Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，包括相互拼接的凹型冷库板和凸型冷库板；所述凹型冷库板包括相互平行的第一外表层和第一内表层、以及垂直于所述第一外表层的凹型接合面，所述第一外表层、所述第一内表层与所述凹型接合面组成的腔体内填充有第一夹心层；所述凸型冷库板包括相互平行的第二外表层和第二内表层、以及垂直于所述第二外表层的凸型接合面，所述第二外表层、所述第二内表层与所述凸型接合面组成的腔体内填充有第二夹心层；所述第一夹心层和所述第二夹心层均为硬质聚氨酯发泡材料，所述凹型接合面和所述凸型接合面形状相吻合且相向贴合设置。本发明有效避免密封胶霉变、变色、老化对保温环境造成的不利影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯泡沫保温板，具体为一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，属于建筑保温材料技术领域。
背景技术
硬质聚氨酯泡沫具有以下特点：导热系数低，热工性能好；防潮、防水；防火、阻燃、耐高温；抗变形能力强，不易开裂，饰面稳定、安全；孔隙率结构稳定，基本上是闭孔结构，不仅保温性能优良，而且抗冻融、吸声性良好；硬质聚氨酯保温构造的平均寿命，在正常使用与维修的条件下，能达到30年以上，且在结构的寿命期正常使用条件下，在干燥、潮湿或电化腐蚀，以及由于昆虫、真菌或藻类生长或者由于啮齿动物的破坏等外因影响下都不会受到破坏；综合性价比高。鉴于上述特点，硬质聚氨酯泡沫被广泛用于冷冻冷藏等保温场合。
作为建筑用保温板时，为了组装方便，聚氨酯泡沫常与金属板材一起制作成聚氨酯夹芯保温板，其基本结构为两金属面板中间用聚氨酯泡沫填充做成夹芯板，金属板材一般采用钢板、不锈钢板或轧花铝板等。建筑用保温板的板与板之间通过连接结构进行连接。
常见的建筑用保温板连接结构为公母槽结构，且接缝采用硅胶或密封胶密封。由于密封胶本身使用一段时间后会出现霉变、变色或老化等缺陷，因此在要求严格的场合，特别是对防水、防气和防菌严格的场合，如实验室及环境模拟、速冻冷库、特种医药等，这种连接结构就不能满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，能够应用于要求严格的场合，特别是对防水、防气和防菌严格的场合，如实验室及环境模拟、速冻冷库、特种医药等。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，包括：相互拼接的凹型建筑用保温板和凸型建筑用保温板；所述凹型建筑用保温板包括相互平行的第一外表层和第一内表层、以及垂直于所述第一外表层的凹型接合面，所述第一外表层、所述第一内表层与所述凹型接合面组成的腔体内填充有第一夹心层；所述凸型建筑用保温板包括相互平行的第二外表层和第二内表层、以及垂直于所述第二外表层的凸型接合面，所述第二外表层、所述第二内表层与所述凸型接合面组成的腔体内填充有第二夹心层；
所述第一夹心层和所述第二夹心层均为硬质聚氨酯发泡材料，所述凹型接合面和所述凸型接合面形状相吻合且相向贴合设置，且所述第一外表层和所述第二外表层共面连接在一起，所述第一内表层和所述第二内表层共面连接在一起。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述第一外表层和所述第二外表层均为普通钢板制成，所述第一内表层和所述第二内表层均为不锈钢板制成。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述第一外表层与所述第二外表层通过密封胶连接，所述第一内表层与所述第二内表层以满焊焊接方式连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述凹型建筑用保温板还包括第一板内预埋件，所述第一板内预埋件为L形钢板，且所述第一板内预埋件的一面贴合所述第一内表层，所述第一板内预埋件的另一面贴合所述凹型接合面；所述凸型建筑用保温板还包括第二板内预埋件，所述第二板内预埋件为L形钢板，且所述第二板内预埋件的一面贴合所述第二内表层，所述第二板内预埋件的另一面贴合所述凸型接合面。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述第一板内预埋件与所述第一内表层以点焊焊接方式连接，且所述第一板内预埋件的弯折边位于所述第一内表层的边缘内侧；所述第二板内预埋件与所述第二内表层以点焊焊接方式连接，且所述第二板内预埋件的弯折边位于所述第二内表层的边缘外侧。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述凹型接合面为所述第一外表层的边缘翻折形成，所述凸型接合面为所述第二外表层的边缘翻折形成。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：
本发明所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，建筑用保温板的接缝采用金属面板焊接的结构，有效避免密封胶霉变、变色、老化对保温环境造成的不利影响，且在建筑用保温板组装焊接时，不会由于焊接产生的局部高温导致聚氨酯泡沫的燃烧，也避免了满焊过程中板材变形造成的库板表面钣金与聚氨酯泡沫的脱离现象，达到环保、安全、高效保温的目的。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示，为本发明所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板结构示意图，其中图中标号4为满焊焊缝。
