本发明公开一种加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,包括隔热层和镭射防伪层,所述隔热层由原纸层和铝箔层组成,所述镭射防伪层贴合在所述原纸层的正面,所述铝箔层贴合在所述原纸层的背面,所述铝箔层与烟支的燃烧层直接接触,所述原纸层的燃烧速度低于烟支的燃烧层的燃烧速度。本发明在加热非燃烧型烟草的燃烧层外部设置外包装层,该外包装层的铝箔层与燃烧层直接接触,并且原纸层的燃烧速度低于燃烧层的燃烧速度,在烟支抽吸过程中,燃烧层产生的热量由铝箔层隔离反射,对烟支进行加热,减少热量的损失;同时在原纸层上贴附防伪镭射层,不仅提高烟支的外观,还可以起到防伪的功能。

技术领域
本发明属于烟草包装领域,具体是一种加热非燃烧型烟草包装纸。
背景技术
近年来,随着国际控烟运动的脚步愈发加快,各国政府对吸烟尤其是在公共场所吸烟的限制愈加严格。在一背景下,以低温卷烟(加热非燃烧)、无烟气烟草制品、电子烟等为代表的新型烟草制品受到国内外广大烟草消费者的青睐,菲莫国际、英美烟草、日本烟草等跨国烟草公司也从战略高度积极研发推广新型烟草制品,我国也在积极开展新型烟草制品研发工作,目前新型烟草制品的设计研发成为国内外烟草行业一个新的研究热点课题。
作为新型烟草制品一种的加热非燃烧型卷烟,其主要特点是不燃烧烟草,仅有少量的二手烟气,从而得到国际各大烟草公司的关注。目前加热非燃烧型卷烟产品主要有两部分构成:烟支和加热装置,其中烟支与普通卷烟基本无差异,其符合加热非燃烧型卷烟的特点,而加热则有多种实现方式,如:碳加热、反应热加热、红外加热、电阻丝加热等多种方式,但这些加热方式通常需要一定的装置才能实现,给消费者带来诸多不便。
为了解决上述问题,目前也有一种改进的加热非燃烧型的烟草,与普通卷烟外观没有差异,同样需要卷烟纸、卷烟滤嘴和卷烟烟丝等材料,在抽吸时,通过燃烧层(即传统的卷烟纸)燃烧产生的热量,隔着导热层(铝箔层)加热烟丝,从而实现低温非燃烧的新型烟草制品。在一定程度上解决了原需要加热装置加热烟丝的种种缺陷,并且市场接受度也较高。但该类型的烟草制品还是存在一定的不足,由于烟丝本身需要借助于卷烟纸的燃烧产生的热量进行加热,传统的卷烟纸燃烧较快,产热量有限,导致烟丝不能被充分加热,而选择燃烧时间长的材料制备卷烟纸,又会导致卷烟纸燃烧产生的烟雾较多,不仅影响烟草本身的口感,大量的不完全燃烧产生的固体小颗粒被人吸入后,还会导致健康问题,并且产生的烟雾较多也偏离了加热非燃烧型的烟草本身的生产要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有防伪功能并保证烟丝加热充分的加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装纸;
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述外包装纸的生产工艺。
技术方案:本发明所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,包括隔热层和镭射防伪层,所述隔热层由原纸层和铝箔层组成,所述镭射防伪层贴合在所述原纸层的正面,所述铝箔层贴合在所述原纸层的背面,所述铝箔层与烟支的燃烧层直接接触,所述原纸层的燃烧速度低于烟支的燃烧层的燃烧速度。

