本发明属于配制营养药品领域,尤其涉及一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在电子设备占据我们大多数人的视觉生活的同时,视力也成为很多人苦恼的事情,无论是用眼过度的学生,还是每天面对电脑超过8小时的上班族,再或是上了岁数的老年人,都或多或少地出现眼睛酸涩、疲劳、疼痛、流泪等不适症状。
出现以上症状大体可分为外源性和内源性两种损伤。外源性包括各种电子设备释放蓝紫光对眼睛的直接伤害、长时间面对电脑得不到休息而引起的视疲劳、风沙雾霾等引起的眼干涩等;内源性包括人到老年身体器官、功能开始退化,人体机能减退,如老年黄斑退化和白内障等;另外,糖尿病、高血压所导致的各种眼疾以及抽烟饮酒对眼睛的直接损伤等。
如此多的不良因素影响着我们的眼睛,看来保护眼睛,势在必行。那么,怎样才能有效预防和缓解呢?很多人做了眼保健操,也补充了维生素,可是效果并不明显。市面上也有以叶黄素为主要原料制成的产品,有片剂及胶囊等剂型,对眼部保护有一定的作用,但是其对光、热稳定性差,耐胃酸性差,容易发生降解,在人体小肠吸收过程中,生物利用率低,吸收转化率仅为60%左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方,按重量百分比,包括:叶黄素酯微囊粉3-6%,蓝莓提取物3-7%,紫苏籽油微囊粉15-25%,玉米黄质微囊粉1-3%,麦芽糊精25-35%,植物油12-20%,乳粉8-12%、二氧化硅0.5-1%,食品用香精3-5%,三氯蔗糖0.1-0.2‰。
上述复合配方的制备方法步骤有:
步骤1,将重量轻的物料叶黄素酯微囊粉、蓝莓提取物、玉米黄质微囊粉、二氧化硅、食品用香精、三氯蔗糖按配方比例称量后,经三维混合机混合均匀;
步骤2,将步骤1中混合均匀后的混合物再与分别称重后的紫苏籽油微囊粉、麦芽糊精、植物油、乳粉一起混合均匀;
步骤3,将步骤2中混匀后的混合物置于60-70℃的环境中干燥5小时,并进行灭菌,并在净化车间冷却后进行粉剂灌装。
本发明提供一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方及其制备方法,包含叶黄素酯,经科研人员研究,发现酯化了的叶黄素,即叶黄素酯对光、热稳定性强,耐胃酸性及耐金属离子性强,不宜消耗降解,在生物利用率方面高于叶黄素1.6倍;叶黄素酯在人体可自然水解为游离态叶黄素,游离态叶黄素进补眼底发挥效能;而且该复合配方中除了叶黄素酯,还配备了玉米黄质、蓝莓提取物、紫苏籽油等物质,其中玉米黄质也是视网膜中黄斑区域的重要组成部分,蓝莓中的花青素可促进视网膜细胞中视紫质的再生成,紫苏籽油中的а-亚麻酸的摄入能明显改善老年人的视网膜功能,减缓神经功能衰退,并能够提高视力。另外,该复合配方产品运用了微囊化技术,微囊制剂肉眼看是粉状,显微镜下观看是一颗颗由特殊的囊材包裹的微小胶囊,该微囊制剂的最大优点是靶向定位分解,有效率可提高90%-200%,此复合配方不仅解决了眼睛所需要补充的营养难题,而且大大的提高了吸收转化率的难题。

一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方,按重量百分比,包括:叶黄素酯微囊粉3-6%,蓝莓提取物3-7%,紫苏籽油微囊粉15-25%,玉米黄质微囊粉1-3%,麦芽糊精25-35%,植物油12-20%,乳粉8-12%、二氧化硅0.5-1%,食品用香精3-5%,三氯蔗糖0.1-0.2‰。
叶黄素酯为眼睛的重要的基础营养,2008年被卫生部认定为新资源食品。叶黄素酯在人体内自动水解成的叶黄素是构成人眼视网膜黄斑区的重要成分,大量流行病学证明,叶黄素对视觉有保护作用。
玉米黄质作为眼睛的重要的基础营养,是一种强抗氧化剂,它可以淬灭单线态氧和光敏剂的三重态,清除损害性氧自由基,防止膜脂过氧化,减少脂褐素的形成,进而防止白内障的形成。
紫苏子油是以紫苏为原料的食用油,含α-亚麻酸达56.14-64.82%,对人体具有更显著的保健和医药功效,而α-亚麻酸同样是眼睛的基础营养物质。
蓝莓中的花青素可促进视网膜细胞中视紫质的再生成,可预防重度近视及视网膜剥离,并可增进视力。同时更有加速视紫质再生的能力,而视紫质正是良好视力不可或缺的东西。
上述一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方的制备方法步骤有:
实施例一
步骤1,将重量轻的物料叶黄素酯微囊粉3%、蓝莓提取物6%、玉米黄质微囊粉1%、二氧化硅1%、食品用香精4%、三氯蔗糖0.1‰按配方比例称量后,经三维混合机混合均匀;
步骤2,将步骤1中混合均匀后的混合物再与分别称重后的紫苏籽油微囊粉25%、麦芽糊精30%、植物油20%、乳粉10%一起混合均匀;
步骤3,将步骤2中混匀后的混合物置于60-70℃的环境中干燥5小时,并进行灭菌,并在净化车间冷却后进行粉剂灌装。
实施例二
步骤1,将重量轻的物料叶黄素酯微囊粉6%、蓝莓提取物7%、玉米黄质微囊粉3%、二氧化硅1%、食品用香精3%、三氯蔗糖0.2‰按配方比例称量后,经三维混合机混合均匀;
步骤2,将步骤1中混合均匀后的混合物再与分别称重后的紫苏籽油微囊粉15%、麦芽糊精35%、植物油18%、乳粉12%一起混合均匀;
步骤3,将步骤2中混匀后的混合物置于60-70℃的环境中干燥5小时,并进行灭菌,并在净化车间冷却后进行粉剂灌装。
实施例三
步骤1,将重量轻的物料叶黄素酯微囊粉5%、蓝莓提取物4%、玉米黄质微囊粉2%、二氧化硅0.5%、食品用香精5%、三氯蔗糖0.1‰按配方比例称量后,经三维混合机混合均匀;
步骤2,将步骤1中混合均匀后的混合物再与分别称重后的紫苏籽油微囊粉24%、麦芽糊精33%、植物油18.5%、乳粉8%一起混合均匀;
步骤3,将步骤2中混匀后的混合物置于60-70℃的环境中干燥5小时,并进行灭菌,并在净化车间冷却后进行粉剂灌装。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。
Claims (2)
1.一种提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方,其特征在于,按重量百分比,包括:叶黄素酯微囊粉3-6%,蓝莓提取物3-7%,紫苏籽油微囊粉15-25%,玉米黄质微囊粉1-3%,麦芽糊精25-35%,植物油12-20%,乳粉8-12%、二氧化硅0.5-1%,食品用香精3-5%,三氯蔗糖0.1-0.2‰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提供眼睛营养保护视力的复合配方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将重量轻的物料叶黄素酯微囊粉、蓝莓提取物、玉米黄质微囊粉、二氧化硅、食品用香精、三氯蔗糖按配方比例称量后,经三维混合机混合均匀;
步骤2,将步骤1中混合均匀后的混合物再与分别称重后的紫苏籽油微囊粉、麦芽糊精、植物油、乳粉一起混合均匀;
步骤3,将步骤2中混匀后的混合物置于60-70℃的环境中干燥5小时,并进行灭菌,并在净化车间冷却后进行粉剂灌装。
