Abstract
本发明提供一种含有荷花活性成分的护肤水及其制备方法,护肤水的组分包括荷叶碱、荷花花粉、甘油、1,3‑丁二醇、卡波姆、壬二酸衍生物、维生素E、中和剂、北美金缕梅提取物、透明质酸钠、苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、香精、去离子水。使用本发明护肤水后,皮肤的吸收性、保湿性、柔软性、光滑感、弹性都优于使用传统护肤水,护肤效果良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品领域,特别是涉及一种含有荷花活性成分的护肤水及其制备方法。
背景技术
荷花又叫莲花,为睡莲科莲属的多年生宿根水生植物,莲多年生长在水中,为草本植物,根茎最初细小如手指,具横走根状茎,即我们日常吃的莲藕。叶圆形,高出水面,有长叶柄,具刺,成盾状生长。花单生在花梗顶端,直径10~20厘米;萼片早落;花瓣多数为红色、粉红色或白色;多数为雄蕊;莲心皮多,离生,嵌生在海绵质的花托穴内。其坚果呈椭圆形或卵形,俗称莲子。
莲全身是宝,藕、叶、叶柄、莲蕊、莲房(花托)可以入药,能清热止血;莲心(种子的胚)有清心火、强心降压功效;莲子(坚果)有补脾止泻、养心益肾功效。莲藕可作蔬菜食用或提取淀粉(藕粉)。莲原指其果实,俗称莲蓬;花、果实都泛称为莲,其地下茎的肥大部分称藕。
荷花性温味苦甘,能活血化瘀,解暑,去热毒,可用于治疗跌打损伤,荷花还具有祛风化湿的功效,可用于治疗湿疮疥癣,使用时取荷花揉碎,贴于红肿患处显效。据《本草纲目》载:荷花能镇心益气,取荷花与糯米煮粥,则益气驻颜轻身。陶弘景云:“莲花镇心益色,驻颜轻身。”
现有的护肤水在使用后皮肤的保湿性、柔软性、光滑感、弹性等方面都较差,并且油腻感较强,护肤效果欠佳,现有技术中还没有将荷花的活性成分应用到护肤水中,更没有相应的生产方法。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,用于解决现有技术中护肤水的护肤效果欠佳,使用现有的护肤水后皮肤的保湿性、柔软性、光滑感、弹性等方面都较差,并且油腻感较强等问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明第一方面提供一种含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,包括如下重量份的组分:
荷叶碱0.01-5份、荷花花粉0.01-10份、甘油0.5-10份、1,3-丁二醇0.5-10份、卡波姆0.05-0.5份、壬二酸氨基酸钾盐0.1-4份、维生素E 0.05-1份、中和剂0.05-0.5份、北美金缕梅提取物0.1-10份、透明质酸钠0.01-1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.01-0.2份、双咪唑烷基脲0.01-0.3份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.01-1份、香精0.01-0.5份、去离子水60-90份。
进一步地,包括如下重量份的组分:
荷叶碱0.5-4份、荷花花粉1-8份、甘油1-5份、1,3-丁二醇2-8份、卡波姆0.1-0.5份、壬二酸氨基酸钾盐0.5-3份、维生素E 0.1-0.6份、中和剂0.1-0.3份、北美金缕梅提取物2-8份、透明质酸钠0.1-0.6份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1-0.2份、双咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.06-0.6份、香精0.02-0.3份、去离子水65-85份。
进一步地,所述透明质酸钠的分子量为50万至100万。
进一步地,所述乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油上环氧乙烷的加成数在20以上。
进一步地,所述中和剂为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种组合。
更优选地,所述中和剂为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠中的一种或两种组合。
进一步地,所述香精为日用香精。
本发明第二方面提供上述护肤水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用中和剂将卡波姆溶液的pH调节为6.0-6.5,中和剂溶解完全后,卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸氨基酸钾盐,充分搅拌混匀,加热,保温15min以上,再降温,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,制得成品。由于维生素E、香精属于油相,如果不预先将两者与乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油混合,而是直接加入到步骤1)中的降温备用液中,会产生浑浊现象,因此,预先将乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油与维生素E、香精混合,起到增溶作用,避免产生浑浊现象,促进各组分的溶解。
