用于本发明的原料具有的特性和功能是:
菜籽油:主要成分有芥酸,油酸,亚油酸,亚麻酸,生育酚和菜子甾醇等。中医理论认为,菜籽油味甘、辛、性温,可润燥杀虫、散火丹、消肿毒。人体对菜籽油的吸收率很高,可达99%,因此它所含的亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸和维生素E等营养成分能很好地被机体吸收,具有一定的软化血管、延缓衰老之功效。由于榨油的原料是植物的种实,一般会含有一定的种子磷脂,对血管、神经、大脑的发育十分重要。菜籽油的胆固醇很少或几乎不含,所以怕胆固醇的人可以放心食用。
藏红花油:藏红花是驰名中外的“藏药”。其药效奇特,尤其以活血养血而闻名天下。据《本草纲目》记载,藏红花能“活血、主心气忧郁,又治惊悸”。藏红花油具有疏经活络、通经化淤、散淤开结、消肿止痛、凉血解毒、忧思郁结,长期坚持服用可收到令人心喜,全面提高人体的免疫力的功效。现代药理研究证明它对改善心肌供血供氧等方面疗效确切,藏红花油含有多种甙的成分,多种甙可明显增加大冠状动脉的血流量。
沙棘籽油:棕黄色到棕红色透明油状液体,集沙棘有效成分为一体的高度浓缩物。内含黄酮、有机酸、生物碱、甾醇类、三萜烯类及各种维生素等140多种生物活性成分。沙棘籽油具有健脾养胃、益气健脾、活血化瘀、补益人体血液的作用。目前沙棘籽油作为保健食品原料,已在抗氧化、抗疲劳、护肝、降血脂等方面得到广泛运用。
油茶籽油:油茶籽油性寒凉,味甘平,有润肠通便,清热化湿,润肺祛痰,利头目。油茶籽油的主要成份是油酸和亚油酸为主的不饱和和脂肪酸,其含量达90%以上,油酸含量超过80%,极易被人体吸收。
据研究,油茶籽油对人体心脑血管、消化、生殖、神经内分泌、免疫系统都有很好的调节作用,长期食用,对高血压、心脑血管疾病、肥胖症等疾病有明显改善。
枸杞子油:枸杞籽油属于半干性接近干性油(油脂碘值在130以上为干性油),而且属于有特殊生理功效的油酸-亚油酸类型,是一种经济价值很高的植物油,是目前营养价值最高的植物油之一。
亚麻仁油:亚麻籽中粗蛋白、脂肪、总糖含量之和高达84.07%。亚麻籽蛋白质中氨基酸种类齐全,必需氨基酸含量高达5.16%,是一种营养价值较高的植物蛋白质。亚麻籽油中α-亚麻酸含量为53%,α-亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,在人体内可转化为二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸,它们为鱼油中的有效活性成分。α-亚麻酸有抗肿瘤,抗血栓,降血脂,营养脑细胞,调节植物神经等作用,受到较多的关注。亚麻籽中含有大量多糖,多糖有抗肿瘤,抗病毒,抗血栓,降血脂的作用。
亚麻籽油中还含有VE,VE是一种强有效的自由基清除剂,有延缓衰老和抗氧化的作用。亚麻籽中含有类黄酮23mg/100g。类黄酮化合物有降血脂,抗动脉粥样硬化的良好作用。亚麻籽油中的不饱和脂肪酸的含量很高,其碘值也较高,保存时须采取添加抗氧剂或充氮密闭的办法。亚麻籽油的非皂化物为8.26%,说明在亚麻籽油中还存在数量可观的高级脂肪醇,甾醇和羟类等。亚麻籽中含丰富的矿物元素。钾含量最高,比高钾食物橙子、花生仁、虾米的含量高出很多。钾与维持人体正常血压有关,亚麻籽中锌的含量也较高,锌为人体必需的微量元素,对维持人体正常的生理功能具有重要作用。
益智仁油:具有温补固摄,暖脾止泻,固唌摄唾的功能。
杏仁油:杏仁油富含蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、无机盐、膳食纤维及人体所需的微量元素,具有润肺、健胃、补充体力的作用,其苦杏仁甙更是天然的抗癌活性物质。
当归油:当归是生血、活血之要药。当归油能抑制子宫平滑肌收缩,而其水溶性或醇溶性非挥发性物质,则能使子宫平滑肌兴奋。当归对子宫的作用取决于子宫的机能状态而呈双相调节作用。正丁烯夫内酯能对抗组胺-乙酸胆碱喷雾所致豚鼠实验性哮喘。当归油有抗血小板凝集和抗血栓作用,并能促进血红蛋白及红细胞的生成;有抗心肌缺血和扩张血管作用,并证明阿魏酸能改善外周循环;当归油对实验性高血脂症有降低血脂作用。对非特异性和特异性免疫功能都有增强作用。当归油对小鼠四氯化碳引起的肝损伤有保护作用,并能促进肝细胞再生和恢复肝脏某些功能的作用。
