本发明公开一种控释农药颗粒剂及其制备方法，包括由内至外设置的第一层有效成分层、第二层有效成分层和保护层，本发明通过在不同的有效成分层采用不同的交联剂，且配合设置各层的合适配比，来促进或调节农药活性成分的释放，达到速效、中效和长效兼备的防治病虫害的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域，特别是一种控释农药颗粒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
农药可以用来杀灭昆虫、真菌和其他危害作物生长的生物。 农药的原药一般不能直接使用，必须加工配制成各种类型的制剂，才能使用。目前使用使用最早、用量最大的是粉剂，由于其可以直接撒施或拌土使用，工效高，不用水，特别适于干旱缺水的山区或半山区及林地使用，但是粉剂的最大缺点是易飘移污染环境，农药有效利用率低，一般只有20％的粉剂沉积在目标生物上，另外叶面附着性差，易被风吹落或被雨水冲刷，而且药效期比较短。因此自20世纪70年代以来，粉剂的生产和使用呈下降趋势。取而代之的主要剂型是颗粒剂。
农药的颗粒剂是由农药原药和载体等助剂加工成的粒状制剂，颗粒剂的制备工艺是选择具有吸附能力、粒度范围符合要求的载体颗粒，如砂子、麦饭石等，然后将溶解在水中或有机溶剂的农药喷施在载体颗粒上，水或溶剂挥发即成颗粒剂产品。目前农药粒剂在全世界得到普遍的推广应用，颗粒剂之所以能成为一种常用的农药药剂是因为其具有诸多优点：（1）施药时具有方向性，使撒布药剂能充分到达靶标作物而对天敌等有益生物安全；（2）药粒不附着于植物的茎叶上，避免直接接触产生药害；（3）施药时无粉尘飞扬，不污染环境；（4）施药过程中可减少操作人员身体附着或吸入药量，避免中毒事故；（5）使高毒农药低毒化，避免人畜中毒；（6）使用方便，效率高；但其也有一些不足之处，例如传统的农药颗粒剂的制备方法使用溶剂，容易产生溶剂污染，且不易降解，还可能会引起土壤板结，而且农药颗粒只包裹一层或两层，在土壤中药效持续的时间也不够长。
授权公告号为 CN 102696586 B的发明专利公开了一种具缓控性农药粒和非缓控性农药粒的混合粒剂。将农药活性物质与填充料、表面活性剂混合均匀；所述的农药活性物质、填充料与表面活性剂按照重量百分比计，农药活性物质为1%~20%，表面活性剂为0.1%~10%，余量为粘土，该农药粒的混合粒剂既保留农药有效活性原有的速效性，又能改善该农药有效活性的理化稳定性；但是该农药粒的混合粒剂采用了表面活性剂，可能会对土壤造成溶剂污染，另外，不同层之间用包裹不同厚度衣膜及部分不包膜来达到缓释和速效的控制，对其工艺要求比较苛刻。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种控释农药颗粒剂及其制备方法，本方法可降低农药的使用量，减少对环境的污染，减少了农民施放农药的次数。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案为：
一种控释农药颗粒剂，包括由内至外设置的第一层有效成分层和第二层有效成分层，其中：
第一层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分A: 交联剂B: 辅料C=1:1~3:2~35；
第二层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分D:粘结剂E:交联剂F:辅料G= 1:3~6:0.35~0.75:2~50；
其中，农药活性成分A与农药活性成分D相同或者不同，辅料C与辅料G相同或者不同；
交联剂B采用水溶性高分子聚合物、纤维素和纤维素盐中的一种或两种。
作为更优选的技术方案，第一层有效成分层主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成：农药活性成分A: 交联剂B: 辅料C=1:1.2~2:25~30；
第二层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分D:粘结剂E:交联剂F:辅料G= 1:4: 0.6:30~45。
所述第一层有效成分层和第二层有效成分层的重量比例为：第一层有效成分层第二层有效成分层=1:0.8~10。
优选的，所述交联剂B为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素和甲基纤维素中的一种或两种。更优选的，所述交联剂B为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或羧甲基纤维素钠。
优选的，第二层有效成分层中，所述粘结剂E为糊精，所述交联剂F为硼砂，糊精和硼砂的重量比为1:0.15。
优选的，所述第二层有效成分层外还包裹有保护层，保护层中各组分的重量比例为：粘结剂H:交联剂I:颜料:辅料J=4:0.6:0.025:95.4；其中：粘结剂H与粘结剂E相同或者不同；交联剂I与交联剂F相同或者不同；辅料J与辅料G相同或者不同。保护层可有效防止农药活性成分在包装、运输的过程中脱落。更优选的，第一层有效成分层、第二层有效成分层和保护层的重量比例为：第一层有效成分层:第二层有效成分层: 保护层=1:0.8~5: 0.1~0.01。
以上所述的辅料C、辅料G、辅料J，采用制备农药的常规辅料，如粘土、白炭黑、沸石、高岭土、碳酸钙、蒙脱土、陶土等。
以上所述的粘结剂H，可以采用糊精、聚酰胺树脂中的一种；交联剂I，可以采用硼砂、丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂中的一种。
