本发明涉及一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是我们平时最常见的包装材料之一,因其重量较轻而且价格便宜,用途广泛,制作简易,且能回收甚至重复利用,深受包装行业的喜爱,广泛应用于我们平时各行各业的包装材料中,而瓦楞纸是组成瓦楞纸板的首选材料,瓦楞纸的好坏直接影响到包装箱的质量,包装箱在运输以及存放过程中难免会碰到水,特别是比较潮湿的天气,空气中含水量比较高,质量差点的包装箱会因此发生腐烂发霉,尤其是包装新鲜水果时,其中有一部分腐烂,会浸湿到包装箱上,使其它好的水果保鲜时间迅速下降,同时,包装箱还需要良好的抗虫能力,包装箱一般都会放在储物间等比较阴暗的角落,蚊虫比较多,长久下来对包装箱损害比较大,现有的包装箱因为价格等原因很少会具备抗虫能力,因此,如何有效的提高防腐和抗虫能力是造纸企业首要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便、造价便宜、抗虫能力和防腐能力强的防腐抗虫瓦楞纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆25~35份、秸秆浆20~28份、小茴香杆浆15~23份、化学助剂2~5份、植物纤维4~7份、淀粉20~25份、滑石粉1~3份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液5~9份、三羟甲基乙烷2~5份、醇化羧甲基纤维素1~4份、硼酸2~5份、聚六亚甲基胍3~7份、硫酸铵0.5~2份、六氢三嗪2~6份、异噻唑啉酮类2~7份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
进一步的,包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆25份、秸秆浆20份、小茴香杆浆15份、化学助剂2份、植物纤维4份、淀粉20份、滑石粉1份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液5份、三羟甲基乙烷2份、醇化羧甲基纤维素1、硼酸2、聚六亚甲基胍3份、硫酸铵0.5、六氢三嗪2、异噻唑啉酮类2;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。

进一步的,所述施胶剂为松香剂、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物,丙烯酸酯类共聚物、二羟基脂肪酸化合物其中一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为高碳醇消泡剂或有机硅消泡剂,所述湿强剂为改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括
1)、首先把废旧纸浆、秸秆浆、小茴香杆浆、植物纤维、淀粉、滑石粉按比例放入到高效打浆机内进行混合打浆,并在高效打浆机内加入浆液6~8倍的自来水,打浆时间为25~35mim,使浆料的游离度为200~350CSF,浆料湿重≥8g,并升温至50~60℃之间;
2)、然后把乙二醇有机溶液、三羟甲基乙烷、醇化羧甲基纤维素、硼酸、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、六氢三嗪、异噻唑啉酮类均匀的溶入到水溶液中并搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟,然后把混合液倒入到步骤1)的浆料中,PH值在6~9之间,打浆机内的温度升到60~80℃之间;
3)、再把相应的施胶剂、消泡剂、湿强剂分别加入到步骤2)的浆料中,每加一种溶剂搅拌时间为3分钟,使其充分溶解。
4)、然后把步骤3)所得到的浆料经过高浓除渣、疏解、筛选,再经过压榨、烘干成定量为150g/m2;
5)、再把最终的芳香剂层利用喷涂机均匀喷涂在步骤3)上的原纸上,最终得到防腐抗虫瓦楞纸。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸选用废纸回收浆为主要用料,其是制造瓦楞纸的比较常见用料,起到废物利用的效果,同时加入秸秆浆、小茴香杆浆也可以有效的降低生产成本,增加企业的生产价值,使广大消费者均能接受;同时,瓦楞纸在制浆的过程中还加入了具有不同效果的防腐化学药剂,以及在抗虫层加入了芳香剂,可以起到很好的防腐抗虫效果。

下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一
包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆25份、秸秆浆20份、小茴香杆浆15份、化学助剂2份、植物纤维4份、淀粉20份、滑石粉1份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液5份、三羟甲基乙烷2份、醇化羧甲基纤维素1、硼酸2、聚六亚甲基胍3份、硫酸铵0.5、六氢三嗪2、异噻唑啉酮类2;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括
1)、首先把废旧纸浆、秸秆浆、小茴香杆浆、植物纤维、淀粉、滑石粉按比例放入到高效打浆机内进行混合打浆,并在高效打浆机内加入浆液6.2倍的自来水,打浆时间为25mim,使浆料的游离度为200CSF,浆料湿重≥8g,并升温至50℃之间;
