人们在烹饪过程中,食用油中的油酸甘油酯和不饱和油脂在长时间的高温下发生氧化和聚合反应,形成具有很强黏性及韧性的“油漆状”聚合物;部分食用油经气化后冷凝甚至碳化后附着于固体表面,形成具有强劲性与韧性的薄膜型污垢;此外,生活环境中漂浮的微小尘埃和细小颗粒会黏附和沉积在油垢上,进一步增加了清除难度。
人们对于厨房清洗剂的要求不仅仅停留在一些基本功能上,除了要有高效除油污能力外,还应具备以下功效:使用安全、无毒,对人体和环境不造成危害;缓蚀性好,对清洗物表面无腐蚀性;清洗干燥后表面无痕迹;有宜人的香味;有较强的抑菌或除菌作用;抗污垢再沉积,再次更易清洗。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对传统厨房油污清洗剂主要针对餐厨表面的油污,而对油烟机、燃气灶油渍常年形成的油垢,清洗能力差、清洗不彻底而且清洗效率慢的问题,本发明提供了一种强力去污柚子油磨砂清洁剂的制备方法,本发明利用贝壳、椰子壳等物质制备得混合粉末后与纳米二氧化硅混合,即可得到复合磨砂剂,再从柚子皮中提取得柚子油,再和β-环糊精制备得到柚子油微胶囊,最后与表面活性剂等物质制备得清洁剂,本发明添加复合磨砂剂在清洁剂中,在清洗的过程中进行摩擦,可使清洁剂渗透油垢更快,与油垢的接触界面更大,从而提高清洗效率,并且利用柚子油制备到的微胶囊,不仅结构稳定,而且去污能力强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)分别称取60~80g贝壳、30~50g椰子壳、20~40g核桃壳、10~20g玉米瓤、5~10g丝瓜瓤、30~50g苹果皮和20~30g大米,分别放入真空烘箱中,在60~80℃温度下干燥完全,干燥后依次加入球磨机中,球磨1~2h,得混合粉末,将混合粉末和纳米二氧化硅按质量比1:1混合,并加入混合机中,以800~900r/min转速搅拌混合20~30min,混合得复合磨砂剂,备用;
(2)称取500~800g柚子皮,去除里面白瓤后,放入真空烘箱中,在50~60℃温度下干燥10~12h,干燥后用气流粉碎机粉碎得柚子皮粉末,将柚子皮粉末按质量比1:5与无水乙醚混合,在40~50℃温度下搅拌提取40~50h后抽滤,得滤液,将滤液旋转蒸发去除乙醚后,即可得到柚子油;
(3)称取5~8gβ-环糊精加入三口烧瓶中,并向三口烧瓶中加入60~80mL去离子水,放入水浴锅中,升温至50~55℃温度下搅拌混合20~30min,搅拌后量取20~30mL上述柚子油加入三口烧瓶中,以500~600r/min转速下搅拌混合2~4h,搅拌后冷却至室温,将三口烧瓶中的产物放入-10~-5℃温度下放置8~10h,放置后抽滤,得滤渣后分别用去离子水和石油醚洗涤2~3次,洗涤后放入烘箱中,在55~65℃温度下干燥8~10h,得微胶囊;
(4)按重量份数计,分别选取3~5份氢氧化钠、5~10份仲烷基磺酸钠、2~3份五水偏硅酸钠、3~5份乙基己硫酸钠、2~4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、1~3份EDTA、5~7份磺酸、1~3份海盐、10~15份步骤(1)备用的复合磨砂剂和30~40份上述微胶囊,搅拌混合后即可得到强力去污柚子油磨砂清洁剂。
本发明的应用方法:将本发明制备得到的磨砂清洁剂均匀放置在清洁布上,每次取2~3g,向清洁布表面浸入水,至无多余水滴低落状态,将带有油清洁剂表面的清洁布覆盖在油烟机、燃气机等油垢比较多的地方,先静置包覆30~60s,包覆后擦拭30~60s,即可将油污去除,根据油垢的具体情况,可重复此操作2~3遍,即可完全即为油污。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明添加复合磨砂剂在清洁剂中,在清洗的过程中进行摩擦,可使清洁剂渗透油垢更快,与油垢的接触界面更大,从而提高清洗效率;
(2)本发明利用柚子油制备到的微胶囊,不仅结构稳定,而且去污能力强;
(3)本发明制备得到的磨砂清洁剂使用安全、无毒,对人体和环境不造成危害;
(4)本发明制备得到的磨砂清洁剂缓蚀性好,对清洗物表面无腐蚀性;清洗干燥后表面无痕迹。
具体实施方式

