Abstract
一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂及其制备方法,清洗剂包括以下质量百分数的组分:3‑30%双子表面活性剂、1‑15%非离子表面活性剂、0.01‑10%缓蚀剂和0.1‑3%含卤素化合物,余量为水,其制备方法为,包括以下步骤:将配比中的双子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、依次加入纯化水中,加热搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入缓蚀剂、含卤素化合物,充分搅拌至完全溶解,调节ph至7~13,即可获得碱性清洗剂。本发明提出一种去污效能高、存放时间长的养殖场用碱性清洗剂,且对养殖场内的金属设备的腐蚀性低,可有效的提高安全系数,另外还提出上述碱性清洗剂的制备方法,方法简易,环境要求低,获得的碱性清洗剂具有良好的稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及养殖场清洗技术领域,尤其涉及一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
生物膜是由细菌在其分泌的粘液(粘多糖)内形成细菌团块与细胞外基质的复合体,其紧密黏附于物体表面(地面)并且难以去除的。常规的高压冲洗手段对细菌生物膜作用有限,需要利用合适的表面活性剂对其进行瓦解破坏,协助后续消毒剂对残留细菌的杀灭。
而现有的清洗剂有很多种,但很少针对养殖场环境设计的配方,养殖场环境复杂,养殖动物的排泄物、分泌物和食物残渣等有机污垢的残留会导致细菌生物膜的壮大,使得细菌难以被清除。作为原始清洗手段的烧碱对人畜和仪器设备腐蚀大,不适合大规模使用,且大部分的清洗剂配方缺乏抗缓蚀成分,尤其是偏碱性的配方,无法缓解清洗过程对仪器设备所带来的损耗。
另外,养殖场清洗将产生大量污水,要求清洗剂配方环保低污染,避免流出的污水污染周边环境。
现有专利(水性泡沫清洗剂,201510098659.X)公开了一种养殖场环境用清洗剂,使用阳离子的季胺盐表面活性剂,在碱性环境下具有不稳定性易分解,存放时间短,去污效能不高,且对养殖场内金属仪器设备容易造成侵蚀现象,使设备容易出现锈迹。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种去污效能高、存放时间长的养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,为碱性清洗剂,对养殖场内的金属设备的腐蚀性低,可有效的提高安全系数。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂的制备方法,方法简易,环境要求低,制备获得的碱性清洗剂具有良好的稳定性。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:3-30%双子表面活性剂、1-15%非离子表面活性剂、0.01-10%缓蚀剂和0.1-3%含卤素化合物,余量为水。
更进一步的说明,所述双子表面活性剂为N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠或N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
更进一步的说明,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚类、嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚类、烷基醇酰胺类、烷基聚葡萄糖苷类和多元醇酯类中的一种或多种,优选的为烷基醇酰胺类。
更进一步的说明,所述缓蚀剂为乙二胺、三乙醇胺、尿素、十七酰胺、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钠或铝酸钠中的一种或多种。优选的,所述缓蚀剂为三聚磷酸钠、三乙醇胺中一种或两种。
更进一步的说明,所述含卤素化合物为氯化钠、溴化钠或碘化钠中的任意一种。优选的,所述含卤素化合物为氯化钠。
更进一步的说明,还包括质量百分数为0.05-2%的助洗剂。
更进一步的说明,所述助洗剂为碳酸钠、硫酸钠、氮川三乙酸盐、柠檬酸钠或乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的一种或多种。
更进一步的说明,制备上述一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
将配比中的双子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、依次加入纯化水中,加热搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入缓蚀剂、含卤素化合物,搅拌至完全溶解,调节ph至7~13,即可获得碱性清洗剂。
本发明的有益效果:
1、针对养殖场环境复杂,养殖动物的排泄物、分泌物和食物残渣等有机污垢的残留及衍生的细菌,选择双子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂进行搭配,缓蚀剂与具有抗腐蚀作用的双子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂彼此间发生协同作用,使泡沫细腻持久,具有良好的稳定性、去污性能高;
2、降低碱性配方对养殖场内金属设备的腐蚀性,腐蚀性低,减少设备的损耗,提高安全系数;
3、添加抗硬水的助洗剂,减少不同地区水体质量的产品效果的影响;
3、存放时间可有效的延长,清洗剂自身具有较稳定的溶液性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:3-30%双子表面活性剂、1-15%非离子表面活性剂、0.01-10%缓蚀剂和0.1-3%含卤素化合物,余量为水。
针对养殖场环境复杂,养殖动物的排泄物、分泌物和食物残渣等有机污垢的残留及衍生的细菌,本申请选择双子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂及缓蚀剂进行搭配,强碱性环境下,表面活性剂对细菌生物膜进行瓦解破坏的同时,缓蚀剂的加入可有效的避免碱性清洗剂对养殖场的池内或设备造成的腐蚀现象出现,缓蚀剂与具有抗腐蚀作用的双子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂彼此间发生协同作用,使泡沫细腻持久,具有良好的稳定性、去污性能高,且原料对人畜友好,具有良好的生物降解性,同时在配方中加入缓蚀剂,区别于传统养殖场内使用的烧碱清洗剂,本申请配方中的缓蚀剂用于降低碱性配方对养殖场内金属设备的腐蚀性,pH值由原料来决定,腐蚀性低,减少设备的损耗,提高安全系数。
更进一步的说明,所述双子表面活性剂为N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠或N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠中的一种或多种。优选的,为N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠,去污能力高,存放稳定。
