Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高骨科外固定架经皮密封效果的组件结构,包括钉棒,钉棒两端分别设置有自攻螺纹和夹持部,钉棒中段设置有螺帽,螺帽包括伞状部,伞状部上开设有若干设置有羟基磷灰石涂层或生长因子涂层的沟槽,提高外固定架在骨道内的把持力度和经皮部位的密封效果,从而降低针道感染的风险,改善患者使用外固定架进行治疗后的预后及功能恢复。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械用品领域,具体涉及一种提高骨科外固定架经皮密封效果的组件结构及使用方法。
背景技术
在骨科临床工作中,外固定架是一种常用的固定器材,广泛用于骨折、骨缺损、骨髓炎和骨骼畸形等伤病的治疗,根据骨折愈合时间的需要,外固定架需要在肢体上佩戴数月甚至数年,因此,外固定架的力学稳定性和体内植入部位(通常是带螺纹或不带螺纹的钉棒)的生物相容性是决定其能否长期佩戴的主要因素。外固定架的植入钉棒一端固定在骨骼上,另一端通过皮肤与体外相通,由于其经皮部分不能与皮肤软组织形成紧密的接触或者封闭,使得外界细菌通过皮肤与钉棒间的缝隙进入体内造成钉道甚至骨组织感染,最终结果是外固定失败,严重影响患者的预后及功能恢复,因此,提高外固定架经皮部分与皮肤组织的生物密封效果,是降低钉道感染发生的最有效手段。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种提高骨科外固定架经皮密封效果的组件结构,以提高外固定架在骨道内的把持力度和经皮部位的密封效果,从而降低针道感染的风险,改善患者使用外固定架进行治疗后的预后及功能恢复。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种提高骨科外固定架经皮密封效果的组件结构,包括钉棒,钉棒两端分别设置有自攻螺纹和夹持部,钉棒中段设置有螺帽,螺帽包括伞状部,伞状部上开设有若干设置有羟基磷灰石涂层或生长因子涂层的沟槽。
所述钉棒包括杆部和分别设置在杆部两端的自攻螺纹和夹持部,所述螺帽包括螺纹筒和设置在螺纹筒两端的尾部和伞状部,所述螺帽沿其轴向开设有与钉棒配合的螺纹孔。
所述钉棒的杆部为表面光滑的圆柱结构,所述螺帽的螺纹筒为表面光滑的圆柱结构,尾部为椭圆柱结构。
所述杆部和螺纹筒的外表面设置有可抑制细菌生长的纳米银离子或石墨烯或抗菌素涂层。
所述螺帽尾部露于皮肤外且未覆盖钉棒尾端的夹持部。
所述螺帽的螺纹筒直径比钉棒的自攻螺纹外径大1.5mm。
所述钉棒与螺帽一体成型设计,伞状部以上的钉棒和螺帽均为表面光滑的圆柱结构,圆柱结构的外表面设置有可抑制细菌生长的纳米银离子或石墨烯或抗菌素涂层。
所述沟槽纵向开设在伞状部上,伞状部的尖端朝向夹持部。
所述夹持部为非完整圆柱结构设计,夹持部具有方便夹持的两平行平面。
所述钉棒夹持部的长度为2cm,自攻螺纹的横断面直径为2~5mm,伞状部最宽处直径较钉棒粗3~5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果,在骨科外固定架应用过程中,针道感染是其最主要的并发症,其中皮肤与钉棒接触部位为针道感染的最常见部位,而皮下的空腔为针道感染的重要因素,本发明通过合理的设计螺帽和钉棒,伞状部表面有纵行沟槽且有羟基磷灰石涂层或生长因子涂层,有利于细胞爬行生长,防止间隙形成,极大程度的提高了密封效果,尽可能减少感染概率,同时,伞状部与钉棒配合,在钉棒拧紧在骨干上之后,伞状部能够与骨干表面压紧在一起,进一步提升了钉棒的机械稳定性,伞状部与钉棒共同增加了对骨干的把持力。
进一步的,钉棒为尾端为夹持部,螺帽的圆柱形尾端可为椭圆柱结构,方便T型把手或电钻固定进行相关操作。
进一步的,钉棒头端螺纹部分有各种长度,可根据骨盆、四肢等部位需要的长度不同而选择适当的长度,确保打入骨内的部分均为螺纹,增加半针对骨的把持力度。
