背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活品质的提高,人们对于洗涤类产品的使用效果要求越来越高,对于皮肤的保健重视程度也逐步提高,但洗涤类产品的原料多多少少对皮肤有着不良影响,这种影响可以通过恰当的选材和配比得到降低。皂基类产品因其具有泡沫丰富,清洁效果优秀,极易冲水等优点,自诞生以来就受到人们的喜爱,但其高pH值,加之高渗透性、高失脂率和失水率,使得此类产品在使用之后会造成皮肤的痒感和紧绷感。
在正常状态下,皮肤表层和里层具有一定的天然油脂膜,其具有隔离外界环境保护皮肤的作用,同时,皮肤经过新陈代谢保持皮肤水分和油脂的平衡,这种皮肤是一种健康的状态,但是,皂基类产品具有很强的渗透皮肤作用于皮肤蛋白质的作用,刺激到皮肤近表层的细胞,然后因皂基类产品同时具有高失脂率和失水率,破坏皮肤的水油平衡,导致皮肤表层环境得到破坏,从而造成紧绷感。因此,调节皂基类产品洗后肤感的关键在于控制表面活性剂的渗透、表面活性剂使皮肤的失脂率和失水率。
近年来,多数原料厂商纷纷推出具有调节皂基产品洗后紧绷感的原料,主要有聚季铵盐类(聚季铵盐-7,聚季铵盐-39,聚季铵盐-47等),油脂类,聚甘油类等。但这类产品功能性单一,并且在使用上、复配上具有诸多限制。比如聚季铵盐类属阳离子聚合物,对阴离子体系的泡沫性能具有负面的影响,加之其只能改善表面活性剂的渗透和失脂率,调节皮肤表层的疏水性,而不能直接调节皮肤的含水量,因此对皂基洗后的紧绷感改善效果不明显;油脂的缺陷与聚季铵盐类似,影响稳定性和泡沫型的同时不能很好地改善洗后肤感;而聚甘油则只能调节皮肤的含水量,作用也不明显。若是采用上述物质的搭配组合,因其结构不相容等特性,或者本身与皂基类产品不兼容等特性,可能导致降低皂基类产品的泡沫性能,组合物之间相互拮抗导致效果下降等反效果。上述的调理剂和保湿剂虽然没有安全性上的顾虑,但却没能降低体系刺激性,也没能达到其宣称的效果,所以开发具有安全的、稳定的、易用的、效果显著的、具有性价比的调理组合物已经成为接下来改善皂基产品洗后肤感的主要研究方向之一,具有非常良好的发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的对皂基产品用后效果改善不明显的不足,并且大多数调理组合物存在抑制体系泡沫性能的难题,提供一种能调节皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的调理组合物,该组合物通过原料之间的协同增效、组合物与皂基类表面活性剂之间的补充调理作用,在不影响体系泡沫性能的同时明显降低皂基类产品的刺激性,并同时达到调节皂基类产品去水强度、赋脂强度的作用,最终达到调节皂基类产品刺激性、紧绷感、涩滑感的效果。组合物组成温和,对皂基类产品适应性广,效果显著,成本低廉,应用简捷。
为了实现上述发明的目的,本发明提供了一种能调节皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的调理组合物,该组合物是由以下重量百分数比例的原料制备而成的:
10-50%的聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类;
10-40%的橄榄油衍生物;
20-60%的离子型保湿剂;
10-50%的非阳离子调理剂;
去离子水补足至100%。
所述的聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类,其聚乙二醇聚合度在3-9之间,特别优选聚合物在6-7之间;其疏水链碳原子个数在8-22之间,优选疏水链碳原子个数为10-20,特别优选疏水链碳原子个数为12-18;其甘油羟基被取代个数在1-3之间,优选甘油羟基被取代个数为1-2,特别优选甘油羟基被取代个数为1。在这个范围内聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类物质,具有很好地减少皂基产品脱脂,同降低刺激的作用。本发明优选PEG-7 椰油酸甘油酯,其不仅具有减少皂基产品脱脂,同降低刺激的作用,同时也能维持皮肤及头发的油脂平衡,减少干燥感。
所述的橄榄油衍生物由天然橄榄油与亲水性多元醇酯化制备得到。所述的亲水性多元醇包含乙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、聚甘油。由天然橄榄油制备得到的衍生物,其含有与皂基类产品相近的脂肪酸结构,与脂肪酸皂基类表活具有很好的兼容作用,使得此类天然橄榄油衍生物即使在高pH条件下也能有很好的滋润效果。
所述的离子型保湿剂选自DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、三甲基甘氨酸钠、二甲基氨酸脯氨酸钠中的一种或多种组合。本发明优先选用DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠,DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠是人体自然保湿因子的重要成分之一,吸湿性高,且无毒、无刺激、稳定性好,是近代护肤护发理想的天然化妆保健品,可使皮肤、毛发具有润湿性、柔软性、弹性及光泽性、抗静电性。同时,因其阴离子保湿剂性质,其与脂肪酸皂基类表活具有很好的兼容作用,因此其保湿性能在皂基产品中具有良好的体现而不被抑制效果。
所述的非阳离子调理剂选自乙烯/丙烯酸盐类共聚物或其水分散液,是一种阴离子的调理剂,其结构特征为具有长疏水直链,并且具有带负离子的支链,可以协同非极性物质在皮肤中的吸附,又可以与阴离子的皂基类表活嵌合形成混合胶束,在不影响皂基类表活性能的同时兼具协同非极性物质沉积吸附的作用。
上述能调节皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的调理组合物,除上述必须的原料之外,还可根据实际需要加入辅助原料,例如,皂基类表面活性剂、非皂基类表面活性剂、离子螯合剂、碱类物质、醇类、悬浮剂、防腐剂、香精等。