本具体实施例所述一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，包括：凹型建筑用保温板1、凸型建筑用保温板2；所述凹型建筑用保温板1包括第一外表层11、第一内表层12、凹型接合面13、第一夹心层14；所述第一外表层11为0.5毫米钢板；所述第一内表层12为2.0毫米不锈钢板；所述凹型接合面13为所述第一外表层11折边形成的凹型结构；所述第一内表层12与所述凹型接合面13的夹角内还设置有第一板内预埋件15，所述第一板内预埋件15为L形钢板，所述第一板内预埋件15与所述第一内表层12以点焊焊接方式连接，所述第一内表层12超出所述第一板内预埋件15顶点14毫米；所述第一夹心层14为硬质聚氨酯发泡层，充满于所述第一外表层11、第一内表层12与所述凹型接合面13组成的腔体；所述凸型建筑用保温板2包括第二外表层21、第二内表层22、凸型接合面23、第二夹心层24；所述第二外表层21为0.5毫米钢板；所述第二内表层22为2.0毫米不锈钢板；所述凸型接合面23为所述第二外表层21折边形成的凸型结构，与所述凹型接合面13形状吻合；所述第二内表层22与所述凸型接合面23的夹角内还设置有第二板内预埋件25，所述第二板内预埋件25为L形钢板，所述第二板内预埋件25与所述第二内表层22以点焊焊接方式连接，所述第二内表层22于所述第二板内预埋件25顶点处缩回12毫米；所述第二夹心层24为硬质聚氨酯发泡层，充满于所述第二外表层21、第二内表层22与所述凸型接合面23组成的腔体；所述凹型建筑用保温板1与所述凸型建筑用保温板2通过所述凹型接合面13与所述凸型接合面23接合，所述第一外表层11与所述第二外表层21通过密封胶3连接，所述第一内表层12与所述第二内表层22以满焊焊接4方式连接。
具体地，在制作所述凹型建筑用保温板1时，将所述第一内表层12超出所述第一板内预埋件15顶点14毫米组合后，再将二者采用氩弧焊点焊在一起，然后再组装发泡，制作完成后，所述第一内表层12将会超出建筑用保温板边缘14毫米，与建筑用保温板的正常接缝有个错位。在制作所述凸型建筑用保温板2时，将所述第二内表层22缩回所述第二板内预埋件25顶点12毫米组合后，再将二者采用氩弧焊点焊在一起，然后再组装发泡，制作完成后，所述第二内表层22将会比建筑用保温板边缘短12毫米，与建筑用保温板的正常接缝也有个错位。
组装所述凹型建筑用保温板1与凸型建筑用保温板2时，由于需要焊接的接缝与所述硬质聚氨酯发泡层的接缝有12毫米的错位，因此，在焊接时，接缝处对接板没有圆角，比较容易焊接；另一方面由于焊接区域与所述硬质聚氨酯发泡层接缝区域错位而分开，且有所述第二板内预埋件25的阻隔，因此焊接产生的高温不会引燃所述硬质聚氨酯发泡层。

Claims (6)
1.一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，其特征是，包括：相互拼接的凹型建筑用保温板(1)和凸型建筑用保温板(2)；所述凹型建筑用保温板(1)包括相互平行的第一外表层(11)和第一内表层(12)、以及垂直于所述第一外表层(11)的凹型接合面(13)，所述第一外表层(11)、所述第一内表层(12)与所述凹型接合面(13)组成的腔体内填充有第一夹心层(14)；所述凸型建筑用保温板(2)包括相互平行的第二外表层(21)和第二内表层(22)、以及垂直于所述第二外表层(21)的凸型接合面(23)，所述第二外表层(21)、所述第二内表层(22)与所述凸型接合面(23)组成的腔体内填充有第二夹心层(24)；
所述第一夹心层(14)和所述第二夹心层(24)均为硬质聚氨酯发泡材料，所述凹型接合面(13)和所述凸型接合面(23)形状相吻合且相向贴合设置，且所述第一外表层(11)和所述第二外表层(21)共面连接在一起，所述第一内表层(12)和所述第二内表层(22)共面连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，其特征在于，所述第一外表层(11)和所述第二外表层(21)均为普通钢板制成，所述第一内表层(12)和所述第二内表层(22)均为不锈钢板制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，其特征在于，所述第一外表层(11)与所述第二外表层(21)通过密封胶(3)连接，所述第一内表层(12)与所述第二内表层(22)以满焊焊接(4)方式连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，其特征在于，所述凹型建筑用保温板(1)还包括第一板内预埋件(15)，所述第一板内预埋件(15)为L形钢板，且所述第一板内预埋件(15)的一面贴合所述第一内表层(12)，所述第一板内预埋件(15)的另一面贴合所述凹型接合面(13)；所述凸型建筑用保温板(2)还包括第二板内预埋件(25)，所述第二板内预埋件(25)为L形钢板，且所述第二板内预埋件(25)的一面贴合所述第二内表层(22)，所述第二板内预埋件(25)的另一面贴合所述凸型接合面(23)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，其特征在于，所述第一板内预埋件(15)与所述第一内表层(12)以点焊焊接方式连接，且所述第一板内预埋件(15)的弯折边位于所述第一内表层(12)的边缘内侧；所述第二板内预埋件(25)与所述第二内表层(22)以点焊焊接方式连接，且所述第二板内预埋件(25)的弯折边位于所述第二内表层(22)的边缘外侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种建筑用聚氨酯泡沫保温板，其特征在于，所述凹型接合面(13)为所述第一外表层(11)的边缘翻折形成，所述凸型接合面(23)为所述第二外表层(21)的边缘翻折形成。
