本发明涉及一种洗发水,特别是一种清爽型洗发水。
背景技术
洗发水是指一种具有去头屑功能、焗油功能和染发等功能的护发产品。洗发水中含有多种成分,这些成份的综合作用能起到清洁头皮和头发的功能。通常洗发露中最能起作用的成份是表面活性剂,表面活性剂起着清洁头发和头皮的作用,当洗发液与水混在一起时能产生泡沫。
洗发水一般采用硫酸脂肪醇的三乙醇胺与氢氧化胺的混合盐、十二酸异丙醇酰胺、甲醛、聚氧乙烯、羊毛脂、香料、色料和水作为原料。用在洗发水方面的表面活性剂主要有:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠AES(铵)、椰子油二乙醇酰胺(6501)、甜菜碱(CAB-35)、季胺盐柔软剂,以及一些功能性添加剂:硅酮滑爽光亮剂、甘宝素去屑止庠剂、珠光剂、防腐剂、香精、色素等。
洗发水产品的主要潮流是向中高档次、功能性、成份天然化方向发展。未来的洗发水应该是使头发易于梳理,阻止头屑生成,彻底清洁头屑,营养发根,去除发质异味,使头发更健康亮泽,洗后留有愉悦的香气,感觉清新舒适。
因此,洗发水的产品功效将越来越重要,特殊功能与辅助功能将不断细化。滋润营养,天然功效,天然美发,清新、清爽等将是未来的发展趋势。除了传统的去屑,防脱发等概念外,防晒、维生素、果酸,自然萃取动/植物精华、中草药调理、焗油、免洗润发等概念也纷纷渗透至洗发、护发领域,成为洗发水的新亮点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种清爽型洗发水,使得在清洗头发的过程中,起泡速度快,洗涤彻底且洗发完成后感觉清爽。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种清爽型洗发水,其按重量百分比包括如下组分:
(1)8-15%的聚氧乙烯月桂基醚硫酸钠;
(2)2-7%的椰油脂肪酸N-甲基乙醇酰胺;
(3)0.1-0.5%的柠檬酸;
(4)0.1-0.5%的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯;
(5)2-7%的C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na;
(6)2-7%的C12内烯烃磺酸钠与C16内烯烃磺酸钠的混合物,混合质量比为3:1-1:3,所述C12内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为92/8,C16内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为88/12;
(7)余量的水。
所述洗发水中,优选的,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚硫酸钠的含量优选为9-12%,进一步优选10-11.5%。
优选的,所述椰油脂肪酸N-甲基乙醇酰胺的含量为3-5%,优选4%。
优选的,所述内烯烃磺酸钠和C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na的含量均为3-6%,进一步优选5%。

具体实施方式
本发明通过下述实施例对本发明的洗发水进行说明。
实施例1
一种清爽型洗发水,其按重量百分比包括如下组分:
(1)10%的聚氧乙烯月桂基醚硫酸钠;
(2)5%的椰油脂肪酸N-甲基乙醇酰胺;
(3)0.3%的柠檬酸;
(4)0.3%的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯;
(5)3%的C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na;
(6)5%的C12内烯烃磺酸钠与C16内烯烃磺酸钠的混合物,混合质量比为1:1,所述C12内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为92/8,C16内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为88/12;
(7)余量的水。
所述内烯烃磺酸盐是已知化合物,其典型但非限制性的制备实例如下:
C12内烯烃磺酸盐的制备
在带有搅拌装置的烧瓶中加入1-十二烯“Linealene12、出光兴产株式会社制”(6000g(35.6摩尔)、作为固体酸催化剂的质子性β-沸石(CP-814E、Zeolyst公司)180g(相对于原料α-烯烃为3质量%),在搅拌下,在120℃下进行反应20小时。接着,将粗内部烯烃移至蒸馏用烧瓶,以124-136℃/7.5mmHg进行蒸馏,由此得到烯烃纯度100%的碳原子数12的内部烯烃。所得到的内部烯烃的双键分布为C1位0.5质量%、C2位33.1质量%、C3位质量23.7质量%、C4位21.2质量%、C5位15.0质量%、C6位6.6质量%。
将所述碳原子数为12的内烯烃加入在外部具有夹套的薄膜式磺化反应器中,在反应器外部夹套中流通20℃的冷却水,在该条件下使用三氧化硫气体进行磺化反应。磺化反应时的SO3/内部烯烃的摩尔比设定为1.09。将所得到的磺化物添加于用相对于理论酸值为1.5摩尔倍量的氢氧化钠制备的水溶液中,一边进行搅拌一边在30℃下中和1小时。将中和物在高压釜中在160℃下加热1小时,由此进行水解,得到C12内烯烃磺酸钠粗产物。将该粗产物300g移至分液漏斗,添加乙醇300mL之后,每1次添加石油醚300mL,提取除去油溶性的杂质。此时,由于乙醇的添加在油水界面析出的无机化合物(主成分为芒硝)也通过油水分离操作从水相中分离除去。进行三次该提取除去操作。通过将水相侧蒸发干固,得到C12内烯烃磺酸钠。所得到的内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为92/8。另外,所得到的内部烯烃磺酸钠中的原料内部烯烃的含量低于100ppm(低于GC检测下限)、无机化合物为0.2质量%。进一步,磺酸基存在于2位的内部烯烃磺酸盐的含量为21.0质量%。

