Abstract
本发明公开了一种含萎锈灵的农药组合物，该组合物的主要特征在于：包含有效活性成分为萎锈灵与有效成分B，有效成分B选自噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、吡虫啉、噻虫胺，其中萎锈灵与有效成分B的重量比为1：80～40：1，组合物制成悬浮种衣剂。本发明组合物可防治多种地下害虫和病菌，并具有明显的增效作用，扩大了防治谱，对小麦、玉米、高粱、棉花上的害虫、病菌有较高活性；小麦、玉米、高粱、棉花病害包括玉米丝黑穗病、麦类黑穗病、麦类锈病、谷黑穗病、高粱散黑穗病、丝黑穗病、棉花立枯病、棉花黄萎病。并且具有缓释作用，减少了农药用药量，对人畜安全，无药害，环境相容性好。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域，涉及一种含萎锈灵的农药组合物。
背景技术
萎锈灵(carboxin)，化学名称：5,6-二氢-2-甲基-1,4-氧硫杂-3-甲酰替苯胺，分子式：C12H13NO2S，萎锈灵是一种具有内吸作用的杂环类杀菌剂。纯品为白色针状结晶。难溶于水，可溶于甲醇、丙酮、苯等有机溶剂。遇碱性物质容易分解失效。剂型有可湿性粉剂、乳油等。主要用于防治高粱丝黑穗病等禾谷类黑穗病，也可防治小麦锈病、棉草病害、粟白发病。对人畜低毒，小鼠口服LD503200mg/kg。
萎锈灵单剂长期使用，容易使病害产生抗药性，导致用药量加大、防效降低、持效期缩短的问题，不利于环境可持续发展。而不同作用机理的有效成分进行复配，是延缓病害产生抗药性常用的方法，并根据实际生产应用中的效果，来判断此复配时增效作用还是拮抗作用。复配作用较明显的配方，可以显明提高防效，大大降低农药的使用量，还可扩大杀菌谱，提高杀菌率。萎锈灵与有效活性成分B作用机理不同，相互复配在一定范围内有很好的增效作用，且有关萎锈灵与噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、噻虫啉、吡虫啉的相关复配，目前在国内外尚未见报道。
噻虫嗪(thiamethoxam)，化学名称：3-(2-氯-1,3-噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-1,3,5-恶二嗪-4-基叉(硝基)胺，分子式：C8H10ClN5O3S，噻虫嗪是一种全新结构的第二代碱类高效低毒杀虫剂，对害虫具有毒害、触杀及内吸活性，用于叶面喷雾及土壤灌根处理。其施药后迅速被内吸，并传导到植株各部位，对刺吸式害虫如蚜虫、飞虱、叶蝉、粉虱,有良好的防效。查阅相关文献，尚未见有该农药液相色谱法的报道。
吡虫啉(imidacloprid)化学名称：1－(6－氯吡啶－3－吡啶基甲基)－N－硝基亚咪唑烷－2－基胺分子式：C9H10ClN5O2，大鼠急性经口LD50为1260mg/kg,急性经皮LD50>1000mg/kg。对兔眼睛和皮肤无刺激作用。主要用于防治水稻、小麦、棉花等作物上的刺吸式口器害虫，如蚜虫、叶蝉、蓟马、白粉虱及马铃薯甲虫和麦秆蝇等。
主要用于防治刺吸式口器害虫，如蚜虫、飞虱、粉虱、叶蝉、蓟马；对鞘翅目、双翅目和鳞翅目的某些害虫，如稻象甲、稻负泥虫、稻螟虫、潜叶蛾等也有效。但对线虫和红蜘蛛无效。可用于水稻、小麦、玉米、棉花、马铃薯、蔬菜、甜菜、果树等作物。由于它的优良内吸性，特别适于用种子处理和撒颗粒剂方式施药。
噻虫啉(thiacloprid)分子式：C13H5N4SCl，化学名称：(3-((6-氯-3-吡啶基)甲基)-1,3-噻唑啉-2-亚基)氰胺，噻虫啉是新型氯代烟碱类杀虫剂。是防治刺吸式和咀嚼式口器害虫的高效药剂蚜虫4000——8000倍喷雾。
噻虫胺(clothianidin)，分子式：C6H8ClN5O2S,化学名称：(E)-1-(2-氯-1,3-噻唑-5-基甲基)-3-甲基-2-2-硝基胍噻虫胺是新烟碱类中的一种杀虫剂，是一类高效安全、高选择性的新型杀虫剂，其作用与烟碱乙酰胆碱受体类似，具有触杀、胃毒和内吸活性。主要用于水稻、蔬菜、果树及其他作物上防治蚜虫、叶蝉、蓟马、飞虱等半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目类害虫的杀虫剂，具有高效、广谱、用量少、毒性低、药效持效期长、对作物无药害、使用安全、与常规农药无交互抗性等优点，有卓越的内吸和渗透作用，是替代高毒有机磷农药的又一品种。
种子包衣技术是在传统的浸种或拌种技术基础上发展起来的一种应用很普遍的种子处理新技术。将干燥或湿润状态的种子，用含有粘结剂的农药或肥料等组合物所包，使在种子外形成具有一定功能和包覆强度的保护层，这一过程成为种子包衣，包在种子外面的组合物称之为种衣剂，是一种用于作物或其他植物种子处理的、具有成膜特性的农药制剂。种衣剂最大优点是能在种子外面形成一层比较牢固的薄膜。种衣剂在土壤中吸水膨胀而不被溶解，允许种子正常发芽所需的水分和空气通过，所含的农药和种肥等物质缓慢释放。所以，种衣剂具有杀灭地下害虫、苗期害虫，防治苗期病害和系统性病害，提高种子发芽率、促进种苗健康生长，较少种子用量等功效，最终达到防病治虫、保苗壮苗、提高产量的目的。
防治病虫害最容易产生的问题是抗药性的产生，其次为防治谱单一，农民使用时多次施药，造成环境污染严重，作物农药残留大，对人类健康不利。申请人将不同作用机理的杀菌剂与杀虫剂复配，达到一喷双防的目的，有效防治作物各种病害，扩大原单剂的防治谱，并不直接作用于作物，而在作物成长期间农药残留分解，对作物无残留或低残留，对食用者安全，并且增效作用显著，环境相容性极好，极大地减少了农药用药量，降低了农民的施药成本。
发明内容
本发明提出的杀虫组合物含有萎锈灵的农药组合物，通过萎锈灵与噻虫嗪、萎锈灵与噻虫啉、萎锈灵与吡虫啉、萎锈灵与噻虫胺复配，加入适量的助剂制成悬浮种衣剂，用于防治高粱、玉米、棉花、小麦上的害虫的应用，主要用于防治白粉虱、黄条跳甲、蚜虫、金针虫、蛴螬、麦秆蝇、蓟马、飞虱、粉虱、叶蝉。效果非常突出，并能防治多种病害，具有明显的增效作用。
所述含萎锈灵的农药组合物，有效活性成分为萎锈灵与有效成分B，其中萎锈灵与有效成分B的重量比为1︰80～40︰1；
优选为萎锈灵与有效成分B的重量比为1︰40～20︰1；
有效成分B选自噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫啉、噻虫胺。
所述的含萎锈灵的农药组合物，其特征在于：萎锈灵与噻虫嗪的重量比为1︰30～10︰1；萎锈灵与吡虫啉的重量比为1︰20～5︰1；萎锈灵与噻虫啉的重量比为1︰15～5︰1；萎锈灵与噻虫胺的重量比为1:20～5:1。
所述的含萎锈灵的农药组合物，组合物除有效成分还含有助剂，所述的助剂为湿润分散剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、着色剂、增粘剂、防腐剂、水中的一种或多种。
组合物制成悬浮种衣剂时，添加的助剂为抗冻剂、湿润分散剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、着色剂、乳化剂、防腐剂、水加至100％。
组合物制成悬浮种衣剂时包括如下组分含量：萎锈灵0.5％～20％、有效成分B0.5％～40％、湿润分散剂1.0％～8.0％、成膜剂3％～10％、消泡剂0.1％～1％、乳化剂1％～6％、着色剂0.1％～10％、抗冻剂0％～2.0％、防腐剂0.1％～1.0％、增粘剂0.05％～2.0％、水加至100％。
所述的抗冻剂选自：甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种。
所述的湿润分散剂选自：十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、润湿渗透剂F、茶枯、月桂醇硫酸钠、茶枯、蚕沙、无患子粉中的一种或多种。

