Abstract

本发明公开了一种静动加压髓内钉,包括主钉以及安装在主钉上的锁定钉,所述主钉的两端均设置有若干个主钉锁定孔,所述主钉的一端设置有镶块,所述镶块上设置有镶块锁定孔,所述锁定钉内套于所述镶块和所述主钉内;所述镶块为可吸收生物材料制成的所述镶块。本发明的有益效果是:通过可吸收生物材料制成的镶块镶嵌在主钉上,随着时间延长,镶块被人体逐渐吸收,骨折两端的骨骼可以逐渐产生轴向微动,开始的静力状态的髓内交锁固定变为动力加压状态固定,改善的骨折断端的力学的愈合条件,最后能达到骨骼愈合的最佳状态,整体结构简单、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种静动加压髓内钉。
背景技术
长骨或管状骨骨折时,临床医生通常采用交锁髓内钉进行骨折的内固定,来帮助骨骼尽快恢复和愈合,髓内钉便是骨科临床常用的医疗器械之一。
目前,市场常用的交锁髓内钉大多都是整体都是金属制作,主钉上设置有若干锁定孔,用于锁定钉的固定,既保证了稳定固定了骨折骨骼的长度,同时又稳定地防止了骨折骨骼两端的角度旋转,但也会产生由于骨断端吸收造成的骨不愈合或骨延迟愈合的情况出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种静动加压髓内钉,能实现早期固定骨骼的骨折,而在后期能够产生轴向微动的变化,从而达到更加有效地防止骨不愈合或骨延迟的情况发生,其结构简单,使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种静动加压髓内钉,包括主钉以及安装在主钉上的锁定钉,所述主钉的两端均设置有若干个主钉锁定孔,所述主钉的一端设置有镶块,所述镶块上设置有镶块锁定孔,所述锁定钉内套于所述镶块和所述主钉内;所述镶块为可吸收生物材料制成的所述镶块。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述主钉两端均设置2个主钉锁定孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述主钉的另一端螺接有尾帽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述锁定钉与所述主钉锁定孔和所述镶块锁定孔间隙配合。
本发明的有益效果是:通过可吸收生物材料制成的镶块镶嵌在主钉上,随着时间延长,镶块被人体逐渐吸收,骨折两端的骨骼可以逐渐产生轴向微动,开始的静力状态的髓内交锁固定变为动力加压状态固定,改善的骨折断端的力学的愈合条件,最后能达到骨骼愈合的最佳状态,整体结构简单、使用方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例:
如图1至图2所示,本发明一种静动加压髓内钉,其特征在于,包括主钉1以及安装在主钉1上的锁定钉2,所述主钉1的两端均设置有若干个主钉锁定孔13,所述主钉1的一端设置有镶块12,所述镶块12上设置有镶块锁定孔121,所述锁定钉2内套于所述镶块12和所述主钉1内;所述镶块12为可吸收生物材料制成的所述镶块12。
所述主钉1两端均设置2个主钉锁定孔13。设置两个主钉锁定孔13时,当镶块2被人体吸收之后,产生的活动幅度为此时最适合人体的幅度,当采用3个主钉锁定孔13时,其活动幅度被限制,有碍于人体的康复,若采用1个主钉锁定孔13,则其活动幅度过大,也有碍于人体的康复。
所述主钉1的另一端螺接有尾帽3。所述锁定钉2与所述主钉锁定孔13和所述镶块锁定孔121间隙配合。所述镶块12的材料全部由可吸收生物材料制成,当术后经过一定时间后,所有可吸收生物材料将会被体内吸收,穿过镶块锁定孔121的锁定钉2就会与主钉1发生相对移动,而达到由静力固定转位动力固定状态。
本发明通过可吸收生物材料制成的镶块镶嵌在主钉上,随着时间延长,镶块被人体逐渐吸收,骨折两端的骨骼可以逐渐产生轴向微动,开始的静力状态的髓内交锁固定变为动力加压状态固定,改善的骨折断端的力学的愈合条件,最后能达到骨骼愈合的最佳状态,整体结构简单、使用方便。

1.一种静动加压髓内钉,其特征在于,包括主钉(1)以及安装在主钉(1)上的锁定钉(2),所述主钉(1)的两端均设置有若干个主钉锁定孔(13),所述主钉(1)的一端设置有镶块(12),所述镶块(12)上设置有镶块锁定孔(121),所述锁定钉(2)内套于所述镶块(12)和所述主钉(1)内;所述镶块(12)为可吸收生物材料制成的所述镶块(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静动加压髓内钉,其特征在于,所述主钉(1)两端均设置2个主钉锁定孔(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种静动加压髓内钉,其特征在于,所述主钉(1)的另一端螺接有尾帽(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种静动加压髓内钉,其特征在于,所述锁定钉(2)与所述主钉锁定孔(13)和所述镶块锁定孔(121)间隙配合。