以上所述的农药活性成分A、农药活性成分D，优选包括吡虫啉、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻唑磷、烯啶虫胺、杀螟丹、杀虫双、杀虫单、螺螨乙酯、乙螨唑、氟虫腈、链霉素、氟氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素和恶霉灵中的一种或多种。
以上所述的控释农药颗粒剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）第一层有效成分层的准备：农药活性成分A与交联剂B搅拌混合均匀，加入辅料C，制得混合A料；
（2）第二层有效成分层的准备：农药活性成分D、粘结剂E与交联剂F搅拌混合均匀，加入辅料G，制得混合B料；
（3）造粒：在造粒盘投入混合A料，开启造粒盘，喷水并开始造粒，有颗粒出现后加热，温度为70~90℃，混合A料完全制成颗粒且固化后，加入混合B料，调整加热温度，温度为80~100℃，混合B料完全固化后，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品，造粒结束，停止加热，在上述造粒过程中保持颗粒的水分含量控制在8~15%的范围内；
（4）将控释农药颗粒剂中间品烘干至水分含量低于1.5%；
（5）筛分，控制粒度为2.0~5.0mm，得控释农药颗粒剂，粒度不合格品进行粉碎后重新造粒。
所述步骤（3）中，在加入混合B料，待混合B料完全固化后，再喷入一层保护层混合料，待保护层混合料完全固化后，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品。
进一步的，所述步骤（3）中，在加入混合B料，待混合B料完全固化后，再喷入一层保护层混合料，保持加热温度为80~100℃，待保护层混合料完全固化后，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品。
以上所述的步骤（3）中，第一层有效成分可以喷施在载体颗粒，也可以直接制成固体颗粒。
本发明的有益效果为：（1）本发明通过在不同的有效成分层采用不同的交联剂，以达到不同的固结效果，来促进或调节农药活性成分的释放，达到速效、中效和长效兼备的杀灭病虫害的效果；（2）本发明辅以不同层不同的包裹厚度，来调节农药活性成分的释放速度，帮助实现农药颗粒剂的缓控释性能，保证农药活性成分在作物生长的过程中能实现平稳的释放；（3）本发明选用适宜的水溶性交联剂，整个造粒过程中无需额外添加有机溶剂、表面活性剂进行预溶，只需控制合适的水分含量和温度即可实现交联剂的固化，使整个造粒过程关键控制点少，质量稳定性高，而且不添加有机溶剂、表面活性剂也不会对土壤造成污染，避免了土地产生板结的现象发生；（4）采用本发明的控释农药颗粒剂，只需一次施药，农药颗粒剂可按病虫害一般防治需求延长农药的释放期，达到提前防虫、灭菌、除草的目的，如此一来，减少了用药次数，降低了劳动力成本；降低了农药使用量，减少了对环境的污染；（5）本发明能广泛用于各种农药颗粒剂的生产，应用范围广，具有广泛的市场前景。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种控释农药颗粒剂，包括由内至外设置的第一层有效成分层和第二层有效成分层，其中：第一层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分A: 交联剂B: 辅料C=1:1~3:2~35；第二层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分D:粘结剂E:交联剂F:辅料G= 1:3~6:0.35~0.75:2~50；其中，农药活性成分A与农药活性成分D相同或者不同，辅料C与辅料G相同或者不同；交联剂B采用水溶性高分子聚合物、纤维素和纤维素盐中的一种或两种。
上述二层结构中各组分更加优选的配比为，第一层有效成分层主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成：第一层有效成分层主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成：农药活性成分A:交联剂B: 辅料C=1:1.2~2:25~30；第二层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分D:粘结剂E:交联剂F:辅料G= 1:4: 0.6:30~45。
本发明提供了上述二层结构的优选配比：第一层有效成分层、第二层有效成分层、第三层有效成分层的重量比例为：第一层有效成分层第二层有效成分层: 第三层有效成分层=1:0.8~10。
交联剂B优选的为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素和甲基纤维素中一种或两种。更为优选的是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或羧甲基纤维素钠。
在第二层有效成分层中，粘结剂E优选为糊精，交联剂F优选为硼砂，糊精和硼砂的重量比为1:0.15。
为更好地保护农药活性成分在包装和运输的过程中不脱落，在第二层有效成分层外还包裹有保护层，保护层中各组分的重量比例为：粘结剂H:交联剂I:颜料:辅料J=4:0.6:0.025:95.4；其中：粘结剂H与粘结剂E相同或者不同；交联剂I与交联剂F相同或者不同；辅料J与辅料G相同或者不同。本发明提供了第一层有效成分层、第二层有效成分层和保护层的优选重量比例为：第一层有效成分层:第二层有效成分层: 保护层=1:0.8~5: 0.1~0.01。