进一步地,所述步骤1)中加热至80-85℃。
进一步地,所述步骤1)中降温至35-40℃。
如上所述,本发明的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水及其制备方法,具有以下有益效果:
荷叶碱是荷叶中含有的一种阿朴啡型生物碱,为荷叶中的主要降脂活性成分;荷叶碱以晒干粉碎的荷叶为原料,采用纤维素酶预处理、稀盐酸浸提、超声波辅助提取、氯仿萃取一系列方法提取而成,其纯度为98%(即质量分数)。荷叶碱在本发明配方中为活性调理剂。
荷花花粉是蜜蜂采集荷花之精华,具体为蜜蜂采集荷花的花粉,再经蜜蜂加工而成的花粉团状物。其主要食疗成分是:蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、活性酶、黄酮类化合物、脂类、核酸、芸苔素、植酸等。其中氨基酸含量及比例是最接近联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐的氨基酸模式,这在天然食品中极其少见。荷花花粉富含蛋白质、氨基酸,其含量超过鸡蛋、牛奶的5-7倍,在营养学上被称为“浓缩营养库”。花粉中的不饱和脂肪酸有几种是人体不能合成的必需脂肪酸。同时也是一种天然维生素的浓缩物,含量很高,B族维生素丰富,而且对人体养颜有明显作用的元素也较为丰富。荷花花粉调节内分泌,能促进内分泌腺体的发育,提高腺体的分泌功能。中和毒素,调节内循环系统,恢复和维持机体正常功能;养颜美容、延缓衰老。荷花花粉不仅利于人体消化吸收,还可直接为皮肤吸收利用。荷花花粉能改善皮肤细胞的营养状态、促进新陈代谢,延缓细胞老化,增加皮肤弹性,消除皱纹,使肌肤柔软健康、光滑细腻,美白皮肤,消除各种斑,减少皱纹。内服或外用荷花花粉,可促进新陈代谢,改善营养状况,增强皮肤的活力和对外界不良环境的抵抗力。荷花花粉在本发明配方中为活性添加剂,荷花花粉为蜂花粉下的一个小类,本发明中的荷花花粉为一种市售食用优质蜂花粉产品,其指标符合《蜂花粉》(GB/T30359-2013)。
甘油:即丙三醇,是无色味甜澄明黏稠液体。无臭,有暖甜味,俗称甘油,能从空气中吸收潮气。相对密度1.26362,熔点17.8℃,沸点290.0℃(分解),折光率1.4746,闪点(开杯)176℃,急性毒性:LD50:29600mg/kg(大鼠经口);23500mg/kg(小鼠经口)。可用作溶剂,润滑剂,药剂和甜味剂。甘油在本发明中作为保湿剂。
1,3-丁二醇:1,3-丁二醇具有二元醇的反应性、无臭、低毒、水溶性好等特点。在本发明中作为保湿剂。在保湿方面,由于1,3-丁二醇是小分子保湿成份,所以抓水比例很小,同时也有一定的抑菌作用。1,3-丁二醇的安全性较高,试验表明,在对人体进行间断涂抹时,以每隔一天涂沫一次,共16天,在所有参加试验的200人中,都未发现有任何刺激性的炎症。关于对眼黏膜的刺激性,曾经有研究人员用白鼠进行试验,得到的结果依然是安全性很高。研究人员将其加入牙膏中进行四周的口腔试验,结果,它对口腔黏膜也无刺激性,是一种安全性很高的成份。
卡波姆:丙烯酸树脂,英文名称为Acrylic acid Polymers,中文别名为丙烯酸树脂乳液,卡波也称卡波姆(carbomer),是以季戊四醇等与丙烯酸交联得到的丙烯酸交联树脂,是一类非常重要的流变调节剂,CAS号为9003-01-4,分子式为(C3H4O2)n,是一种化工中间体。中和后的卡波是优秀的凝胶基质,有增稠、悬浮等重要用途,工艺简单,稳定性好,广泛应用于乳液、膏霜、凝胶中。卡波是美国诺誉公司的招牌菜(前身为美国古立德公司,美国最古老的公司之一),其产品包括Carbopol系列流变学调节剂和Pemulen系列聚合物乳化剂,Carbopol系列流变学调节剂有934、941、940、980、981、1342等型号。在本发明专利主要采用941、981、1342等型号,作为增稠剂使用。
壬二酸衍生物:英文名称为Azeloglicina;化学名称为壬二酸氨基酸钾盐;结构式:R1-CO(CH2)7CO-R2-COOK;特性:壬二酸是一种传统的美白和祛粉刺原料,但由于其不溶性,熔点高以及用量大,易变色,配伍性差,使其在应用时受到很大限制。壬二酸衍生物是一种最新开发的壬二酸的衍生物,它易溶于水,使用量少,美白作用强,而且具有良好的调节油脂分泌的功效。大量试验证明,其具有优良的安全性和稳定性。用途:抑制皮肤脂溢性,祛粉刺;竞争性抑制酪氨酸酶,具有美白祛斑作用,提高皮肤保湿能力,改善皮肤弹性。其质量指标如下:性状:无色或淡黄色透明水溶液,几乎无味;比重:1.160-1.170g/ml(25℃);pH值:6.0-7.5;有效物含量:28-34%;安全性:本品具有较高的安全性,几乎对皮肤无刺激。应用:适用于美白、祛粉刺膏霜、乳液、水基产品。
