本发明公开了一种组合聚醚、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫及其原料组合物和制备方法。本发明的组合聚醚,其包括如下各组分:聚醚多元醇A、聚酯多元醇A、泡沫稳定剂、三聚催化剂、发泡剂、水和阻燃剂;所述发泡剂为氟化烃类发泡剂;所述氟化烃类发泡剂为1,1,1,3,3‑五氟丙烷和/或1,1,1,3,3‑五氟丁烷。本发明的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫在不使用HCFC‑141b发泡剂的条件下,能达到火焰传播指数≤25及烟气增长指数≤450,因此本发明的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫达到《美国国家消防委员会生命安全法案》要求的用于高层建筑和楼道的保温材料的阻燃要求。

本发明具体涉及一种组合聚醚、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫及其原料组合物和制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫塑料是有机高分子材料,为易燃材料,一旦着火,由于表面积大及热导率低,材料容易燃烧且不易自熄。为了使泡沫塑料达到理想的阻燃性,除需要添加阻燃剂外,还需将氨基结构改性为脲基结构,使泡沫的分子结构由聚氨酯改性为聚异氰脲酸酯。目前,国内生产的聚异氰脲酸酯,大都使用HCFC-141b为物理发泡剂,同时采用加入大量的阻燃剂来达到阻燃的目的;制得的泡虽然有较高的氧指数,但是,其烟气增长指数非常高,一般大于450。HCFC-141b作为F-11的过渡性替代产品,产品的性能非常接近F-11,但其依然存在臭氧消耗潜值,同时也有较高的温室效应值(GWP值);因此,在发达国家HCFC-141b已禁止使用。
因此,亟需开发一种高阻燃、环保的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫用组合物。

本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术中聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫阻燃性及环保性均不佳的缺陷,而提供了一种组合聚醚、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫及其原料组合物和制备方法。本发明的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫可在不使用HCFC-141b发泡剂的条件下,依据美标ASTME84-14《建筑材料表面燃烧特征测试方法》进行检测时,能达到火焰传播指数≤25及烟气增长指数≤450,因此本发明的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫达到《美国国家消防委员会生命安全法案》要求的用于高层建筑和楼道的保温材料的阻燃要求。
本发明的技术方案之一:
本发明提供了一种组合聚醚,其包括如下重量份数的各组分:0~4份聚醚多元醇A、6~10份聚酯多元醇A、0.3~0.5份泡沫稳定剂、0.2~0.4份三聚催化剂、2~3份发泡剂、0.2~0.3份水和1~3份阻燃剂;
所述聚醚多元醇A为粘度为5000-7000Pa·s、官能度为5.0±0.3和羟值为420-460mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇;
所述聚酯多元醇A为粘度为6500-11500Pa·s、官能度为2.2±0.2和羟值为260-270mgKOH/g的聚酯多元醇;
所述聚醚多元醇A和聚酯多元醇A的粘度均为25℃的动力粘度;
所述发泡剂为氟化烃类发泡剂;所述氟化烃类发泡剂为1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(简称HFC-245fa)和/或1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(简称HFC-365mfc)。
较佳地,所述组合聚醚,其由如下重量份数的各组分所组成:0~4份聚醚多元醇A、6~10份聚酯多元醇A、0.3~0.5份泡沫稳定剂、0.2~0.4份催化剂、2~3份发泡剂、0.2~0.3份水和1~3份阻燃剂。
较佳地,所述聚醚多元醇A的水分含量小于0.1%,百分比为所述聚醚多元醇A中的水的质量占所述聚醚多元醇A总质量的百分比。较佳地,所述聚醚多元醇A的数均分子量为660-700。更佳地,所述聚醚多元醇A为上海东大化学有限公司生成的型号为SD4110的聚醚多元醇。
较佳地,所述聚酯多元醇A的水分含量小于0.1%,百分比为所述聚酯多元醇A中的水的质量占所述聚酯多元醇A总质量的百分比。较佳地,所述聚酯多元醇A的数均分子量为460-390。较佳地,所述聚酯多元醇A的酸值小于1mgKOH/g。更佳地,所述聚酯多元醇A为韩国爱敬化学有限公司生成的型号为AK7004的聚酯多元醇。
所述泡沫稳定剂可为本领域常规的泡沫稳定剂。较佳地,所述泡沫稳定剂为硅酮类泡沫稳定剂。较佳地,所述硅酮类泡沫稳定剂为空气化工有限公司生成的型号为DC-193的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂、南京德美世创化工有限公司生成的型号为AK8804的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂和赢创德固赛有限公司生成的型号为B8545的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂中的一种或多种。更佳地,所述硅酮类泡沫稳定剂为赢创德固赛有限公司生成的型号为B8545的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂。
所述三聚催化剂可为本领域常规的三聚反应催化剂。较佳地,所述三聚催化剂为胺类催化剂和/或有机金属类催化剂。