以上所述的辅料C、辅料G、辅料J，采用制备农药的常规辅料，如粘土、白炭黑、沸石、高岭土、碳酸钙、蒙脱土、陶土等。
以上所述的粘结剂H，可以采用糊精、聚酰胺树脂中的一种；交联剂I，可以采用硼砂、丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂中的一种。
本发明所述的农药活性成分A、农药活性成分D，优选包括吡虫啉、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻唑磷、烯啶虫胺、杀螟丹、杀虫双、杀虫单、螺螨乙酯、乙螨唑、氟虫腈、链霉素、氟氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素和恶霉灵中的一种或多种。
以下提供更为具体的控释农药颗粒剂及其制备方法的具体实施例，但本发明的保护范围不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
第一层有效成分层：噻虫胺4kg，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6.4kg，高岭土和粘土140kg；第二层有效成分层：杀虫单16kg，糊精64kg，硼砂9.6kg，高岭土、粘土和碳酸钙760kg。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）第一层有效成分层的准备：将第一层有效成分中的噻虫胺和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌混合均匀，加入高岭土和粘土，制得混合A料；
（2）第二层有效成分层的准备：将第二层有效成分中的杀虫单、糊精和硼砂搅拌混合均匀，加入高岭土和粘土，制得混合B料；
（3）在造粒盘投入混合A料，开启造粒盘，喷水开始造粒，有颗粒出现后加热，温度为70~90℃，混合A料完全制成颗粒且固化后，加入混合B料，调整加热温度，温度为80~100℃，待混合B料完全固化，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品，造粒结束，停止加热，在造粒过程中保持颗粒的水分含量控制在8~15%的范围内；
（4）将控释农药颗粒剂中间品烘干至水分含量低于1.5%；
（5）筛分，控制粒度为2.0~5.0mm，得控释农药颗粒剂，粒度不合格品进行粉碎后重新造粒。
上述控释农药颗粒剂，对甘蔗螟虫、蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱的防治效果好，其药后80天对蚜虫的防治效果达到100%，药后100天对蚜虫的防治效果达到96%，其药后80天对甘蔗螟虫的防效效果为93.0%，药后100天对甘蔗螟虫的防治效果为90%，对甘蔗、水稻等作物无药害，另外其对水稻二化螟、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、稻蓟马以及地老虎和蛴螬等地下害虫也有一定的防治效果，使用期间土壤无板结现象发生。
实施例2
第一层有效成分层：噻虫嗪10kg，羧甲基纤维素钠15kg，高岭土和粘土300kg；第二层有效成分层：氟氯氰菊酯15kg，糊精64kg，硼砂9.6kg，高岭土、粘土和石膏578.23kg；保护层：糊精325g，硼砂48.75g，颜料2g，高岭土和粘土7.8kg。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）第一层有效成分层的准备：将第一层有效成分中的噻虫嗪和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌混合均匀，加入高岭土和粘土，制得混合A料；
（2）第二层有效成分层的准备：将第二层有效成分中的氟氯氰菊酯、糊精和硼砂搅拌混合均匀，加入高岭土和粘土，制得混合B料；
（3）在造粒盘投入混合A料，开启造粒盘，喷水开始造粒，有颗粒出现后加热，温度为70~90℃，混合A料完全制成颗粒且固化后，加入混合B料，调整加热温度，温度为80~100℃，混合B料完全固化后，喷入一层保护层混合料，待保护层混合料完全固化，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品，造粒结束，停止加热，在造粒过程中保持颗粒的水分含量控制在8~15%的范围内；
（4）将控释农药颗粒剂中间品烘干至水分含量低于1.5%；
（5）筛分，控制粒度为2.0~5.0mm，得控释农药颗粒剂，粒度不合格品进行粉碎后重新造粒。
上述控释农药颗粒剂，对蚜虫、鞘翅目、半翅目、同翅目和鳞翅目的防治效果好，其药后80天对鞘翅目、半翅目、同翅目和鳞翅目的防治效果为92.0%。药后120天对蚜虫的防治效果为91.0%，对稻类、甜菜、油菜、马铃薯、棉花、菜豆、果树、花生、向日葵、大豆等作物无药害，另外其对飞虱、叶蝉、粉虱也有较好的防治效果，使用期间土壤无板结现象发生。
实施例3
第一层有效成分层：杀虫单5kg，阿维菌素50kg，羧甲基纤维素钠55kg，高岭土和粘土300kg；第二层有效成分层：杀虫单5kg，阿维菌素50kg，糊精165kg，硼砂24.75kg，高岭土、粘土和碳酸钙345.25kg。