维生素E:维生素E(Vitamin E)是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一,易溶于脂肪和乙醇等有机溶剂中,不溶于水,对热、酸稳定,对碱不稳定,对氧敏感,对热不敏感,但油炸时维生素E活性明显降低。生育酚能促进性激素分泌,使男子精子活力和数量增加;使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产,还可用于防治男性不育症、烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面。外观:透明粘稠液体;颜色:微黄绿色,分子式:C29H50O2,分子量:430.71,沸点:485.9℃ at 760mmHg,折射率:1.495,闪光点:210.2℃。

中和剂:本发明中所述中和剂为酸中和剂,起到调节pH的作用,可以选用氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠等无机碱或三乙醇胺等有机碱,由于有机碱易引起变色,因此,中和剂优选为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠等无机碱,避免对护肤水的颜色产生影响。
北美金缕梅提取物:北美金缕梅(H.virginiana),又名维吉尼亚金缕梅,是金缕梅科(Hamamelidaceae),金缕梅属(Hamamelis)的一种落叶灌木。原产于北美洲东部,由加拿大的新斯科舍省向西至美国的明尼苏达州,向南至佛罗里达州中部与得克萨斯州东部。北美金缕梅的叉状树枝被认为是做探测棒(占卜棒)的极佳材料。树皮的萃取液具有收敛的效果,被添加在化妆品内做收敛剂使用,美洲的原住民会用树皮与树叶来治疗皮肤发炎,木材呈淡红褐色,边材近白色,材质细致,木材重且硬度高,密度为0.68。枝条、叶子及树皮的萃取物可以做药用,主要用来治疗痤疮、瘀伤和肿胀。萃取物的主要成分包括有单宁酸、没食子酸、儿茶素、原花青素、类黄酮素(山奈酚、槲皮素)、精油(香芹酚、丁香酚、己烯醇)、胆碱及皂素。蒸馏出来的花露水(hydrosol)可以用来保养皮肤,它是一种很强的抗氧化剂及收敛剂,用来治疗青春痘时非常有效。它也被推荐用来治疗干癣、湿疹、皮肤裂伤或起水泡、蚊虫叮咬、静脉曲张和痔疮等病症,对于皮肤割伤、擦伤及晒伤也有疗效。在化妆品中,北美金缕梅用于消炎,能缓和受刺激的皮肤,不会造成皮肤干燥,且具有愈合伤口的功效,同时它也有对抗自由基的作用,金缕梅的收敛效果以及去除眼袋效果颇受好评。金缕梅的放松以及缓和作用对于油性肌肤或者过敏的肌肤都有很优异的效果。金缕梅提取物具有收敛毛孔、补湿、静肌等作用,起到更深层的洁净作用,使皮肤更加幼滑亮丽。金缕梅提取物还具有调节油脂分泌、保湿及净白作用,收敛、镇定皮肤,尤其适用于油皮,迅速渗入皮肤,由内而外全面调节肌肤,平衡皮肤pH值及油脂分泌,净化毛孔,修复受损的肌肤,有效调节舒张的毛孔,明显收敛粗毛孔,防止黑头、粉刺产生,使肌肤快速呈现细腻、光滑、紧致状态。
透明质酸钠:透明质酸(Hyaluronic Acid,简称HA)是葡萄糖醛酸和N—乙酰氨基葡萄糖的双糖重复单元连接构成的直链高分子粘多糖,透明质酸钠(SODIUM HYALURONATE)为从鸡冠中提取的物质,也可通过乳酸球菌发酵制得,作为商品的透明质酸一般为其钠盐,即透明质酸钠(Sodium Hyaluronate),习惯上仍称为透明质酸。透明质酸钠是国内外新兴的高级生物制品,分子量为几万至几百万,其水溶液具有极高的保湿性、粘弹性和润滑性,是皮肤和其它组织中广泛存在的天然生物分子,具有极好的保湿作用,被国际上称为理想的天然保湿因子(Natural MolsturlZlng Factor,NMF)。它是目前自然界中发现的化妆品用保湿性能最好的物质。透明质酸作用于皮肤表面,大分子透明质酸钠可在皮肤表面形成一层透气的薄膜,使皮肤光滑湿润,并可阻隔外来细菌、灰尘、紫外线的侵入,保护皮肤免受侵害;小分子透明质酸钠能渗入真皮,具有轻微扩张毛细血管,增加血液循环、改善中间代谢、促进皮肤营养吸收作用,具有较强的消皱功能,可增加皮肤弹性,延缓皮肤衰老。透明质酸还能促进表皮细胞的增殖和分化、清除氧自由基,可预防和修复皮肤损伤。透明质酸的水溶液具有很高的粘度,可使水相增稠,与油相乳化后的膏体均匀细腻,具有稳定乳化作用。透明质酸是高档化妆品最好的天然保湿成分,相容性好,在化妆品中的添加量一般为0.05-0.5wt%。本品为白色或类白色颗粒或粉末,无臭味,干燥时,氮含量为2.8wt%-4.0wt%,葡糖醛酸含量为37.0wt%-51.0wt%;化妆品类高效的锁水保湿剂和肌肤修复基团,提升防晒产品的防晒系数(SPF值),赋予产品水润嫩滑的肤感;具有紧致肌肤、长久保湿、防止脱水、促进组织细胞再生等作用,透明质酸钠在本发明中为保湿调理剂。本发明所采用的透明质酸钠分子量在50万至100万,具体指标如下:

苯甲酸甲酯:别称安息香酸甲酯,化学式C8H8O2,分子量136.15,CAS登录号93-58-3。
双咪唑烷基脲:英文名称为Diazolidinyl Urea,化学组分:重氮烷基咪唑脲,分子式:C13H20N8O10,分子量:278.23,CAS号:78491-02-8。在本发明中为防腐剂,主要用于抑制微生物的繁殖。作用原理是缓释甲醛,对革兰式阳性菌、革兰式阴性菌,包括假单孢菌有抑菌效果,对酵母菌、霉菌有选择地抑制。
乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油:别名聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、PEG-n氢化蓖麻油、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,由氢化蓖麻油和环氧乙烷聚合而得,非离子表面活性剂,固体,分散于水至溶于水,在强酸、强碱下,易水解,具有优良的乳化、分散、增溶、抗静电能力,具有优良的钙镁分散能力,对皮肤、眼睛有刺激性,可降解。产品成员包括氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-11、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-20、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-30、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-50、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-60、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-75、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-80、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚-100等,本发明中的乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油优选为环氧乙烷加成数在20以上的乙氧基化改性氢化蓖麻油,起到增溶香精和油相成分的作用。
香精:具体为日用香精,在本发明中为赋香剂。日用香精的INCI(国际化妆品原料命名)名称为FRAGRANCE(参见国家食品药品监督管理总局于2014年6月30日发布的《已使用化妆品原料名称目录》)。
使用本发明护肤水后,皮肤的吸收性、保湿性、柔软性、光滑感、弹性都优于使用传统护肤水,护肤效果良好。

以下通过特定的具体实例说明本发明的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。本发明还可以通过另外不同的具体实施方式加以实施或应用,本说明书中的各项细节也可以基于不同观点与应用,在没有背离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰或改变。
实施例1
一种含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,包括如下重量份的组分:
荷叶碱5份、荷花花粉0.01份、甘油10份、1,3-丁二醇0.5份、卡波姆0.5份、壬二酸衍生物4份、维生素E 0.05份、氢氧化钠0.5份、北美金缕梅提取物8份、透明质酸钠0.01份、苯甲酸甲酯0.5份、双咪唑烷基脲0.01份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.01份、日用香精0.01份、去离子水71份。
上述护肤水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用氢氧化钠调节卡波姆溶液的pH至6.0-6.5,氢氧化钠溶解完全后,卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸衍生物,充分搅拌混匀,加热至84℃,保温15min以上,再降温至39℃,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、日用香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,送检,检测合格后,出料、包装制得成品。
实施例2
荷叶碱0.5份、荷花花粉8份、甘油1份、1,3-丁二醇8份、卡波姆0.4份、壬二酸衍生物0.5份、维生素E 0.5份、三乙醇胺0.45份、北美金缕梅提取物2份、透明质酸钠0.5份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1份、双咪唑烷基脲0.4份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.6份、日用香精0.1份、去离子水77份。
上述护肤水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用三乙醇胺调节卡波姆溶液的pH至6.0-6.5,三乙醇胺溶解完全后,卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸衍生物,充分搅拌混匀,加热至83℃,保温15min以上,再降温至38℃,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、日用香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,送检,检测合格后,出料、包装制得成品。
