背景技术
随着科技的进步和石油化学工业的发展,日化洗涤用品行业迎来了飞速发展壮大的时期,而且物质生活水平的提高也使得人们对居家清洗制剂所带来的健康问题日益关注。如对于洗手液来说,随着人们生活节奏的加快,每天都在接触各类细菌真菌,可能引起不同程度的炎症,但是潜在的危险因素人们往往难以注意到,为了更好地保障日常生活,避免不必要麻烦,将可能引起的炎症扼杀在萌芽中,是极为必要的。在当今的市场中,洗手液已成为一种日常用品,但是现有的洗手液主要功能仍然停留在去污层面,虽然部分有消毒功效,但是护肤功能差,长时间使用会对手部肌肤带来伤害,洗后容易出现手部发粘、冲洗不干净,手干之后又容易导致手部发涩、手部粗糙易老化等问题,对人体存在不良影响。对于餐具洗涤剂来说,餐具洗涤剂是人们常用的生活用品,现有的餐具洗涤剂在经过多次改进后已具备了较强的去污能力,然而现有的餐具洗涤剂多采用化学成分,大多具有毒副作用,对人体存在不良影响,同时,洗涤剂残留量大,需要浪费大量的水资源才能去除残留。
随着人们对健康、天然、环保理念的加强,人们对洗手液、餐具洗涤剂等日化洗涤用品的要求不再只是简单的清洁去污消毒,还要求其具有护肤、毒副作用小、低泡以及无需添加其他消毒成分等优势。现有技术中已有诸多相关清洗剂的相关报道,例如中国专利文献CN102488645A公开的一种具有杀菌消炎功效的复方中药提取物、洗手液及制备方法。其中,具有杀菌消炎功效的复方中药提取物用于洗手液中,其由土荆皮、蛇床子、透骨草、猫人参、艾叶、苦参、苍术、珍珠母、牡蛎、及白矾组成。由该具有杀菌消炎功效的复方中药提取物、椰油酰胺EDA,DMDM乙内酰脲,月桂醇聚醚硫酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,香精,甘油,氯化钠,柠檬酸,色素,及去离子水组成中药杀菌消炎洗手液。该洗手液在清洁手上油污的同时,能对肌肤进行杀菌消炎,养血活血通络止疼,对手部极易出现的肌肤甲错,皮肤瘙痒、皮肤粗糙有积极地作用;产品泡沫细腻丰富、温和无毒、无刺激。
再如CN103333750A公开的一种中药餐具洗涤剂,由下列重量份数的组分组成:薄荷10-30份、冰片10-20份、灵香草10-30份、荆芥20-40份。通过对中药组合物的粉碎、熬煮、过滤获得中药药液,将药液与淀粉按一定比例加热混合均匀获得洗涤剂成品。本发明提供的中药餐具洗涤剂制作工艺简单、成本低廉,去污效果明显,无残留、无毒副作用,纯中药成分,对人体无伤害。
尽管人们已经意识到洗涤剂中中药材的添加可以有效促进或改善洗涤效果,但中药材的种类繁多,在不同洗涤配方中何种中药材组分具有最优异性能表现出不可预期性。由此可见,欲研制高效的中药洗涤配方十分困难,需要科学的理论指导和大量的实验探究。因此,本发明提出了一种洗涤组合物及其制备方法与应用,满足了人们的生活需求,具有广泛的工业化应用前景。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种洗涤组合物,所述洗涤组合物的原料包括:烷基多苷2-60重量份、丙二醇1-35重量份、烷基甜菜碱1-30重量份、月桂醇硫酸钠1-20重量份、中药提取物1-30重量份、食醋1-30重量份、食盐1-20重量份、水1-90重量份、食用香精0.1-3重量份和增稠剂0.1-10重量份。;
其中所述中药提取物包括菊花提取物、苦参提取物、金银花提取物和薄荷提取物。
所述的洗涤组合物,所述洗涤组合物的原料包括:烷基多苷30重量份、丙二醇10重量份、烷基甜菜碱20重量份、月桂醇硫酸钠10重量份、中药提取物10重量份、食醋30重量份、食盐5重量份、水50重量份、食用香精0.3重量份和增稠剂2重量份;或

按选定的重量份数分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合均匀,加热至20-80℃,然后搅拌10-90分钟,随后加入按选定的重量份数称取的食用香精和增稠剂,再次搅拌1-10分钟后静置,老化10-300分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物。
所述的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

烷基多苷也叫烷基糖苷,简称APG,是由可再生资源天然脂肪醇和葡萄糖合成的,是一种性能较全面的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,具有高表面活性、良好的生态安全性和相溶性,是国际公认的首选“绿色”功能性表面活性剂;

下述实施例中,所述食醋含食用醋酸3-99.9wt%。所述烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、食醋、食盐、食用香精和增稠剂(瓜尔胶)均为市售产品;所述菊花提取物、苦参提取物、金银花提取物、薄荷提取物可以为市售产品,或通过常规提取方法获得。如:所述金银花提取物是将精选的金银花药材除去杂质,粉碎,水提或醇提,浓缩液用活性炭脱色后浓缩成相对密度为1.10-1.30的浸膏;所述菊花提取物是将精选的菊花药材除去杂质,粉碎,水提或醇提,浓缩液用活性炭脱色后浓缩成相对密度为1.10-1.30的浸膏;所述薄荷提取物是将精选的薄荷药材除去杂质,粉碎,水提或醇提,浓缩液用活性炭脱色后浓缩成相对密度为1.10-1.30的浸膏;所述苦参提取物是将精选的苦参药材除去杂质,粉碎,水提或醇提,浓缩液用活性炭脱色后浓缩成相对密度为1.10-1.30的浸膏。采用水提方法制备提取物的具体步骤如下:称取菊花、苦参、金银花或薄荷,过筛祛除渣尘,清水洗净,将洗净的中药装入网状桶内,置于不锈钢加热罐中,加入按中药总重量的3-15倍的净水,先浸泡30-60分钟,然后加热煎煮20-120分钟后,去渣,冷却、过滤,得菊花、苦参、金银花或薄荷提取物。

