本发明公开了一种茶叶分选筛,包括有两级长形的筛体,下一级所述筛体的筛孔比上一级所述筛体的筛孔小,所述筛体底部设有接料板,所述接料板及两级所述筛体均倾斜设置,两级所述筛体之间及下级筛体与所述接料板之间均通过弹簧连接支持,所述接料板底部通过弹簧与支持所述接料板的支脚连接支持,所述接料板底部还设有支持所述接料板升降的动力缸。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有茶叶分选筛分筛效果不佳,分筛时间长的问题。

茶叶分选筛
技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶机械制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于筛选茶叶的设备的分筛装置。
背景技术
现有的筛选茶叶的设备一般都包括两层或两层以上的筛体,筛体的筛孔逐级缩小,筛体或者放在圆筒中,或者是长条形并有支脚支持,为了起到振动的作用,一般都在筛体旁边设有振荡器,或者是由凸轮连接的动力传动装置。无论是以上哪种振动方式,都是有固定的振动频率,筛体上的茶叶在相同的振动频率下会形成固定的运动模式,难以分筛出大小不一的茶叶,分筛时间长。因而需要设计一种振动频率在一定时间短内不一样的分筛机,以使大小不一的茶叶得到快速有效的分选出来。本茶叶分选筛是茶叶分选机中主要分筛茶叶的装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种茶叶分选筛,以解决现有茶叶分选筛分筛效果不佳,分筛时间长的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本茶叶分选筛包括有两级长形的筛体,所述筛体的筛孔逐级缩小,所述筛体底部设有接料板,所述接料板及两级所述筛体均倾斜设置,倾斜角度在23°~27°之间的范围内,两级所述筛体之间及下级筛体与所述接料板之间均通过弹簧连接支持,所述接料板底部通过弹簧与支持所述接料板的支脚连接支持,所述接料板底部还设有支持所述接料板升降的动力缸。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述支脚有四个,所述动力缸有两个,所述动力缸为气缸。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本茶叶分选筛采用弹簧结合动力缸的动力让筛体产生振动,由于动力缸的动力被弹簧分解掉,因而在每级筛体及接料板上的弹力不断变化,导致振动频率的变化,因而在动力缸一起一落的过程中,每级筛体及接料板产生不同的振动频率,茶叶在不同的振动频率下进行充分而有效的筛分;使用本茶叶分选筛的分筛机筛茶比使用传统的技术筛分完全10公斤茶叶从原来的15分钟降低到现在的不到5分钟。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的茶叶分选筛,它包括有两级长形的筛体1,筛体1的筛孔逐级缩小,筛体1底部设有接料板3,接料板3及两级筛体1均倾斜设置,接料板3及两级筛体1与水平面的倾斜角度a=23°。两级筛体1之间及下级筛体1与接料板3之间均通过弹簧2连接支持,接料板3底部通过弹簧2与支持接料板3的支脚4连接支持,接料板3底部还设有支持接料板3升降的动力缸5。采用弹簧2结合动力缸5的动力让筛体1产生振动,由于动力缸5的动力被弹簧2分解掉,因而在每级筛体1及接料板3上的弹力不断变化,导致振动频率的变化,因而在动力缸5一起一落的过程中,每级筛体1及接料板3产生不同的振动频率,茶叶在不同的振动频率下进行充分而有效的筛分。支脚4有四个,分别设置于接料板3的四角附近,动力缸5有两个,分别设置于接料板3的底部两边,这里的动力缸5为气缸。
在其他实施例中,接料板及两级筛体的倾斜角度a根据不同的茶叶类型,还可以是23°~27°之间的任意一个数值。

1.一种茶叶分选筛,其特征在于:包括有两级长形的筛体,所述筛体的筛孔逐级缩小,所述筛体底部设有接料板,所述接料板及两级所述筛体均倾斜设置,倾斜角度在23°~27°之间的范围内,两级所述筛体之间及下级筛体与所述接料板之间均通过弹簧连接支持,所述接料板底部通过弹簧与支持所述接料板的支脚连接支持,所述接料板底部还设有支持所述接料板升降的动力缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶分选筛,其特征在于:所述支脚有四个,所述动力缸有两个,所述动力缸为气缸。
