本发明提供了一种具有美白功效的中药组合物及其制备方法与应用，所述中药组合物由下列重量份配比的原料药制成：佛手5～25份、蜂胶3～28份、肉豆蔻1～18份、连翘2～15份、余甘子1～10份、山药1～8份。本发明还提供含有所述中药组合物和护肤用辅料的具有美白功效的护肤化妆品。本发明所述中药组合物能够促进皮肤中毛细血管的血液循坏、提高皮肤的营养供应，增强皮肤弹性，减少皮肤角化及色素沉着，达到有效美白的目的，同时该中药组合物对人体无毒副作用，利于推广应用。

本发明涉及一种具有美白功效的中药组合物，尤其涉及一种由佛手、蜂胶、肉豆蔻、连翘、余甘子、山药为原料制成的中药组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
黑色素是存在于每个人皮肤基底层的一种蛋白质，紫外线的照射会令黑色素产生变化，生成一种保护皮肤的物质，又经由细胞代谢的层层移动，到了肌肤表皮层，从而形成了所看到的色斑、肤色不匀、暗黄等皮肤问题。女性面部色素沉着、无光泽、暗黄等是中青年女性尤其是该年龄职业女性最为常见的面部皮肤问题，影响中青年女性的情绪和生活。
目前市面上销售的美白化妆品所添加的功效原料主要包括有熊果苷、曲酸、抗坏血酸、细胞生长因子等原料中的一种或几种，含有上述原料的美白化妆品在具有美白效果的同时也对皮肤造成了一定的伤害，并且使得产品容易产生变色变味不稳定的现象。随着科技的发展、生活水平的提高和对皮肤健康意识的提高，人们对化妆品的关注度也越来越高，天然、绿色、安全、有效的中药美白化妆品尤为受到关注。中药美白化妆品以其毒副作用小，市场份额的占有量逐年扩大，但是通常存在疗效不明显，中药材原料选用过多的缺陷。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足，提供一种具有美白功效的中药组合物。

本发明的第三目的在于提出利用上述中药提取物制备的护肤化妆品组合物。

一种具有美白功效的中药组合物，所述组合物由下列重量份配比的原料药制成：佛手5～25份、蜂胶3～28份、肉豆蔻1～18份、连翘2～15份、余甘子1～10份、山药1～8份。
本发明的发明思路为：根据中医学理论，结合临床实践，从中医药材宝库中筛选出佛手、蜂胶、肉豆蔻、连翘、余甘子和山药六味纯中药精制而成，并调节各原料的重量份配比，使各原料之间发挥协同增效的作用，能够促进皮肤中毛细血管的血液循坏、提高皮肤的营养供应，增强皮肤弹性，减少皮肤角化及色素沉着，达到有效美白的目的。
本发明中药组合物中，各原料药材的药理作用分别为：佛手味辛、苦、酸，性温。归肝、胃、脾、肺经。疏肝理气，和胃止痛，燥湿化痰。用于肝胃气滞，胸胁胀痛，胃脘痞满，食少呕吐，咳嗽痰多。
蜂胶，性味苦、辛、寒。归脾、胃经，内服补虚弱、化浊脂、止消渴；外用解毒消肿。内服用于体虚早衰、高脂血症、消渴；外治用于皮肤皲裂、烧烫伤。
肉豆蔻，味辛、苦，性温。归脾、胃、大肠经。主治温中行气，涩肠止泻。用于脾胃虚寒，久泻不止，脘腹胀痛，食少呕吐。
连翘，性味苦、凉，入心、肝、胆经；清热，解毒，散结，消肿；治温热，丹毒，斑疹，痈疡肿毒，瘰疬，小便淋闭。
余甘子，味苦甘，性寒。归肺、胃经。清热利咽，润肺化痰，生津止渴。《四川中药志》：“入脾，胃痪化痰，生津，止咳，解毒。治感冒发热，咳嗽咽痛，白喉，烦热口干。”
山药，性味甘，平，归脾，肺，肾经。补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精；主治脾虚，久泻，肺虚，肾虚，带下，尿频。