本发明所公开的萎锈灵与噻虫嗪、萎锈灵与噻虫啉、萎锈灵与吡虫啉、萎锈灵与噻虫胺复配的农药组合物。
其优点在于：
(1)不直接作用于作物，而在作物成长期间农药残留分解，对作物无残留或低残留。
(2)提高了有效活性成分的稳定性，用于拌种时可以避免药剂对种、苗危害。
(3)活性成分被包裹在囊壁中提高了安全性，实现了高毒农药低毒化。
(4)环境相容性极好，极大地减少了农药用药量，降低了农民的施药成本。
(5)本发明以萎锈灵与噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫啉、噻虫胺进行复配，二者优势互补，一次施药即可达到杀虫、治病的目的。对小麦、玉米、高粱、棉花苗期害虫和丝黑穗病有很好的防效，具有特效期长、安全、低毒、增效明显的优点。

本发明实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法。先通过室内毒力测定，明确两种药剂按一定比例复配后的共毒系数(CTC)，CTC＜80为拮抗作用，80≤CTC≤120为相加作用，CTC＞120为增效作用，在此基础上，再进行田间试验。
按配比组成的混合物，按霍恩氏法用健康大白鼠、加入进行毒性试验，试验结果如下：
1.本发明对大白鼠急性经口大于1260mg/kg。

3.本发明对家兔眼、皮肤均呈无刺激性，根据毒性分级标准为低毒。
4.防治小麦黑穗病和苗期害虫的作用。
5.本发明在植物上有非常良好的持续性防病、杀虫作用，试验方法是：在室内条件下，采用PDA平板孢子萌发法，测定孢子萌发数、萌发率、抑制率，求出EC50值和共毒系数，即共毒系数大于120的为增效作用，小于120的为拮抗作用。

Claims (4)
1.一种含萎锈灵的农药组合物，其特征在于：包含有效活性成分为萎锈灵与有效成分B，其中萎锈灵与有效成分B重量比为3︰1～1:3，有效成分B为噻虫啉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含萎锈灵的农药组合物，其特征在于：组合物的剂型为悬浮种衣剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含萎锈灵的农药组合物用于防治小麦、玉米、高粱、棉花的虫害、病害的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用，其特征在于：所述的害虫包括白粉虱、黄条跳甲、蚜虫、金针虫、蛴螬、麦秆蝇、蓟马、飞虱、粉虱、叶蝉；所述病害包括玉米丝黑穗病、麦类黑穗病、麦类锈病、谷黑穗病、高粱散黑穗病、丝黑穗病、棉花立枯病、棉花黄萎病。