实施例13粉剂
[配方]烷基多苷30kg、丙二醇5kg、烷基甜菜碱5kg、月桂醇硫酸钠8kg、中药提取物20kg、食醋5kg、食盐3kg、食用香精0.2kg、瓜尔胶2kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物10kg,苦参提取物4kg,金银花提取物2kg和薄荷提取物4kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、中药提取物,混合,加热至60℃,然后搅拌30分钟,随后加入按配方称取的食用香精和瓜尔胶,再次搅拌8分钟后静置,随后老化30分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,按照常规工艺制成粉剂。
实施例14乳剂
[配方]烷基多苷25kg,丙二醇3kg,烷基甜菜碱15kg,月桂醇硫酸钠10kg,中药提取物15kg,食醋20kg,食盐8kg,水50kg,食用香精0.3kg,瓜尔胶1.5kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物2kg,苦参提取物3kg,金银花提取物4kg和薄荷提取物6kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、中药提取物,混合,加热至40℃,然后搅拌40分钟,随后加入按配方称取的食用香精和瓜尔胶,再次搅拌2分钟后静置,随后老化300分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,按照常规工艺制成乳剂。
实施例15舒肤洗手液
[配方]烷基多苷60kg,丙二醇1kg,烷基甜菜碱30kg,月桂醇硫酸钠1kg,中药提取物30kg,食醋1kg,食盐20kg,水1kg,瓜尔胶10kg,食用香精0.1kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物10kg,苦参提取物6kg,金银花提取物8kg和薄荷提取物6kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至80℃,然后搅拌10分钟,随后加入按配方称取的香精和增稠剂瓜尔胶,再次搅拌10分钟后静置,随后老化10分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,灌装,即得。
实施例16餐具洗涤剂
[配方]烷基多苷2kg,丙二醇35kg,烷基甜菜碱1kg,月桂醇硫酸钠20kg,中药提取物1kg,食醋30kg,食盐1kg,水90kg,瓜尔胶0.1kg,食用香精3kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物0.25kg,苦参提取物0.25kg,金银花提取物0.25kg和薄荷提取物0.25kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至80℃,然后搅拌10分钟,随后加入按配方称取的香精和增稠剂瓜尔胶,再次搅拌10分钟后静置,随后老化10分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,灌装,即得。
实施例17餐具果蔬洗洁剂
[配方]烷基多苷30kg,丙二醇10kg,烷基甜菜碱20kg,月桂醇硫酸钠10kg,中药提取物10kg,食醋30kg,食盐5kg,水50kg,瓜尔胶2kg,食用香精0.3kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物1.5kg,苦参提取物3.5kg,金银花提取物0.5kg和薄荷提取物4.5kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至30℃,然后搅拌80分钟,随后加入按配方称取的食用香精和瓜尔胶,再次搅拌1分钟后静置,随后老化180分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,灌装,即得。
实施例18洗发香波
[配方]烷基多苷20kg,丙二醇15kg,烷基甜菜碱10kg,月桂醇硫酸钠10kg,中药提取物20kg,食醋25kg,食盐5kg,水60kg,瓜尔胶0.1kg,食用香精0.2kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物10kg,苦参提取物4kg,金银花提取物2kg和薄荷提取物4kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至60℃,然后搅拌30分钟,随后加入按配方称取的食用香精和瓜尔胶,再次搅拌10分钟后静置,随后老化200分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,灌装,即得。