优选地,所述燃烧填料为碳粉和碳酸钙的混合物,碳粉和碳酸钙的质量比为10:1~20:1。
一种所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水性哑光镭射转移涂料在涂布速度为20~30m/min的条件下涂布于PET薄膜上,然后置于烘箱内,在160~185℃下烘干,烘干车速为30~40m/min;
(2)采用模压机对涂布水性哑光镭射转移涂料的PET薄膜进行模压,得到哑光镭射膜;
(3)通过复合胶或机械挤压将原纸层和铝箔层复合,并在原纸层的正面均匀涂布胶层;
(5)将哑光镭射膜贴附于原纸层的涂胶面,并再热压辊下进行热压复合,热压温度为130~180℃,压力为0.6~0.7MPa,辊速为20~25m/min,冷却后去除PET薄膜,得到所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述胶层为水性聚氨酯胶层或丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯胶层或魔芋粉-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇共混胶层或丙烯酸胶层。
有益效果:本发明在加热非燃烧型烟草的燃烧层外部设置外包装层,该外包装层的铝箔层与燃烧层直接接触,并且原纸层的燃烧速度低于燃烧层的燃烧速度,在烟支抽吸过程中,燃烧层产生的热量由铝箔层隔离反射,对烟支进行加热,减少热量的损失;同时在原纸层上贴附防伪镭射层,不仅提高烟支的外观,还可以起到防伪的功能。

实施例1:一种加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,包括隔热层和镭射防伪层,所述隔热层由原纸层和铝箔层组成,所述镭射防伪层贴合在所述原纸层的正面,所述铝箔层贴合在所述原纸层的背面,所述铝箔层与烟支的燃烧层直接接触,所述原纸层的燃烧速度低于烟支的燃烧层的燃烧速度;

(5)将哑光镭射膜贴附于原纸层的涂胶面,并再热压辊下进行热压复合,热压温度为180℃,压力为0.7MPa,辊速为25m/min,冷却后去除PET薄膜,得到所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层。
实施例3:一种加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,包括隔热层和镭射防伪层,所述隔热层由原纸层和铝箔层组成,所述镭射防伪层贴合在所述原纸层的正面,所述铝箔层贴合在所述原纸层的背面,所述铝箔层与烟支的燃烧层直接接触,所述原纸层的燃烧速度低于烟支的燃烧层的燃烧速度;

(3)通过复合胶或机械挤压将原纸层和铝箔层复合,并在原纸层的正面均匀涂布胶层,所述胶层为水性聚氨酯胶层或丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯胶层或魔芋粉-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇共混胶层或丙烯酸胶层;
(5)将哑光镭射膜贴附于原纸层的涂胶面,并再热压辊下进行热压复合,热压温度为150℃,压力为0.7MPa,辊速为20m/min,冷却后去除PET薄膜,得到所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层。

1.一种加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,其特征在于,包括隔热层和镭射防伪层,所述隔热层由原纸层和铝箔层组成,所述镭射防伪层贴合在所述原纸层的正面,所述铝箔层贴合在所述原纸层的背面,所述铝箔层与烟支的燃烧层直接接触,所述原纸层的燃烧速度低于烟支的燃烧层的燃烧速度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,其特征在于,所述原纸层含有如下组分:
植物纤维30~40份;
玉米粉4~6份;
马铃薯粉4~6份;
谷皮粉8~10份;
甲基纤维素1~3份;
醚化剂3~5份;
燃烧填料30~60份;
氯酸钾5~10份,
各组分以重量份计。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,其特征在于,所述植物纤维由废竹屑、废棉、玉米秆、稻草、麦秆、棉花秆、花生秆、薯渣、豆腐渣其中一种或几种混合而成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层,其特征在于,所述燃烧填料为碳粉和碳酸钙的混合物,碳粉和碳酸钙的质量比为10:1~20:1。
5.一种权利要求1所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水性哑光镭射转移涂料在涂布速度为20~30m/min的条件下涂布于PET薄膜上,然后置于烘箱内,在160~185℃下烘干,烘干车速为30~40m/min;
(2)采用模压机对涂布水性哑光镭射转移涂料的PET薄膜进行模压,得到哑光镭射膜;
(3)通过复合胶或机械挤压将原纸层和铝箔层复合,并在原纸层的正面均匀涂布胶层;
(5)将哑光镭射膜贴附于原纸层的涂胶面,并再热压辊下进行热压复合,热压温度为130~180℃,压力为0.6~0.7MPa,辊速为20~25m/min,冷却后去除PET薄膜,得到所述加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的加热非燃烧型烟草的外包装层的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述胶层为水性聚氨酯胶层或丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯胶层或魔芋粉-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇共混胶层或丙烯酸胶层。