更进一步的说明,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚类、嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚类、烷基醇酰胺类、烷基聚葡萄糖苷类和多元醇酯类中的一种或多种,优选的为烷基醇酰胺类。
更进一步的说明,针对养殖场内使用的清洗剂,其使用N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠或二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠或N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠中的一种或多种,其在非离子表面活性剂的协同作用下去污效能大大提高,且存放时间可延长,清洗剂自身具有较稳定的溶液性能。
更进一步的说明,所述缓蚀剂为乙二胺、三乙醇胺、尿素、十七酰胺、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钠或铝酸钠中的一种或多种。优选的,所述缓蚀剂为三聚磷酸钠、三乙醇胺中一种或两种。
更进一步的说明,所述含卤素化合物为氯化钠、溴化钠或碘化钠中的任意一种。优选的,所述含卤素化合物为氯化钠。
更进一步的说明,还包括质量百分数为0.05-2%的助洗剂,所述助洗剂为碳酸钠、硫酸钠、氮川三乙酸盐、柠檬酸钠或乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的一种或多种。本申请的配方中使用助剂用量少,但是为了使清洗剂的应用范围增大,可添加抗硬水的助洗剂,减少不同地区水体对产品效果的影响,提高清洗剂的应用范围。
制备上述一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
将配比中的双子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、依次加入纯化水中,加热充分搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入缓蚀剂、含卤素化合物,充分搅拌至完全溶解,调节ph至7~13,即可获得碱性清洗剂。
优选的,对纯化水进行加热,水温为40-60℃。
实施例1
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:3%为N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、1%烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚类、0.01%乙二胺,0.01%氯化钠,余量为水。
制备方法:向纯化水中先后加入配方中的N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠和烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚类,溶解完全后再依次加入乙二胺、氯化钠,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,分装即可。
实施例2
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:15%N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、6%嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚类、2%三乙醇胺、2%氯化钠,余量为水。
制备方法向纯化水中先后加入配方中的N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠和嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚类,溶解完全后再依次加入三乙醇胺、氯化钠,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,分装即可。
实施例3
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:8%N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠和15%烷基聚葡萄糖苷类、5%十七酰胺、3%溴化钠,余量为水。
制备方法:向纯化水中先后加入配方中的N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、烷基聚葡萄糖苷类、十七酰胺、溴化钠,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,分装即可。
实施例4
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:17%N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠、10%烷基醇酰胺类、1%三乙醇胺、1.5%氯化钠,余量为水。
制备方法:向纯化水中先后加入配方中的N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠,完全溶解后,再依次加入三乙醇胺、氯化钠,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,进行中间品和成品检验,检验合格,分装即可。
实施例5
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:10%N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、5%N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠、7%多元醇酯类表面活性剂、3%三聚磷酸钠、2%氯化钠,余量为水。
制备方法:向纯化水中先后加入配方中的N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠和多元醇酯类表面活性剂,完全溶解后再依次加入三聚磷酸钠和氯化钠,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,分装即可。
实施例6
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:15%二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠、15%N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸、7%烷基聚葡萄糖苷类表面活性剂、3%三聚磷酸钠、2%氯化钠,余量为水。
制备方法:向纯化水中先后加入配方中的二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠、N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠和烷基聚葡萄糖苷类表面活性剂,完全溶解后再依次加入三聚磷酸钠和氯化钠,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,分装即可。
实施例7