制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）第一层有效成分层的准备：将第一层有效成分中的杀虫单、阿维菌素和羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌混合均匀，加入高岭土和粘土，制得混合A料；
（2）第二层有效成分层的准备：将第二层有效成分中的杀虫单、阿维菌素、糊精和硼砂搅拌混合均匀，加入高岭土和粘土，制得混合B料；
（3）在造粒盘投入混合A料，开启造粒盘，喷水开始造粒，有颗粒出现后加热，温度为70~90℃，混合A料完全制成颗粒且固化后，加入混合B料，调整加热温度，温度为80~100℃，混合B料完全固化后，喷入一层保护层混合料，待保护层混合料完全固化，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品，造粒结束，停止加热，在造粒过程中保持颗粒的水分含量控制在8~15%的范围内；
（4）将控释农药颗粒剂中间品烘干至水分含量低于1.5%；
（5）筛分，控制粒度为2.0~5.0mm，得控释农药颗粒剂，粒度不合格品进行粉碎后重新造粒。
上述控释农药颗粒剂，对水稻螟虫的防治效果好，其药后80天的防效效果为94.0%，药后90天的防治效果为89.5%，对甘蔗、水稻等作物无药害，另外其对水稻二化螟、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、稻蓟马、飞虱、叶蝉也有一定的防治效果，使用期间土壤无板结现象发生。
Claims (9)
1.一种控释农药颗粒剂，包括由内至外设置的第一层有效成分层和第二层有效成分层，其特征在于：
第一层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分A: 交联剂B: 辅料C=1:1~3:2~35；
第二层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分D:粘结剂E:交联剂F:辅料G=1:3~6:0.35~0.75:2~50；
其中，农药活性成分A与农药活性成分D相同或者不同，辅料C与辅料G相同或者不同；
交联剂B采用水溶性高分子聚合物；交联剂F采用硼砂；
控释农药颗粒剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）第一层有效成分层的准备：农药活性成分A与交联剂B搅拌混合均匀，加入辅料C，制得混合A料；
（2）第二层有效成分层的准备：农药活性成分D、粘结剂E与交联剂F搅拌混合均匀，加入辅料G，制得混合B料；
（3）造粒：在造粒盘投入混合A料，开启造粒盘，喷水并开始造粒，有颗粒出现后加热，温度为70~90℃，混合A料完全制成颗粒且固化后，加入混合B料，调整加热温度，温度为80~100℃，混合B料完全固化后，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品，造粒结束，停止加热，在上述造粒过程中保持颗粒的水分含量控制在8~15%的范围内；
（4）将控释农药颗粒剂中间品烘干至水分含量低于1.5%；
（5）筛分，控制粒度为2.0~5.0mm，得控释农药颗粒剂，粒度不合格品进行粉碎后重新造粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
第一层有效成分层主要由以下组分按重量份配比制成：农药活性成分A: 交联剂B: 辅料C=1:1.2~2:25~30；
第二层有效成分层中各组分的重量比例为：农药活性成分D:粘结剂E:交联剂F:辅料G=1:4: 0.6:30~45。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
所述第一层有效成分层和第二层有效成分层的重量比例为：第一层有效成分层:第二层有效成分层=1:0.8~10。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
所述交联剂B为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素和甲基纤维素中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
所述交联剂B为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或羧甲基纤维素钠。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
第二层有效成分层中，所述粘结剂E为糊精，所述交联剂F为硼砂，糊精和硼砂的重量比为1:0.15。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
所述第二层有效成分层外还包裹有保护层，保护层中各组分的重量比例为：粘结剂H:交联剂I:颜料:辅料J=4:0.6:0.025:95.4；其中：粘结剂H与粘结剂E相同或者不同；交联剂I与交联剂F相同或者不同；辅料J与辅料G相同或者不同。
8.根据权利要求7所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
所述第一层有效成分层、第二层有效成分层和保护层的重量比例为：第一层有效成分层:第二层有效成分层: 保护层=1:0.8~5:0.1~0.01。
9.根据权利要求1所述的控释农药颗粒剂，其特征在于：
所述步骤（3）中，在加入混合B料，待混合B料完全固化后，再喷入一层保护层混合料，保持加热温度为80~100℃，待保护层混合料完全固化后，得控释农药颗粒剂中间品；所述保护层混合料由粘结剂H、交联剂I、颜料和辅料J组成。
