Abstract
灭幼脲悬浮剂及其制备方法,原料包括尿素、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106、苯甲酸、灭幼脲原药和去离子水,其中各组分质量含量为:尿素3%~8%;羧甲基纤维素0.3%~0.8%;硅酸镁铝0.5%~1%;乳化剂6419?3%~5%;乳化剂7106?3%~5%;苯甲酸0.5%~1%;灭幼脲原药20%~25%,余量为去离子水。本发明提供了一种高效、低毒、无污染,对环境、人、畜安全和害虫不易产生抗药性的灭幼脲悬浮剂及其制备方法,使用尿素替代乙二醇,降低了生产成本,降低了环境污染,使用硅酸镁铝和羧甲基纤维素作为增稠剂替代目前生产中使用的黄原胶,提高工效,达到实现连续化大规模生产的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种灭幼脲悬浮剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
农药可以用来杀灭昆虫、真菌和其他危害作物生长的生物。最早使用的农药有滴滴涕、六六六等它们能大量消灭害虫。但它们的稳定性好,能在环境中长期存在,并在动植物及人体中不断积累,为此被淘汰。后来改用有机磷农药,如敌敌畏等,替代最初的农药。然而它们含有磷元素,容易造成水生物富营养化。
悬浮剂是农药加工的一种新剂型。它是农药原药和载体及分散剂和水组成,利用湿法进行超微粉碎而成的粘稠可流动无粉尘、成本低、药效高等特点。并兼有可湿性粉剂和乳油的优点,可被水湿润,加水稀释后悬浮性好。悬浮剂具有以下优点:(1)无粉尘危害,对操作者和环境安全;(2)以水为分散介质,没有由有机溶剂产生的易燃和药害问题;(3)与可湿性粉剂相比,允许选用不同粒径的原药,以便使制剂的生物效果和物理稳定性达到最佳;(4)液体悬浮剂在水中扩散良好,可直接制成喷雾液使用;(5)比重大,包装体积小。(6)悬浮剂的分散性和展着性都比较好,悬浮率高,粘附在植物体表面的能力比较强,耐雨水冲刷,因而药效较可湿性粉剂显著且也比较持久。(7)具有粒子小、活性表面大、渗透力强、配药时无粉尘、成本低、药效高等特点。并兼有可湿性粉剂和乳油的优点,可被水湿润,加水稀释后悬浮性好。
灭幼脲是一种昆虫生长调节剂,属特异性杀虫剂。害虫取食或接触药剂后,抑制表皮几丁质的合成,使幼虫不能正常蜕皮而死亡。主要是胃毒作用,也有一定的触杀作用,但无内吸性。对鳞翅目和双翅目幼虫有特效,不杀成虫,但能使成虫不育,卵不能正常孵化。但是目前的灭幼脲毒性较大,使用过程较为复杂,影响了灭幼脲的推广使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种灭幼脲悬浮剂及其制备方法,以解决现有技术存在的毒性较大和使用麻烦的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种灭幼脲悬浮剂,原料包括尿素、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106、苯甲酸、灭幼脲原药和去离子水,其中各组分质量含量为:尿素3%~8%;羧甲基纤维素0.3%~0.8%;硅酸镁铝0.5%~1%;乳化剂64193%~5%;乳化剂71063%~5%;苯甲酸0.5%~1%;灭幼脲原药20%~25%,余量为去离子水。
上述灭幼脲悬浮剂的制备方法,将尿素加入去离子水中溶解,再加入羧甲基纤维素和硅酸镁铝并进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后投入乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106和苯甲酸,然后投入灭幼脲原药,最后再加入适量去离子水,进行乳化,乳化合格后,转入砂磨,砂磨粒度达到标准后,进行灌装。

上述灭幼脲悬浮剂的制备方法,将尿素加入去离子水中溶解,再加入羧甲基纤维素和硅酸镁铝并进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后投入乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106和苯甲酸,然后投入灭幼脲原药,最后再加入适量去离子水,进行乳化,乳化合格后,转入砂磨,砂磨粒度达到标准后,进行灌装。

上述灭幼脲悬浮剂的制备方法,将尿素加入去离子水中溶解,再加入羧甲基纤维素和硅酸镁铝并进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后投入乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106和苯甲酸,然后投入灭幼脲原药,最后再加入适量去离子水,进行乳化,乳化合格后,转入砂磨,砂磨粒度达到标准后,进行灌装。

上述灭幼脲悬浮剂的制备方法,将尿素加入去离子水中溶解,再加入羧甲基纤维素和硅酸镁铝并进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后投入乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106和苯甲酸,然后投入灭幼脲原药,最后再加入适量去离子水,进行乳化,乳化合格后,转入砂磨,砂磨粒度达到标准后,进行灌装。

1.一种灭幼脲悬浮剂,其特征是原料包括尿素、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106、苯甲酸、灭幼脲原药和去离子水,其中各组分质量含量为:尿素3%~8%;羧甲基纤维素0.3%~0.8%;硅酸镁铝0.5%~1%;乳化剂64193%~5%;乳化剂71063%~5%;苯甲酸0.5%~1%;灭幼脲原药20%~25%,余量为去离子水。
2.权利要求1所述的灭幼脲悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征是将尿素加入去离子水中溶解,再加入羧甲基纤维素和硅酸镁铝并进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后投入乳化剂6419、乳化剂7106和苯甲酸,然后投入灭幼脲原药,最后再加入适量去离子水,进行乳化,乳化合格后,转入砂磨,砂磨粒度达到标准后,进行灌装。