核桃油:富含多种人体所需的不饱和脂肪酸、易于人体消化吸收的天然维生素及微量元素,其中每100克含维生素E≥200mg、油酸≥21%、亚油酸≥56%、亚麻酸≥16%、不饱和脂肪酸总量≥93%,亚麻酸和亚油酸比值接近黄金比列1:4。功用:降血脂、预防心脑血管疾病。核桃油富含亚油酸、亚麻酸,为人体必需脂肪酸,而这两种脂肪酸需要保持特定的比例才有利于健康。核桃油中这两种脂肪酸的比例约为(4~5):1,跟国际要求标准相符,对人体的健康非常有利。这些多不饱和脂肪酸对心脑血管疾病具有良好保健作用,能降血脂、防止动脉硬化及动脉硬化并发症、高血压、心脏病、心力衰竭、肾衰竭、脑出血等。专家研究表明,多不饱和脂肪酸能使胆固醇酯化,降低血清和肝脏中胆固醇和甘油三酯水平。亚油酸是人体合成前列腺素前驱物质,可调节血压、促进新陈代谢,能明显降低血清胆固醇水平;亚麻酸能显著降低甘油三酯水平。将核桃油制备成软胶囊给试验者服用每天服用6粒(0.5g油/粒),45天后血液中胆固醇含量下降19%~33%。抗氧化、抗衰老、清除体内过多自由基。核桃油有较强的抗氧化功能,其清除自由基的能力:核桃油>麻油>亚麻油>橄榄油>花生油。实验表明:适量核桃油可以显著降低小鼠脑、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,明显提高肝、脑组织中的总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,从而增强机体抗氧化、抗衰老、清除体内过多自由基。
《神农本草经》有“食之令人肥健、填脑髓”的记载。现代研究表明核桃油具有营养脑神经细胞,提高学习记忆力和视网膜反射能力,促进睡眠,调节植物神经,预防老年痴呆症等,不仅可作药用,更是孕妇、婴幼儿和老人的营养油,高空作业和飞行人员的高级保健油。
决明子油:具有能活血降压、清肝益肾的功能。
覆盆子油:具有补肝补肾的作用。
青刺果油:青刺果油是一种良好的高级天然营养植物油,长期食用该油对治疗高血脂、降低胆固醇、防止心血管疾病均有重要的辅助作用,并能使人健康长寿。青刺果油与其他植物油相比,含有丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸。研究表明,单不饱和脂肪酸,如油酸、棕榈油酸和巨鲸鱼酸能降低血中的胆固醇和对于心血管健康不利的低密度脂蛋白,但不降低有益的高密度脂蛋白。富含单不饱和脂肪酸的食物有缓解高血压和抗动脉粥样硬化形成的作用,同时单不饱和脂肪酸具有不易被氧化的特性。通过青刺果油对高血脂大鼠血脂、抗氧化能力影响的实验显示,青刺果油具有一定调节血脂、抗氧化和体外抑制血小板聚集的作用。
砂仁油:具有化湿开胃、温脾止泻的功能。
火麻仁油:火麻仁味甘,性平,归脾、胃、大肠经,功效润肠通便、润燥杀虫的功能。
丁香油:具有暖胃、温肾的功能。临床上主要用于治疗胃寒痛胀、呃逆、吐泻、痹痛,疝痛,口臭,牙痛。
紫苏籽油:苏籽油的食用、药用具有悠久的历史,《神农本草经》将其列为上品。具有保肝、抗血栓、降血脂、降血压,保护视力,提高智力的作用,并对过敏反应及炎症有抑制作用。
苏籽油是所知α—亚麻酸(a-LNA)含量最高的食用植物油,而以紫苏籽油品质最好,油中α—亚麻酸含量高达70%左右。世界卫生组织和联合国粮农组织鉴于α—亚麻酸的重要性和人类普遍摄入不足的状况,建议专项补充α—亚麻酸。紫苏籽油是一种高不饱和度的天然油脂,对降低胆固醇、降低血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化、降低脑血栓和心血管疾病的发生有持久作用。α-亚麻酸摄入人体后在酶的作用下可以在人体内转化成二十碳5烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳6烯酸(DHA),它就是深海鱼油的主要成份,因此又叫植物深海鱼油,比深海鱼油更好的是它不含胆固醇,EPA和DHA具有降血脂和提高记忆力的作用。国外研究表明,α-亚麻酸还有抗过敏和在逆境中提高适应能力及抑制某些癌细胞的作用。它在人体内不能自主合成,需由食物供给。
胡萝卜籽油:是极佳的身体净化油,因为它对肝脏有解毒的功效。亦有益黄疸及其它的肝脏问题,辅助消灭肾结石,改善肝炎的功效十分著名。也能清肠,控制胀气,抑止腹泻,可缓和胃溃疡的疼痛。可释出滞留的水分,减轻膀胱炎,另外似乎也能安抚痛风的病情。借着增加红血球的数目,胡萝卜种子油能增强器官的机能与活力,可能也有助于贫血及伴随贫血而来的疲弱感。