2)、然后把乙二醇有机溶液、三羟甲基乙烷、醇化羧甲基纤维素、硼酸、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、六氢三嗪、异噻唑啉酮类均匀的溶入到水溶液中并搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟,然后把混合液倒入到步骤1)的浆料中,PH值在6~9之间,打浆机内的温度升到60℃之间;
3)、再把相应的施胶剂、消泡剂、湿强剂分别加入到步骤2)的浆料中,每加一种溶剂搅拌时间为3分钟,使其充分溶解。
4)、然后把步骤3)所得到的浆料经过高浓除渣、疏解、筛选,再经过压榨、烘干成定量为150g/m2;
5)、再把最终的芳香剂层利用喷涂机均匀喷涂在步骤3)上的原纸上,最终得到防腐抗虫瓦楞纸。
实施例二
包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆30份、秸秆浆25份、小茴香杆浆19份、化学助剂3份、植物纤维6份、淀粉22份、滑石粉2份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液7份、三羟甲基乙烷3份、醇化羧甲基纤维素2份、硼酸3份、聚六亚甲基胍5份、硫酸铵1份、六氢三嗪4份、异噻唑啉酮类5份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括
1)、首先把废旧纸浆、秸秆浆、小茴香杆浆、植物纤维、淀粉、滑石粉按比例放入到高效打浆机内进行混合打浆,并在高效打浆机内加入浆液7倍的自来水,打浆时间为27mim,使浆料的游离度为230CSF,浆料湿重≥8g,并升温至53℃之间;
2)、然后把乙二醇有机溶液、三羟甲基乙烷、醇化羧甲基纤维素、硼酸、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、六氢三嗪、异噻唑啉酮类均匀的溶入到水溶液中并搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟,然后把混合液倒入到步骤1)的浆料中,PH值在6~9之间,打浆机内的温度升到65℃之间;
3)、再把相应的施胶剂、消泡剂、湿强剂分别加入到步骤2)的浆料中,每加一种溶剂搅拌时间为3分钟,使其充分溶解。
4)、然后把步骤3)所得到的浆料经过高浓除渣、疏解、筛选,再经过压榨、烘干成定量为150g/m2;
5)、再把最终的芳香剂层利用喷涂机均匀喷涂在步骤3)上的原纸上,最终得到防腐抗虫瓦楞纸。
实施例三
包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆33份、秸秆浆26份、小茴香杆浆21份、化学助剂4份、植物纤维6份、淀粉23份、滑石粉2份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液8份、三羟甲基乙烷4份、醇化羧甲基纤维素3份、硼酸4份、聚六亚甲基胍6份、硫酸铵1.5份、六氢三嗪5份、异噻唑啉酮类6份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括
1)、首先把废旧纸浆、秸秆浆、小茴香杆浆、植物纤维、淀粉、滑石粉按比例放入到高效打浆机内进行混合打浆,并在高效打浆机内加入浆液7.4倍的自来水,打浆时间为31mim,使浆料的游离度为300CSF,浆料湿重≥8g,并升温至58℃之间;
2)、然后把乙二醇有机溶液、三羟甲基乙烷、醇化羧甲基纤维素、硼酸、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、六氢三嗪、异噻唑啉酮类均匀的溶入到水溶液中并搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟,然后把混合液倒入到步骤1)的浆料中,PH值在6~9之间,打浆机内的温度升到72℃之间;
3)、再把相应的施胶剂、消泡剂、湿强剂分别加入到步骤2)的浆料中,每加一种溶剂搅拌时间为3分钟,使其充分溶解。
4)、然后把步骤3)所得到的浆料经过高浓除渣、疏解、筛选,再经过压榨、烘干成定量为150g/m2;
5)、再把最终的芳香剂层利用喷涂机均匀喷涂在步骤3)上的原纸上,最终得到防腐抗虫瓦楞纸。
实施例四
包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆35份、秸秆浆28份、小茴香杆浆23份、化学助剂5份、植物纤维7份、淀粉25份、滑石粉3份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液9份、三羟甲基乙烷5份、醇化羧甲基纤维素4份、硼酸5份、聚六亚甲基胍7份、硫酸铵2份、六氢三嗪6份、异噻唑啉酮类7份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:包括

3)、再把相应的施胶剂、消泡剂、湿强剂分别加入到步骤2)的浆料中,每加一种溶剂搅拌时间为3分钟,使其充分溶解。
4)、然后把步骤3)所得到的浆料经过高浓除渣、疏解、筛选,再经过压榨、烘干成定量为150g/m2;
5)、再把最终的芳香剂层利用喷涂机均匀喷涂在步骤3)上的原纸上,最终得到防腐抗虫瓦楞纸。
在实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4中,检验不同的原料配比,找出具有良好的防腐抗虫的效果最好的一组,结果见下表。