实施例3
荷叶碱4份、荷花花粉1份、甘油5份、1,3-丁二醇6份、卡波姆0.2份、壬二酸衍生物1份、维生素E 0.1份、氢氧化钾0.2份、北美金缕梅提取物6份、透明质酸钠0.1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.2份、双咪唑烷基脲0.3份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.5份、日用香精0.2份、去离子水75份。
上述护肤水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用氢氧化钾溶液调节卡波姆溶液的pH至6.0-6.5,氢氧化钾溶解完全后,卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸衍生物,充分搅拌混匀,加热至82℃,保温15min以上,再降温至37℃,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、日用香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,送检,检测合格后,出料、包装制得成品。
实施例4
荷叶碱3份、荷花花粉6份、甘油4份、1,3-丁二醇4份、卡波姆0.4份、壬二酸衍生物3份、维生素E 0.6份、氢氧化钾0.4份、北美金缕梅提取物4份、透明质酸钠0.6份、苯甲酸甲酯0.4份、双咪唑烷基脲0.2份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油1份、日用香精0.3份、去离子水72份。
上述护肤水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用氢氧化钾调节卡波姆溶液的pH至6.0-6.5,氢氧化钾溶解完全后,卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸衍生物,充分搅拌混匀,加热至81℃,保温15min以上,再降温至36℃,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、日用香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,送检,检测合格后,出料、包装制得成品。
实施例5
荷叶碱5份、荷花花粉2份、甘油4份、1,3-丁二醇2份、卡波姆0.1份、壬二酸衍生物2份、维生素E 0.5份、氢氧化钾0.1份、北美金缕梅提取物10份、透明质酸钠0.1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1份、双咪唑烷基脲0.1份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.06份、日用香精0.02份、去离子水74份。
上述护肤水的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用氢氧化钾调节卡波姆溶液的pH至6.0-6.5,氢氧化钾溶解完全后,卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸衍生物,充分搅拌混匀,加热至80℃,保温15min以上,再降温至35℃,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、日用香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,送检,检测合格后,出料、包装制得成品。
传统护肤水的制备:
传统护肤水包括如下重量份的组分:
甘油6份、1,3-丁二醇3份、卡波姆0.2份、维生素E 0.5份、中和剂0.1份、双咪唑烷基脲0.1份、北美金缕梅提取物10份、透明质酸钠0.1份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.5份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1份、日用香精0.04份、去离子水79.5份。
其中的中和剂可以选用氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种组合。
上述传统护肤水的制备方法如下:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于去离子水中,使用中和剂调节卡波姆溶液的pH至6.0-6.5,同时调节至卡波姆溶液呈完全透明状态,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物,充分搅拌分散均匀,加热至80-85℃,保温至少15分钟,降温至35-40℃,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、日用香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,送检,检测合格后,出料、包装制得成品。