上述能调节皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的调理组合物,可任意比例与常用基料制成皂基类化妆品,化妆品剂型可以是溶液、悬浮液、乳液、膏状、固体状中的一种。

2、本发明的调理组合物成分之间协同增效作用明显。通过聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类、橄榄油衍生物增效皂基类产品的泡沫性能。聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类可以整体降低皂基类产品对皮肤的刺激程度,极大降低皂基类产品在皮肤中的渗透;橄榄油衍生物由于其与皮肤的脂肪酸碳链结构相似,并且与聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类有相互作用,因此橄榄油衍生物的加入,不仅可以作为与皮肤亲和的赋脂剂,同时也可以增大聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类的功效,使皂基类产品的刺激性、渗透性更加降低。聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类、橄榄油衍生物的加入同时对于提高皮肤屏障、降低经表皮水分流失率有着显著作用,但却不能在皮肤表层形成保湿效果,但随着DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠的加入,保湿效果能得到很大程度的提高,同时又因DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠时皮肤天然保湿因子NMF的组成成分之一,与皮肤的亲和性良好,可以明显地阻止皂基类表活带走皮肤里层的水分。而非阳离子调理剂的加入使得聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类、橄榄油衍生物、DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠的效果得到进一步增强,此类调理剂成非阳离子性质,不会与皂基类表活产生不兼容现象,同时其具有很好地吸附在皮肤的效果,而因其结构具有多种疏水碳链,可以增强聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类、橄榄油衍生物、DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠在皮肤上的作用,也可以吸附住一部分即将渗透入皮肤的皂基类表活。
3、本发明的调理组合物改善皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的作用明显,并且可以通过调节四大成分之间的比例来调节出不同的皂基类产品肤感,适应性广,成本低廉,应用简捷。
因此,本发明的四个组成在效果上互相增效,互相补充,即使添加到配方中的量很小,也能达到很好的调节皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合试验例和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
除非另外指明,所有的百分比、份数和比例均基于与所列成分相关的含量重量计,并因此不包括可能包含在可商购获得的原料中的载体或副产物。
取质量百分之比为4%的本发明的调理组合物,同时添加质量百分之比为96%的基础皂基组合物,制备成含有本发明组合物的皂基类产品,下表1为本发明3个优选的实施例与5个对比例。其中,对比例5选用市面上的一种销量好的皂基类产品调理剂。
对上述8个组合物的功效进行仪器功效评估、人体感官评价两种方法进行功效评估,任意挑选320个志愿者,经过入组后,每组为35个志愿者,最终得出如表2所示平均结果。
由以上试验数据可知,实施例1-3采用了本发明组合物原材料组成和配制比例制备得到的皂基类产品,原料之间具有协同增效作用,相比对比例来说,具有明显的降低表面活性剂渗透量、降低最大失水比率、降低经表皮平均水分流失率的作用,同时对泡沫的影响不大,志愿者可以感知到明显的改善紧绷感的作用;对比例1为不加本发明组合物的皂基类产品,其体现为非常高的表面活性剂渗透量,高的最大失水比率、经表皮平均水分流失率,志愿者可以感知到明显的紧绷感。对比例2-4为不加本发明中的各个成分,组分之间失去了协同增效的作用,与对比例1进行比较,虽然同样具有改善表面活性剂渗透量、最大失水比率、经表皮平均水分流失率的作用,但没有达到实施例1-3的效果,对于皂基类产品的用后感觉改善效果不明显;对比例5选用市面上的一种销量好的皂基类产品调理剂,其洗后肤感改善效果一般,对皂基类产品的泡沫影响较大,对表面活性剂渗透量有优化作用,可稍微降低刺激性。

Claims (3)
1.一种能调节皂基类产品刺激性和洗后肤感的调理组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物含有以下重量百分数配比的原料:聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类10-50%,橄榄油衍生物 10-40%,离子型保湿剂 20-60%,非阳离子调理剂 10-50%,去离子水补足至100%;
所述的聚乙二醇改性的甘油酯类为PEG-7椰油酸甘油酯;
所述的橄榄油衍生物为PEG-7橄榄油酸酯;
所述的离子型保湿剂为DL-吡咯烷酮羧酸钠;
所述的非阳离子调理剂为乙烯/丙烯酸盐类共聚物或其水分散液。
2.一种含权利要求1所述的调理组合物的皂基组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的皂基组合物,其特征在于:所述皂基组合物剂型为溶液、悬浮液、乳液、膏状、固体状中的一种。
