Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层。此防腐涂层包含多种具水溶性的铜-锌盐颗粒,使用方便简单,且具有有效持久,环境友好,高性价比的实施效果。木质材料的腐败是由依食于纤维素和木质素的真菌引起的,而且大部分真菌繁衍需要水分,因此室外木质建筑为真菌提供了良好栖息环境。此防腐涂层包含的复合物成分通过杀灭并抑制真菌生存繁殖,达到有效保护木质结构的目的,从而为室外木质建筑提供了一种防止腐化,延长寿命,保证功能的便捷可靠手段。
Description
技术领域
本发明设计一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层。随着公共设施建设的不断完善,室外木质结构的建筑发挥着越来越多的作用,因此木质防腐对于节省公共建筑物维修开支有着举足轻重的作用。
背景技术
木质腐化,是因依食纤维素和木质素的真菌引起的,研究发现此类常见真菌包括担子菌, 云芝,和粉孢革等。防止木质腐化的关键,在于杀灭和抑制此类真菌的生存和繁衍。
传统的户外木质防腐剂为铬砷酸铜,由于铬砷元素对于环境和健康的较大危害,今年来新型木质防腐剂的研发逐步朝着环境友好的方向迈进。
发明内容
针对室外木质建筑的防腐问题, 本发明提出了一种便利有效,环境友好的室外木质建筑防腐涂层。涂层主要成分铜基复合物,包含氢氧化铜,碱性碳酸铜,碳酸铜,碱式硫酸铜尤其包括三元硫酸铜,碱式硝酸盐,铜氯氧化物,铜硼酸盐,碱式硼酸盐。
锌阳离子的添加,可作为可水溶性铜基盐防腐性能成分改进的方式,分散于铜基复合物的锌阳离子可来自于氢氧化锌,碳酸锌,氯化锌,氰化锌,氟化锌,磷酸锌,锌二磷酸盐,氧化锌,硫酸锌。
铜基微颗粒尺寸分布,质量百分比80%以上颗粒的直径位于0.05~0.4微米之间。此微观尺寸,可以使防腐颗粒有效渗透入木质结构的细胞骨架内。
链烷醇胺作为水性载体,以质量小于1%的配比,与铜-锌复合物混合,可大幅度提高铜基复合物的水溶性,水溶性的铜基复合物更好地发挥针对于真菌的毒性作用。
加入水性载体之前,铜-锌复合物需要经过充分研磨。研磨是工业生产中有效均匀混合复合物的有力手段。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以便于使用者参照说明文字能够据以实施。
如图1所示,为本发明所述的一种用于室外木质建筑防腐涂层,当作用于木质结构表面后,防腐涂层有效防腐成分铜-锌复合物微粒1,充分渗透于木质细胞骨架纤维管内。涂层主要成分铜基复合物,包含氢氧化铜,碱性碳酸铜,碳酸铜,碱式硫酸铜尤其包括三元硫酸铜,碱式硝酸盐,铜氯氧化物,铜硼酸盐,碱式硼酸盐。
锌阳离子分散于铜基复合物,可来自于氢氧化锌,碳酸锌,氯化锌,氰化锌,氟化锌,磷酸锌,锌二磷酸盐,氧化锌,硫酸锌。
铜基微颗粒尺寸分布,质量百分比80%以上颗粒的直径位于0.05~0.4微米之间。具有特定微观尺寸的铜-锌复合物可渗透于木质结构的纤维管内,破坏了依食纤维素的真菌赖以生存和繁衍的环境,从而达到防腐的功能。
链烷醇胺作为水性载体,以质量小于1%的配比,与铜-锌复合物混合,可大幅度提高铜基复合物的水溶性,水溶性是铜基复合物发挥其毒性作用灭杀真菌的关键特性。
加入水性载体之前,铜-锌复合物需要经过充分研磨。研磨是工业生产中有效均匀混合复合物的有力手段,研磨后的固体,具有更易于溶解的微观结构,为防腐剂后续的处理奠定良好的基础。

1.一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层,其特征在于: 铜基复合物包含氢氧化铜,碱性碳酸铜,碳酸铜,碱式硫酸铜尤其包括三元硫酸铜,碱式硝酸盐,铜氯氧化物,铜硼酸盐,碱式硼酸盐。
2.一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层,其特征在于:分散于铜基复合物的锌阳离子可来自于氢氧化锌,碳酸锌,氯化锌,氰化锌,氟化锌,磷酸锌,锌二磷酸盐,氧化锌,硫酸锌。
3.一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层,其特征在于: 铜基微颗粒尺寸分布,质量百分比80%以上颗粒的直径位于0.05~0.4微米之间。
4.一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层,其特征在于: 选链烷醇胺作为水性载体,以质量小于1%的配比,与铜-锌复合物混合。
5.一种用于室外木质建筑的防腐涂层,其特征在于: 加入水性载体之前,铜-锌复合物需要经过充分研磨。
