技术领域
本发明属于食品饮品包装容器领域,特别是涉及一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒。
背景技术
在日常生活中,现有的方便食品琳琅满目,种类繁多,给许多习惯快节奏生活和工作以及旅途中的人们带来了方便快捷;但是这些方便食品一般都不带有自动加热装置,而大部分食品均在加热的状态下风味更佳;并且,有许多肠胃不好的人们遇到冷天不能食用低于体温的食品,因此对长期食用这些不带有自动加热装置的方便食品,会直接影响人们的身体健康。尤其是对于一些特殊人群如军队野营拉练,边防哨所,民警执行任务,抗洪抢险,野外勘探考察,长途行驶,外出旅游,自驾游者等户外人员来讲,在无电源、火源、无明火、无炊事用具、严禁烟火的情况下要想对食品、物品高温加热或者是满足消毒需求是非常困难的。因此人们迫切需要一种可以随时对食品、饮品进行加热的包装盒。
具有自加热或自制冷的食品、饮品包装盒其工作原理为:使用带有隔层的容器,在隔层两侧的两个腔室内盛装不同的反应试剂,在一定条件下破坏隔层使两种反应试剂相遇并反应,从而达到制冷或加热的目的。这种容器无需外部能源,具有很强的便携性。
申请公布号CN 105217162 A(申请号 201410264829.2)的中国发明专利文献公开了一种便携式自加热包装盒,包括盒底、盒盖和4 个侧邦,按照普通六面体展开结构排列,盒盖、4 个侧邦和盒底外侧包覆弹性外层,由弹性外层固定连接,盒底盛装碱石灰与水,不用时可展开折叠收纳,使用时拼接组装成盒体。授权公告号CN 204750999 U(申请号201520347261.0)的中国专利文献公开了一种自加热食品包装盒,包括盒体和盒盖,盒体的底部设置水盒和操作盒,水盒内设置加热包,加热包外层防水,水盒内置水,水盒侧部设置针头,针头的另一端位于操作盒内,针头上设置拨动片,操作盒底部为下密封层。申请公布号 CN 103496512 A(申请号 201310444038.3)的中国发明专利文献公开了一种自加热食品包装罐,包括:包装罐体和包装罐盖,所述包装罐盖配合设置在包装盖体上,所述包装罐体内设置有内罐体,所述内罐体外部设置有加热内槽,所述加热内槽上方设置有容置框,所述容置框底部设置有滑板,所述滑板一端伸出包装罐体。
上述专利文献提供的自加热包装盒或食品包装罐由于其结构和外部封装的设计,大部分此类产品使用不方便,未能在市场上的得到普遍接受;另外现有装置的加热或制冷效果仍需进一步优化。
发明内容
为解决上述装置所存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒,一方面该包装盒密封性能优良,具有一定的耐压、耐腐蚀性,制冷或加热效果显著,使用安全方便,实用性强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒,包括盒体、内盒容器、药粉盒、底座和启动装置;所述盒体上部设有盒封盖;所述盒体内部设有空腔;所述内盒容器和药粉盒分别位于空腔的上下部分;所述内盒容器与药粉盒的周围装有液体反应物;所述药粉盒内装有固体反应物;所述药粉盒的封口为带有断痕线的软质金属板;所述底座上设有限位槽;所述启动装置位于限位槽之间;所述启动装置包括拉环和受力枪;所述受力枪与限位槽之间设有密封装置;所述受力枪与药粉盒封口通过卡扣连接。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述盒体上方设有伞状盒肩,以便于液体汇流。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述盒肩上方安装有饮口,所述饮口的密封方式可以是旋盖密封,也可以是锡纸密封。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述盒体两侧设有半圆形固定槽,可以增加手握持的摩擦力。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述内盒容器的上沿镶嵌于空腔开口处,呈无缝连接。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述包装盒的容积为500-600mL,所述内盒容器的容积为360-400mL。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述包装盒的容积为550mL,所述内盒容器的容积为380mL。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述药粉盒与盒体通过支座连接,所述支座上设有多个液流孔,便于进行热量交换。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述内盒容器的底部与药粉盒的顶部接触面上设有温度传感装置,所述温度传感装置可以是导热硅胶垫、导热石墨片或金属导热片。