实施例19沐浴露
[配方]烷基多苷25kg,丙二醇3kg,烷基甜菜碱15kg,月桂醇硫酸钠10kg,中药提取物15kg,食醋20kg,食盐8kg,水50kg,瓜尔胶0.8kg,食用香精0.3kg;其中所述中药提取物组成为:菊花提取物5kg,苦参提取物2kg,金银花提取物4kg和薄荷提取物4kg。
[制备方法]按配方分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至45℃,然后搅拌55分钟,随后按配方称取的食用香精和瓜尔胶,再次搅拌5分钟后静置,随后老化105分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物,灌装,即得。
实验例
以实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗洁剂为试验样品,对本发明所述的洗涤组合物进行效果评估,具体如下:
杀菌效果试验
采用金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、大肠杆菌8099、龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种ATCC93326、白色念珠菌ATCC10231等菌种制备菌悬液,按中华人民共和国卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行杀菌试验操作。试验结果表明,实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗洁剂的原液在1分钟内对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、龟分枝杆、菌脓肿亚种、白色念珠菌等的杀灭率在99%以上。悬液定量杀灭对数值均≥8.00;载体定量杀灭对数值均≥5.00,说明该实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗涤剂完全符合消毒杀菌的要求。
毒理性试验
选择体重20-25g的健康小白鼠,雌雄各半,在24h内分成2次-3次给予总剂量为10g/kg的洗涤剂原液,采用灌胃法,分别将实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬用注射器插入到白鼠胃内注入。连续观察七天,小白鼠无一死亡,并未见异常症状。试验结果表明,实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗洁剂原液对雌雄小白鼠的LD50均大于10g/kg,属实际无毒级。
皮肤刺激试验
选择6只2kg左右皮肤完好的健康白兔,用脱毛剂将家兔背部脊柱两侧的毛去掉,不得损伤皮肤。去毛范围,左、右各约3cmx3cm。用棉签沾取实施例1制备的洗手液原液抹于3只家兔一侧的去毛完整皮肤上,4h后用温水洗去残留洗手液,同样的,实施例2制备的餐具果蔬洗洁剂原液抹于另外3只家兔一侧的去毛完整皮肤上,4h后用温水洗去残留餐具果蔬洗洁剂。家兔另一侧去毛皮肤作为空白对照,每天涂抹一次,连续涂抹14d。在每次涂抹后24h观察结果。试验显示,6只家兔背部皮肤无一产生红肿、发炎、溃烂等现象。证明该实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗洁剂原液对皮肤无刺激性。
消毒效果
随机抽取20名医护人员,分为两组,每组十名,分别使用实施例1和实施例2制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗涤剂进行消毒试验,试验结果,使用本发明的实施例1制备的洗手液后的手上检出存活菌数为9cfu/cm2,使用本发明的实施例2制备的餐具果蔬洗涤剂后的手上检出存活菌数为10cfu/cm2。消毒效果明显。
去污力测试:
人工污垢的制备
混合油配方:以牛油、猪油、植物油质量比为0.5:0.5:1配制,并加入其总质量5%的单硬脂酸甘油酯,此即为人工污垢。
将人工污垢置电炉上加热至180℃,搅拌保持此温度10min,将烧杯移至电磁搅拌器搅拌,自然冷却至所需温度备用。涂污温度推荐参考:当室温为20℃时,需油温80℃;室温为25℃时,需油温45℃;当室温低于17℃或高于27℃时,试验不宜进行,需要在空调间进行。必要时应使用附冷冻装置的立式去污机。
污片的制备
将载玻片上沿画出10mm线,以示涂污限制在此线以下;将载玻片下沿画出5mm线,以示擦拭多余油污限制在此线以下。
新购载玻片需要在洗涤剂溶液中煮沸15min后,清水洗涤至不挂水珠再置酸性洗液中浸泡1h后,清水漂洗及蒸馏水冲洗,置干燥箱干燥后备用。
涂污
将洁净的载玻片以四片为一组置称量架上,用分析天平精确称重(准确至1mg)为m0,将称重后的载玻片逐一夹于晾片架上,夹子应夹在载玻片上沿线以上,将晾片架置搪盘内准备涂污。