在带有搅拌装置的烧瓶中加入1-十六烷醇“Kalcol6098”(花王株式会社制造)7000g(28.9摩尔)、作为固体酸催化剂的γ-氧化铝700g(相对于原料醇为10质量%),在搅拌下在280℃下一边在体系内流通氮气(7000mL/min.)一边进行5小时反应。反应结束后的醇转化率为100%、C16内部烯烃纯度为99.7%。将得到的粗内部烯烃移至蒸馏用烧瓶中,在136-160℃/4.0mmHg下进行蒸馏,由此得到烯烃纯度100%的碳原子数为16的内部烯烃。所得到的内部烯烃的双键分布为C1位0.7质量%、C2位16.3质量%、C3位15.1质量%、C4位15.7质量%、C5位17.1质量%、C6位14.2质量%、C7、8位的合计为20.8质量%。
将所述碳原子数为16的内烯烃加入在外部具有夹套的薄膜式磺化反应器中,在反应器外部夹套中流通20℃的冷却水,在该条件下使用三氧化硫气体进行磺化反应。磺化反应时的SO3/内部烯烃的摩尔比设定为1.09。将所得到的磺化物添加于用相对于理论酸值为1.5摩尔倍量的氢氧化钠制备的水溶液中,一边进行搅拌一边在30℃下中和1小时。将中和物在高压釜中在160℃下加热1小时,由此进行水解,得到C16内烯烃磺酸钠粗产物。将该粗产物300g移至分液漏斗,添加乙醇300mL之后,每1次添加石油醚300mL,提取除去油溶性的杂质。此时,由于乙醇的添加在油水界面析出的无机化合物(主成分为芒硝)也通过油水分离操作从水相中分离除去。进行三次该提取除去操作。通过将水相侧蒸发干固,得到C16内烯烃磺酸钠。所得到的内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为88/12。另外,所得到的内部烯烃磺酸钠中的原料内部烯烃的含量低于100ppm(低于GC检测下限)、无机化合物为0质量%。进一步,磺酸基存在于2位的内部烯烃磺酸盐的含量为9.3质量%。
所述C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na同样为已知化合物,其典型但非限制性的制备实例如下:
将乙烯(25g,0.53摩尔)加入到充有C4F9CH2CF2I(217g,0.87摩尔)和d-(+)-柠檬烯(1g)的高压釜中,然后使反应器在240℃下加热12小时。通过在约81至91℃和19至24mmHg(2533至3200Pa)下真空蒸馏,获得产物C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2I,收率62%。将C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2I(140g,0.33摩尔)加入到乙醇(165mL)和水(165mL)的混合物中。加入亚硫酸钠(83g,0.66摩尔),然后加入8g铜。将反应混合物在回流下剧烈搅拌一周。加入500mL水,并且在75℃下过滤。将滤液冷却,并且通过过滤收集白色固体状产物C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na(112g,84%)。
10名专业评价人员试用本发明的洗发水,均评价其起泡快,洗涤彻底且洗发完成后感觉清爽。

上述实施例及对比例说明,本发明的洗发水,通过两种不同类型磺酸钠的复配,在相同用量前提下,其起泡速度及清爽度远远好于两种组分的单独使用,证明本发明采用的两种磺酸钠之间产生了协同效应。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的洗发水,但本发明并不局限于上述特定配方,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细组分及配方才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种清爽型洗发水,其按重量百分比包括如下组分:
(1)8-15%的聚氧乙烯月桂基醚硫酸钠;
(2)2-7%的椰油脂肪酸N-甲基乙醇酰胺;
(3)0.1-0.5%的柠檬酸;
(4)0.1-0.5%的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯;
(5)2-7%的C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na;
(6)2-7%的C12内烯烃磺酸钠与C16内烯烃磺酸钠的混合物,混合质量比为3:1-1:3,所述C12内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为92/8,C16内烯烃磺酸钠中的羟基体(羟基烷烃磺酸钠)/烯烃体(烯烃磺酸钠)的质量比为88/12;
(7)余量的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的清爽型洗发水,其特征在于,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚硫酸钠的含量优选为9-12%,进一步优选10-11.5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的清爽型洗发水,所述椰油脂肪酸N-甲基乙醇酰胺的含量为3-5%,优选4%。
4.如权利要求1所述的清爽型洗发水,所述内烯烃磺酸钠和C4F7CH2CF2CH2CH2SO3Na的含量均为3-6%,进一步优选5%。