分别称取70g贝壳、40g椰子壳、30g核桃壳、15g玉米瓤、7g丝瓜瓤、40g苹果皮和25g大米,分别放入真空烘箱中,在70℃温度下干燥完全,干燥后依次加入球磨机中,球磨1.5h,得混合粉末,将混合粉末和纳米二氧化硅按质量比1:1混合,并加入混合机中,以850r/min转速搅拌混合25min,混合得复合磨砂剂,备用;称取650g柚子皮,去除里面白瓤后,放入真空烘箱中,在55℃温度下干燥11h,干燥后用气流粉碎机粉碎得柚子皮粉末,将柚子皮粉末按质量比1:5与无水乙醚混合,在45℃温度下搅拌提取45h后抽滤,得滤液,将滤液旋转蒸发去除乙醚后,即可得到柚子油;称取6gβ-环糊精加入三口烧瓶中,并向三口烧瓶中加入70mL去离子水,放入水浴锅中,升温至53℃温度下搅拌混合25min,搅拌后量取25mL上述柚子油加入三口烧瓶中,以550r/min转速下搅拌混合3h,搅拌后冷却至室温,将三口烧瓶中的产物放入-7℃温度下放置9h,放置后抽滤,得滤渣后分别用去离子水和石油醚洗涤2次,洗涤后放入烘箱中,在60℃温度下干燥9h,得微胶囊;按重量份数计,分别选取4份氢氧化钠、8份仲烷基磺酸钠、2.5份五水偏硅酸钠、4份乙基己硫酸钠、3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4份异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、2份EDTA、6份磺酸、2份海盐、13份备用的复合磨砂剂和35份上述微胶囊,搅拌混合后即可得到强力去污柚子油磨砂清洁剂。
本发明的应用方法:将本发明制备得到的磨砂清洁剂均匀放置在清洁布上,每次取2.5g,向清洁布表面浸入水,至无多余水滴低落状态,将带有油清洁剂表面的清洁布覆盖在油烟机、燃气机等油垢比较多的地方,先静置包覆45s,包覆后擦拭45s,即可将油污去除,根据油垢的具体情况,可重复此操作2遍,即可完全即为油污。
实例3
分别称取80g贝壳、50g椰子壳、40g核桃壳、20g玉米瓤、10g丝瓜瓤、50g苹果皮和30g大米,分别放入真空烘箱中,在80℃温度下干燥完全,干燥后依次加入球磨机中,球磨2h,得混合粉末,将混合粉末和纳米二氧化硅按质量比1:1混合,并加入混合机中,以900r/min转速搅拌混合30min,混合得复合磨砂剂,备用;称取800g柚子皮,去除里面白瓤后,放入真空烘箱中,在60℃温度下干燥12h,干燥后用气流粉碎机粉碎得柚子皮粉末,将柚子皮粉末按质量比1:5与无水乙醚混合,在50℃温度下搅拌提取50h后抽滤,得滤液,将滤液旋转蒸发去除乙醚后,即可得到柚子油;称取8gβ-环糊精加入三口烧瓶中,并向三口烧瓶中加入80mL去离子水,放入水浴锅中,升温至55℃温度下搅拌混合30min,搅拌后量取30mL上述柚子油加入三口烧瓶中,以600r/min转速下搅拌混合4h,搅拌后冷却至室温,将三口烧瓶中的产物放入-5℃温度下放置10h,放置后抽滤,得滤渣后分别用去离子水和石油醚洗涤3次,洗涤后放入烘箱中,在65℃温度下干燥8~10h,得微胶囊;按重量份数计,分别选取5份氢氧化钠、10份仲烷基磺酸钠、3份五水偏硅酸钠、5份乙基己硫酸钠、4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份异辛醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、3份EDTA、7份磺酸、3份海盐、15份备用的复合磨砂剂和40份上述微胶囊,搅拌混合后即可得到强力去污柚子油磨砂清洁剂。

Claims (1)
1.一种强力去污柚子油磨砂清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于基体制备步骤为:
(1)分别称取60~80g贝壳、30~50g椰子壳、20~40g核桃壳、10~20g玉米瓤、5~10g丝瓜瓤、30~50g苹果皮和20~30g大米,分别放入真空烘箱中,在60~80℃温度下干燥完全,干燥后依次加入球磨机中,球磨1~2h,得混合粉末,将混合粉末和纳米二氧化硅按质量比1:1混合,并加入混合机中,以800~900r/min转速搅拌混合20~30min,混合得复合磨砂剂,备用;
(2)称取500~800g柚子皮,去除里面白瓤后,放入真空烘箱中,在50~60℃温度下干燥10~12h,干燥后用气流粉碎机粉碎得柚子皮粉末,将柚子皮粉末按质量比1:5与无水乙醚混合,在40~50℃温度下搅拌提取40~50h后抽滤,得滤液,将滤液旋转蒸发去除乙醚后,即可得到柚子油;