待油污保持在确定的温度时,逐一将载玻片连同夹子从晾片架上取下,手持夹子将载玻片浸入油污中至10mm上沿线以下(1-2)s,缓缓取出,待油污下滴速度变慢后,挂回原来晾片架上依次制备污片。油污凝固后,将污片取下用滤纸或脱脂棉将污片下沿5mm内底边及两侧多余的油污擦掉,再用镊子夹沾有石油醚的脱脂棉擦拭干净。室温下晾置4h后,在称量架上用分析天平精确称量为m1。此时每组污片上污量应保证(0.5±0.05)g。
试验方法
将已知涂污量的载玻片插入对应的洗涤架内准备洗涤。
将去污机接通电源,洗涤温度设置为30℃,回转速度设置为160r/min,洗涤时间设置为3min。
称取5.00g待测试样于2500mL硬水中,摇匀后,分别量取800mL试液于立式去污机的三个洗涤桶中,待试液温度升至30℃时,迅速将已知重量的污片连同洗涤架对应地放入洗涤桶内,当最后一只洗涤架放入洗涤桶后开始计浸泡时间,同时迅速将搅拌器装好,浸泡1min时,启动去污机,开始洗涤,3min时,机器自动停机,迅速将搅拌器取下,取出洗涤架,将洗后污片逐一夹挂在原来的晾片架上,挂晾3h后将污片置相应称量架称量为m2。
结果表示去油率ω=(m1m2)/(m1m0)
式中:m0——涂污前载玻片质量,g;m1——涂污后载玻片质量,g;m2——洗涤后污片的质量,g。
试验结果表明,实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗涤剂原液各自的去油率为48%和51%。
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2分别制备的洗手液和餐具果蔬洗涤剂杀菌消毒效果好,无毒,不刺激皮肤,去油率高,综上本发明所述的洗涤组合物具有超强除油、去污低泡易洗、瞬间除臭、除腥除异味功能特异、强力灭菌无毒无异味无酒精无防腐剂以及高质护肤不伤手质感舒适的优点。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (9)
1.一种洗涤组合物,其特征在于,所述洗涤组合物的原料包括:烷基多苷2-60重量份、丙二醇1-35重量份、烷基甜菜碱1-30重量份、月桂醇硫酸钠1-20重量份、中药提取物1-30重量份、食醋1-30重量份、食盐1-20重量份、水1-90重量份、食用香精0.1-3重量份和增稠剂0.1-10重量份;
其中所述中药提取物包括菊花提取物、苦参提取物、金银花提取物和薄荷提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤组合物,其特征在于,所述洗涤组合物的原料包括:烷基多苷30重量份、丙二醇10重量份、烷基甜菜碱20重量份、月桂醇硫酸钠10重量份、中药提取物10重量份、食醋30重量份、食盐5重量份、水50重量份、食用香精0.3重量份和增稠剂2重量份;或
烷基多苷20重量份、丙二醇15重量份、烷基甜菜碱10重量份、月桂醇硫酸钠10重量份、中药提取物20重量份、食醋25重量份、食盐5重量份、水60重量份、食用香精0.2重量份和增稠剂0.1重量份;或
烷基多苷25重量份、丙二醇3重量份、烷基甜菜碱15重量份、月桂醇硫酸钠10重量份、中药提取物15重量份、食醋20重量份、食盐8重量份、水50重量份、食用香精0.3重量份、增稠剂0.8重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗涤组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为瓜尔胶。
4.由权利要求1-3任一项所述的的洗涤组合物添加常规辅料,制成洗涤用品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤用品,其特征在于,所述洗涤用品包括洗涤剂、肥皂、粉剂或乳剂。
6.一种制备权利要求1-3任一项所述的的洗涤组合物的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按选定的重量份数分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至20-80℃,然后搅拌10-90分钟,随后加入按选定的重量份数称取的香精和增稠剂,再次搅拌1-10分钟后静置,随后老化10-300分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按选定的重量份数分别称取水、食醋、食盐、烷基多苷、丙二醇、烷基甜菜碱、月桂醇硫酸钠、金银花提取物、菊花提取物、苦参提取物和薄荷提取物,混合,加热至30-60℃,然后搅拌30-80分钟,随后加入按选定的重量份数称取的食用香精和增稠剂,再次搅拌1-10分钟后静置,随后老化30-180分钟,待所得液体表面泡沫消失即为所述的的洗涤组合物。
8.权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗涤组合物在制备日化洗涤用品中的用途。
9.权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗涤组合物用于肢体、发用、面用、餐具、果蔬、厨房、卫生间、金属、交通工具或织物洗涤的用途。