使用效果对比实验
将本发明实施例制得的护肤水和自制的传统护肤水对比:分别选取60名年龄在20-50岁之间、皮肤健康的女性志愿者试用;试用时间为一个月,试用期间,除了可以正常使用皮肤清洁类化妆品之外,不使用其它任何护肤类化妆品,以免影响试用测试结果。
按照以下评价指标进行试用、评价、打分、统计:
使用时皮肤的吸收性:由试用者根据自己使用时的感受评价皮肤的吸收性,分别按照0-5分给予评价打分—0分为差,5分为非常好;
使用后皮肤的保湿性:由试用者根据自己使用后的感受评价皮肤的保湿性,分别按照0-5分给予评价打分—0分为差,5分为非常好;
使用后皮肤的柔软性:由试用者根据自己使用后的感受评价皮肤的柔软性,分别按照0-5分给予评价打分—0分为柔软性差,5分为非常柔软;
使用后皮肤的光滑感:由试用者根据自己使用后的感受评价皮肤的光滑程度,分别按照0-5分给予评价打分—0分为一点都不光滑、粗糙,5分为非常光滑;
使用后皮肤的弹性:由试用者根据自己使用后的感受评价皮肤的弹性,分别按照0-5分给予评价打分—0分为弹性差,5分为弹性非常好;
使用后皮肤油腻感:由试用者根据自己的使用后皮肤的油腻情况,分别按照0-5分给予评价打分—0分为特别油腻,5分为一点都不油腻。

备注:使用自制传统护肤水和本发明护肤水的志愿者在使用期间均无皮肤过敏情况。
从上表1可以明显地看出,使用本发明护肤水后,皮肤的吸收性、保湿性、柔软性、光滑感、弹性都优于使用传统护肤水,护肤效果良好。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (9)
1.一种含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
荷叶碱0.01-5份、荷花花粉0.01-10份、甘油0.5-10份、1,3-丁二醇0.5-10份、卡波姆0.05-0.5份、壬二酸氨基酸钾盐0.1-4份、维生素E 0.05-1份、中和剂0.05-0.5份、北美金缕梅提取物0.1-10份、透明质酸钠0.01-1份、苯甲酸甲酯0.01-0.2份、双咪唑烷基脲0.01-0.3份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.01-1份、香精0.01-0.5份、去离子水60-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
荷叶碱0.5-4份、荷花花粉1-8份、甘油1-5份、1,3-丁二醇2-8份、卡波姆0.1-0.5份、壬二酸氨基酸钾盐0.5-3份、维生素E 0.1-0.6份、中和剂0.1-0.3份、北美金缕梅提取物2-8份、透明质酸钠0.1-0.6份、苯甲酸甲酯0.1-0.2份、双咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3份、乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油0.06-0.6份、香精0.02-0.3份、去离子水65-85份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,其特征在于:所述透明质酸钠的分子量为50万至100万。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,其特征在于:所述乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油上环氧乙烷的加成数在20以上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,其特征在于:所述中和剂为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或几种组合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水,其特征在于:所述香精为日用香精。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的所述的含有荷花活性成分的护肤水的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)按配方量称取透明质酸钠、卡波姆,分别溶解于适量去离子水中,使用中和剂将卡波姆溶液的pH调节为6.0-6.5,再将透明质酸钠溶液与卡波姆溶液混合,按配方量加入甘油、1,3-丁二醇、北美金缕梅提取物、荷花花粉、荷叶碱、壬二酸氨基酸钾盐,充分搅拌混匀,加热,保温15min以上,再降温,备用;
2)按配方量称取乙氧基化氢化蓖麻油、维生素E、香精,混匀,制得预混液;再将该预混液以及苯甲酸甲酯、双咪唑烷基脲、余量的去离子水加入步骤1)中降温后的备用液中,充分搅拌混匀,制得成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中加热至80-85℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中降温至35-40℃。