上述食品饮品包装盒,优选的方案是,所述空腔周围设有弹性纤维制成的隔热保温膜。
本发明的技术优势在于:一是安全性强:一方面,内盒容器与空腔为无缝连接,确保食品或饮品与空腔内的反应物接触,确保食用安全;另一方面,限位槽的设计使得受力枪在初始状态下,刚好与药粉盒封口相接触,而无法进一步向里推进,避免了包装盒在运输或搬运过程中,可能会因外力挤压而触发反应的可能,提高了装置的安全性;二是隔热保温膜的设置,一方面当发生吸热或放热反应时,可以有效减少热量散失;另一方面其弹性纤维材质,可以有效避免内部压力对包装盒盒体的冲击,起到缓冲作用;三是本发明设计简单、易于操作,便于推广应用。

实施例1 一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒,结构如图1所示,包括盒体1、内盒容器7、药粉盒9、底座3和启动装置;所述盒体1上部设有盒封盖2;所述盒体1内部设有空腔8;所述内盒容器7和药粉盒9分别位于空腔8的上下部分;所述内盒容器7与药粉盒9的周围装有液体反应物17;所述内盒容器7用于盛装食品或饮品;所述药粉盒9内装有固体反应物16;所述药粉盒的封口11为带有断痕线的软质金属板;所述底座3上设有限位槽13;所述启动装置位于限位槽13之间;所述启动装置包括拉环12和受力枪10;所述受力枪10与限位槽13之间设有密封装置;所述受力枪10与药粉盒封口11通过卡扣连接;所述盒体1上方设有伞状盒肩5,以便于液体汇流;所述盒肩5上方安装有饮口4,所述饮口4的密封方式可以是旋盖密封,也可以是锡纸密封;所述盒体1两侧设有半圆形固定槽6,可以增加手握持的摩擦力;所述内盒容器7的上沿镶嵌于空腔8开口处,呈无缝连接;所述包装盒的容积为500mL,所述内盒容器7的容积为360mL;所述药粉盒9与盒体1通过支座14连接,所述支座14上设有多个液流孔,便于进行热量交换;所述内盒容器7的底部与药粉盒9的顶部接触面上设有温度传感装置15,所述温度传感装置15可以是导热硅胶垫、导热石墨片或金属导热片;所述空腔8周围设有弹性纤维制成的隔热保温膜。
使用时,用一定的力牵引拉环,拉环带动受力枪从限位槽的间隙向下移动,与受力枪相连的药粉盒封口处软质金属板在外力的作用下突破束缚,沿断痕线断开,释放药粉盒中的固体反应物,该固体反应物与液体反应物进行放热或吸热反应,使得整个包装盒的温度快速升高或迅速降低(其中发生放热反应的物质参照专利 CN201220007642.0;发生吸热反应的物质参照专利 CN201310575446.2);此时通过不断摇晃包装盒,一方面使得内盒容器周围的液体加快热量传递,进而对内盒容器中的食品或饮品进行加热或制冷;另一方面内盒容器底部的温度感应装置可以快速吸收周围的温度,从底部对食品或饮品传导热量,加快制冷或加热效果;当内盒容器中的食品或饮品达到可饮用的温度时,打开饮口,即可饮用。该包装盒密封性能优良,具有一定的耐压、耐腐蚀性,制冷或加热效果显著,使用安全,实用性强。
实施例2 一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒,结构仍可参照图1所示,与实施例1不同的是,所述包装盒的容积为600mL,所述内盒容器的容积为400mL。
实施例3 一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒,结构仍可参照图1所示,与实施例1不同的是,所述包装盒的容积为550mL,所述内盒容器的容积为380mL。

1.一种自制冷或自加热食品饮品包装盒,其特征在于,包括盒体、内盒容器、药粉盒、底座和启动装置;所述盒体上部设有盒封盖;所述盒体内部设有空腔;所述内盒容器和药粉盒分别位于空腔的上下部分;所述内盒容器与药粉盒的周围装有液体反应物;所述内盒容器用于盛装食品或饮品;所述药粉盒内装有固体反应物;所述药粉盒的封口为带有断痕线的软质金属板;所述底座上设有限位槽;所述启动装置位于限位槽之间;所述启动装置包括拉环和受力枪;所述受力枪与限位槽之间设有密封装置;所述受力枪与药粉盒封口通过卡扣连接,所述包装盒的容积为500-600mL,所述内盒容器的容积为360-400mL,所述药粉盒与盒体通过支座连接,所述支座上设有多个液流孔,便于进行热量交换,所述空腔周围设有弹性纤维制成的隔热保温膜。
