增电剂EDI 1~5份、气相二氧化硅 1~3份。本发明提供的低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料具有配方简单、固化固化温度130℃‑150℃、固化速度快、涂层流平效果好,涂层光泽低(光泽度5‑35)且稳定、可任意调节、机械性能好、耐化学品性能优良等特点,主要适用于中密度纤维板涂装和中波红外线固化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料。
背景技术
中密度纤维板(medium density fireboard, MDF)是以木质纤维或其他植物纤维为原料,经纤维制备、施加合成树脂,在加热加压条件下压制成厚度不小于1.5mm,名义密度范围在0.65-0.80g/cm3之间的板材。中密度纤维板纤维组织均匀,纤维间的胶合强度高,具有优良的物理力学性能、装饰性能和加工性能等,在我国中密度纤维板产业发展迅速。广泛应用于办公家具、厨柜、货架及普通家具等领域。
中密度纤维板板面粗糙、色泽差,没有木材的天然纹理,既不美观、不耐磨,又易吸湿,需要经过表面装饰处理方可使用。目前MDF普遍采取喷漆或覆膜工艺,但覆膜(主要为PVC或纸)工艺存在胶水含有大量有毒挥发性有机物(VOC)、边缘容易翘起、质量不稳定、生产效率低等问题,而喷漆工艺存在油漆含有大量有毒溶剂、涂装次数多、工作环境差和效率低等问题。粉末涂料不含有机溶剂,对环境基本没有挥发性有机物(VOC)排放,属绿色环保产品,在木器等热敏材料表面的应用一直是粉末涂料的重要研究和应用方向之一。
环氧粉末涂料是粉末涂料中的一种类型,由于具有熔融黏度低、流平性好、物理性能优异、电绝缘性能好、耐化学品腐蚀等优点,广泛应用于防腐、绝缘等领域。早期的粉末涂料不管是热塑性或热固性,其成膜温度很高,一般需在180℃以上烘烤10~20分钟,使其应用仅局限于金属等耐热基材,无法应用于热敏性基材,如MDF板、电木板等。随着低温固化环氧粉末涂料的出现,不仅可实现环氧粉末涂料在低温下的快速固化,而且还能得到任意光泽的涂层,从而使粉末涂料应用于MDF板、塑料、木板、纸板、纸张等热敏性基材并实现涂层的光泽控制成为可能,具有良好的应用与工业发展前景。
目前中密度纤维板粉末涂装采用的粉末涂料主要是各种纹理粉末涂料,主要通过加入各种纹理添加剂形成各种漂亮的纹理,同时减少或消除粉末涂料与固化剂反应形成的气体。采用纹理粉末涂料涂装的中密度纤维板材表面凹凸不平,影响美观,产品档次在市场上属于低档,价格也相对较低;而采用表面流平效果更好的低光粉末涂料涂装的中密度纤维板材家具在市场上更受客户亲睐,产品价格更高,属于高档产品,但是低光流平低温固化粉末涂料采用中波红外光固化,固化时间短,固化温度低,且要求表面低光流平效果好,这几个因素相互抑制,导致在中密度纤维板表面粉末涂装性能良好的低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料一直是一个技术难题,技术难度很高。因此,开发该种系列的粉末涂料是中密度纤维板粉末涂装的发展方向。
中国发明专利申请说明书CN 103642014 A,公开了一种环氧固化高光泽高流平粉末涂料用聚酯树脂及其制备方法;该专利形成的聚酯粉末涂料固化温度较高,一般在180-200度,光泽高,不适合在中密度纤维板喷涂和固化。中国发明专利申请说明书CN103483565A,公开了一种TGIC固化高流平粉末涂料用半结晶聚酯树脂及其合成方法;该专利形成的聚酯粉末涂料固化温度较高,一般在170-200度,光泽高,不适合在中密度纤维板喷涂和固化。中国发明专利申请说明书CN102051108A,公开了高光泽高流平粉末涂料;采用饱和羟基聚酯为树脂,异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯为固化剂,形成的聚酯粉末涂料固化温度较高,一般在170-200度,光泽高,不适合在中密度纤维板形成低光流平粉末涂层。
上述专利采用聚酯为树脂,以环氧粉末、异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯为固化剂制备高流平聚酯粉末涂料,不适合在中密度纤维板形成低光流平低温固化粉末涂层。目前市场上没有相关产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料。
本发明的目的还在于提供上述中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案包括下列组分及其质量含量配比:
固体环氧树脂 100-200份
固化剂A 1~5份
固化剂B 20~50份

本发明所述固化剂B为环氧树脂用催化酚醛树脂固化剂。
本发明所述固化剂B为环氧固化剂Amanda 959-1、环氧固化剂G92、环氧固化剂H-608中的一种或组合。
本发明中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料的制备方法,按上述比例称取各组分,置于混料缸,充分混合并破碎;破碎后的物料进入挤出机中挤出;挤出后的物料经压片、冷却、粉碎、筛分后包装即得。
本发明选择环氧当量较低且流平性能好的固体环氧树脂为成膜物,采用环氧树脂用咪唑树脂和催化酚醛树脂两种低温固化剂,固体环氧树脂和两种低温固化剂材料经粉末制备工艺后相互充分混合,粉末涂料固化时由于两种固化剂与环氧树脂固化反应速度不同,在保证粉末涂层流平效果的同时导致形成的涂层光泽度大幅下降,同时添加无机填料降低粉末涂层的光泽度,使粉末涂层的光泽度达到35度以下,且固化温度低,固化时间短。涂料中添加的流平剂提高涂层的流平性能,增电剂提高涂料的导电性能,分散剂提高涂料的分散性能和喷涂性能。
本发明中所述助剂增电剂为EDI,分散剂为气相二氧化硅,无机填料为金红石型钛白粉。
本发明的制备方法为:按上述比例称取各组分,置于混料缸,充分混合并破碎;破碎后的物料进入挤出机中挤出;挤出后的物料经压片、冷却、粉碎、筛分后包装即得。
本发明所制备的粉末涂料可用静电喷涂方法或流化床法涂装于中密度纤维板表面,粉末涂料固化温度低(固化温度为130~150℃),固化时间为5~10分钟,所得粉末涂层光泽度低(光泽度在5-35),流平效果好。
本发明用于中波红外光固化,具有流平性好、光泽度低、固化温度低等特点。

1.一种中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:包括下列组分及其质量含量配比:
固体环氧树脂 100-200份
固化剂A 1~5份
固化剂B 20~50份
钛白粉R706 60~120份
流平剂PLP-100 2~8份
安息香 1~6份
消泡剂703 1~5份
增电剂EDI 1~5份
气相二氧化硅 1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:包括下列组分及其质量含量配比:
固体环氧树脂 160-200份
固化剂A 1~3份
固化剂B 30~45份
钛白粉R706 70~110份
流平剂PLP-100 2~4份
安息香 1~3份
消泡剂703 1~3份
增电剂EDI 1~3份
气相二氧化硅 1~1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固体环氧树脂选择环氧当量为600~1400g/eq的环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂A为环氧树脂用咪唑树脂固化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂A为环氧固化剂G91、环氧固化剂G02中的一种或组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂B为环氧树脂用催化酚醛树脂固化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂B为环氧固化剂Amanda 959-1、环氧固化剂G92、环氧固化剂H-608中的一种或组合。
8.一种权利要求1所述的中密度纤维板涂装用低光流平低温固化环氧粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:按上述比例称取各组分,置于混料缸,充分混合并破碎;破碎后的物料进入挤出机中挤出;挤出后的物料经压片、冷却、粉碎、筛分后包装即得。
