Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于抗疲劳的保健饮料及其制备方法:本饮料由α-硫辛酸、松针前花青素、维生素、白砂糖、蜂蜜、食品添加剂、香精、色素及纯净水混合均匀,然后将所得饮液灌装、杀菌、充CO2,压盖密封即成。本发明的抗疲劳饮料,将具有比传统的维生素能量饮料、电解质运动饮料抗疲劳效果更佳的保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗疲劳饮料,具体地,其涉及一种以α-硫辛酸及松针前花青素为主的抗疲劳饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
疲劳,一般可分为生理性疲劳、病理性疲劳和心理性疲劳。目前市场上的抗疲劳饮料多是针对生理性疲劳的,如维生素能量饮料、电解质运动饮料,其主要作用是消除体内引起疲劳的一种化学物质——乳酸,从而达到缓解疲劳的目的。正因这样,所以,长期以来,人们都认为,导致疲劳的元凶是乳酸。但近些年的研究证明,活性氧对产生疲劳的影响更大。人在运动(或劳动)或者在思虑过程中,会比平时摄入更多的氧气,而机体在生命活动中消耗不完的氧就会变为活性氧。活性氧是一种机体代谢过程中产生的有害物质,也叫机体垃圾(如自由基、丙二基、腐胺等)。活性氧会对肌肉和神经细胞产生损伤,从而让人产生或加重疲劳感。(据2013年6月29日《中国食品安全报》A4版《活力食品对抗夏季疲劳》一文)
根据研究,一些抗氧化物对抑制活性氧自由基有良好功效。研究表明,α-硫辛酸是一种极优秀的抗氧化剂,(据2013年6月29日《中国食品安全报》A4版《活力食品对抗夏季疲劳》一文)它可增强人体内整个抗氧化系统功能,服用它后,会增加体内维生素C、维生素E、谷胱甘肽及辅酶Q10这些抗氧化剂的浓度,从而使人体的抗氧化系统功能得以增强。另外,硫辛酸可帮助分解糖分,以产生三磷酸腺苷(ATP)——由细胞产生来运行全身的能量。但大部分食物中硫辛酸含量极少。因此,饮食外补充此物很有必要。
研究证明,松针中的前花青素也有很强的抗活性氧自由基的功能,美国食品药品管理局(FDA)检测表明,其抗活性氧自由基的功能是维生素C的20倍,是维生素E的50倍。(据陕西人民出版社出版、董看看主编《松针养生革命》一书第29页)。
正因α-硫辛酸与松针前花青素在抗疲劳方面具有良好功效,而又未见到市场上有同时应用了这两种物质的饮料或报道,于是发明了本饮料。
本发明的内容是一种抗疲劳饮料及其制备方法。
本抗疲劳饮料由α-硫辛酸、松针前花青素、维生素、蜂蜜、水等组成。

所述抗疲劳饮料的制备方法如下:
取白砂糖加入150L水中煮沸至白砂糖溶解,然后加入蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸钠,待溶解后加入香精、色素,调味、调色,再加水至1000L搅匀,冷却至3~5℃充入CO2使其碳酸化,杀菌、灌装,压盖密封即成。

1.一种由α一硫辛酸、松针前花青素、维生素、白砂糖、蜂蜜、纯净水等组成的抗疲劳饮料,其特征在于含有α一硫辛酸、前花青素及成分范围为(以1000kg饮料计):