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:10%N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、7%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1%六次甲基四胺,余量为水。
制备方法:向纯化水中先后加入配方中的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、六次甲基四胺,注意溶解完全其中一个成分之后,再加入另一个,搅拌至溶解完全,分装即可。
证明性试验:
一、稳定性试验
将实施例1-6获得的清洗剂在-18℃的冰箱中放置24h,取出恢复至室温时观察无结晶,无沉淀;(40士1)℃的保温箱中放置24h,取出立即观察不分层,不混浊,且不改变气味,后续使用时,去污性能没有明显的下降,实施例7在-18℃的冰箱中放置24h,取出恢复至室温时观察无结晶,无沉淀;(40士1)℃的保温箱中放置24h,取出立即观察不分层,不混浊,气味略变,后续使用时,去污性能下降。
二、去污力实验
1.方法概要
使标准人工污垢均匀附着于不锈钢片上,用规定浓度的餐具洗涤剂溶液,在规定条件下洗涤,测定污垢的去除百分率。
2.试剂
a)150mg/kg硬水;
b)植物油;
c)液体石蜡;
d)凹凸棒;
e)阿拉伯胶。
3.仪器
a)分析天平,感量0.1mg,最大称量200g;
b)电磁加热搅拌器;
c)摆洗机、不锈钢恒温水浴槽;
d)温度计,量程100℃;
e)不锈钢试片,8cm×7cm;
f)250ml烧杯;
g)40℃恒温箱。
4.测定步骤
①试片的准备
27片不锈钢片,规格为8cm×7cm,清洗干净后用乙醇浸泡过夜,冲洗晾干,放于干燥皿中待用。
②人工污垢的制备
准备10份植物油与10分液体石蜡,混合均匀,加热至65-75℃后加入5分阿拉伯胶和50份的水。搅拌均匀后分批加入合共25份的凹凸棒土。
③污片的制备
准备好的试片,三片为一组,共九组,称重(精确至0.1g),此时质量以m0表示。将称量过的试片逐一夹于试片架,浸入准备好的60℃人工污垢中,液面离夹子约30mm,浸入1到2s,后缓慢取出,待油污下滴速度变慢后,悬置于250ml空烧杯上,依次制备污片。后放入40℃恒温箱内风干3h。取出,精确称量污垢片的重量,记为m1。
④试验程序
利用事先准备好的150mg/kg硬水,将试液配制成浓度为1%的溶液,倒入干净的250ml烧杯内,每个烧杯放置一组已知重量的污片并固定。浸泡1min后移入(46±2)℃摆洗机内,调整摆洗频率为(30±2)次/min(往返为1次),摆洗15min,后取出污片,移入40℃恒温箱内风干3h并称重,此时质量为m2。
5.结果计算
去污力A按式(1)计算:

6.试验结果
表1去污力试验结果
见表1,本申请的实施例1-6的去污能力均优于清水和竞品,实施例4双子表面活性剂选择乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲脂磺酸钠、两性表面活性剂选用月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,达到的去污能力最好,其中,竞品指的是国内某进口养殖场用清洗剂产品。
更进一步的说明,通过实施例5-6可获知,优选的,缓蚀剂的添加量为0.01-2%,添加量过量时,去污性能开始下降。
三、金属缓蚀实验
1.实验材料
铁制零件、电子天平(感量0.000lg)、游标卡尺、红外干燥箱、镊子、50ml具塞试管、5ml量筒、试管架、滤纸。
烧碱、实施例2获得的清洗剂、丙酮、乙醇。
2.实验步骤
1)将铁质零件在11:的丙酮—乙醇溶液中洗去油污后,放在洁净的滤纸上,置于红外干燥箱中烘干,用电子天平按其编号准确称取质量。(精确到小数点后2位)。
2)取4个50ml具塞试管,第一个试管中加入25ml30%H2O2,第二个试管中加入25ml2%NaOH,第三个试管中加入25ml 1:50–实施例2,最后一个试管中加入25ml纯净水,盖好瓶塞摇匀。
3)将称好质量的铁质零件小心放入上述试管中,准确记录加入的时间和室温。静置一周后,将铁质零件取出,立即用自来水洗去残留在试片上的液体并用洁净滤纸蘸去部分自来水,然后放入11:的丙酮—乙醇溶液中洗涤,最后放在红外干燥箱中烘干,称其质量。
3.实验结果
实验结果:30%H2O2组,铁圈开始出现锈迹;2%NaOH,锈化严重;实施例2,无明显锈迹出现,清水组,无明显锈迹出现。结果显示,养殖场常用的2%NaOH对铁质用具具有一定的腐蚀性,而本申请实施例2的腐蚀性要远远低于烧碱。值得注意的是,常温下烧碱本身并不会和铁产生化学反应,但强碱带来的H+,OH-失衡,会增加铁制品的氧化活性,导致锈化现象的出现。
将上述实施例2替换为实施例1或实施例3-6中任一种其效果均与实施例2相同,不会出现明显的锈迹。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分数的组分:3-30%双子表面活性剂、1-15%非离子表面活性剂、0.01-10%缓蚀剂和0.1-3%含卤素化合物,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述双子表面活性剂为N,N'-双月桂酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠、二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠或N,N'-双椰油酰基乙二胺二乙磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚类、嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚类、烷基醇酰胺类、烷基聚葡萄糖苷类和多元醇酯类中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为乙二胺、三乙醇胺、尿素、十七酰胺、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钠或铝酸钠中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为三聚磷酸钠、三乙醇胺中一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述含卤素化合物为氯化钠、溴化钠或碘化钠中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述含卤素化合物为氯化钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:还包括质量百分数为0.05-2%的助洗剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助洗剂为碳酸钠、硫酸钠、氮川三乙酸盐、柠檬酸钠或乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的一种或多种。
10.制备权利要求1所述的一种养殖场用含双子表面活性剂的清洗剂的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将配比中的双子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、依次加入纯化水中,加热搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入缓蚀剂、含卤素化合物,搅拌至完全溶解,调节ph至7~13,即可获得碱性清洗剂。