花生油:花生油含不饱和脂肪酸80%以上(其中含油酸41.2%,亚油酸37.6%)。另外还含有软脂酸,硬脂酸和花生酸等饱和脂肪酸19.9%。花生油的脂肪酸构成是比较好的,易于人体消化吸收。据国外资料介绍,使用花生油,可使人体内胆固醇分解为胆汁酸并排出体外,从而降低血浆中胆固醇的含量。另外上,花生油中还含有甾醇、麦胚酚、磷脂、维生素E、胆碱等对人体有益的物质。经常食用花生油,可以防止皮肤皱裂老化,保护血管壁,防止血栓形成,有助于预防动脉硬化和冠心病。花生油中的胆碱,还可改善人脑的记忆力,延缓脑功能衰退。
芝麻油:能润肠通便;也适宜患有血管硬化、高血压、冠心病、高脂血症、糖尿病、大便干燥难解、蛔虫性肠梗阻者等病症者食用;香油还适宜从事繁重体力劳动者以及有抽烟习惯和嗜酒的人食用。
调查发现,怀孕和哺乳期的女性多吃香油可帮助加快去除恶血,补充所流失的维生素E、铁、钙、等身体极需的营养,提高抵抗力。尤其在孕期和哺乳期,女性多吃香油,能帮助女性更好保护身体健康,促进新陈代谢。同时,芝麻油中不含对人体有害的成分,而含有特别丰富的维生素E和比较丰富的亚油酸,亚油酸具有降低血脂、软化血管、降低血压、促进微循环的作用。补充维生素E,使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产。
大豆油:具有驱虫、润肠的作用;可治肠道梗阻、大便秘结不通,还有涂解多种疮疥毒瘀等。
南瓜籽油:南瓜籽油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,如亚麻酸、亚油酸等。此外,南瓜籽油还含有植物甾醇、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等多种生物活性物质,尤其是锌、镁、钙、磷含量极高。南瓜籽油中还含有一种可称为男性荷尔蒙的活性生物触媒剂成分,能够消除前列腺的初期肿胀,对泌尿系及前列腺增生具有良好的治疗和预防作用。
葵花籽油:含有大量的亚油酸等人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸,可以促进人体细胞的再生和成长,保护皮肤健康,并能减少胆固醇在血液中的淤积,是一种高级营养油。葵花籽油含有甾醇、维生素、亚油酸等多种对人类有益的物质,其中天然维生素E含量在所有主要植物油中含量最高;而亚油酸含量可达70%左右。葵花籽油能降低血清中胆固醇水平,降低甘油三酯水平,有降低血压的作用。并且,葵花籽油清淡透明、烹饪时可以保留天然食品风味,它的烟点也很高,可以免除油烟对人体的危害。葵花籽油中还含有较多的维生素B3,对治疗神经衰弱和抑郁症等精神病疗效明显。它含有的一定量蛋白质及钾、磷、铁、镁等无机物,对糖尿病、缺铁性贫血病的治疗都很有效,对促进青少年骨骼和牙齿的健康成长具有重要意义。它含有的亚油酸,是人体必需的脂肪酸,有助于人体发育和生理调节,对于防止皮肤干燥及鳞屑肥大也有积极作用。
葵花籽油含的亚油酸是人体必需的脂肪酸,它构成各种细胞的基本成分,具有调节新陈代谢、维持血压平衡、降低血液中胆固醇的作用。
葵花籽油含有微量的植物醇和磷脂,这两种物质能防止血清胆固醇升高。
葵花子油中含有丰富的胡萝卜素,含量比花生油、麻油和豆油都多。因此,它能降低血清胆固醇的浓度,防止动脉硬化和血管疾病的发生,非常适合高血压患者和中老年人食用。

以上各原料配伍,能产生很好的协同作用,制成的产品具有软化血管、保肝护肝、改善胃肠道功能的保健作用。
为表明本发明产品对软化血管、保肝护肝、改善胃肠道功能的效果,对100名年龄在35-70岁之间,无心血管、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病的受试人作了系统的观察,受试人群服用本发明产品前具疲劳倦怠、精神不振、血脂高、胃肠道功能不适等症状。
服用方法:每次食用一勺(8克),每天三次。观察期间,受试者需保持合理饮食结构及作息时间。
服用时间:30天。
改善正常标准:食欲正常,精神舒畅,心情舒顺,面色红润、气色良好,胃肠道功能正常。
返馈结果:30天以后100名受试人中有99名食欲正常,精神舒畅,心情舒顺,面色红润、胃肠道功能正常、生活有规律。有效率达到99%。

菜籽油70-90、藏红花油1-3、沙棘籽油1-3、油茶籽油1-3、枸杞子油2-5、亚麻仁油1-3、益智仁油1-3、杏仁油1-3、当归油1-3、核桃油1-3、橄榄油2-5、桃仁油1-3、决明子油1-3、覆盆子油1-3、青刺果油1-3、砂仁油1-3、火麻仁油1-3、丁香油1-3、紫苏籽油1-3、胡萝卜籽油1-3、花生油5-10、芝麻油2-5、玉米油5-10、大豆油10-15、南瓜籽油2-5、葵花籽油1-3。