最佳优选地，佛手12份、蜂胶15份、肉豆蔻9份、连翘9份、余甘子6份、山药3份。
通过以上优选，可以进一步提高中药组合物的疗效。
一种具有美白功效的中药提取物，所述提取物由上述的组合物经中药学常规提取方法提取得到。
上述的中药提取物可以结合护肤化妆品领域常规辅料制备成各种护肤品，如面膜、精华素、脸霜和爽肤水等。
一种上述中药组合物的制备提取物方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)按照上述配比称取各原料药；
(2)将所述原料药分别加入8～10倍体积的75％乙醇，55℃回流提取三次，提取时间分别为2.0h、1.5h、1.5h，过滤，合并3次滤液；
(3)将所述滤液回收乙醇并浓缩，然后将各原料药的浓缩液混合均匀，干燥，得到活性提取物。
上述步骤将原料药的醇提液进行浓缩后再将六种浓缩液进行混合，所制备的活性提取物的有效成分更高。
本发明所述的制备方法可以有效提取出各原料药中的有效成分，使其更好的发挥协同增效的作用。
一种具有美白功效的护肤化妆品组合物，所述护肤化妆品组合物由下述质量百分比的原料制成：
所述中药提取物为上述方法制备的中药提取物。
一种制备上述护肤化妆品组合物的方法，其特征在于，所述具体步骤如下：
(1)将中药提取物、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵在65-75℃下均匀混合5-15min，之后在65-75℃下置放20-30min，形成混合液；
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合液加热至75-85℃，并加入甘油、透明质酸和去离子水进行搅拌，搅拌10-12min；
(3)降温至45-50℃后，加入防腐剂，搅拌均匀后即得到。
一种具有美白功效的爽肤水，所述爽肤水由上述原料经过上述方法制备得到的。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果：
本发明所用的各种原料药材均为符合国家或地方标准规定的中药材。本发明所述具有美白功效的中药组合物，根据中医学理论，结合临床实践，从中医药材宝库中筛选出佛手、蜂胶、肉豆蔻、连翘、余甘子和山药六味纯中药精制而成，并调节各原料的重量份配比，使各原料之间发挥协同增效的作用，能够促进皮肤中毛细血管的血液循坏、提高皮肤的营养供应，增强皮肤弹性，减少皮肤角化及色素沉着，达到有效美白的目的。

下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例，凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例所述具有美白功效的中药组合物，由以下重量的原料制成：佛手12份、蜂胶15份、肉豆蔻9份、连翘9份、余甘子6份、山药3份。
上述中药组合物的制备提取物方法如下：将上述重量份配比的原料分别加入9倍体积的75％乙醇，55℃回流提取三次，提取时间分别为2.0h、1.5h、1.5h，过滤，合并3次滤液，回收乙醇并浓缩后将各浓缩液混合均匀，干燥，即得活性提取物。
本实施例所述具有美白功效的护肤化妆品组合物，由以下质量百分比的原料制成：中药提取物10％，透明质酸0.02％，瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵3％，甘油3％，防腐剂0.02％，余量为去离子水。
上述护肤化妆品组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将中药提取物、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵在70℃下均匀混合10min，之后在70℃下置放25min，形成混合液；
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合液加热至80℃，并加入甘油、透明质酸和去离子水进行搅拌，搅拌10min；
(3)降温至45℃后，加入防腐剂，搅拌均匀后即得到。
实施例2
本实施例所述具有美白功效的中药组合物，由以下重量的原料制成：佛手20份、蜂胶12份、肉豆蔻4份、连翘8份、余甘子4份、山药4份。
上述中药组合物的制备提取物方法如下：将上述重量份配比的原料分别加入10倍体积的75％乙醇，55℃回流提取三次，提取时间分别为2.0h、1.5h、1.5h，过滤，合并3次滤液，回收乙醇并浓缩后将各浓缩液混合均匀，干燥，即得活性提取物。

上述中药组合物的制备提取物方法如下：将上述重量份配比的原料分别加入9倍体积的75％乙醇，55℃回流提取三次，提取时间分别为2.0h、1.5h、1.5h，过滤，合并3次滤液，回收乙醇并浓缩后将各浓缩液混合均匀，干燥，即得活性提取物。

