Abstract
本发明提供一种耐热无纺布,所述耐热无纺布包括以下组分,组分以重量份数计:硬脂酸甲酯1~5份、聚酰胺酰亚胺5~10份、聚四氟乙烯5~15份、全芳香族聚酯15~25份、分散剂0.2~1份、聚苯硫醚0.2~1份。本发明提供的耐热无纺布,在高温下尺寸大小无变化,热分解温度高,可重复利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐热无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是由定向或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、质轻、可循环再用等特点。近年来,耐热无纺布作为电话线原件所要求的特性之一,组装入电化学元件中的无纺布也使用耐热性优良的无纺布。现有的耐热无纺布耐热性能较差、在高温下无纺布的尺寸发生变化、不利于重复利用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是:
一种耐热无纺布,所述耐热无纺布包括以下组分,组分以重量份数计:硬脂酸甲酯1~5份、聚酰胺酰亚胺5~10份、聚四氟乙烯5~15份、全芳香族聚酯15~25份、分散剂0.2~1份、聚苯硫醚0.2~1份。
进一步,全芳香族聚酯是由芳香族二醇单体与芳香族羟基羧酸单体聚合而得到的。
进一步,耐热无纺布的厚度为50~100μm。
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供的耐热无纺布,在高温下尺寸大小无变化,热分解温度高,可重复利用。

一种耐热无纺布,所述耐热无纺布包括以下组分,组分以重量份数计:硬脂酸甲酯1~5份、聚酰胺酰亚胺5~10份、聚四氟乙烯5~15份、全芳 香族聚酯15~25份、分散剂0.2~1份、聚苯硫醚0.2~1份。
进一步,全芳香族聚酯是由芳香族二醇单体与芳香族羟基羧酸单体聚合而得到的。
进一步,耐热无纺布的厚度为50~100μm。

1.一种耐热无纺布,其特征在于:所述耐热无纺布包括以下组分,组分以重量份数计:硬脂酸甲酯1~5份、聚酰胺酰亚胺5~10份、聚四氟乙烯5~15份、全芳香族聚酯15~25份、分散剂0.2~1份、聚苯硫醚0.2~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热无纺布,其特征在于:全芳香族聚酯是由芳香族二醇单体与芳香族羟基羧酸单体聚合而得到的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热无纺布,其特征在于:耐热无纺布的厚度为50~100μm。