所述有机金属类催化剂可为本领域常规的有机金属类催化剂,较佳的为辛酸钾和/或醋酸钾。所述胺类催化剂可为本领域常规的胺类催化剂,较佳地为叔胺类催化剂。所述叔胺类催化剂较佳地为N,N-二甲基苄胺和催化剂JXP508的复合催化剂;所述催化剂JXP508为空气化工有限公司生成的型号为JXP508的叔胺类催化剂。所述复合催化剂指所述N,N-二甲基苄胺和催化剂JXP508的混合物。较佳地,所述复合催化剂中所述N,N-二甲基苄胺和催化剂JXP508的质量比为1:1。
较佳地,所述氟化烃类发泡剂为ODP值为零的发泡剂。较佳地,所述氟化烃类发泡剂为1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷。
较佳地,所述1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷为Honeywell有限公司生产。
较佳地,所述的水为去离子水。
所述阻燃剂可为本领域常规的阻燃剂,较佳地为卤素类阻燃剂和/或磷系阻燃剂。较佳地,所述磷系阻燃剂为三(2-氯丙基)磷酸酯(简称TCPP)、三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(简称TCEP)和甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)中的一种或多种;更佳地为三(2-氯丙基)磷酸酯。
较佳地,所述聚醚多元醇A的用量为2~4份。
较佳地,所述聚酯多元醇A的用量为6~8份。
较佳地,所述泡沫稳定剂的用量为0.3~0.4份。
较佳地,所述三聚催化剂的用量为0.2~0.3份。
较佳地,所述发泡剂的用量为2~2.5份。
较佳地,所述阻燃剂的用量为1~2份。
本发明所述组合聚醚可按照本领域常规制备方法进行制备,例如,将所述组合聚醚的各组分混合均匀,即可。较佳地,所述混合在具有安全装置的混合容器中进行。较佳地,所述混合容器为混合釜。较佳地,所述混合在不锈钢容器中进行。较佳地,所述混合在搅拌条件下进行。较佳地,所述混合的时间为0.5~1小时。较佳地,所述搅拌在室温下进行。较佳地,所述搅拌的速度为5r/min~15r/min(例如10r/min)。
本发明的技术方案之二:
本发明还提供了一种聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的原料组合物,其包括A组分和B组分;所述A组分为所述组合聚醚;所述B组分为异氰酸酯;所述A组分和B组分的质量比为1∶1.5~1∶2.0。
所述异氰酸酯可为本领域常规的异氰酸酯。较佳地,所述异氰酸酯为聚合二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(简称聚合MDI)。所述聚合二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯指纯二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯的混合物。较佳地,所述异氰酸酯中NCO的含量为30%-31%;百分比为质量百分比。
较佳地,所述组合聚醚和所述异氰酸酯的质量比为1∶1.8。
较佳地,所述聚合MDI为烟台万华生产的型号为PM200的聚合MDI。
本发明的技术方案之三:
本发明提供了一种聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:将所述的A组分和所述的B组分混合,进行发泡,制得聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫,即可。
所述聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的制备方法的条件可为本领域各种常规条件。
较佳地,所述发泡所用仪器为高压机。
较佳地,所述发泡温度为20-25℃。
较佳地,所述发泡所用模具为箱式模具。较佳地,所述箱式模具的尺寸为0.5*0.5*0.5m~2.0*1.2*0.6m。较佳地,所述模具的温度为50~60℃。
按照本领域常识,所述的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫,在应用时,一般是A组分和B组分在使用前不予混合,且一般是即混合即用,且一般是注到箱式模具中进行发泡。
本发明的技术方案之四:
本发明提供了一种由所述聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的制备方法所制得的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫。
较佳地,所述聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫为硬质聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫。
按照本领域常识,本发明制得的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫一般被切割成薄板或者管壳等所需的形状,应用于要求高阻燃的建筑、管道和罐体的保温领域。
本发明中,所述室温指环境温度为10~35℃。
在不违背本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实例。
本发明所用试剂和原料均市售可得。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫具有优异的阻燃性能、泡沫产烟量小。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
以下实施例中所用到的原料来源如下:
聚醚多元醇SD4110购于上海东大化学有限公司
阻燃聚酯多元醇AK7004购于韩国爱敬化学。
聚醚多元醇SA380购于山东蓝星东大化工有限公司。
聚醚多元醇SA460购于山东蓝星东大化工有限公司。
硅酮类泡沫稳定剂B8545购于赢创德固赛。