进一步的,自攻螺纹的横断面直径为2~5mm,可根据不同部位骨骼和情况和固定强度的需要选择合适直径的钉棒。
进一步的,螺帽的圆柱外表面为光滑结构,且设置有纳米银离子或石墨烯或抗菌素涂层,可有效抑制与表皮接触部位的细菌生长。
进一步的,钉棒的杆部有各种长度,可根据固定部位软组织的厚度选择恰当的长度,确保其尾端露于皮肤外。
进一步的,螺帽有各种长度,可根据固定部位软组织的厚度选择恰当的长度,确保其尾端露于皮肤外且未覆盖钉棒尾端夹持部,防止阻碍管针夹的安装。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1-图7所示,本发明包括钉棒1,钉棒1包括杆部13和分别设置在杆部13两端的自攻螺纹11和夹持部12,钉棒1的杆部13为表面光滑的圆柱结构,夹持部12为非完整圆柱结构设计,夹持部具有两平行的平面方便夹持;钉棒1中段设置有螺帽2,螺帽2沿其轴向开设有与钉棒1配合的螺纹孔25,螺帽2包括伞状部21和螺纹筒23,伞状部21上纵向开设有若干设置有羟基磷灰石涂层或生长因子涂层的沟槽22,伞状部21的尖端朝向夹持部12,螺纹筒23两端设置有尾部24和伞状部21,螺帽2的螺纹筒23为表面光滑的圆柱结构,尾部24为椭圆柱结构,杆部13和螺纹筒23的外表面设置有可抑制细菌生长的纳米银离子或石墨烯或抗菌素涂层,螺帽2尾部露于皮肤外且未覆盖钉棒1尾端的夹持部12,螺帽2的螺纹筒23直径比钉棒1的自攻螺纹11外径大1.5mm,钉棒1夹持部12的长度为2cm,自攻螺纹11的横断面直径为2到5mm,伞状部21最宽处直径较钉棒1粗3到5mm。
如图7所示,使用过程中,根据固定部位需要拧入骨内的长度选择适当长度的钉棒1,确保钉棒1与骨接触部位均为螺纹,增加其对骨的把持力,钉棒1外露部分长度以便于管针夹和连接杆固定为准;钉棒1置入方式与常规外固定架钢针置入方式相同,可使用电钻或T型把手拧入,置入过程中注意使用套筒保护软组织,防止螺纹对软组织造成损伤,钉棒1置入后,选择适当长度的螺帽2,自钉棒1尾端将伞状部伞状膨大端向内拧紧于骨表面,螺帽2长度以拧紧后其外表面光滑的圆柱形螺纹筒23尾端露于皮肤外且未到钉棒1尾端为准,完成此两步操作,即可连接管针夹与连接杆,完成外固定。
实施例2
如图8-图11所示,钉棒1与螺帽2一体成型设计,伞状部21的尖端朝向夹持部12,伞状部21以上的钉棒1和螺帽2均为表面光滑的圆柱结构,圆柱结构的外表面设置有可抑制细菌生长的纳米银离子或石墨烯或抗菌素涂层。
使用过程中,根据固定部位需要拧入骨内的长度选择适当长度的钉棒1,确保钉棒1与骨接触部位均为螺纹,其伞状部21完全埋置在皮肤内,其螺纹筒23尾端露于皮肤外,完成此操作,即可连接管针夹与连接杆,完成外固定。
骨科外固定架应用过程中,针道感染是其最主要的并发症,其中皮肤与钉棒1接触部位为针道感染的最常见部位,而皮下的空腔为针道感染的重要因素,本发明设计的伞状部,伞状面上开设有纵行沟槽且有羟基磷灰石涂层或生长因子涂层,有利于细胞爬行生长,防止间隙形成,减少感染概率;螺帽外露的圆柱表面光滑,且有纳米银离子或石墨烯或抗菌素涂层,可抑制细菌生长,以进一步减少感染概率。

1.一种提高骨科外固定架经皮密封效果的组件结构,其特征在于,包括钉棒(1),钉棒(1)两端分别设置有自攻螺纹(11)和夹持部(12),钉棒(1)中段设置有螺帽(2),螺帽(2)包括伞状部(21),伞状部(21)上开设有若干设置有羟基磷灰石涂层或生长因子涂层的沟槽(22);
所述钉棒(1)包括杆部(13)和分别设置在杆部(13)两端的自攻螺纹(11)和夹持部(12),所述螺帽(2)包括螺纹筒(23)和设置在螺纹筒(23)两端的尾部(24)和伞状部(21),所述螺帽(2)沿其轴向开设有与钉棒(1)配合的螺纹孔(25);
