Abstract
本发明涉及一种利用工业废物制备含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂,将缫丝厂煮茧废水经过滤除去泥沙不溶物加入硫酸铜在温度25~40℃下进行络合反应,控制pH9~10,然后喷雾干燥得到络合蛋白铜粉(也可选用固体废物羽毛酸法处理制得)再与腐殖酸盐,表面活性剂,硫酸盐混合成为含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂。
本发明剂既能杀菌灭菌,又能提高作物的抗逆能力促进作物生长达到增产增收的目的。
本发明具有低毒、多效、无残留、生产过程无三废排放、生产工艺简单、成本低廉,是一种很好的农用多效杀菌剂。
Description
本发明涉及一种利用工业废物制备含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂。
改革开放以来,在全国掀起全民办工业的高潮,各类工业如雨后春笋般的建立起来,推动国民经济不断发展,随着新工业的兴起,不可避免的将给人们生活带来日益增多的公害即三废污染的问题,特别是中小型企业生产工艺落后,环保意识不强,工业污物任意排放,造成对环境的污染,生态破坏的现象较为严重,国家为此颁布了环保政策和法规,同时也引起各界的重视,加强对三废治理和变废为宝的科研工业。丝绸工业在我国已有几千年的生产历史,但是在丝绸生产过程中排放的大量有机物废水却没有得到很好的处理,一般这些废水处理采用净化剂中和沉淀、微滤、曝气氧化处理再排放,而一些小厂或乡镇企业甚至不作任何处理就直接排放到河中,致使水源严重受到污染。此外屠宰场堆积的羽毛固体废物不仅占用土地而且臭味难闻,污染环境,如果能把它们含有的有机物提取出来加以利用岂不是一项很大的社会财富。
本发明的目的在于利用工业生产的废物提供一种利用缫丝厂煮茧工序排放的废水或者屠宰场固体废物羽毛进行加工处理制备含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂的方法,本发明的另一目的在于集杀菌剂与植物生长调节剂为一体,使其不仅具有杀菌灭菌而且还可以促进病株复状增产的效果,本发明最后一个目的在于提供一种废物综合利用的新途径,省去煮茧工序的废水处理程序。
实现本发明的技术方案是:
1、工业废物处理及蛋白铜络合工艺
a、将缫丝厂煮茧工序排放的含有机物(蛋白质和脂肪)8~17%的废水进行过滤除去泥沙及不溶性杂质,其滤液在温度25~40℃下按有机物含量与硫酸铜重量比1∶0.6~1加入硫酸铜,然后用氢氧化钾调PH到9~10进行络合反应,反应时间为1~2小时,将此液进行喷雾干燥,控制温度70~90℃,时间3~5秒,得到的为络合蛋白铜粉。
b、选用屠宰场固体废物羽毛,经过筛选除杂后的羽毛加入5%稀硫酸固液比为1∶1在温度80~90℃下进行水解反应,水解时间20~24小时,按水解液中有机物含量与硫酸铜重量之比1∶0.6~1加入96%硫酸铜,用氢氧化钾调PH9~10进行络合反应,反应1~2小时,然后过滤,滤液蒸发,析出的固体即为络合蛋白铜粉。
2、含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂的配制:
上述a或b任一种原料制备的络合蛋白铜粉加入60%腐殖酸钾或钠,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、硫酸钾(使用腐殖酸钠时补充钾盐),在螺旋混合机中搅拌混合,然后包装,其配比(W%)为:
络合蛋白铜粉 35~48
腐殖酸盐 45~50
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 2~5
硫酸盐 5~10
本发明含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、本发明是利用工业废水废物中有用成分制备成农用杀菌剂,为工业生产节省了废水处理所需支付大量资金,减少工业废物对环境的污染,造福于民。
2、本发明农用杀菌剂,经过五年大田试验结果表明该杀菌剂既能杀菌灭菌又能提高作物的抗逆能力,促进作物的生产,达到增产增收的目的。
3、本发明农用杀菌剂对于真菌细菌性引起的果树腐烂病,轮纹病、板栗疫病及叶果真菌病、黄瓜枯萎病、花生叶斑病、根朽病有很好的治疗效果而且杀菌剂中腐殖酸成分对病株复状助长作用比现有双效灵杀菌剂有明显的优势。
4、本发明具有低毒、多效、无残留、生产过程中无三废排放,原料来源充足,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,便于推广使用。
5、本发明的应用效果(列举2例)
a、防治苹果烂根病,试验地点山东五莲县槎河乡。春季萌芽前,按树冠投影面积5~10克/m2的用量稀释后浇树盘,一次即可治愈与未防治树相比,用药的树新梢长度为对照的2.5~3倍,单叶面积为对照的1.5~2倍,单果重为对照的3倍,用药树的各项指标均与健康树指标一致。在当年秋季对春季萌芽前施药树的根部调查当年生新根最粗的为6mm,平均为2.3mm,地下10~50cm,深处均有大量的新生根分布,而对照树除去20cm左右有少量细根外,20cm以下均无新根,原有根系,基本全部烂掉。
b、提高苹果座果率:试验地点同a,为筛选防治霉心病的有效药物,92年苹果盛花期用“多效灵”进行喷花试验,品种为红香蕉和金帅,以2.5‰硼砂、3‰尿素、3‰庶糖作对照,结果红香蕉花朵座果率比对照提高19.8~23.4%,7月下旬初步观察对霉心病有一定的防治效果。

实施例1:
含有机物10%的煮茧废水100kg经过滤除去泥沙不溶物加入硫酸铜8kg,加热至40℃用KOH调PH9~10进行搅拌络合反应2小时,然后在温度70~90℃条件下喷雾干燥得络合蛋白铜粉,取其10kg加入腐殖酸钾10kg,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.2kg搅拌混合,混合均匀后包装。
实施例2:
羽毛100kg加5%稀硫酸100升加热80~90℃进行水解反应,水解时间20小时,加96%硫酸铜50kg用KOH调PH9~10进行络合反应时间为2小时,过滤,滤液蒸发得络合蛋白铜粉,加60%腐殖酸钠50kg。十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5kg,硫酸钾10kg,搅拌混合后密封包装。
Claims (3)
1、一种含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂,其特征在于:络合蛋白铜粉的制备方法为:将缫丝厂含有机物8~17%的煮茧废水过滤除去泥沙及不溶物,按有机固形物含量与硫酸铜重量比1∶0.6~1加入硫酸铜,在温度25~40℃下进行络合反应,反应时间1~2小时,然后将此液进行喷雾干燥控制温度70~90℃时间3~5秒,得到络合蛋白铜粉再与腐殖酸盐、表面活性剂、硫酸盐进行混合,即为含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂,上述各组分的重量比例为:络合蛋白铜粉35~48,腐殖酸盐45~50,硫酸盐5~10,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵2~5。
2、根据权利要求1所述的杀菌剂,其特征在于腐殖酸盐为腐殖酸钾或钠,表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,硫酸盐为硫酸钾。
3、一种含有由煮茧废水制备的络合蛋白铜粉和腐殖酸盐的农用杀菌剂,其特征在于络合蛋白铜粉也可选用屠宰场固体废物羽毛代替,在温度80~90℃下用5%稀硫酸水解,固液比1∶1,时间为20~24小时,再与硫酸铜进行络合,反应1~2小时,蒸发浓缩制得。