由此可见,实施例2中的配比,能够达到最好的具有良好的防腐抗虫的效果。
本发明还从不同两种水果做对照试验,得出以下结论:
放置在室温无本发明瓦楞纸包装苹果,3天完好,6天完好表面干煸无光泽,10表面发黑明显黑斑,12天表面长毛不可食用,15天完全腐烂;
放置在室温有本发明瓦楞纸包装苹果,3天完好,8天完好表面干煸无光泽,17表面发黑明显黑斑,25天表面长毛不可食用,30天完全腐烂;
放置在室温无本发明瓦楞纸包装葡萄,3天完好,5天完好表面干煸无光泽,7天长毛,9天不可食用,10天完全腐烂;
放置在室温有本发明瓦楞纸包装葡萄,3天完好,7天完好表面干煸无光泽,12天长毛,15天不可食用,18天完全腐烂;
由此可见,通过本发明的瓦楞纸箱可以有效的延长水果的保鲜期,且能够达到最好的具有良好的防腐抗虫的效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆25~35份、秸秆浆20~28份、小茴香杆浆15~23份、化学助剂2~5份、植物纤维4~7份、淀粉20~25份、滑石粉1~3份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液5~9份、三羟甲基乙烷2~5份、醇化羧甲基纤维素1~4份、硼酸2~5份、聚六亚甲基胍3~7份、硫酸铵0.5~2份、六氢三嗪2~6份、异噻唑啉酮类2~7份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
2.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆25份、秸秆浆20份、小茴香杆浆15份、化学助剂2份、植物纤维4份、淀粉20份、滑石粉1份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液5份、三羟甲基乙烷2份、醇化羧甲基纤维素1、硼酸2、聚六亚甲基胍3份、硫酸铵0.5、六氢三嗪2、异噻唑啉酮类2;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
3.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆30份、秸秆浆25份、小茴香杆浆19份、化学助剂3份、植物纤维6份、淀粉22份、滑石粉2份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液7份、三羟甲基乙烷3份、醇化羧甲基纤维素2份、硼酸3份、聚六亚甲基胍5份、硫酸铵1份、六氢三嗪4份、异噻唑啉酮类5份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
4.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆33份、秸秆浆26份、小茴香杆浆21份、化学助剂4份、植物纤维6份、淀粉23份、滑石粉2份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液8份、三羟甲基乙烷4份、醇化羧甲基纤维素3份、硼酸4份、聚六亚甲基胍6份、硫酸铵1.5份、六氢三嗪5份、异噻唑啉酮类6份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
5.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:包括瓦楞原纸,及涂于瓦楞原纸内侧表面上的防腐层,及涂于防腐层内侧表面上的抗虫层,所述瓦楞原纸包括以下重量份配比而成:废旧纸浆35份、秸秆浆28份、小茴香杆浆23份、化学助剂5份、植物纤维7份、淀粉25份、滑石粉3份;所述防腐层包括以下重量份配比而成:乙二醇有机溶液9份、三羟甲基乙烷5份、醇化羧甲基纤维素4份、硼酸5份、聚六亚甲基胍7份、硫酸铵2份、六氢三嗪6份、异噻唑啉酮类7份;所述抗虫层为芳香剂。
6.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述化学助剂包括以下重量份配比而成:施胶剂2~5份、消泡剂1~4份、湿强剂5~8份。
7.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述施胶剂为松香剂、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物,丙烯酸酯类共聚物、二羟基脂肪酸化合物其中一种或两种以上的混合物。
8.一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为高碳醇消泡剂或有机硅消泡剂,所述湿强剂为改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗虫瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)、首先把废旧纸浆、秸秆浆、小茴香杆浆、植物纤维、淀粉、滑石粉按比例放入到高效打浆机内进行混合打浆,并在高效打浆机内加入浆液6~8倍的自来水,打浆时间为25~35mim,使浆料的游离度为200~350CSF,浆料湿重≥8g,并升温至50~60℃之间;
2)、然后把乙二醇有机溶液、三羟甲基乙烷、醇化羧甲基纤维素、硼酸、聚六亚甲基胍、硫酸铵、六氢三嗪、异噻唑啉酮类均匀的溶入到水溶液中并搅拌,搅拌时间为10分钟,然后把混合液倒入到步骤1)的浆料中,PH值在6~9之间,打浆机内的温度升到60~80℃之间;