试验例1抑制酪氨酸酶活性测试
(一)材料
1.溶液配制
(1)PBS溶液(pH＝6.8，0.1mol/L)：①17.91g十二水磷酸氢二钠溶于去离子水中，用去离子水定容至500ml。②7.8g二水磷酸二氢钠溶于去离子水中，用去离子水定容至500ml。③分别取92.6ml①和107.4ml②配制成200ml pH＝6.8的磷酸缓冲溶液。
(2)L-酪氨酸溶液：0.05g L-酪氨酸溶于35ml 0.1mol/L的HCl中，用pH6.8的PBS(0.1mol/L)缓冲液定容至100mL。
(3)酪氨酸酶：酶活为100U/ml。
2.试样配制
将实施例1的中药组合物提取液用去离子水稀释，配成浓度为0.05％、0.1％、0.2％、0.4％、0.8％的样品溶液，进行下面试验。
(二)试验方法
1.按照表1加样，不加酪氨酸酶。
表1酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验配制表
2.将溶液置于37℃水浴中恒温10min。
3.加入酪氨酸酶，将溶液置于37℃水浴中恒温10min后，于475nm下测量其吸光度值，并与熊果苷进行比较。
酪氨酸酶活性抑制率按照式(1)计算：
酪氨酸酶活性抑制率＝(空白吸光度值-样品吸光度值)/空白吸光度值×100(1)
(三)实验结果
实验结果见附图1。实施例1中药组合物提取物，在浓度在0.05％就显示有酪氨酸酶抑制活性，对酪氨酸酶活性抑制率为44％；当浓度达到0.2％时，对酪氨酸酶活性抑制率达到90％以上。
临床试验例
临床对240例女性志愿者进行试验，年龄分布范围为16-50岁，分为6组，分别使用上述制得的护肤化妆品，抹于颈部和脸部，轻轻按摩至吸收即可，每人每天早晚各一次，根据治疗效果，使用2月并进行观察，并按下述疗效标准确定使用效果。
痊愈：患者皮肤肤色不匀、暗黄现象完全消失。
有效：患者皮肤肤色不匀，暗黄现象有所缓解。
无效：患者使用前后症状无改善。
经临床使用，上述实施例1-4制备的具有美白功效的中药组合物的160例试验例中，有效例为136例，占比85％，痊愈例为112例，占比70％。
而上述对比例1-2制备的具有美白功效的中药组合物的80例试验例中，有效例为48例，占比仅为60％，痊愈例为24例，占比仅为30％。无患者出现皮肤不适及其他副作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有美白功效的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物由下列重量份配比的原料药制成：佛手5～25份、蜂胶3～28份、肉豆蔻1～18份、连翘2～15份、余甘子1～10份、山药1～8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有美白功效的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物由下列重量份配比的原料药制成：佛手5～20份、蜂胶5～20份、肉豆蔻1～15份、连翘2～14份、余甘子1～8份、山药1～6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有美白功效的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物由下列重量配比的原料制成：佛手8～18份、蜂胶7～18份、肉豆蔻1～10份、连翘4～12份、余甘子3～8份、山药1～5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有美白功效的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物由下列重量配比的原料制成：佛手12份、蜂胶15份、肉豆蔻9份、连翘9份、余甘子6份、山药3份。
5.一种具有美白功效的中药提取物，其特征在于，所述提取物由权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物经中药学常规提取方法提取得到。
6.权利要求5所述的中药提取物在制备护肤化妆品中的应用。
7.一种权利要求1所述的中药组合物的制备提取物方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
(1)按照权利要求1-4任一项的配比称取各原料药；
(2)将所述原料药分别加入8～10倍体积的75％乙醇，55℃回流提取三次，提取时间分别为2.0h、1.5h、1.5h，过滤，合并3次滤液；
(3)将所述滤液回收乙醇并浓缩，然后将各原料药的浓缩液混合均匀，干燥，得到活性提取物。
8.一种具有美白功效的护肤化妆品组合物，其特征在于，所述护肤化妆品组合物由下述质量百分比的原料制成：
所述中药提取物为权利要求5所述提取物或权利要求7制备的中药提取物。
9.一种制备权利要求8所述护肤化妆品组合物的方法，其特征在于，所述具体步骤如下：
(1)将中药提取物、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵在65-75℃下均匀混合5-15min，之后在65-75℃下置放20-30min，形成混合液；
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合液加热至75-85℃，并加入甘油、透明质酸和去离子水进行搅拌，搅拌10-12min；
(3)降温至45-50℃后，加入防腐剂，搅拌均匀后即得到。
10.一种具有美白功效的爽肤水，其特征在于，所述爽肤水由权利要求8所述的原料经过权利要求9所述方法制备得到的。