聚氨酯复合催化剂N,N-二甲基苄胺和JXP508购于空气化工有限公司。
阻燃剂TCPP购于江苏法力克化工有限公司。
HFC-245fa购于Honeywell。
异氰酸酯为聚合MDI,购于烟台万华,型号PM200。
实施例1~实施例4、对比例1及对比例4
本发明的实施例1~实施例4、对比例1及对比例4的原料配方见表1,效果数据见表2。具体步骤如下:
根据表1中的配方,将除了异氰酸酯之外的各成分加入不锈钢混合釜内,室温下以10r/min的转速搅拌1小时,放料即得聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫用组合聚醚。
根据表1中的配方,将制得的组合聚醚与异氰酸酯PM200按照质量比在20℃进行发泡反应,注入模具中制得芯部密度约为40Kg/m3的硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温材料,各实施例和对比例所得硬质聚氨酯泡沫的物理性能见表2。表1中“/”表示无添加,表2中“/”表示无单位。

Claims (10)
1.一种组合聚醚,其特征在于,其包括如下重量份数的各组分:大于0且小于4份聚醚多元醇A、6~10份聚酯多元醇A、0.3~0.5份泡沫稳定剂、0.2~0.4份三聚催化剂、2~3份发泡剂、0.2~0.3份水和1~3份阻燃剂;
所述聚醚多元醇A为粘度为5000-7000mPa·s、官能度为5.0±0.3和羟值为420-460mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇;
所述聚酯多元醇A为粘度为6500-11500mPa·s、官能度为2.2±0.2和羟值为260-270mgKOH/g的聚酯多元醇;
所述聚醚多元醇A和聚酯多元醇A的粘度均为25℃的动力粘度;
所述发泡剂为氟化烃类发泡剂;所述氟化烃类发泡剂为1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷和/或1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷;
所述聚醚多元醇A为型号为SD4110的聚醚多元醇;和
所述聚酯多元醇A为型号为AK7004的聚酯多元醇。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合聚醚,其特征在于:
所述聚醚多元醇A的水分含量小于0.1%,百分比为所述聚醚多元醇A中的水的质量占所述聚醚多元醇A总质量的百分比;
和/或,所述聚醚多元醇A的数均分子量为660-700;
和/或,所述聚酯多元醇A的水分含量小于0.1%,百分比为所述聚酯多元醇A中的水的质量占所述聚酯多元醇A总质量的百分比;
和/或,所述聚酯多元醇A的数均分子量为460-390;
和/或,所述聚酯多元醇A的酸值小于1mgKOH/g;
和/或,所述泡沫稳定剂为硅酮类泡沫稳定剂;
和/或,所述三聚催化剂为胺类催化剂和/或有机金属类催化剂;
和/或,所述的水为去离子水;
和/或,所述阻燃剂为卤素类阻燃剂和/或磷系阻燃剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的组合聚醚,其特征在于:
所述有机金属类催化剂为辛酸钾和/或醋酸钾;
和/或,所述胺类催化剂为叔胺类催化剂;
和/或,所述硅酮类泡沫稳定剂为型号为DC-193的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂、型号为AK8804的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂和型号为B8545的硅酮类泡沫稳定剂中的一种或多种;
和/或,所述磷系阻燃剂为三(2-氯丙基)磷酸酯、三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯和甲基磷酸二甲酯中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求3所述的组合聚醚,其特征在于:
所述叔胺类催化剂为N,N-二甲基苄胺和催化剂JXP508的复合催化剂。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的组合聚醚,其特征在于:
所述聚醚多元醇A的用量为2~4份;
和/或,所述聚酯多元醇A的用量为6~8份;
和/或,所述泡沫稳定剂的用量为0.3~0.4份;
和/或,所述三聚催化剂的用量为0.2~0.3份;
和/或,所述发泡剂的用量为2~2.5份;
和/或,所述阻燃剂的用量为1~2份。
6.一种聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的原料组合物,其特征在于,其包括A组分和B组分;所述A组分为如权利要求1~5中任一项所述组合聚醚;所述B组分为异氰酸酯;所述A组分和B组分的质量比为1∶1.5~1∶2.0。
7.如权利要求6所述的原料组合物,其特征在于:
所述异氰酸酯为聚合二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;
和/或,所述组合聚醚和所述异氰酸酯的质量比为1∶1.8。
8.一种如权利要求6或7所述的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:将所述的A组分和所述的B组分混合,进行发泡,制得聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫,即可。
9.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述发泡所用仪器为高压机;
和/或,所述发泡温度为20-25℃;
和/或,所述发泡所用模具为箱式模具。
10.一种由权利要求8或9所述聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫的制备方法所制得的聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫。
